The Office of “What He Meant to Say”
The White House Office of “What He Meant to Say” must be the busiest office in the Biden White House.
Every time that broken-down old codger speaks in public, the Office of “What He Meant to Say” is placed on stand-by waiting to rush in like janitors to mop up the messes old Joe makes every time he opens his mouth.
This has been the case since Joe was sworn in.
But right now, with Europe on the brink of World War Three, Joe’s reckless ad-libs have become a threat to national security.
A month before Russia invaded Ukraine, Joe landed himself in it by saying in a January 19 press conference:
“And so, I think what you’re going to see is that Russia will be held accountable if it invades. And it depends on what it does. It’s one thing if it’s a minor incursion and then we end up having a fight about what to do and not do, et cetera.”
The Office of “What He Meant to Say” leaped into action, explaining what Biden meant to say by his “minor incursion” remark, clarifying that any move into Ukraine would be met with “a swift, severe, and united response.”
And while that “minor incursion” blunder was bad, it’s nothing compared to the series of blunders he made this past week in Europe.
In the course of just two days, Joe made three highly volatile comments that had to be “clarified” by the janitors from the Office of “What He Meant to Say.”
During his press conference in Brussels on Thursday, ABC News White House correspondent Cecilia Vega asked the president if Russia using chemical weapons in Ukraine would “trigger a military response from NATO.”
The reckless dope said, “It would re– . . . it would trigger a response in kind.”
“In kind.”
Ah, so if Russia uses chemical weapons, the US and NATO would respond . . . by using chemical weapons? That’s what “in kind” means.
On Friday, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan was deployed to explain what Biden meant to say.
Sullivan told reporters that the US has “no intention of using chemical weapons.” What Biden meant to say, Sullivan explained, was “we’ll respond accordingly” and “Russia would pay a severe price.”
Then why in Lucifer’s reach did that hapless fucker say we would respond “in kind?”
Then on Friday, old Joe met with members of the 82nd Airborne deployed in Poland where he proceeded to tell them what they would see in Ukraine when they are there.
Immediately, the clean-up crew from the Office of “What He Meant to Say” sprang into action, explaining:
“The president has been clear; we are not sending US troops to Ukraine and there is no change in that position.”
“The president has been clear.” Hilarious, isn’t it? If the president was so clear, why does the White House have to constantly release statements contradicting what the president said?
Then last night, Joe delivered a speech in Warsaw that the slobbering nitwits in the media are laughably comparing to Reagan’s “Tear down this wall” speech.
And in closing his speech, old Joe went off script and said:
Now, we’ve been told repeatedly that the Biden administration is not pursuing “regime change” in Russia, and for good reason. It is undeniable that pursuing regime change in Russia would so dramatically raise the stakes in this conflict, it would put NATO and the US on a collision course with a nuclear power.
So to have President Blundermouth declaring that Vladimir Putin cannot remain in power isn’t just a harmless gaffe. It could lead to global catastrophe.
The Office of “What He Meant to Say” snapped into action even before the crowds in Warsaw had dispersed, releasing a statement saying:
“The President’s point was that Putin cannot be allowed to exercise power over his neighbors or the region. He was not discussing Putin’s power in Russia, or regime change.”
That is patently absurd.
But you have to understand. That statement was directed, not just to the media but to Vladimir Putin. It was intended to let Putin know that the words of the President of the United States do not reflect the position of the United States.
Exactly one month before the Russian invasion, I worried that this senile, bungling clown’s reckless remarks could drag us into war. Now I’m beginning to suspect that the people in the White House are worried about that too.
Joe Biden’s mouth is a threat to national security.
Every single time this man speaks, he brings us a step closer to war with Russia. And at some point the “What he meant to say” statements from his handlers will be too little too late.
