The Backseat Driver

There’s nothing worse than a backseat driver – especially one who, last time he was behind the wheel, totaled the car and killed a bunch of people.


Let’s be honest here.  Joe Biden’s “COVID-19 Briefings” are the most ridiculous thing this utterly ridiculous man has ever done.  He isn’t the President. He doesn’t have access to the people or departments leading this thing.  He’s nothing more than a backseat driver.

Well, either a backseat driver or a Monday Morning Quarterback – take your pick.

Every “proposal” this backseat driver has offered was either A) something President Trump was already doing or B) something President Trump already suggested we do.

So what’s the point of this backseat driver holding “briefings?”

Well, to politicize and campaign off of a pandemic that has shut down our country, cost people their lives, their livelihoods and their savings.

In short, Joe Biden is not a serious person. And while he’s doing his pretend “briefings,” we should simply pretend this idiot backseat driver doesn’t exist.

We all remember that Joe was in charge of the Obama Administration’s H1N1 response.  Millions of Americans got infected and over twelve thousand died.

There’s nothing worse than a backseat driver – especially one who, last time he was behind the wheel, totaled the car and killed a bunch of people.

And yet now we’re supposed to take this bumbling idiot seriously?



But of course the news media will play along with Pretend President Biden and his Pretend Briefings, but mostly because they’re pretend news outlets.

They’ll let this nonsensical fool prattle on and hang on his every incomprehensible word as if he he’s some kind of pandemic response expert.

Yeah, he isn’t.

He’s nothing more than a clueless backseat driver who’s sowing doubt, Democrat Party talking points and a whole lot of misinformation — all in hopes that it hurts President Trump and helps him get elected.

If he was actually Presidential material, backseat driver Joe would simply say, “I don’t always agree with this President, but we have to come together as a nation.  So pay attention to what the CDC and others in this task force are saying, practice social distancing, wash your hands and remain calm.”

But he can’t because Joe Biden isn’t presidential material and he doesn’t want Americans to come together, work together and stay calm.

He just wants to get back into the White House where he will then let others do all the driving for him.
