Biden’s court-packing dodge sounds familiar
Yesterday while campaigning in Arizona, Kamala Harris and her running mate Joe Biden were once again confronted with the court-packing question. And once again, they refused to answer.
In fact, in the effort to dodge the court-packing question, Joe Biden said something that sounded oddly familiar.

Have you ever heard a Presidential candidate say something so unbelievably brazen on such a fundamental issue as the Supreme Court?
And what the hell does he mean, if he answers it will be the headline? He’s not a newsroom editor, for crap’s sake. He is the Democrat nominee for President. He should make headlines.
Well, we all know what he means.
Joe and Kamala fully intend to support court-packing should they win in November. And since the majority of Americans oppose packing the court, they don’t dare admit it because it might hurt their chances.
In a sense, Joe answered the question. And his answer is “Yes. I will pack the court. But I don’t want you to know that before you go to the polls.”
The Biden campaign is convinced that running on “Orange Man Bad” is enough to secure victory. This is why every question posed, whether on court-packing or fossil fuels or anything else, is answered with an attack against Trump.
Kamala’s entire debate performance, like Biden’s last week, was nothing but a series of “But Trump!” media-created lies. It is their deflection tactic to avoid going on record over what they plan to do.
It’s why they’re running on meaningless bromides like “character,” “integrity,” or “soul of the nation.”
They can’t run on what they actually plan to do because nobody but the radical Leftists and the Twitter ResistanceLOL would vote for them.
The last thing the Democrats want is an informed electorate. Because an informed electorate would roundly reject them.
So they lie, shift the focus to Trump, or flat-out declare some policy positions off limits.
Democrats do that all the time.
If Americans had known what would be unleashed when Obamacare became “the law of the land,” more of them would’ve opposed it. So Congress and President Obama lied.
Nancy Pelosi’s moment of honesty “But we have to pass the bill so you can find out what is in it” was a giant red flag. There’s a reason the Democrats lost the House in 2010. We were lied to, ignored and told knowing the details was off limits.
Joe saying “You’ll know my opinion on court-packing when the election is over” is exactly the same kind of condescending obfuscation.
But court-packing isn’t the only thing Biden is hiding from voters. He’s hiding his Senate papers. And he is most definitely hiding his medical records — not to mention himself.
Biden also refused to release the list of his picks for the Supreme Court – brazenly saying voters didn’t need to know.
But we do need to know. All of it.
Donald Trump makes no secret of what he wants to do in his second term. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, on the other hand, treat voters like uppity Nosy Parkers for demanding concrete answers from them on issues that very much impact our lives.
No informed electorate would ever let them get away with it.
