Comer Drops Details About 'More Bank Records' in Biden Scandal, Teases Impact on 'Policy Decisions'
We’ve seen a lot of shocking things so far in the Biden family foreign business dealings scandal, along with the concurrent scandal of FBI/DOJ bias laid out by whistleblowers.
This past week, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) released the FD-1023, which showed the details of the alleged bribery scheme involving Joe Biden. That revealed some very damaging information, including the alleged $10 million in bribes to Joe and Hunter Biden, and that Hunter was hired by Burisma to “protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems.” Not to mention that Burisma co-founder Mykola Zlochevsky said that Hunter Biden “was stupid, and his (Zlochevsky’s) dog was smarter,” but that he “needed to keep Hunter Biden (on the board) so everything will be okay.”
But the scandal continues to unfold because House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) says they’re continuing to receive information on the Bidens. Comer revealed that to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) on Cruz’s podcast “The Verdict.” Comer said they “have more bank records that we’ve received” — the new ones involving Ukraine and Russia. Comer also made an interesting statement about Joe Biden — about how long he thought that Joe Biden had been involved in influence peddling and that he thought it had influenced policy decisions.
“We’re working on a third memorandum. They will show transactions from Ukraine and Russia.”
“Joe Biden has been selling access to our enemies for decades — long before [first son Hunter Biden] was involved,” Comer said.
At least two unnamed Russian oligarchs have inexplicably escaped US economic sanctions during Biden’s presidency, the Republican said — hinting that his committee intends to connect those figures to payments to the Biden clan.
“I think there are certain policy decisions that Joe Biden has made since he’s been president that the only explanation can be because of the money his family received,” Comer said.
According to Comer, the Burisma deal laid out in the FBI form was just one of many.
President Biden “has always been cash-strapped, he’s never had a successful career in investing or anything like that,” Comer said.
“But you look at the assets he’s accumulated on a Senate salary, it’s pretty impressive.”
“So you’re saying a classic Corvette doesn’t buy itself?” Cruz broke in sarcastically, ticking off some of the president’s most treasured assets.
“A Delaware beach house doesn’t buy itself?”
That’s the classic 1967 Corvette next to where he was keeping classified documents that Biden laughably argued were so secure with the “Corvette Standard” of security. That was some defense to retaining documents he should never have had.
Comer thought this may have been part of “why Obama didn’t want Biden to run,” that he “knew this was going on.”
The Russia and Ukraine records could be a gold mine, but that’s huge if, indeed, he can link payments to policy decisions, such as not imposing sanctions on people. Add that to the bribery allegations that they just laid out, and they have an even bigger case for impeachment. Democrats went after former President Donald Trump for impeachment for questioning Joe Biden’s corruption. How ironic that they don’t care about impeachment if they have proof of that corruption.
