The Legacy of Obama and Biden: Weaponizing Federal Agencies
Contrast the Trump/Pence ticket running for re-election with the last
time an incumbent ticket ran for re-election: Obama/Biden in 2012. For
most of our history, the press has served as a Democracy's child,
willing to tell the truth about situations as they unfold. Then, Barack
Obama and Joe Biden were elected.
Either
because Obama was the first African American president, or the
mainstream media was so steeped in their own ideology, they abdicated
their position for eight years running, and since then.
From Magnifying Glass to Feigned Disinterest
With
Bush/Cheney, the mainstream media covered every infraction, error, and
misspoken word and then magnified the issue endlessly. With Trump/Pence,
the constant dissection and distortion, 24/7/365, has risen to
unimaginable heights.
For the first five years after Obama/Biden
took office, the mainstream press treated them with kid gloves and did
not pursue anything controversial, at least not for long. Then, their
transgressions became so egregious that mainstream media was finding it
nearly impossible to continue to shield him. The list of their sordid
policies, botched programs, gerrymandering of our democratic process,
and outright fraud and deception was ample.
Had Bush/Cheney been
at the helm of the IRS targeting of political groups, let alone Fast and
Furious, Black Panther voter intimidation, the Benghazi cover-up, the
Affordable Care Act’s website debacle, the Gulf Oil Spill, the National
Security Agency's snooping, the General Motors recall, the Veterans’
Administration scandal, the Bergdahl swap, the border debacle, the ISIS
menace, etc, the headlines would be non-stop.
The Most Dangerous Change
Cleta Mitchell
is a prominent Washington, D.C. attorney representing many clients who
had been victimized by IRS criminal conduct. She previously served as a
Democrat in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1976 to 1984. In
her testimony
before Congress, she asserted that the Obama/Biden administration was
responsible for ‘lies upon lies’ covering up the multifarious,
politically inspired wrongdoing of the IRS.
Mitchell regarded the
politicization of the IRS as the most dangerous change in her lifetime
and perhaps in the history of the U.S. because Obama/Biden did liberals'
bidding and the press was willing to endure a wide variety of their
non-democratic, dangerous practices. Thus, we experienced government
intrusion in unprecedented ways, picking sides in the long-term debate
between conservatives and liberals and ensuring that liberals win, as
happened in the 2012 election.
Mitchell notes, “The charge that
Richard Nixon attempted to misuse the IRS” for political purposes was
included in the second of the three articles of impeachment against him.
Nixon sought to weaponize the IRS, but his efforts were futile. "By
contrast with Nixon's failures to misuse the IRS, the IRS have very
effectively screwed Obama/Biden’s political opponents...”
We have yet to learn the full story about what
Barack and Joe knew and when they knew it. Late one Friday, before the
Father’s day weekend, the IRS “announced” that it had lost 28 months
worth of Lois Lerner’s emails... after 12 months of looking. In other
words, the incriminating communications that the Senate investigating
committee had requested “couldn’t” be found. This obstruction of
justice, in a democracy, is intolerable.
In any other era, Lerner,
an Obama/Biden devotee, would already be serving hard time. Instead,
for eight years she’s been enjoying her well-paid retirement, funded by
you.
Contorting History
The typical uninformed
voter perks up a couple weeks before an election. Such voters find their
way by what appears on the front page of news sites, morning
newspapers, morning talk shows, etc. Imagine that the Watergate
Commission, led by Sam Ervin, investigated a Democratic president.
Wait... would the Commission even have been formed?
Obama/Biden’s
politicization of the IRS, and our federal agencies in general, which
should otherwise be completely non-partisan and non-biased, was an
assault on our civilization. The utter contortion of our democracy that
we experienced with their Attorney General, Eric Holder, was a sad
legacy to leave. Holder stepped over legal and constitutional lines so
often that the line faded. His rap sheet is long and involved.
None of the transgressions of Richard Nixon, Bill Clinton, or
George W. Bush come close to what Obama and Biden did and for which the
mainstream media turned a blind eye. Donald Trump and Mike Pence have
done nothing on the order of these Democrat contortions. Liberal icon Noam Chomsky summed it up well when he said
the Obama administration's attacks on civil liberties "go well beyond
anything I would have anticipated, and they don’t seem easy to
explain."
An
ordained priest since the age of 25, he became Washington's archbishop
in May 2019. He replaced Cardinal Donald Wuerl, who resigned amid
criticism of his handling of abuse cases.
In
the US, Archbishop Gregory has been a prominent voice in the effort to
root out abuse within the Church. As president of the US bishops'
conference, he persuaded Church leaders to adopt tougher penalties for
abusers in 2002.
