Legacy Media Snowflakes Whine Because They Have to Report on All the 'Winning' Taking Place Under Trump

Most Americans are used to getting up and going to work. But if you were a government employee during the Biden administration, chances are you didn't have to actually go to the office, but that is about to change. The swamp is under new management, and as for all those who got a free ride during the Biden administration, well, that gravy train is about to come to an end. That includes the mainstream legacy media, and they are not happy about it. But what they are the most unhappy about is having to report on all the "winning" at the hands of the guy they love to hate.

The first two weeks of the Trump administration have been a whirlwind. Even Trump supporters who are ecstatic about his America First agenda and are not tired of winning are having a hard time keeping up. For them, it's a good kind of tired. Then there are the snowflakes of the legacy media. Those folks who were used to Joe Biden calling a lid at 9:30 a.m. For them, it was like a mini-vacation every day unless they were traveling with Joe, in which case they actually were on vacation. But now, we are discovering that those fans of the 9:30 a.m. lid are either unable, ill-equipped, or just plain too lazy to try to keep up. Add to that the fact that they hate Donald Trump.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said it best, “There is so much winning out of the Trump White House that the mainstream legacy media can’t keep up with it." Truer words were never spoken. Besides the aforementioned lids, Joe Biden gave just enough interviews to keep the media at bay, that is, until even they actually started complaining about it. But as Biden's presidency progressed and his health visibly diminished, the Biden White House not only kept him from the media but also cabinet members, donors, pollsters, and Democrat lawmakers.

Now, the same people who were adamant that Joe Biden ran circles around them say they are tuckered out from trying to keep up with Trump. But what is even worse for them is that they have to keep watching their arch-nemesis racking up the wins. Even seasoned veterans like Columnist Gail Collins of The New York Times lamented, "You know, I’m getting really tired of waking up in the morning and knowing it’s probably going to be a good day for Bad Guy." Suck it up, Sister, it's going to be a long four years for you. Also, Peggy Noonan of The Wall Street Journal, who at one time might have been described as a Lincoln Project Little Sister, described the first two weeks of the second Trump administration as "chaos...tempting the gods of order and steadiness." No, Peggy, I know it's a rather strange concept in Washington, but it's called giving the American people what they voted for.

But the moaning and groaning and gnashing of teeth doesn't stop there. A recent New York Times headline read, “Trump’s ‘Flood the Zone’ Strategy Leaves Opponents Gasping in Outrage." It is a reference to a strategy once mentioned by former Trump advisor Steve Bannon, who explained it as a way of overpowering Democrats and other opposition by "flooding the zone" with initiatives. Still, another mainstream media snowflake tried to rally the troops, writing:

Every morning is the same shock. Will we wake and see he launched an attack on Greenland? Or, as he announced Friday, imposed tariffs on allies like Canada and Mexico? What nuttiness awaits us?... Pay attention. Watch it unfold. Protest where you can..."

Even though it is early, Donald Trump knows his time is limited and has no intention of slowing down. As for the legacy media snowflakes, it is a bit unclear what the best course of action will be to get them through the next four years. It's a toss-up between an endless supply of energy drinks or an intervention with Dr. Phil.
