The Climate Cult: Turning your child into another Greta
Greta Thunberg is the template. She is the model of indoctrination through terror that the Left seeks to use on your kids.
Did you know that today across the country school children are getting a free pass to walk out of school and join a “Global Climate Strike?” And who is the star of the show? Greta Thunberg.
Yup, that Swedish kid with Asberger’s syndrome is here in America hoping to convert your children to the Cult of Climate Change.
Why just have one terrified child who has bought into the Climate Change Cult when public schools are happy to turn your children into Greta too.
The fact that adults are willing to exploit a child to advance their political agenda shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone.
Nor should it that public schools, funded with your taxes, are happy to exploit your children in the exact same way Greta has been exploited.
Teachers’ Unions are all-in on abortion, gun control and climate hysteria. So it shouldn’t come as a galloping shock that they happily feed your children to the Left.
They want your kids terrorized in the same way Greta is.
Nothing would please them more.
Julie Kelly has a great column over at American Greatness titled “Child Hostages Obey Their Climate Captors.” You really should read the whole thing.
But here’s just a smidge:
It is the latest stunt orchestrated by the international climate cabal and yet another example of how the Left shamelessly exploits and manipulates children to propagandize any cause. (Think of the high school students in Parkland, Florida.) But this time, the climate cabal is using a special-needs teenager from Sweden to indoctrinate more children and adults with climate change dogma.
Greta Thunberg is a 16-year-old from Stockholm—which is ironic because the teen exhibits many traits associated with a hostage attempting to please her captors.
In a way, Thunberg is not the face of a climate crisis but an alarming example of how the climate cabal has needlessly terrified two generations of young people. The emotional, physical, and intellectual damage wrought by the climate change movement now is coming into clear view and it’s an outcome that should enrage every parent.
This is straight-up child abuse.
And yet it is happily promoted by public schools, the media and even Congress who just this week permitted Greta Thunberg to “testify” before them.
I’ve told you before that the Left believes that your children do not belong to you. They belong to the State.
It has always been that way. Always.
Hitler boasted that though adults might not be swayed by his movement, they would die off. Their children, however, belonged to him.
Hillary Clinton once referred to public education as “the most important non-family enterprise in raising the next generation.”
The Left doesn’t want parents involved in the so-called “education” of their children.
It’s why they oppose and vilify homeschooling.
They want your children sentenced to public schools where the Left can see to it your child is properly indoctrinated, terrorized, exploited and “raised” to think as the Left does. And if they can turn your child into another Greta Thunberg, but God, they’ll do it with a song in their hearts.
This is why Teachers’ Unions work tirelessly to elect Democrats. They know the Democrat Party will ensure that public schools have a near monopoly on “raising the next generation” free of family interference.
Once upon a time they tried to hide what they were doing.
But not anymore.
Greta Thunberg is their template. She is the model of indoctrination through terror that the Left seeks to use on your kids. And now they’re doing it in the clear light of day.
As Julie Kelly put it in her column:
Thunberg is indeed sending an important message, however, it is not the one her promoters intend. She is a cautionary tale of what lies ahead if adults don’t start pushing back against climate propaganda.
And it’s long past time parents pushed back … and hard.