Archbishop Gregory has been critical of President Donald Trump over his use of rhetoric and visits to religious sites.
A Dangerous Imbalance: Restoring Order to a Republic in Crisis
Morally confused and civically disengaged, we have lost our cultural balance. Let us remember who we are.
To say the least, he was irritated.
Frustrated with a capricious sovereign and forced (on principle) to
take a life-altering stand, Thomas Jefferson’s quill scribbled
furiously. The English crown, he fumed, could not expect a people to
suffer such indignities. Oppressive taxation. Obstructed commerce.
Second-class citizenship. It was enough. And so he wrote. With every
careful word, there widened a breach. In every thoughtful idea, there
confirmed a rupture. And when the Second Continental Congress signed the
Declaration of Independence (publicly reading it four days later amidst
the toll of the Liberty Bell), they had arrived at the point of no
return — de facto and de jure rebellion. For the American experiment,
July 4, 1776, proved both a bitter end and a glorious beginning.
What the young aristocrat penned on that fateful day nearly 250 ago,
however, was only a chapter in the story of America’s birth. By the time
the Declaration was read, the American colonies had been in open
(albeit largely unsuccessful) conflict with the British for over a year.
And after the Declaration’s ink was dry, the new country would still
have to clumsily battle the British Empire for seven more years, hold a
raucous, months-long Constitutional Convention, furiously debate
Constitutional ratification (through the pseudonymously signed Federalist and Anti-Federalist Papers),
and further make the Bill of Rights the law of the land. The birth of
the nation was glorious, but the labor pains were protracted and plenty.
But would the American idea work?
This unparalleled and untested form of government — an infant in its
most vulnerable stages — had no guarantee of survival. To endure, it
would be essential for the American citizens to know who they are. Thomas Jefferson and his fellow signatories made this plain as early as the second paragraph of the Declaration:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are
created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain
unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit
of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted
among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed .
. .
What a vision of humanity! The American people would not be the sole
possessors, but the awakened evangelists and ardent defenders of
self-evident — that is, obvious — truths. We are equal, Jefferson wrote,
and endowed with the ineradicable, God-given right to live, to be free,
and to pursue our dreams. As such, we are capable of and entitled to
governing ourselves. Notwithstanding the broken policy of slavery, this
founding vision was realized in part (in ridding the shackles forged by capricious Britain), and aspirational in whole (in
bringing opportunity to every man and woman through evolving
institutions of culture and law). Who, then, are the American people?
The Founders answered: We are men and women of supreme dignity and
inexpungible fallibility.
Let us explore this. What exactly does this mean? It is something we have known first as Catholics and then as Americans.
Our dignity is rooted in our identity as children of God. As such, we
have Rights that cannot be compromised by even the most vigorous of
governments. At the same time, our fallibility is steeped in the stain
of sin and imperfect appetites. Thus, we have Duties from which we
cannot escape. Within each soul, therefore, there is a constant tension
between the Rights to which we are entitled and the Duties to which we
are called. James Madison, the father of the Constitution, recognized
that the whole enterprise of citizenry and governance was shot through
with genius tainted with imperfection saying:
If Men were angels, no government would be necessary. If
angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on
government would be necessary. In framing a government which is to be
administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: you
must first enable the government to control the governed; and the next
place, oblige it to control itself.
Man, then, is a paradox. Simultaneously dignified and fallible, he is
perpetually at war with himself over whether to do what is right or
what is expedient. This saddled the Founders with a difficult question:
How would America govern and be governed when its leaders and citizens
struggle to effectively govern themselves? The answer is to find a
sensible balance between our Rights and our Duties.
The Balance
What kind of balance must America strike to become an enduring,
functional state? The Founders’ ideas were rooted in the philosophical
thought of Greece, the Judeo-Christian tradition of Jerusalem, the legal
wisdom of Rome, and the Enlightenment insight of Europe, but the
American balance is fundamentally informed by customs, morality, and
common sense. Why? Because theories are one thing, but practice is
another. In governance, to dismiss the mercurial, enigmatic nuances of
human nature is to prepare for failure.
To be sure, the American balance would be rooted in law and culture,
but it would have to be nimble and nuanced. Tipping too far toward rigid
law would risk oppression. Leaning too far toward wanton liberty would
risk decadence. Government-crafted law would be agreed upon to restrain
man’s worst appetites while simultaneously fostering his greatest
aspirations. Civil society would center around interests and values
shared by the people. Culture would thus develop organically, springing
forth from faith institutions, interest groups, and neighborly
organizations which would further form man in virtue and ward him away
from vice.
