Okay, I laughed my ass off yesterday when the Blue Checks on Twitter were having kittens over that Jan 6 witness who claimed that Action Movie Trump was so determined to go to the Capitol on January 6, that he “lunged” for the steering wheel in the presidential SUV and choked the Secret Service driver.

You’d have to be a truly committed member of the ResistanceLOL to believe that laughable claim.

Just ten days ago, the Blue Check ResistanceLOL countered all the mockery of Peepaw Joe falling off his completely stationary bike by reminding everyone that Trump wasn’t able to walk down a ramp without help, has never ridden a bike, and can’t even drive, so THERE!

Now, ten days later they all believe Action Movie Trump is able to leap over the seat of the presidential SUV and attack the Secret Service driver so he could commandeer the steering wheel?

Believing this idiotic story requires so much willing suspension of disbelief, it would fill every floor of the Nakatomi Plaza.

“Yippie-ki-yay, motherf*cker!”

This witness, some 25-year-old chick who used to work for chief of staff Mark Meadows, wasn’t even testifying to something she witnessed. She was sharing what she claimed someone else told her. Now, I realize this isn’t a court of law because if it was these witnesses would be cross-examined. But why is someone who wasn’t there and didn’t witness anything personally allowed to offer hearsay in her testimony?

They weren’t supposed to have any more televised hearings this month but went out of their way to add this super-important SURPRISE hearing for this super-important “witness” who witnessed nothing. All so she could gossip with Liz Cheney about things other people allegedly told her.

If this was a legitimate House committee conducting a legitimate investigation, in addition to having members selected by the opposing party, there would have been due diligence to first confirm her ludicrous claims with the people who were actually present in the presidential SUV at the time Action Movie Trump did his best Die Hard impersonation.

It would have taken no time to contact the US Secret Service to verify what she was going to say.

Either they didn’t bother checking the facts or, worse, they did check the facts and found out it was bullshit, but ran with the witness anyway.

Neither is a particularly good scenario.

Either way, Liz Cheney decided to let this gal “recount” under oath her Action Movie Trump hearsay on live television.

Within a matter of hours, the Action Movie Trump story fell apart.

That’s a CNN reporter, by the way.

When even CNN is debunking a January 6 witness, that should tell you just how absurd the Action Movie Trump story is.

But, see, just like the Charlottesville hoax, once the media, the Democrats, and the Blue-Check idiots on Twitter push the lie, it doesn’t matter if it completely unravels before the day is out. By now, 40% of the country will go to their graves believing Action Movie Trump “lunged” at a Secret Service agent and attempted to commandeer the presidential SUV.

I doubt anything will happen to this “witness.” She won’t be referred to the Justice Department for lying to Congress under oath. She’s isn’t a Trump supporter, after all.

But she isn’t the problem here.

The real problem is the select committee itself.

If the January 6 committee is willing to bring in a new “witness” who will reveal “new evidence” (AKA hearsay) without doing even a rudimentary check to make sure her claims are true, then this is not in any way, shape, manner or form an attempt to get to the truth.

Just the other day, that asswipe select committee member Adam Kinzinger posted a photo on Twitter showing him holding his little baby, sanctimoniously tweeting, “For you, I won’t give up until truth prevails.”

That certainly didn’t age well, did it?

This is what I call “Operation Backfire.” The Left always, always pushes too hard and too far. These guys simply cannot help themselves. And in the end, they push so far, their plans blow up in their faces like a trick cigar.

Letting this witness spin her Action Movie Trump story was too far. And now the entire January 6 select committee has been exposed as an incompetent, dishonest clown show.

Admittedly, some of us already knew that. But now, even CNN is debunking January 6 witnesses.

Now, don’t get me wrong. There are plenty of card-carrying members of the Anti-Trump ResistanceLOL who will continue to take every “bombshell” from this committee seriously. They need to. They’re addicted to Resistance porn. It gives them the dopamine hit they need to keep their Resistance fantasies alive.

But yesterday’s “surprise witness” irreparably damaged the entire dog and pony show.

And if the committee refuses to allow the Secret Service agents in question to testify during a hearing on live television, it will only prove that this committee was never interested in making sure “truth prevails.”
