President Trump's Only Paths to an Electoral Win

The purpose of this article is to provide clarity on the issue at hand, and how to solve this problem of democrats attempting to steal this election. There will be no discussion within my article about the validity of the accusations of voter fraud. It happened and there is well documented evidence. As is there evidence of election law violations, which will play out in the Supreme Court regarding Pennsylvania's illegal actions. So anyone reading who thinks there is no evidence, at least get it through your head that this is going to be challenged and that President Trump has a right to call for audits and recounts both on his own behalf and the tens of millions who voted for him, most of whom believe the election results are fraudulent. A check of the election's validity is required, especially in this election cycle when mail-in ballots have been used to this extent. In the past, both political parties have decried mail-in ballots to be susceptible to fraud.

As for the issue of recounts in general, Gore was allowed to call for numerous recounts, and that was over mere voter "error". Meaning the accusation was, "Voters were too dumb to line up arrows on a ballot, and voted Buchanan by mistake." This time we have accusations of widespread election fraud and election law violations. So deal with it. That aside, feel free to comment about whatever you want in the comments, but I won't be entertaining such discussions myself.

So lets get right to it.


President Trump Has Two Paths to Victory

Both of these paths involve holding Georgia. However this first path has Trump winning Arizona, which it looks like President Trump is on course to do, if not through an outright win, then through an automatic audit and hand recount as the result will be close either way. But holding Georgia is a necessity, which is in a mandatory audit and hand recount and is expected to be done Nov 20th.



1. President Trump must have audits and hand recounts in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Arizona even if Trump has a winning result there initially. This will expose the fraud, eliminate the forged ballots for Biden, and bring the numbers back in line with the truth. Arizona and Pennsylvania put Trump over the 270 threshold.

Additionally, if Georgia's audit and hand recount reveal a massive difference in the vote totals due to vote switching from Dominion software, or a large number of mail-in ballots that lack signatures, dates of birth, correct addresses, or all of the above, then this will get the other states talking and looking at their own elections. In fact, even early reports of dozens of cases of election fraud could get the snowball rolling at the top of the mountain.

The second path is not exclusive to the first. President Trump can and MUST do both, though either one would result in a win.



2. Demand audits and recounts in Wisconsin and Michigan. This way, Pennsylvania won't even be needed just in case the Supreme Court fails to uphold the Constitution and election laws. But President Trump will still need to hold GA to win with 274. Michigan is where massive election fraud took place in Wayne County at the TCF Center where an estimated 138,000 ballots were dumped AFTER election day. An audit of these ballots in this county alone would likely flip the election in Michigan to President Trump.

Another more unlikely path is winning enough states to present a tie of 269 each. For example, losing GA and PA but winning WI, MI, and AZ. This would result in The House and Senate breaking the tie, which would go to President Trump. This is assuming no faithless electors, which there absolutely would be.


The Next Step

Each path will require President Trump to assert his legal right to an audit and recount of the states that are suspect. The fact that mail-in ballots and democrat operatives inside the polling places have caused such chaos is justification enough for mandatory audits and recounts. We were not given proper oversight of the verification and tabulation processes as required by law, which means the American people deserve proof that these mail-in ballots are from qualified voters and are genuine. We must also know if any mail-in ballots were excluded from the count. Check the records to see if the number of ballots received matches the number of ballots counted. And if not, see which ballots were excluded and why. Next, we deserve to know the proper count and that each valid vote is counted.

There must be proper oversight officials watching every step of this process, from verification to the actual tally. Democrats used social distancing as an excuse to keep poll watchers and challengers away from the ballots. Inspectors and observers must have legal access to the ballots to ensure they are proper. Meaning, matching signatures and addresses and any other ID requirements based on state law. If these challengers must wear hazmat suits, so be it. But COVID cannot be used as an excuse to infringe people's voting rights.


Is It Possible?

The fake news media's narrative has gone from, "Where's your evidence", to "That's not enough evidence", to "Okay so you have evidence, but the difference in the vote is too much to overcome". This is not a sound argument against audits and recounts. If there is fraud, and there is, and if there are election law violations, and there are, then audits and recounts are the remedy regardless of how wide the gap is between vote totals. So this is an irrelevant argument. There are accusations of election fraud, therefore audits and hand recounts must be conducted. But let's see if it's possible to flip the election back to the truth.