And so, from our nation’s inception, the ingenious balance would be
crafted. A dynamic tug-of-war would ensue between the government and the
people, the state and federal government, the branches of government
(executive, legislative, and judiciary), and the structure of the
Constitution and the liberties of the Bill of Rights. Furthermore, a
less formal, but no less rich balance would emerge between layers of
society (personal freedom, civil society, and the state), between
political parties, our identity as a democracy or republic, and between
subsidiarity and solidarity.
The American balance is ever-shifting. At some point in time or in
some areas of concern, state governments may be more powerful than the
federal government, society may be more inclined toward solidarity than
subsidiarity, or rights may be more championed than duties. At other
times, the opposite will be true. This is as it should be in the organic
evolution of a polity. In the healthy American society, relationships
are forever shifting in their shares of power. But that power should
never be permanently concentrated. It is when an imbalance goes too far
or fails to correct that our society begins to fray.
The Imbalance
Over 200 years since the Founders forged our Republic, the United
States has lost its way. It has become imbalanced. Certain aspects of
government are abdicating while others are overreaching. Rules are being
bent, laws are unenforced, and the spirit informing law has been
forgotten. The citizenry is apathetic and uninvolved or crafty and
manipulative. Truth is jettisoned and propaganda is the order of the
day. Our culture has become decadent. America is in a structural and
cultural crisis.
Several year ago, in a winsome but puckish exchange between two great
friends and philosophical sparring partners, Justice Antonin Scalia and
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, debated which was more important: the
Constitution or the Bill of Rights. Ginsburg championed the Bill of
Rights as the guarantor of our greatest freedoms, but Scalia wasn’t so
sure. He would argue:
The Bill of Rights should not be painted as the
foundation of the American democracy . . . Don’t forget that the Bill of
Rights was an afterthought. It was not what they debated about in
Philadelphia in 1787. Now, a couple of states that ratified the
Constitution made it clear that they expected there to be Bill of Rights
added, but it was added in 1791 on the proposal of the First Congress.
What they thought would preserve a free society was the structure of the government. That’s
what they debated about in 1787. And if you think that’s false, just
look around the world — every tinhorn dictator in the world today has a
Bill of Rights. It isn’t the Bill of Rights that produces freedom; it’s
the structure of government that prevents anybody from seizing all the
power. Once that happens, you ignore the Bill of Rights. So, keep your
eye on the ball. Structure is destiny.
Structural Imbalance
The Congress is designed to represent the will of the people. Charged
with making laws and beholden to their constituency through frequent
elections, senators and representatives are well-served by understanding
and responding to the needs of their citizens. But the modern Congress
has become derelict in their duty. Courted by lobbyists, spouting
soundbites, and offering safe, platitudinous speeches to empty chambers,
they have forgotten their fundamental duty: to make law that
effectively navigates the ship of state. Instead of industriously
researching a problem and courageously championing a solution, they run
their perpetual campaign and defer lawmaking or difficult decisions to
the executive or judicial branch. For example, comprehensive immigration
reform went unaddressed in the Obama administration due to
Congressional gridlock or simple inaction raising unaddressed concerns
regarding national security, human rights, and economic import. As a
result, President Obama issued far-reaching executive action such as
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), the expansion of
provisional unlawful presence waivers, extensions for special groups
(foreign students, researches, inventors, entrepreneurs), and border
security and deportation measures. In effect, widespread measures
affecting millions of immigrants and communities across the country were
implemented by a presidential pen in the presence of an uninvolved
Congress.
A necessary, but unresponsive Congress creates a dangerous imbalance.
The executive branch under the Presidency is responsible for
faithfully executing the law. But the executive branch has grown to
gargantuan proportions. An immense bureaucracy devoted to Defense,
Education, Health and Human Services, State, Agriculture, Justice, and
more has not only carried out law, but has willingly created law and, at
times, taken control of the interpretation of law and the settling of
legal disputes that arise. This bureaucracy (also known as the
Administrative State) creates a great imbalance as it is insulated
(other than by the elected president and his appointees) from the voting
public. It usurps lawmaking and judicial work that is in the purview of
the legislative and judicial branch respectively. An example of this is
when Kathleen Sebelius, President Obama’s secretary of Health and Human
Services crafted law (known as the HHS Mandate) requiring all employers
and educational institutions to provide contraceptive and abortifacient
medications and sterilization procedures. Over the course of six years
(2011-2016) entities such as Belmont Abbey, the Little Sisters of the
Poor, Hobby Lobby, the University of Notre Dame, and innumerable
Catholic conferences found themselves at risk for bankruptcy and at odds
with their own government in federal courts, including the Supreme
Court. The HHS Mandate was devised, enforced, and defended by unelected
bureaucrats in the Administrative State using the limitless wealth and
resources of federal government.
