California loves illegal immigrants and the homeless. After all who will work for pennies a day while the Bureaucracy oversees the work?

California spends over a $1.5 Billion dollars a year on 300,000 homeless in their state. 

California has over 300 Homeless Advocate Agencies who work for the state on the Homelessness crisis.

California has over 30,000 state employees working on the Homelessness crisis.

The Director of the Agency managing the Homelessness crisis for the state is paid $267,000 a year in salary.

One wonders, if California is unable to get appropriate funding for their insane programs will they have to lay off Jose?