First thing to note, when fake news urinalists claim a recount won't swing the election by that many votes, they are talking about mere recounts in elections past where mail-in voting was not a large factor. Recounts of elections past were done to gain a few hundred votes hoping there was human error, or slight voter fraud in enough numbers. This time around we're talking about widespread ballot box stuffing. We're talking thousands of examples of dead people sending in mail-in ballots, which according to law cannot be counted. We're talking about counting machines switching Trump's votes to Biden or Jorgensen. Fake newsers will say a few thousand dead votes won't make a difference, but the point of these lawyers finding thousands of dead votes is not a point about swinging an electoral count on dead votes alone, it's a point about how widespread the fraud is. If these were only a few thousand dead votes, then the hunt to verify them shouldn't be this easy. In other words, lawyers are finding many examples one after the other, which means there are potentially hundreds of thousands of instances. If it were only a few dozen, or hundred, or thousand, then many of these name searches should turn up negative, meaning the dead person did not vote. Instead it's the opposite. Lawyers are finding dead votes constantly.

Think of it this way. You're in a boat on a pond with few fish in it. You will sit out there all day fishing and rarely catch anything, if at all. But now imagine the pond is nothing but fish. They'll practically be jumping into the boat. That is what is happening here.

Add to this fact that ballots, of any number whether it's 100 or up to 138,000, were dumped at polling places at around 4am the morning AFTER the election, are illegal votes. Any mail-in ballot that was delivered after the election, or broke proper chain of custody standards, are not valid. It would be no different from people trying to vote in the election the day after.

Then there are mail-ins that are not signed, or the signatures don't match, or they're missing other required information. This is way beyond mere recount anomalies. We're talking potentially hundreds of thousands of ballots.

That's to say nothing of any counting machine "glitches" or human "error" in operating them.

So what are the vote total differences in each of these suspect states?

Arizona: 11,390

Georgia: 14,071

Michigan: 146,123

Nevada: 36,866

Pennsylvania: 55,525

Wisconsin: 20,540

As you can see by the spread, these elections are well within range of being flipped once ballots are verified and hand recounted. Remember, a vote switch means Trump had lost a vote and Biden gained it. So if Trump lost 30,000 votes to Biden, that would be a difference of 60,000. That's enough to take Pennsylvania right there, and that's without all the fraudulent ballots for Biden that Trump's lawyers claim will be thrown out for violating election law in the state.




Action Not Words

President Trump must act now to get these states to audit and recount the ballots before the evidence is destroyed. Gore took 35 days for his foolish recounts. Time is of the essence, and democrats have every incentive to rush this process, as they are doing now. They know they're guilty, and they don't want to be exposed.

As for the rest of us, contact your state legislatures and demand full audits and recounts. If you live in a state that did things the right way, then contact your U.S. representative or Senator and demand federal investigations of these polling places and ballots to ensure there was no fraud.

A fake ballot is an infringement on someone's right to vote. We cannot allow this election to be stolen from the American people. Otherwise, every election from now on will be stolen in the same way.

The Founders Outsmarted the Presidential Election Fraudsters

 

Who chooses the President of the United States?

This question is by no means rhetorical.  For example, the mass disinformation media has chosen Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 election.  Many people liked this news, but I must disappoint them – the television broadcasters have, according to the U.S. Constitution, nothing to do with who will live in the White House for the next four years.

Maybe the Supreme Court chooses the President? No, the Constitution does not provide for this.  Could it be that the citizens of America choose their President? Following the U.S. Constitution, no.  So, who then chooses the President?

Before answering this question, let us note that, contrary to popular misconception, the President of the United States is not a representative of the American people.  State legislators and governors are representatives of the people, and at the federal level so are the members of the House of Representatives of the United States Congress.  (Currently, senators are also representatives of the people, but before the ratification of the 17th Amendment to the Constitution in 1913, they were appointed by state legislators).  So, who does the President of America represent?

The President of the United States of America, according to the Constitution, represents state legislators' interests and no one else.

In general, the federal government's structure in America reflects the numerous attempts of the Founding Fathers of the United States to introduce a system of effective state control over the federal government.  The fact is that the main difference between our country and all other countries, without exception, is that it was organized "from the bottom up," that is, individual colonies voluntarily united against a common enemy – the British Empire.  All other "republics" on the planet were created "from the top down," when the already existing provinces were graciously granted some independence by the already existing central government.