A powerful, yet unaccountable Administrative State creates a troubling imbalance.
The Supreme Court was designed to be the most conservative branch of
government (that is, the most resistant to change). Charged with
ensuring the laws enacted are in keeping with the Constitution, the Bill
of Rights, and subsequent statutory law, the Court is the repository
for America’s centuries-old legal tradition. But the philosophy of the
Living Constitution affords unelected Justices the ability to offer
interpretations of Constitutional or statutory law that deviate from its
text and original meaning. As such, new laws, new rights, and new
interpretations emerge from the Supreme Court every year. This makes the
Court a focal point for protests and advocacy groups when the role of
legislation belongs in the hands of elected congressional
representatives. Justice Scalia championed textualism and originalism,
the judicial philosophy that legal interpretation begins and ends with
the text of the law and its original meaning. As the Living Constitution
emerged as a dominant judicial philosophy, Scalia warned that rights
and restrictions not articulated in the Constitution or Bill of Rights and not passed and signed into law are being created by nine unelected judges. He would elaborate:
With all this development, away from originalism, that
has occurred within the past forty years, we believe, the Supreme Court
believes, and, worst of all, the American people believe, that . . . the
whole Bill of Rights, the whole Constitution, “reflects the evolving
standards of decency of a maturing society.” Or, to put it more simply,
the Constitution means what it ought to mean. Not what it did mean, but
what it ought to mean.
And so, what comes with all of this sophistry? All sorts of rights
that clearly did not exist at the time of the adoption of the
Constitution and the Bill of Rights exist today. It’s plain absolutely
plain, that the right to an abortion was not thought to exist in 1791 or
at the time that the post-Civil War amendments were adopted, since
there were laws against abortions in all the states. It’s absolutely
plain that there was no right to die, since there were laws against
suicide. And you can go right down the list.
He would later ask:
If the constitution is not an ordinary law but rather
this empty bottle into which each generation is going to pour the liquid
that it desires, why should the bottle be filled by nine unelected
judges? Why would you think these nine unelected members have their
thumb on the pulse of people so they know what the evolving standards of
decency are?
A legally untethered, subjectively driven Supreme Court creates a concerning imbalance.
Cultural Imbalance
Laws are only as good as our willingness to follow them. While the
government can serve, with its police powers, as our external monitor, a
society will not stand unless people are responsive to their inward
monitor. To have a fruitful society, we must attend to what we ought to do, not just what we have to do or want to do. In effect, the American idea aspires that we not only do good, but that we are good.
The Founders uniformly recognized this truth. George Washington
noted, “Virtue or morality is a necessary spring of popular government.”
Benjamin Franklin agreed that, “Only a virtuous people are capable of
freedom.” James Madison wrote that, “To suppose that any form of
government will secure liberty or happiness without any virtue in the
people, is a chimerical idea.” John Adams famously observed, “Our
Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is
wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” And the outspoken
Samuel Adams asserted, “Neither the wisest constitution nor the wisest
laws will secure the liberty and happiness of a people whose manners are
universally corrupt. He therefore is the truest friend of the liberty
of his country who tries most to promote its virtue.”
In today’s America, there is scorn for authority and skepticism for
tradition. The sense of duty and calling is increasingly displaced by
appetite and pleasure. The lofty has given way to the base. The lyrical
has devolved to the vulgar. People riot, but don’t vote. People
complain, but don’t volunteer. People yell, but don’t listen. And people
pontificate, but don’t think. Civil society has atomized, unified only
in rage. Faith is disdained, yet there is a desperate hunger for
meaning. Hope is scoffed at, while anxiety and depression soar. We trade
in cynicism. We smirk in irony.
Morally confused and civically disengaged, we have lost our cultural balance.
The Way to Restoration
Over two hundred years ago, as Jefferson sat hunched over blank
parchment, his world was out of balance and the way forward was not
altogether clear. In his haunting poem, The Second Coming, W. B. Yeats wrote:
Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
Is liberal democracy exhausted? After all, no less than Winston Churchill, the roaring lion of democracy once observed:
Many forms of Government have been tried, and will be
tried in this world of sin and woe. No one pretends that democracy is
perfect or all-wise. Indeed it has been said that democracy is the worst
form of Government except for all those other forms that have been
tried from time to time. . . .
