Google Trains Employees on What Leads to 'Genocide': Trump, Ben Shapiro and 'All Lives Matter'
What causes the rancorous, repugnant act of mass murder?
Google has an idea, and it’s training its staff accordingly.
In just a few years, much of society has transformed. Definition, function, purpose have been redefined.
Once upon a time, companies existed solely to generate income while providing goods or services.
Today, cornerstone commercial entities take public political positions.
As for job training, it similarly goes beyond the scope of yore.
Hence, we see soft drink makers schooling workers on whiteness:
In case you missed it...

A Whistleblower Shares a Racial Justice Lesson From Coca-Cola: 'Try to Be Less White'https://t.co/gwAuJo1VUE
Along the same lines, allegedly, tech powerhouse Google recently informed employees on the germination of genocide.
CityJournal’s Christopher Rufo tweeted thusly:
“A Google [Diversity, Equity and Inclusion] Lead created an internal document called “Anti-racism resources,” containing readings and racial-consciousness exercises.”
A companion graphic provides examples of “overt white supremacy,” which is “socially unacceptable”:
- Lynching
- Burning Crosses
- Neo-Nazis
- KKK
- Hate Crimes
- Swastikas
- Racial Slurs
- The N-word
- Racist Jokes
- Blackface
But what about awful things less obvious?
What about covert white supremacy?
Plenty of instances are offered.
Do you deem hiring discrimination, housing discrimination, “blaming the victim,” and “police murdering BiPOC (Black, Indigenous, People Of Color)” socially acceptable?
Google maintains they are.
More societally-approved white racism:
- Not Challenging Racist Jokes
- Mass Incarceration
- Racial Profiling
- Calling the Police on Black People
- Prioritizing White Voices as Experts
- Inequitable Healthcare
- Expecting BiPOC to Teach White People
The list features a few culprits some may not have realized were immoral:
- Meritocracy Myth
- White Parents
- Paternalism
- Cultural Appropriation
- BiPOC as Halloween Costumes
- “But We’re All One Big Human Family”/”There’s Only One Human Race”
- Colorblindness
Additionally:
- Celebration of Columbus Day
- Anti-Immigration Policies
Assuming “immigration” refers to illegal immigration — and apropos of our evolution — it doesn’t paint a particularly positive picture of former President Clinton:
From Proclamation 7357—Columbus Day, 2000:
The same adventurous spirit that propelled Columbus’ explorations will enable us to challenge old assumptions, acquire new knowledge, and broaden the horizons of humankind. … Brave, determined, open to new ideas and new experiences, in many ways he foreshadowed the character of the American people who honor him today.
…
[I], William J. Clinton…do hereby proclaim October 9, 2000, as Columbus Day. I call upon the people of the United States to observe this day with appropriate ceremonies and activities. I also direct that the flag of the United States be displayed on all public buildings on the appointed day in honor of Christopher Columbus.
Another Google graphic — The White Supremacy Pyramid — lists societal components utilizing “normalization” to reach “genocide.”
Among the causes of “mass murder”: the phrase “All Lives Matter.”
Further enabling the evil ending of innocent lives: Donald Trump and podcaster/author Ben Shapiro.
Like Trump, Ben — a Jew — is pictured alongside terms “KKK” and “Neo-Nazis.”
Another graphic, titled "The White Supremacy Pyramid," advances the idea that conservative commentator Ben Shapiro is a foundation of "white supremacy" and that Donald Trump is moving society on a path toward "mass murder" and "genocide." pic.twitter.com/9s81yC1Cxd

As Shapiro made clear to CityJournal, he was unenthused:
“All it would take is one Google search to learn just how much white supremacists hate my work, or how often I’ve spoken out against their benighted philosophy. The attempt to link everyone to the right of Hillary Clinton to white supremacism is disgusting, untrue, and malicious.”
How might the above information impact business among Google employees?
Whatever the case, it’s not likely to benefit Ben or 2024 prospect Trump.
Speaking of The Donald, another identified example of covert white supremacy is “Make America Great Again.”
It’s not the first time such an accusation’s been made:A Google DEI Lead created an internal document called "Anti-racism resources," containing readings and racial-consciousness exercises. One graphic claims that "colorblindness," "Columbus Day," "weaponized whiteness," and "Make America Great Again" are "covert white supremacy." pic.twitter.com/kLIc5JZu8U

And I’d guess it won’t be the last — at schools or companies across the nation.
In the meantime, we should certainly prevent genocide.
Google is presumably doing its best.
