.@ElonMusk – the National Science Foundation funds research on trans genitalia surgery
OPINION: National Science Foundation has made a mockery of science – it deserves a house cleaning
Elon Musk should turn his cost cutting eyes toward the National Science Foundation next.
Musk and his team at the Department of Government Efficiency have already upended the United States Agency for International Development. Their cuts have put at risk the funding of DEI in Serbia, a “transgender opera in Colombia,” and a “transgender comic book in Peru,” according to Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
But charity starts at home, which is why the National Science Foundation and its silliness need to be punished. For example, taxpayers are currently funding a Virginia Tech professor’s research on transgender genitalia surgery. This could be why NSF employees are reportedly worried about Musk and his team of Gen Z’ers ripping through their archives.
Professor Raffaella De Vita is the principal investigator on “Tissue Research Advances for New Surgeries-Facilitating Organ Reconstruction with Mechanics.”
The study, which has received more than $600,000 in taxpayer dollars from the NSF so far, will help De Vita “gain new expertise in advanced numerical techniques for reducing the computational complexity of numerical simulations for gender confirmation surgeries.”
It is not possible for someone to change their gender, however, and “gender confirmation” is a lie, because these surgeries do the opposite of confirming someone’s true sex.
According to the NSF:
Efficient and robust computational tools will lead to the development of novel engineered tissues and guidelines for gender confirmation surgeries, addressing the extant healthcare challenges of transgender people. The outcome of this project will thus promote gender diversity and equality in medical research while also changing the assumption of binary genders in the research community.
To put it simply, the federal government is subsidizing an engineering professor’s research to make it easier for boys with gender confusion to make themselves permanently infertile all to further the lie that they can change their sex.
Gender confusion abounds at the National Science Foundation. The government agency, which we are going to be soon told produces vital research for our country, is also corrupting basic biology in the classroom.
At least three grants have gone to studying “sex/gender narratives in undergraduate biology.” The researchers are looking at the narratives and “their impacts on transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming students.”
The professors plan to create a “more accurate” curriculum that looks at the “diversity of sexes across species.” The abstract says “biology courses often inaccurately categorize sex and gender as binary.”
Ending with one final falsehood, the abstract states the project fits under NSF’s goal to advance “intellectual merit.”
When the journalists, Democrats, and political activists start chirping about cuts to “the science,” remember this is considered “science.”