Were the ideas of Jefferson and Madison, Hamilton and Adams noble,
but hopelessly naïve? Perhaps, but perhaps not. After all, human beings
will bring their brokenness into whatever system we devise. Perhaps it
is time to do our part to make democracy work, if not perfectly, then
just a little better.
To reclaim our balance, it is time to return to the center — to a
sensibility that honors our duties and preserves our rights, that
cherishes our dignity while grappling with our fallibility, that
preserves our family while lifting up our neighbors. We must practice
our faith and champion our culture, know our civics and honor our past.
We must once again answer the call to citizenship by voting, calling
Congress, supporting causes, and penning essays. We must debate and not
quarrel, think and not simply react. We must have great expectations for
ourselves and for others. We must remind our government and fellow
citizens of the great American standard for excellence. And we must not
settle for snark and cynicism, intolerance and violence. We are better
than that.
To be sure, our country is a miracle. It has endured terrible
calamities and presided over unparalleled victories. It has made great
mistakes and mounted even greater comebacks. But our country is listing
now. In some way, we have fallen out of balance and forgotten who we
are. But our nation is not finished, and it is in need of you and me.
Let us do good things and be good people.
Let us set to restore the balance.
And let us remember who we are: responsible citizens, yes, but first dignified, fallible children of God.
Host Dan Bongino had a great podcast and series of interviews on October 23rd that is well worth watching. Bongino interviews Robert Cahaly of the Trafalgar polling organization that highlights a more positive outcome for President Trump’s reelection.
Beyond the polling issue; there is a visible grassroots enthusiasm that is much more intense than 2016; there is also a much wider and deeper segment of an enlarged MAGA coalition that has organically activated to become much louder and more visible.
I concur with both Bongino and Cahaly on the Florida outcome. Florida is much stronger for Trump in 2020 than it was in 2016 when he won. I will even go one step further and say Trump wins FL by 6 points or better (similar to Ohio ’16). Bongino also talks to Trump campaign spokesman Steve Cortes about the final stretch strategy.

Curtis Ellis explains the personnel & technology responsible for Big Tech censorship
Well, now we know why Big Tech suppresses stories unfavorable to
Beijing's chosen candidate Joe Biden while simultaneously giving Chinese
Communist Party propaganda a megaphone.
It turns out citizens of the People's Republic of China run Facebook's Department of Censorship.
The New York Post reports
the Facebook "Hate-Speech Engineering" (yes, they really call it that)
team includes at least half a dozen foreign nationals recruited from
Communist China. This is the crew that is smothering the Hunter Biden
laptop story.
"The Hate-Speech Engineering team's staff includes a research scientist
based at the Seattle office who earned his master's degree in computer
engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing," the New
York Post reports.
Other team members come from Jilin University in northeast China,
Nanjing University in eastern China and the Communist Party-backed
conglomerate Huawei.
These computer engineers are building and deploying artificial
intelligence algorithms to smother wrongthink in your news feed, an
insidious form of censorship that doesn't tell you your news has been
scrubbed.
Their algorithms likely are right now burying the intelligence report based on public sources
(not the laptop from hell) that shows high-ranking Chinese Communist
government officials showered the Biden family with hundreds of millions
of dollars. Hunter Biden's 2013 Bohai Harvest Rosemont (BHR) investment
partnership was set up by People's Republic of China Ministry of
Foreign Affairs institutions. BHR is a state-managed operation with
direct ties to the Politburo.
At one time, foreigners were not allowed to own U.S. radio or
television stations lest they use the mass media to influence American
public opinion. Now, foreigners who have no understanding of traditional
American values of free speech are imposing the values of the
regimented, collectivist society where they were raised and educated on
Americans. They are remaking American society according to the Chinese
Communist Party's ideal, one that prizes social conformity and obedience
to authority above all else.
We know this only because of leaks by a former Facebook employee. If
not for an outraged whistleblower we would not know citizens of a
Communist totalitarianism state are shaping the discourse surrounding
American politics and this election.
Internal company documents released by Project Veritas also reveal Facebook has a policy of hiring H-1B workers instead of Americans, and Chinese and Korean visa workers over other visa workers.
"When hiring for HR positions, it's important to prioritize H-1B visa
workers, and this will stimulate the process of diversification of the
workplace," says
the leaked March 2020 document. The memo says "priority may be given to
H-1B applicants from China and Korea to foster larger communities of
diverse workers at Facebook." As Ronald Reagan said, personnel is
policy.
"Promoting diversity" is really just a fig leaf to cover the Zuck's
true motivation: Cheap foreign H1B labor slashes Facebook payroll costs.
