James Comer and Chuck Grassley Claim 'Highly Credible' Evidence of Joe Biden Bribery Scheme
Rep. James Comer and Sen. Chuck Grassley have revealed the existence of “highly credible” evidence that President Joe Biden was involved in a bribery scheme, trading policy decisions for money.
The claim was made in a letter addressed to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, noting that an unclassified FD-1023 exists that has allegedly not been properly vetted.
Grassley released the following statement on his website.
Senate Budget Committee Ranking Member and long-time whistleblower advocate Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) today are demanding the FBI produce an unclassified record alleging a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national. The document, an FBI-generated FD-1023 form, allegedly details an arrangement involving an exchange of money for policy decisions. Comer issued a subpoena today following legally protected disclosures to Grassley’s office.
“We believe the FBI possesses an unclassified internal document that includes very serious and detailed allegations implicating the current President of the United States. What we don’t know is what, if anything, the FBI has done to verify these claims or investigate further. The FBI’s recent history of botching politically charged investigations demands close congressional oversight,” Grassley said.
“The information provided by a whistleblower raises concerns that then-Vice President Biden allegedly engaged in a bribery scheme with a foreign national. The American people need to know if President Biden sold out the United States of America to make money for himself. Senator Grassley and I will seek the truth to ensure accountability for the American people,” Comer said.
The allegation is very specific in stating that Biden engaged in the bribery scheme with a single “foreign national.” That suggests that the disclosure that the FBI possesses names who that person is. Speculation will no doubt run rampant until the specifics are revealed.
This follows another whistleblower within the IRS alleging that the DOJ and FBI have purposely mishandled the Hunter Biden investigation for political reasons. With that in mind, Comer and Grassley assert in the letter that those agencies simply can’t be trusted to do a fair investigation of this latest matter, and they are promising to carry out their own concurrent investigations.
Comer made headlines recently by revealing that the Treasury Department has multiple suspicious activity reports implicating the Biden Family. This allegation of a bribery scheme involving the president is one of many allegations that will have to be fully vetted by congressional investigators.
Because the FD-1023 is unclassified, Comer and Grassley should be able to get their hands on it in an official capacity via subpoena if necessary. That likely means that it’s just a matter of time before the public finds out exactly what it contains. Are the walls closing in on Biden? It’s hard to say at this juncture, but there’s certainly a lot of smoke billowing at this point.
