Homosexuality Like Transgenderism Are Mental Illness Issues
Trans woman Jessica Yaniv’s vendetta against biology rolls on this week as the indignant biological male turns her sights from suing migrant spa workers who refused to wax her male genitals to calling out the legality of Canadian gynecologists' refusal to examine her penis.
Don’t they know she identifies as a woman?
Yaniv, whose real name is Jonathan, is a trans woman from British Columbia, Canada who has made waves with a particularly obnoxious brand of LGBTQ activism.
On December 2, Yaniv took to social media to complain about her local gynecologist, who refused to examine her private parts. Yaniv complained that, since she identifies as a woman, people have to treat her like one, even medical doctors who are intimately aware that this type of rationalization is insane.
Yaniv tweeted, “So a gynaecologist office that I got referred to literally told me today that ‘we don't serve transgender patients.’ And me, being me, I'm shocked.. and confused... and hurt.” Gynecology of course is the branch of medicine that deals with “functions and diseases specific to women and girls, especially those affecting the reproductive system,” so, no matter how heretical it is to the dogmas of Canadian social justice warriors, no lady parts = no lady doc.
Of course common sense doesn’t apply to activist pests.
Yaniv complained and tagged the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia in her tweet about what she deemed unfair and “illegal” practices. “Are they allowed to do that, legally? Isn't that against the college practices?” she asked.
Yaniv then explained that “Gynaecologists form a part of the multidisciplinary team who engage with transgender and non‐binary patients, either as part of the transition stage performing surgery or managing pre‐ or post‐transition gynaecological problems.” Some gynecologists, perhaps. The vast majority probably didn’t sign on to play make-believe with the mentally ill.
It’s also worth noting that Yaniv is not to be trusted considering her penchant for playing the victim and passion for accusing incredulous bystanders of discrimination.
Her previous claim to fame involved bringing migrant spa workers before the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal for refusing to wax his penis. Yaniv accused them of sex discrimination, though the case was thrown out on account that the ladies couldn’t be forced to touch genitalia they didn’t want to. She’s gone from “Wax my junk!” to “Look at my junk!