In building the American state, the fundamental principle was state control over the newly created federal power structure.  Therefore, from the Founding Fathers' point of view, the federal government in Washington should consist of both representatives of the people (congressmen) and representatives of the state leadership – the federal President and senators.  This is how the institution of the Electoral College was invented and implemented.  The electors are appointed by the state legislatures, and they are the ones who elect the President of the country.

So why do American citizens need to participate in the presidential elections? Well, strictly speaking, it is not necessary.  It is just that there is a long tradition in America – state legislators appoint electors in such a way that these appointments correspond to the mood of the people (in some states, this is even enshrined by law).  This is a tradition, but according to the U.S. Constitution, the participation of the people in presidential elections, generally speaking, is not required.  According to the Constitution, the people participate in the direct elections of their legislators, which is quite enough.

There is nothing reprehensible in this – after all, the President of America is not the representative of the American people.  He is the representative of state legislators.  From the point of view of the states, the President (and pre-1913, two senators from each state) are the "overseers" of the federal government.  In other words, the President, from the point of view of state legislators, is "our man in Havana" (that is, in Washington), who is responsible for the observance of state rights by the federal government.

Thus, under the Constitution, state legislators have the right to generally ignore the results of the voting of citizens of their state and appoint those who they deem necessary to the Electoral College.  Why did the Founding Fathers of the United States give state legislators such unprecedented power? Because most of the Founding Fathers were geniuses with impressive foresight.  They did not know precisely when this would happen, but they knew it would eventually happen: the election's published results would have nothing to do with how the citizens voted.

This is exactly what happened in 2020.

Of course, there have been falsifications in the counting of votes in America before.  However, in 2020, the Democrats went all-in with a scam, and for the first time in American history, they were close to success.  Actually, they simply had no other choice.  They knew very well that another Trump term would be enough to crush the American left to its core.  (However, even if Trump does not manage to stay in the White House, his departure from politics will be such that the left will not be envied.)

Now, more than a week after the elections, it is already clear what the Trump team is doing.  They are working in two directions.

First, they sue in states where there was a clear violation of the electoral law.  Violations include the counting of votes that came after polling stations closed, turnout of more than 100%, the use of computer systems that were systematically "wrong," always in favor of Biden, the thousands of Pennsylvania voters born on January 1, 1900 (or even on January 1, 1800), and much more.

For example, election results in some Democrat-controlled states violate fundamental laws of both mathematics and physics.  The votes cast for Biden do not comply with the statistical law of distribution of digits (Benford's Law), while the ballots cast for Trump do adhere to this law.  Thousands of mailed ballots were received even before they were officially sent.  Thus, the 2020 election showed compelling evidence of the possibility of time travel.

Secondly, the Trump team calls on state legislators to use their constitutional powers to rectify the local executive authority's criminal actions to the point of completely ignoring the falsified voting results.

These are the expected steps.  Any presidential candidate would and should take such measures.  Al Gore did the same in 2000, but then the case concerned only the state of Florida.  In 2000, the country did not know the name of the winner for 35 days, and in 2020 we should not expect a faster resolution of the issue because now we are talking about at least six "problem" states.

Only now is the reason for the frenzy with which the Democrats attacked the three Trump-nominated Supreme Court justices is becoming clear.  The fact is that the Trump-nominated current U.S. Supreme Court justices – Gorsuch, Kavanagh, and Barrett – were on Bush's legal team that secured the Supreme Court case in favor of Bush in 2000.

But the main difference between the 2020 elections and the 2000 elections is the involvement of the federal government's apparatus in investigating violations.  The investigation is carried out by both prosecutors of the Department of Justice and FBI agents.

According to the Constitution, all courts and all other voting problems must be resolved by the first Monday after the second Wednesday of December, which falls on December 14 this year.  If on December 14, the Electoral College fails to elect a president, then the Constitution also provides for this scenario.  Per the 12th Amendment to the Constitution, in this case, the President and Vice President will be elected by the House of Representatives (however, if for some reason the Vice President cannot be elected by the House of Representatives, then the right of his choice is transferred to the Senate.)

In the House of Representatives, state delegations will be voting, not the individual congressmen themselves.  Now in the House of Representatives, the majority of delegations – 26 – belong to Republicans.  In the Senate, the Republicans also have an advantage.  So, the only reason Trump can lose the election now, a week after the election, is his own admission of defeat.  But such a strange decision by Trump is unlikely – this guy is from Queens, and if he gets involved in a fight, he will see it through to the end.

