Why Democrats Fight For More Carnage
The democrats following the lead of their *President are advancing an agenda that will kill more children. Their rejection of common sense solutions coupled with their attacks on the Constitution demonstrates this.
Not unlike terrorists they even tell us over and over again what they are trying to do.
They also seem to be playing their hand in terms of future concerns, and they are fine letting demented and evil people use weapons to injure their political opponents.
On Friday evening the *President in a private dinner with donors tried out some of his arguments for his party’s lame response to recent tragic shootings.
His “arguments:”
Implement an assault weapons ban.
Own shotguns.
Nobody needs 30 round magazines.
AR 15s are hard to shoot.
The Second Amendment is not absolute.
Never mind that democrats in Congress to the *White House believe that an “assault weapon” is defined by how scary it looks as opposed to its function. (They’d probably be freaked about by this.) (https://byrna.com/products/byrna-tcr-tactical-compact-rifle)
None of the shooters of the last few weeks used assault weapons. Despite the President claiming that all 9mm handguns are high caliber, and Congressman Mondaire Jones’ claim that all semi-automatic weapons are assault weapons—neither of them are correct.
The president’s ownership of shotguns was supposed to assuage gun owners. Especially after February of 2013 when he told his wife to shoot off two blasts straight up into the air for safety against a home intruder.
His comparison that the AR15 is harder to shoot than a shotgun is also questionable and defies logic in being prepared to use a shot gun in response. You know… logic? Also does the President know that many shotguns made now are semi-automatics? Some with the capacity to fire up to 5-10 rounds before being reloaded?
But the one point he couldn’t not let the evening go by without voicing is the public doubt of the Constitution’s Second Amendment. In his mind, as he has said so many times, “It’s not absolute.”
Then again to regressive leftists, what is?
They don’t believe in an absolute moral code. They don’t believe in the absolute protection of innocent life. They don’t believe in the absolute sacred act of marriage. They don’t believe in the absolute teachings of their “faith(s).” No absolute belief in federal law—in fact they publicly tell their constituents to break them in order to protest their enemies. They sanction additional protection for the January 6 committee members, but fail to see the absolute necessity of protecting Supreme Court justices. They don’t believe in any kind of absolute belief of women—they let men take their spots, they shut down their speech if it opposes their viewpoint, and they demanded the slaughter of more than thirty million pre-born women — while still in their mother’s bodies.
So I would argue that by definition democrats in general but the ruling class especially have nothing but scorn for absolute beliefs and the people who hold to them.
They want to remove (according to the definitions of the words they use) all handguns, most long guns, and even many shotguns (that supposedly are so much easier to fire) from the hands of lawful owners.
In other words they are ready to disarm the people of the United States, and by that process make all of us more vulnerable. Demented and evil people don’t follow the laws to begin with, and they’d have zero compelling interest to follow these.
Wishing they focus on common sense solutions, Americans are stuck with the party in charge doing all they can to make us less safe. God save the Supreme Court.
Which is why the party in charge appears totally fine with assassination attempts on justice’s lives, or allowing their radical supporters to plot attacks on their children and churches.
The actions, beliefs, and public statements of today’s democrats want the carnage that their policies will bring.
They also don’t believe you have an absolute right to defend yourself against it.
And you absolutely know…
I’m right!
