The Silence of the Senate Handmaids

We finally know how to get these “I will not be silenced” Democrat Handmaids to shut the hell up. Just ask them to comment on Tara Reade.

Ah, who can forget the hue and cry that erupted from the Democrat Handmaids in the US Senate back when Brett Kavanaugh was accused.  Kamala Harris, Mazie Hirono, Kirsten Gillibrand – these Senate Handmaids leapt on these spurious accusations like opportunistic ticks on a dog’s back.

We couldn’t make it through a single day without one or all three of those Believe Women frauds popping up on cable news.

Kirsten Gillibrand took to the Senate floor to scoff at the very idea that due process applies to Brett Kavanaugh.

Due process?! Oh, you silly, stupid people!

Gillibrand’s Twitter timeline is full of earnest, emotional tweets about how she believed Christine Blasey-Ford.





“I believe Dr. Blasey Ford because she’s telling the truth.”

Talk about circular logic. That makes the kind of sense that doesn’t.

How do you know she’s telling the truth, Kirsten?  Because you believe her?






Yes, she’s a hero — insofar as she gave Kirsten an outsized platform from which to plan her failed presidential run.

Another one of the Senate Handmaids, and the dumbest woman in Congress, Mazie Hirono got so much mileage out of the accusations against Brett Kavanaugh, she went from the Senator nobody knew existed to the big-mouth idiot who demanded all men shut up.

Handmaid Kamala launched her quixotic presidential campaign on the back of the Kavanaugh smears – using the confirmation hearings to showboat for her own political ends.

Like her fellow Senate Handmaids, Kamala insisted that all “survivors” deserve to be heard.






So now we have a presumptive Presidential nominee who has been accused of sexual assault, and what are we getting from these Senate Handmaids?

Radio silence.

No spots on CNN, MSNBC or the Sunday shows.

No earnest, tearful video clips about believing “survivors.”

No scolding tweets demanding that Tara Reade “deserves” to be heard.

Nothing. Not one word.

And it’s not just the Senate Handmaids who are struck dumb either. Every single Senate Democrat refuses to go on record.






How ironic. Usually the Senate Handmaids can’t shut up about not being silenced. Kamala and Kirsten in particular love using the phrase, “I will not be silenced.”

Turns out there is a way to shut these broads up.

All you have to do is try and get them on the record when a presumptive Democrat nominee is, to use their phrase, “credibly accused” of sexual assault.

And faster than you can say, “MeToo,” all these “I-believe-Christine-Blasey-Ford-she’s-a-hero” ladies clam up.

When it comes to Tara Reade, Mazie Hirono doesn’t just want men to shut up.  She wants Mazie Hirono to shut up too.

No, it isn’t a shock.

We all knew back when they smeared Brett Kavanaugh that their witch hunt mentality was inevitably going to come around to bite them in the ass if and when a Democrat got accused of rape.

Truth is, Senate Handmaids Kamala, Kirsten and Mazie never really cared if Christine Blasey Ford was telling the truth.

It really didn’t matter to them.

Blasey Ford was nothing but a pawn.

They used her for their own ends – for self-promotion, face-time on cable news and increased national exposure.

Showing the same near-religious zeal for “Believe Women” in the case of Tara Reade does absolutely nothing to advance their public profiles.

Because it was never about “survivors.”  It was never about “Believe Women.”

It was self-gratification and political posturing — not to mention preserving a far-Left slant on the Supreme Court.

The silence of the Senate Handmaids isn’t hypocrisy. In both instances, these three broads are looking out for themselves. What it is, in reality, is craven and cynical opportunism.

Believing Blasey Ford worked to their benefit. Believing Tara Reade does not.

It’s as simple as that.