It is also unlikely that Trump does not understand that if the chronic vote-rigging by Democrats is not stopped now, America will end.  The Trump team is well aware that such an opportunity to end the creeping socialist revolution may no longer be presented.

As a result, Democrats will likely not recover from this fraud.  The disinformation media (which Fox News joined on the election night) will not recover from deliberately covering up this fraud, this attempted coup.  If the Democrats went for broke, then Trump could, most likely, also go for broke.

Trump may have already destroyed the Democratic National Committee, but they just do not know it yet.

In military terms, Trump's team conducted careful reconnaissance and intelligence on the enemy for a week.  They collected numerous affidavits about the electoral fraud of Democrats, witnesses who confirm their testimony under oath.  But on the evening of November 10, the reconnaissance was completed, and massive artillery bombardment began in the form of lawsuits in several key states and the initiation of criminal investigations into violations by the Department of Justice.  If this does not help, Trump will bring into the battle the strategic reserves available only to the President of the American state apparatus – for example, in the form of a complete declassification of Obamagate.  In any case, our country is by no means at the end; we are at the very beginning of this process.

From a legal perspective, Biden is an impostor, a false president, at least until December 14 of this year.  If Biden can declare himself President-elect without any legal basis, then any other American citizen can also declare himself President-elect.

Therefore, I am forced to repeat my advice once again – to survive in this leftist madhouse, turn off the TV and start thinking for yourself.  If you have read the article so far, you will definitely succeed.  And remember – if the laws in our country are still observed, then the chances of the Harris-Biden administration (in this order) are practically zero.  If the laws in America are not followed, then the great American political experiment will unfortunately end.

To Dems, ‘Unity’ Means Doing Everything They Want and Shutting Up About It

The worst thing for our country isn't a Joe Biden presidency. 
It's giving the leftist toddlers what they want.


The only thing worse than listening to a screaming toddler is seeing his smug, tear-stained but smiling face after his parent gives in to his irreverent outburst and rewards him for his tantrum. That’s all I could think about as I walked the streets of Madison, Wisconsin, Saturday night after several news outlets called the presidential race for Joe Biden.

A hopeful energy pulsed through State Street, the bustling pedestrian mall of restaurants and storefronts bookended by the university and the Capitol. I walked past business after business boarded up tight in anticipation of a fiery post-election purge, but instead, front doors were propped open on the uncharacteristically warm November night as groups of friends chattered and shopped and drank in merriment. No sirens or chanting interrupted my pleasant patio dinner date.I breathed easier than I would have under different circumstances, I’ll admit. Had the media called the race differently, I likely wouldn’t have left the apartment and 

 I certainly wouldn’t have neared downtown. Underneath that peaceful veneer, however, remains the gross reality that things are calm only because the snotty toddler got his way.

Unity Is a Joke

These are the infantile adults that were told “no” in 2016 by the half of the country they most despised and spent the next four years screaming that everything was unfair and that those who disagreed with them were racists, sexists, bigots, and homophobes. Instead of biting and hitting, they looted and vandalized, and the equally childish media covered for them.

They promised to “impeach the motherf-cker,” canceled dissenters, and maligned anyone who wanted to “Make America Great Again.” They smeared mask rebels and churchgoers as grandma-killers and squawked in our faces that boys are girls, silence is violence, and all women are inherently trustworthy, straight white men be damned. Only now that they think they’ve won do they have any interest in faux “unity.”

In a recent editorial, the Washington Examiner posited, “Biden has a historic opportunity to heal the country’s wounds, and if he wants an admired legacy, he will start now to fulfill the promise of his Delaware speech and bring uniters, not dividers, into his administration.” Conservatives who fall for this “unity” schtick are hopelessly naive. 

While things might be quiet now, all hell is sure to break loose again the moment things don’t go in the way of the tantrum-throwers. This is because the wrong side won — or at least the fact that they believe they did proves the point. The toddlers got what they wanted. Their abhorrent behavior was reinforced with their most prized reward: the end of the Trump presidency.

Now rather than watching the thugs tear down and set ablaze our livelihoods, we’re stuck looking at their smug faces instead. It was always going to be one or the other: Elect us and we’ll destroy the country, or elect Trump and we’ll destroy your property.

