It isn’t JoeMentia they want; it’s his voters

The Democrat Party’s only hope of preventing what Candace Owens calls a “Blexit,” is to drag over the finish line the semi-senile near-octogenarian who can’t even remember his own name.


I said last week that old JoeMentia Biden is nothing but an empty vessel the Democrat establishment is using to regain power.  All those Obama people who assumed they’d be part of the incoming Clinton Administration were none too happy when Trump’s 2016 victory left them out in the cold.

They want back in.

And Old JoeMentia is their ticket back in.

But I think there’s another reason the Democrats are forced to back a confused old codger with borderline dementia who doesn’t know where he is (or who he is) half the time.

Over the last year or so we’ve seen Trump’s approval rating among black voters double since his inauguration.  I’ve mentioned it several times just over the last year – most recently back in November when both Rasmussen and Emerson had Trump’s support among blacks at 34%.  And if even half of that 34% vote for Trump in 2020, that would be ballgame.

Most polling outfits are doing their level best to hide Trump’s rising support among black voters.  But I’m thinking the Democrats’ internal polling confirms that thanks to President Trump’s economic agenda, many black voters are rethinking their unquestioning support of the Democrat Party.

Democrats need a 2020 nominee with broad support among blacks.

Pete Buttigieg, for all the hype surrounding him, polled terribly among blacks voters.
So he had to go.

Then there’s Elizabeth Warren.  Despite her attempts at wooing blacks by promising reparations, she was pretty much kryptonite.  The one time Liz was confronted by black voters, her one black friend had to step in and save her.

And while Bernie is popular among younger blacks, Democrats know that it’s older blacks who reliably turn out on election day.

That left the Democrats only once possible choice – old JoeMentia Biden.

I’m telling you, the internal polling must have them sweating.

For decades, the Democrats had the black vote sewn up.  They never had to lift a finger to woo them because their support was a fait accompli.

Until now.  Now the Democrats are scrambling to maintain that support.

Which explains why any time black Trump supporters are featured in the news, the Democrats’ handmaids in the media smear them as “uncle Toms” and “tokens.”

It’s also why the Democrats and the media are urging JoeMentia to choose Kamala Harris or even the absurd Stacey Abrams as his running mate.

And why today they will promote the hell out of Kamala endorsing the demented old cooter.



The Democrats are nervous as hell.

They’re more worried about failing to garner 90% of the black vote than they are having an unpredictable, barely coherent, senile hot mess as their nominee.

You don’t think they know that JoeMentia is a risky bet?

You don’t think they realize that he’s one incomprehensible meltdown away from completely imploding?

You don’t think they’re aware that his family’s shenanigans in China and Ukraine are a dangerous liability?

They know all of that.

Joe Biden is an unstable bomb just waiting to detonate.

Trust me.  None of these guys really wants Biden at the top of the ticket.

But what choice do Democrats have?

They simply cannot afford to lose even fifteen percent of the black vote to President Trump next November or it’s game over.

So despite their better judgment, despite Joe’s numerous liabilities, they’re going all-in on the one guy they think can stop the bleeding.