And just as Beijing exploits Silicon Valley's addiction to cheap H1B
labor, the Valley's commitment to globalism also makes it an unwitting
dupe of the CCP.
Beijing now presents itself as the defender of globalization against
President Trump's national economic policies. But Beijing's Marxist
rulers are using the ideology and institutions of globalism as a Trojan
horse to defeat the U.S. and Western industrial democracies.
A little history: In ancient times the Chinese emperor kept massive cauldrons
as symbols of his authority. When a dynasty changed and power shifted,
the cauldrons were moved. A rival who asked how much the emperor's
cauldrons weighed tipped his hand that he planned to challenge the
ruler. In 1995, Beijing gifted the United Nations an ancient cauldron "Dedicated to the 21st Century." It revealed its strategy – and violated the Chinese proverb "never ask the weight of the emperor's cauldrons."
The tech giants subscribe to the idea of "global citizenship" with
religious fervor; they don't see themselves as American, but as global
corporations. On the micro level, Google/Facebook/Twitter made the World
Health Organization the arbiter of righthink on China virus. It might
be worth asking if any Chinese nationals were involved in that decision
considering the CCP bought and paid for the WHO.
We have long worried that Communist China's digital totalitarianism –
a system in which the government uses a Big Data "social credit score"
to determine where you work, where you live and whether you can board an
airplane – could someday be imposed on Americans.
Now we see it is worse than that: Thanks to Facebook, the Chinese
Communist Party is using Americans as lab rats to perfect the AI
techno-surveillance-censorship apparatus it plans to export throughout
the world.
Trump adviser Peter Navarro delivered an important address, what he dubs "the useful idiot speech," detailing the breadth and depth of the CCP's influence in America.
Now we know the idiots most useful to the Chinese Communist Party are in
Silicon Valley. The tech lords have onboarded the operating system of

On Sunday, October 25, 2020, the White House grounds will open to
ghosts, fairies, superheroes, tiny goblins and other costumed
trick-or-treaters as celebrations commence for the Trump
Administration’s fourth annual Halloween festivities at the White
House. Gates will open to frontline workers, military families and
schoolchildren, accompanied by their parents, from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
This year’s Halloween event will feature a vibrant display of
bright-colored leaves that will envelop the South Portico columns in
various shades of autumn. An array of chrysanthemums will also cascade
down the East and West staircases, presenting subtle highlights of
nature’s beauty and will be intermixed with festive pumpkins waiting to
greet an audience of costumed trick-or-treaters.
Extra precautions have been put in place by the Trump Administration
to help ensure the health and safety of all guests wishing to
participate in this year’s spooky celebration.
The President and First Lady will greet trick-or-treaters as they pass
by the South Portico of the White House. Several departments and
agencies will be in attendance featuring a variety of fun activities and
other items for the children to participate in. The National
Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) will have space-related
items for kids to observe, as well as a display of an inflatable rocket.
Children will be able to wave hello to Smokey the Bear from the
Department of Agriculture and stop by the Department of Interior station
for a Junior Ranger badge and paper ranger hat. The Department of Labor
and the Department of Education will both offer fun photo opportunities
with backdrops specific to their agencies. The Department of
Transportation will have model rockets on display and paper airplanes
available for children to take home. The United States Air Force
Strolling Strings will provide an array of traditional Halloween songs
and modern tunes for the festivities.
Election Day is almost here, and the time has come for closing arguments. For the Left, four years of agitation have culminated in this proposal: join the revolution, or we’ll destroy you.
You have to admire the simplicity of it.
Understand, removing Trump from power is only the first step on the road to true democracy. His presidency must also go down as a cancerous aberration never to be repeated, and he and his supporters must be consigned to the outer darkness, forever.
We have seen this peculiar pitch crystallize as the ruling class works desperately to crush Trump and crown Biden’s running mate, Senator Kamala Harris (D-Calif.). It was obvious from the start that Biden’s campaign was little more than a front for the establishment and that its success, if ever it came, would be asleight of hand. We have now seen that effort reach its logical conclusion in a parade of open contempt for ordinary Americans and our most basic principles and institutions.
We have watched a presidential candidate lie to the people, with the help of the press, about an imaginary “white supremacist” threat and “mostly peaceful” riots. We have seen him tell Americans that we do not “deserve” to know whether he will pack the Supreme Court. And most alarmingly of all, we have seen “the news” and Big Tech engage in mass political censorship to help him win.
What would people like this do to America? It doesn’t take much imagination to get the general idea.
Under their rule, the things we find controversial today no longer would be controversial. All of “the science” would be settled—by them. There would be a short menu of policies and opinions, catered by activists and “experts,” that everyone would follow on pain of persecution. Everyone would accept that America is “racist” and support whatever redress that may require.