For this reason, the relative peace in our cities now is a bad omen. This cultural calm is a reminder that, like the short-sighted parent capitulating to her toddler, the electorate traded long-term stability for short-term quiet. We didn’t bring an end to the fearmongering and the incivility; we put the uncivil fearmongers in power, and they have sinister plans for their political opponents.

Political Religion Makes All of Life a Holy War

This all goes back to the infantilization of the left, and it’s not surprising. There’s a reason shop-owners were afraid of spurned Biden supporters but relaxed when they remembered the frustrated Trumpsters had no intention of acting out. 

When Trump supporters heard the unwelcome news that Biden would ostensibly be the president-elect, they were bummed. Some were mad, others were suspicious, and others felt defeated and discouraged — but they dutifully returned to their daily grinds, clocking in for work, caring for their families, and carrying on their commitments to their churches.

That’s because, for so many on the right, politics is an add-on. Family and faith, however imperfectly, inform civic values, but politics is no replacement for those superior institutions.

For many on the left, that isn’t the case. For those who have chosen to worship at the feet of progressivism as religion, this election was life or death because it was central to everything else.

For a population who has pushed off marriage, disposed of its children, abandoned church, and relinquished its independence to the nanny state and its individualism to identity politics, to lose an election is to lose it all. All battles therefore become moral, meaning victory by any means necessary — including stealing and destroying and sometimes even killing — is justified.

Don’t Let the Leftist Toddlers Get Their Way 

That leaves us quite a divided America. How can we ever hope for unity when one side holds the other hostage? Give us what we want, or else. That’s no way to start a mutually beneficial negotiation.

So conservatives are left with a choice. Will we continue caving in to the boisterous toddler until it becomes an unruly and insufferable adult? Or will stand our ground and endure the tantrums until the left tuckers itself out on its own fickle rhetoric and runs its own cities into the soil? Don’t relish the present quiet; realize what it stands for.

Presidents come and go, and if Trump does finally lose re-election after all the legal battles run their course, so be it. The worst thing for our country isn’t a Biden presidency. It’s giving the leftist toddlers what they want.

Reports: President Trump replaces top DHS officials

Following a similar purge at the Pentagon, President Trump is reportedly replacing top Homeland Security officials.

 

According to reports on Thursday, DHS Cybersecurity Chief Bryan Ware has been forced to resign, effective Friday. He will be replaced by his deputy Matt Hartman. The Department’s Chief of International Affairs, Valerie Boyd, has also resigned from her position.

Reports have claimed President Trump is seeking to assert control at both the DHS and the Pentagon amid mounting national security challenges.

Ala. Sen.-elect Tommy Tuberville labels Biden a socialist

The newly-elected Republican senator out of Alabama slammed Joe Biden by stating the Democrat nominee wants to impose socialist policies on Americans.

In a radio interview on Thursday, Tommy Tuberville said Biden intends to drag the country towards socialism, limit the rights of citizens and would also seek to reimpose coronavirus lockdowns.

 

 

Tuberville also suggested Biden can’t wait to get his hands on Americans’ money in order to redistribute the country’s wealth. He went on to say it’s a good thing Republicans are poised to hold their majority in the Senate as far-left Democrats controlling both chambers of Congress would change America beyond recognition.

The Alabama senator-elect added, thanks to the rise of the far-left within the party, it appears Democrats are too busy fighting among themselves to get things done.

LAPD forced to dissolve Sexual Assault Unit amid budget cuts

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) is preparing for a drastic reorganization as it’s forced into a $150 million budget cut.

According to LAPD Chief Michel Moore this week, the department will immediately have to cut an estimated 350 positions. He said the initial readjustment turns the department’s attention toward its handling of daily calls and emergencies. The chief noted cuts could only be made in specialty areas.

 

“I can’t take those 350 people out of patrol, they would just absolutely decimate our patrol, staffing,” Moore explained. “So we’re looking at our specialized areas, and some of them we’re downsizing and others we’re eliminating.”

Officials fear the switch may result in officers being put on cases where they lack expertise. However, Moore said the department will focus on keeping officers and detectives in areas where they have training.

A total of 234 officers will be sent back into patrol. The departments Sexual Assault Unit at the Robbery-Homicide Division is one of the groups to be dissolved.

“The Sexual Assault Unit, this is one of the cutbacks that we’re doing within the realignment,” Moore stated. “Those specialized detectives will be moved out to the geographic bureaus.”

