Liawatha rewrites her history … again

Is it at all possible for Liawatha Warren to recount a story of her past without making it up out of whole cloth?

“My parents had to elope because my mother was Native American and the family objected.”

Lie.

“I’m a Native American woman of color.”

Lie.

This is the problem that folks on the Left have.  They are so desperate to play the role of Victim — any victim — that they will rewrite their own history to get there.

The latest History Rewrite from Liawatha Warren is that she was fired from her teaching job because she was “visibly pregnant.”

She started up this Tall Tale last month and is now making full use of it in campaign speeches.

“How dare that patriarchal misogynist principal terminate that brave little toaster just for being pregnant?!  This is what women are up against!  Liz will fight back against this so we don’t become just like The Handmaid’s Tale!!!!”

Or, in Liz’s case, The Handmaid’s Tall Tale.

Because it isn’t true.

In a 2007 interview Liawatha Warren – then a Native American woman of color – explained that her teaching certificate was contingent on her returning to school and taking graduate classes in education.

She didn’t take all the classes necessary to maintain the job.  And since she was pregnant at the time and wasn’t even sure teaching special needs kids was the career she wanted to pursue, she decided not to follow through with getting her certificate.  Instead, she had her baby and took a couple years to noodle out what it was she wanted to do with her life.

Odd isn’t it how in that twelve-year-old interview, Liawatha made absolutely no mention of being fired for committing the sin of being “visibly pregnant?”

But as soon as she starts running for the Democrat nomination in the age of “It’s just like The Handmaid’s Tale!!!” Liz suddenly remembers she was a victim of a misogynistic patriarchal principal who believed women should be home — barefoot and pregnant – not having a *gasp* job.

Come on!

If I had a dollar for every time Liz Warren fabricated her own history, I’d never have to ask you guys for donations.

But this one is just idiotic, though hardly shocking.

Liawatha is an expert panderer.  She knows the Democrat base is made up of red-robed-wearing angry broads who think Trump will usher in a dystopian Patriarchal Dictatorship.

Plus, for the Left, Victimhood is the new Status Symbol.

And since she can’t play up the “I’m a Native American woman of color” anymore (thanks to her own stupid DNA test), Liawatha is trying the next best thing: “I am a victim of the Patriarchy!!!”

It says a lot about Elizabeth Warren that she’s willing to brazenly rewrite her own history just to appeal to the Left’s Victimhood fetishists.

More importantly, her willingness to peddle lie after lie to enrich herself and gain power tells us an awful lot about just how little regard Liawatha Warren has for the American people.

She thinks voters are gullible saps.

Though when you consider that Liz is leading the 2020 pack, apparently enough Democrat primary voters are.

Trust me.  This “I was fired for being ‘visibly pregnant’” won’t be the last rewrite of her own life Liz will peddle.

One would hope that with the next lie, Liawatha will first check to make sure there isn’t video evidence that contradicts her.

But I doubt it.