Moreover, anyone arbitrarily declared a spreader of “misinformation” or “hate speech” would be punished, and that would be that. Those targeted would be compelled to grovel, and the liberal mob would cheer their humiliation. We’ve already seen plenty of this, with a spring of lockdowns, a summer of “antiracism,” and the readiness with which seemingly moderate people went along with all of it. Most liberals still trust the media, and they won’t hesitate to have Big Tech do their dirty work for them in the name of “property rights.”
Yes, they will pack the Supreme Court, too, as they were always going to do the moment they lost control. None of this will be hard for them to justify, in fact they’ll do it all gladly. They’re on the right side of History, after all. They’re the good guys.
But there are still too many bad guys around, too many “QAnon cultists,” too many conspiracy theorists who don’t believe in science, too many who refuse to apologize for the way they were born. These people—unfortunately, as they see it—have a say in our system. What to do?
Well, why not justblow the whole thing up? All of that hokey rhetoric about the “consent of the governed” and “free speech,” do we really need that? The Constitution is getting to be pretty old by now. Weren’t the framers a bunch of racists anyway?
It’s not enough to enforce a revolutionary ideology from above, however. It’s much more poetic to create an entirely new people—a people more fit to inherit this better, more democratic America.
Their sense of rapture finds its fullest expression in the anticipation of a permanent new majority, whose arrival is to be welcomed as a comeuppance against that part of the country refusing to yield to their idea of “progress.” Their excitement at the prospect of this is palpable.
To the most fervent advocates of diversity politics, Kamala Harris has an intoxicating, demagogic appeal: she typifies the ambition of the more “diverse” country created by decades of unrestricted migration, the narcissism-as-virtue minted by feminism, and the deep and powerful loathing of Middle America that pulses through the bloodstream of our elite.
The way must be prepared by dismantling whatever is left of our system that allows dissent and deliberation, removing any capacity for “the past” to issue a veto to “the future.”
People who previous generations might have dismissed as unfit to rule,people lacking in meritbut full of pride and ruthlessness, people like Harris, could then become unstoppable through the tyranny of arithmetic. A new class of petty despots would be seen as an asset by an imperious and hateful mob seeking spoils and revenge against that part of the population that still feels an attachment to the old country, which would be powerless to resist.
Once unleashed, the passions of this mob would be difficult to contain. Any unpleasantness that may occur along the way would be marked down as “progress.”
China’s Communist Party is backing the left’s revolution, seeking our downfall and subjugation
Communism
is very much alive and well in China. The tactics of concentration
camps and big lies sponsored by a corrupt nomenklatura killing each
other for political power are the staples of communism. The tactic of
embracing capitalism temporarily to save communism from its own
incompetence was previewed by Lenin’s New Economic Policy in the 1920’s.
The flocks of western intellectuals, academics and businessmen, that
embraced Soviet communism in the 20th century have been replaced by a
new generation, similarly duped, or compromised, except that the object
of their affection is communist China rather than Russia.
The
demonization of U.S. police as racists killing black people, is a
tactic designed to defang the police and give free rein to marauding
mobs. A breakdown of order serves the left’s attempts to gain power. It
provides a crisis, something that must not be wasted according to
Obama’s former chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel. Disorder scares the hell
out of normal people and makes them vulnerable to accepting radical
changes like abolishing the police, a move that would result in rule by
leftist mobs. It’s pathetic how privileged youth fall for this lie about
the police. They are products of our educational system, one of the
institutions that the left has been marching through for decades. The Italian communist Antonio
Gramsci and the German communist Rudi Dutschike are both credited with
the idea of the left marching through institutions, like the schools and
courts, as a means of stealthily imposing communism, probably renamed
true democracy.
It is remarkable that the New York Times is embracing left revolution by ignoring and covering up the very obvious fact that Biden is bought and paid for by the Chinese communists.
In the 1930’s the Times was an apologist for Soviet Russia and Stalin. In 1932 the Times’
Moscow Bureau Chief, Walter Duranty, won a Pulitzer prize, apparently
for his glorification of the Soviet Union, while famine raged in
Ukraine, a famine deliberately imposed by Stalin.
Now a Pulitzer has been won for the vicious rewriting of American history featured by the New York Times,
the 1619 Project. The first slave ships arrived in 1619. The left is
busy turning the 1619 Project into a school curriculum. The object of
the 1619 Project is to claim that America is all about racism and to
destroy young people’s attachment to their country.