This very unit was responsible for the investigations into movie producer Harvey Weinstein and USC physician George Tyndall.

According to Moore, the department also plans to cut air support, gang and narcotics as well as robbery and homicide divisions.

The reductions to the budget were first announced during summer, following widespread protests calling to defund the police after the death of George Floyd. The budget also anticipates future cuts to all city agencies due to the coronavirus pandemic.

This comes as the city’s homicides this year have increased by 25 percent, marking more than 300 killings since 2009.

 

 

As the department continues to work through this drastic change in the coming months, Moore said potential budget cuts may force the department to eliminate hundreds of more positions.

Lawsuit Claims 40,000+ Fraudulent Ballots Pumped Through Detroit

Eyewitnesses testify they saw approximately 40,000 irregular ballots arrive in vehicles with out-of-state plates during an early-morning poll worker shift change Nov. 4. That's not even the half of it.



A lawsuit filed Nov. 8 in Michigan alleges that Detroit, Mich. elections officials oversaw and openly encouraged election fraud totaling many “tens of thousands” of fraudulent ballots, plus other illegal election-tampering.

The complaint filed by an in-state conservative nonprofit legal group alleges numerous instances of illegal and suspicious activity in the Democrat stronghold encompassing Detroit, Wayne County. President Trump’s legal team has filed a separate lawsuit alleging additional voting crimes and irregularities in the county. 

The current results of the presidential race in Michigan suggest an approximately 146,000-vote gap between President Trump and Joe Biden, and an 84,000-vote gap between U.S. Senate candidates Gary Peters (D) and John James (R). The Associated Press and the state’s Democrat officials say Biden has won the state’s electoral votes and that Trump’s claims of fraud are insulting and inaccurate.

Wayne County is estimated to have been the site of some 850,000 votes this year. If this lawsuit is accurate, however, a massive portion of these votes is fraudulent.

The Great Lakes Justice Center complaint provides “eyewitness accounts and direct evidence” that “approximately 40,000” unsecured, irregular ballots arrived in vehicles with out-of-state license plates at Detroit’s only vote-counting location, TCF Center, in the wee hours of the Nov. 4 morning during a shift change in election workers. Eyewitnesses signed affidavits saying that every one of this group of 40,000 ballots they saw “was counted orally and attributed only to Democratic candidates,” specifically Joe Biden.

Other eyewitnesses signed affidavits under penalty of perjury stating they saw multiple other piles of ballots, together additionally numbering in the tens of thousands, that were counted despite violating election law, sometimes at the direction of local election officials. This allegedly happened both before the election, during early voting, and during the election and subsequent vote count. 

“After poll challengers started discovering the fraud taking place at the TCF Center, Defendant election officials and workers locked credentialed challengers out of the counting room so they could not observe the process, during which time tens of thousands of ballots were processed,” the complaint says. It also alleges:

  • “Defendant election officials and workers allowed ballots to be duplicated by hand without allowing poll challengers to check if the duplication was accurate. In fact, election officials and workers repeatedly obstructed poll challengers from observing. Defendants permitted thousands of ballots to be filled out by hand and duplicated on site without oversight from poll challengers.”
  • Poll challenger Daniel Gustafson signed an affidavit stating he “witnessed tens of thousands of ballots being delivered to the TCF Center that were not in any approved, sealed, or tamper-proof container…Large quantities of ballots were delivered to the TCF Center in what appeared to be mail bins with open tops. Contrary to law, these ballot bins and containers did not have lids, were not sealed, and did not have the capability of having a metal seal.”

The Federalist reported earlier this week on one affidavit filed in this complaint, from former Michigan Assistant Attorney General Zachary Larsen, but there are many,  many more, and the details are scandalous.

The First Big Batch of 40,000 Suspicious Votes

An affidavit signed by poll challenger Andrew Sitto tells more about the 40,000 ballots he says he saw brought in: “At approximately 4:00 a.m. on November 4, 2020, tens of thousands of ballots were suddenly brought into the counting room through the back door…by vehicles with out-of-state license plates (Exhibit C). It was observed that all of these new ballots were cast for Joe Biden,” summarizes the complaint.

Sitto’s affidavit expands on what he saw while observing the vote-counting process from election night, Nov. 3, overnight into the early morning of Nov. 4. He says by 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 4, right before a 5 a.m. shift change between poll watchers, one of two men in charge of the vote counting “got on the microphone and stated that another shipment of absentee ballots would be arriving and would have to be counted.” 

