Impeachment Porn

This Impeachment Porn is strictly for the benefit of the media.  They’re the ones quietly stroking themselves under the table while watching slack-jawed and glassy-eyed as Adam Schiff puts on his show.

To answer the question before you ask, no.  I’m not watching Adam Schiff’s Impeachment Porn.
Fact is, like most people outside of the DC/NYC bubble, I have zero interest in this circus.
While I might read through those live-tweeting about this garbage Impeachment Porn, I see absolutely no appeal in watching this farce in real-time. And not just because the sight of Adam Schiff making his O-face does nothing for me.
Having the Schiff Show televised is strictly for the benefit of those who have spent the last three years fantasizing about Donald Trump getting frog-marched out of the White House.  And most of them work at MSNBC, CNN, the Washington Post and the New York Times.
This Impeachment Porn is strictly for the benefit of the media.  They’re the ones quietly stroking themselves under the table while watching slack-jawed and glassy-eyed as Adam Schiff puts on his show.
Porn was never an interest of mine.
So why would I tune in to Adam’s Impeachment Porn?

Well, of course not.
This is “Schiffy Does D.C.”  All that matters is Adam’s star-turn.
I’ve said all along that Schiff is the Congressman representing the State of TV News.  Those are his true constituents.  And that’s the audience he’s playing to this week.
For the last three years, the news media has been slobbering over every idiotic Hail Mary conspiracy theory Adam Schiff lobbed their way.
And every single time the Get Trump Media is left holding its pud.
Nothing about this is serious.
None of it is real.
And no matter how useless, boring, or completely irrelevant the “witness” testimony in this Impeachment Porn is, the hungry, breathless media will collectively orgasm as if it’s the most damning “evidence” imaginable.
This is pure theater – X-rated fodder for the lusty, eager ResistanceLOL.
Let them have their glow of flushed excitement.  It’ll be fleeting.
Because in the end, they’ll be left as they always are – disappointed and wholly unsatisfied.
