Cartel Operations on the Canadian Border

  • Smuggling Routes: Javi, a self-described member of the Sinaloa cartel, described how the cartel smuggles drugs and people across the U.S.-Canada border. He mentioned that the cartel's operations are extensive, with multiple entry points through Canada, making it difficult for increased border patrols to stop their activities.