“At approximately 4:30 a.m., tens of thousands of ballots were brought in and placed on eight long tables. Unlike the other ballots, these boxes were brought in from the rear of the room. The same procedure was performed on the ballots that arrived at approximately 4:30 a.m., but I specifically noticed that every ballot I observed was cast for Joe Biden,” his affidavit states. “While counting these new ballots, I heard counters say at least five or six times that all five or six ballots were for Joe Biden. All ballots sampled that I heard and observed were for Joe Biden.”

There Was a Second Big Dump of Suspicious Ballots

The lawsuit alleges the 40,000 vote dump is not the only suspicious one observed on Nov. 4 in Detroit. Poll challenger Robert Cushman attested that on Nov. 4, 2020 at approximately 9 p.m., he “was surprised to see numerous new boxes of ballots arrive at the TCF Center in the evening… I estimate these boxes contained several thousand new ballots when they appeared.” He noticed that none of the names on these new ballots were of registered voters, which poll workers were supposed to verify.

“I saw the computer operators at several counting boards manually adding the names and addresses of these thousands of ballots to the QVF system,” his affidavit states. “When I asked what the possible justification was to counting ballots from unknown, unverified ‘persons,’ I was told by election supervisors that the Wayne County Clerk’s Office had ‘checked them out.'” Subsequently, Cushman challenged the entire process encompassing these “thousands of ballots.”

Election workers are supposed to match the name on each ballot with a registered voter on the state’s official lists. Instead, Cushman says, the Wayne County Clerk’s officers told poll workers to add all the names on the ballots from these boxes to the state’s list, giving them all a false birth date of January 1, 1900. 

Election rules also say absentee voters are supposed to be added to the state’s registered voter lists before 9 p.m. on Nov. 3, election day. All of the voters for these ballots were added after this deadline, at the direction of local election officials, Cushman says.

“None of the names of these new ballots corresponded with any registered voter,” the complaint says.

Whistleblower: Election Officials Broke the Law Big-Time

One of the affidavits is signed by a Detroit Elections Department worker whose identity is concealed in the court documents under whistleblower protections. A Great Lakes Justice Center attorney told The Federalist she snuck out yellow sticky notes during ballot processing to be able to stay and observe some of the illegal activities alleged in her affidavit. The affidavit alleges numerous illegal activities conducted by Wayne County election officials, affecting thousands if not tens of thousands of votes atop all those outlined above.

The whistleblower says that during her work processing early votes, “I was instructed by my supervisor to adjust the mailing date of these absentee ballot packages to be dated earlier than they were actually sent. The supervisor was making announcements for all workers to engage in this practice.” If true, this is fraud and election tampering.

The same sort of fraud, she alleges, happened on Nov. 4. That day, she says, “I was instructed to improperly pre-date the absentee ballots receive date that were not in the QVF [the state’s registered voter list] as if they had been received on or before November 3, 2020. I was told to alter teh [sic] information in the QVF to falsely show that the absentee ballots had been received in time to be valid. I estimate that this was done to thousands of ballots.”

Throughout her daily elections work in September through November 2020, the whistleblower says, “I directly observed, on a daily basis, City of Detroit election workers and employees coaching and trying to coach voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party.” This is also illegal. “I witnessed these workers and employees encouraging voters to do a straight Democrat ballot. I witnessed these election workers and employees going over to the voting booths with voters in order to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote.”

The whistleblower also says Detroit election officials actively avoided verifying voters’ identities: “During the last two weeks while working at this satellite location, I was specifically instructed by my supervisor not to ask for a driver’s license or any photo I.D. when a person was trying to vote.”

The whistleblower also alleges encouraged voter fraud through the possibility of double voting: “I observed a large number of people who came to the satellite location to vote in-person, but they had already applied for an absentee ballot. These people were allowed to vote in-person and were not required to return the mailed absentee ballot or sign an affidavit that the voter lost the mailed absentee ballot.”

The suit names the City of Detroit, the Detroit Election Commission, Detroit Clerk Janice Winfrey, Wayne County Clerk Cathy Garrett, and the Wayne County Board of Canvassers as defendants. The Democratic Party has made a motion to join the lawsuit as defendants, meaning it is volunteering to be also sued for these alleged crimes.

