Impeach Pelosi/Schiff/Nadler for Abuse of Power

For three years, Democrats accused the president of having stolen the 2016 election.  Now, they maintain, he is trying to steal the 2020 election.  In reality, it was Hillary and members of the Obama administration (and probably Obama himself) who tried to steal the 2016 election and it is Pelosi, Schiff, and Nadler who are trying to steal 2020.

Pelosi, Schiff, and Nadler are using the power of their offices to erase the 2016 election, steal the 2020 Presidential Election, and damage Republican senators in purple states enough to flip the upper chamber to Democratic Party control. 

Running on the issues against the successful Trump administration does not appeal to them.  Instead, they are using impeachment as the means to rig the election to get control of the presidency and the Senate.

Should Republicans win a majority in the House this November -- not an entirely unlikely prospect with polls showing the public turning against the amorphous impeachment effort -- one of the first orders of business for the new majority leader should be to initiate Articles of Impeachment against Adam Schiff.  The charge should be “Abuse of Power.”

After that, Republicans can do the same to Pelosi and Nadler.

If Democrats were honest (I know, dream on), they would admit to the world they are impeaching Donald J. Trump for purely personal and political reasons.  Democrats, as a party, were unable to believe that, since they were on the side of all that is good and just, Donald J. Trump won the presidency fair and square.

For Pelosi, Schiff, and Nadler, however, it’s personal.  We know this because just as they can look into Trump’s soul and know his motivations, so can we do the same to see theirs. 

Pelosi is an important person.  Did you know, she’s third in line for the presidency, immediately after Pence?  No conflict of interest there.  As Speaker of the House, she considers herself to be the equal of the president and not merely a partisan in control of one half of one branch of the three branches of government.

She demands respect and Trump refuses to give it to her.

Nancy made up her mind when Trump left her standing on the tarmac surrounded by her luggage and 62 of her closest friends when he yanked her USAF plane in a budget dispute.  Most people aren’t aware that Pelosi travels almost exclusively on United States Air Force jets whenever she wants, to wherever she desires, and with whomever she wants along.  That particular junket was a “fact finding” tour of Europe.  Did I mention her transports always have catered meals and an open bar?

In essence, Trump will not bow to Pelosi, who considers herself to be one of the most powerful women on earth.

Personally, the ever-minacious Pelosi despises Trump with an inimical intensity that her solemnity and prayerfulness can barely disguise.  The fact that she has let her personal feelings impel a scurrilous and unfounded impeachment is certainly an “Abuse of Power.”

Schiff is the weird kid from high school with no friends who made it big as an elected government representative of the most powerful nation in the world.  But he needs to have more, he has to keep showing the mean kids; he is driven to keep proving to everyone how wrong they were back before he became such an important man.  Trump calls him “Pencil Neck,” perhaps precipitating flashbacks for Schiff to the good old days when the cool kids gave him swirlies back in Monte Vista High School. 

He wears more makeup than Norma Desmond ready for her closeup and rivals Schumer as a camera hog.  You can almost envision the poor sot sitting at home wearing one of those baseball caps with the lights inside it guaranteed to grow hair, watching over and over again CNN’s Toobin calling him “Dazzling.”

Oh, it’s very personal for Pencil Neck… er, Adam.

Nadler has hated Trump for decades, ever since Trump was a New York City real estate tycoon and Nadler was a city councilman.  Trump very publicly and ferociously ridiculed him as Nadler almost singlehandedly prevented Trump from developing New York’s Westside Rail Yards.  He machinated so many delays in the project, Trump was obligated to pay real estate taxes of tens of millions of dollars a year for more than a decade.  What was left of Trump’s vision was a project so circumscribed it’s doubtful Trump made a substantial profit. 

Nadler took their serial battles very personally.  And, as we all know, using the power of his office to pursue a personal vendetta is the very definition of “Abuse of Power.”  At least the way the Democrats have defined it.  Isn’t it?

Defense Attorney Pat Cipollone called Trump’s impeachment by the Democrats “the most massive interference in election history.”  It’s an “Abuse of Power” to use your office for political gain.  Clearly, Pelosi, Schiff, and Nadler are guilty of the same thing they are accusing Trump of.

All three should be impeached.
