The Democrats have a Catholic Problem

How many times has Nancy Pelosi played up her Catholicism?  We get lectures from the gin-soaked boozehound on a regular basis about her Catholic faith, don’t we?

She’s a practicing Catholic, don’t you know. She’s prayerful and her faith devout.

Remember that infamous press conference when reporter James Rosen queried Saint Nancy about the possibility that the foolhardy impeachment was fueled by hatred for President Trump?

Sure you do!

She got all up on her high horse and lectured Rosen about just what a devout Catholic she is.

I said at the time:

Her Catholicism isn’t a faith; it’s a shield – something to hold up in front of her to avoid being held to account for this bad faith effort to impeach President no matter what.

You are not allowed to question the motives of the Democrats in Congress who are busy questioning the motives of President Trump. Because questioning the Democrats’ motives is somehow an attack on Saint Nancy and her deeply-held (yet easily set aside) religious beliefs.

She is making a mockery of faith.

Nancy’s Catholicism is a handy weapon she deploys whenever she is challenged. As I said back then, Nancy is “a whitewashed sepulcher. And behind that façade Nancy hides her ugly vitriol, seething hatred, and her scheming opportunism.”

But, my, how the gormless, anti-Christian fools in the media and the ResistanceLOL loved it!

Sure, they despise Catholics as a general rule. But they love the ones who are Catholic in name only. And Nancy is the Patron Saint of CINOs.

Same goes for old handsy Joe Biden. How often do the faith-hating cretins in the media remind us that Joe is a devout Catholic? Why his Catholicism is so central to his life, he’s pretty much the modern-day Saint Thomas Aquinas.

He’s a “deeply religious man,” don’t you know.

So steeped in Catholic doctrine is Planned Parenthood’s nominee that he jettisoned his commitment to the Hyde Amendment which prevented Federal funds from going to abortion and fully embraced the Cult of Infanticide.

The same people who gush over Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden’s alleged Catholic faith are already revving up their engines to paint Amy Coney Barrett as an “extremist.”

This supposed “devout Catholic” who is “guided by his faith” routinely bears false witness against President Trump. To this day Saint Joe of the Perpetually-Wandering Hands continues the vile slander that President Trump called Nazis and White Supremacists “very fine people.”

But how dare you question his super-devout Catholic faith, you anti-Catholic creeps!

Joe is as Catholic as they come!  I mean, didn’t you see the smudge on his forehead on Ash Wednesday?!

But all that gushing love and praise for devout Catholics from the Democrats and the media is about to hit a speed bump.

President Trump may very well nominate Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.

And, unlike Nancy Pelosi or Joe Biden, Coney Barrett is, in fact, a devout Catholic.

Already, the media and the ResistanceLOL have begun a preemptive attack against Coney Barrett for committing the sin of being a devout Catholic.




She believes in the Kingdom of God!!! SHE’S AN EXTREMIST!!!!!

Why, Coney Barrett adopted two children from HAITI!!! WHAT KIND OF MONSTER IS SHE?!!!!




(Okay, this guy is a tinfoil-hat wearing kook, but believe it or not, what he’s saying here is right on message with the rest of the ResistanceLOL.)

Remember what the odious Dianne Feinstein said to Judge Barrett during her lower court confirmation?

“When you read your speeches, the conclusion one draws is that the dogma lives loudly within you. And that’s of concern when you come to big issues that large numbers of people have fought for for years in this country.”

Only an extremist would live her life according to her faith.

I mean, it isn’t as if Jesus said, “you shall know them by their fruits.”

Wait. Jesus did say that.

See, this is why Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden are acceptable Catholics. They don’t live their faith. Their “faith” lives only through their words and not through their actions. That makes them “safe” Catholics.

Sure, they’ll call those two “devout” but they are anything but devout. “Devout” means not only believing strongly in a religion, but also following the teachings and precepts of the faith.

The only religion Pelosi and Biden devoutly embrace is the religion of Progressivism. Catholicism? Not so much.

But Amy Coney Barrett actually lives her life according to her Catholic faith. She is devout.

So all the people who squeal with delight over Pelosi and Biden’s so-called devout Catholicism call Coney Barrett a “dangerous” “extremist.”

It isn’t surprising. These are the people who booed “God” at the 2012 Democratic National Convention.

These are the people who mock, not just Catholics, but every devout Christian.

Their hatred toward believers is palpable.

For crying out loud, last year during the confirmation of district court nominee Brian Buescher, Kamala Harris attacked his Catholicism and even tried to paint the Knights of Columbus as some evil, nefarious organization.

For the Left, religious faith begins and ends at the church door. And the commonly-held belief that one must practice one’s faith is viewed as “extremism” by these godless monsters.

But it isn’t the faithful who are extremists here.  It is the Democrat Party and their extreme anti-Christian bigotry.

If President Trump nominates Amy Coney Barrett, the Senate Democrats will not hesitate to attack her for her faith. And while that might play well among the news media, Hollywood and the Twitter ResistanceLOL, I don’t think it will play well among voters.

How many of these suburban women will enjoy watching a woman of faith attacked for her faith?

How many devoutly Catholic Hispanics will applaud the Democrats painting Catholicism as “extremism?”

But if the Kavanaugh confirmation taught us anything, it’s the Democrats don’t care how many Americans they disgust in their quest to destroy a Trump nominee.

Though I can’t help but wonder if one of the reasons Senate Democrats do not want a confirmation before the election is because they know that their repugnant anti-Catholic attacks will hurt them at the ballot box in November.