Updates on the Current Status of Election Ballot Challenges

Trump campaign lawyer Rudy Giuliani outlines two critical states with demonstrable evidence of ballot fraud.  Michigan and Pennsylvania are the two states with the highest amount of evidence of ballot manipulation and ballot fraud.

Giuliani would not answer the question about whether U.S. intelligence agencies are participating as part of the overall investigation. However, he did say the Dominiom counting machine irregularities are potentially tied to Chinese software development.


Additionally, Giuliani outlines how the state legislature has a role and responsibility in the first phase of the ballot challenges. The challenge only goes to the Supreme Court if the state legislature does not correct the ballot issues independent of the judiciary.

IT Contractor for Dominion Co. Exposes Massive Ballot Fraud in Detroit Michigan


If what Ms. Mellissa Carone outlines is true, this would explain how the ballots in Michigan were manipulated.  Ms. Carone was a contracted worker for Dominion a company providing software services for ballot counting machines in Detroit.

Carone was sent to Detroit, Michigan, to provide technical support for the ballot counting process.  While she was there she noted poll workers repeatedly double scanning ballots to generate multiple votes from the same batch of ballot sheets.  When she reported this to her employer, Mr. Nick Ikonomakis of Dominion, Carone was told it was not her role to  review what the poll workers are doing; essentially to ignore it.

Ms. Carone also witnessed election workers filling out ballots, fraudulently signing ballots, as well as the unloading of vans in an area of the Detroit election tabulation facility she was not permitted to inspect. Ms Carone was on Fox Business with Lou Dobbs to explain part of what she witnessed.

Michigan State House Representatives Request Ballot Audit Before State Certification


Yesterday in Michigan two state house representatives have written a letter to the Secretary of State asking for an election audit ahead of the state certification for the 2020 election.   The likelihood of success is not high as the Secretary of State in Michigan is a participating Democrat in the ballot issues.  [Link to Letter]

If you live in New York and have family coming for Thanksgiving, the odious prat Andrew Cuomo is trying to take giant crap on your holiday plans.

But of course he’s coming for Thanksgiving.

Is anyone actually surprised by this?

What gives the Governor of New York the authority to limit how many people can be in your private residence?

Well, nothing gives him that authority.

“New York follows the science.” Get bent, you sanctimonious prick.

Speaking as a New Yorker, I would much prefer that New York follow the Constitution and tell “the science” to stick it where the sun don’t shine.

Sweet merciful Zeus, I really truly despise this man.

He came for the schools.

He came for our jobs.

He came for our elderly.

And now he’s coming for Thanksgiving.

This piece of trash is hell-bent on sucking all the joy out of life. What’s worse, far too many New Yorkers are bending over and letting him do it.

You want to know why Cuomo is saying he won’t approve using the COVID vaccine in New York? Because he doesn’t want to lose the power he’s taken upon himself thanks to the Wuhan panic. If the vaccine eradicates what small threat the virus poses, Andy will have to stop playing Dictator.

And there’s nothing Andrew Cuomo loves more than playing “Caring” Dictator.

You probably won’t be surprised to learn that many of the people replying to Marie Andrewette’s tweet are thanking him.

They’re thanking him for crap’s sake.

It will never cease to amaze me how many of our fellow Americans happily surrendered their liberty to two-bit hustlers like Andrew Cuomo who claims “science” gives him absolute authority over us — even to the point of dictating how many people you can have in your own home.

And it isn’t enough to surrender their liberty to assholes like Cuomo. They actually go out of their way to thank him.

Good grief what soft, pliant sheep we’ve become.

And now Cuomo is coming for Thanksgiving.

Why?

Because too many New Yorkers are soft pliant sheep.

And you just know that those sheep will be the ones calling the police if their neighbors have more than ten people coming for Thanksgiving. You just know it.

My advice to you fellow New Yorkers is ignore this idiot. If you have loads of people coming for Thanksgiving, let them come.

Andrew Cuomo is not the King of New York.

And despite what he might think, he is not a tyrant. The only way he gets to be a tyrant is if we let him.

Don’t let him.

You think his brother Fredo will follow this “Let them eat alone” Thanksgiving dictate?

Hahahahaha! No. Fredo won’t even follow the Mask Dictate, so of course he won’t follow this.

And neither should you.

Have family and friends over and eat until you’re stuffed.