Promoting
Biden as president serves the objective of the left. Since he is
grossly corrupt, when the time comes to get rid of him, it will not be
necessary to fabricate false charges. That he suffers from age related
mental decline is all the better, making it easy to manipulate him.
The
many refugees from Russia 90 years ago were largely ignored by the
intelligentsia of the time. They saw the refugees as supporters of the
Czar with heavy Russian accents. The Chinese diaspora suffers from
problems similar to the Russian refuges from communism. Many Chinese in
the West understand all too well the tactics of the communists. The
Biden revelations have struck a chord with this immigrant community.
Chinese anti-communist immigrants, who traditionally kept their distance
from U.S. politics, are suddenly waking up and asking how to contribute
money to Trump and even how to vote.
The Chinese billionaire, Guo Wengui
(Miles Kowk), a refugee in the U.S., leads a movement of Chinese
expatriates that aims to destroy the Chinese Communist Party. The
anti-communist Chinese immigrant community has difficulty competing with
the smooth and polished propaganda of the communist Chinese regime.
Their children in theory could be more successful as anti-communist
political activists, but the children are corrupted by the American
educational system and the general ignorance of American youth. The
Chinese kids lack the passion and life experience of their parents.
It
is not far-fetched that the Chinese communist party, like the Russian
party, could be brought down. Guo Wengui is the number one target of the
communist regime because he presents a great danger to the communists.
As a former insider he understands the regime as few do. They would kill
him instantly, given the opportunity. It is not far-fetched to think
that Biden could be persuaded to deport Guo to China if he becomes
president.
Nothing
illustrates the weakness of the CCP more than the fact that their
members send their kids to college in the West and stash money in
western banks. They try to obtain passports and citizenship from Canada
or the U.S. They know that they could wake up tomorrow without property
and possibly banished to a remote village or prison.
The
communists compromise people with money, sex and intimidation. Rooms in
hotels open to foreigners in China are wired for video and sound. Sexpionage
uses women to target and blackmail foreigners. Taiwanese businessmen
routinely push a sofa against hotel doors to prevent waking up with a
woman in their bed. Chinese immigrants must always worry about their
relatives back in China. Chinese intelligence vacuums data from the
cellphones and computers of foreign visitors. In the Muslim region of
Xinjiang knives have QR codes tying them to the owner. Huge numbers of these Muslims have been sent to prison camps.
It is unlikely that Biden is the only high U.S. official compromised by the Chinese regime. Kamala Harris’s husband works for a firm that represents Chinese communist interests. Senator Diane Feinstein’s husband is also tied to China. The Chinese don’t buy Americans with bags of cash. They use law firm fees, consulting contracts or business deals.
There
is no doubt that public opinion and elite opinion is turning against
China. The long romance between American intellectuals and Soviet Russia
was marked by temporary breakups: the Moscow show trials, the
Hitler-Stalin pact, the enslavement of Eastern Europe, the theft of the
atomic bomb secrets, Khrushchev’s exposure of Stalin’s crimes, and the
publication of the Solzhenitsyn’s The Gulag Archipelago. What is
remarkable is the temporary nature of each disillusionment. The Western
Communists have an amazing capacity to stick with communism, no matter
how many terrible things are exposed. The Chinese record is not much
different: Mao’s slaughter of landlords, the backyard blast furnaces,
the great famine, the Cultural Revolution, Tiananmen Square, and the
oppression of Hong Kong. The westerners that have been compromised with
money or that have been blackmailed are paralyzed by fear of exposure.
There needs to be a mechanism for these people to confess and receive
absolution and redemption.
What
is scary is the success of Chinese imperialism and subversion. Our best
hope and the best hope for the Chinese people is the reelection of
Donald Trump.
Forget the Hunter Biden sex tapes. The real news is much bigger than that.
GTV,
a Chinese dissident billionaire’s Taiwan-based media outlet, is
releasing sordid, depressing videos and photographs of a person
purported to be Hunter Biden engaging in sex and seemingly smoking
crack. That’s not the big news. The big news is that the same outlet
claims that (a) Communist China owns Joe Biden; (b) Joe Biden sold out
CIA assets in China who were then executed or imprisoned; and (c) GTV
has millions of images showing other presumably influential
people in comprising positions. If all this is true, we may see a
complete realignment in Western politics.
The
Hunter Biden videos and images are at GTV’s video site. I won’t give
the link here because the material is pornographic. However, the
following are two cropped pictures. In both, the person appearng to be
Hunter is naked and with a woman. In the second picture, Hunter appears
to be lighting a crack pipe while engaged in sexual activity with the
woman:
What’s
more interesting than the images themselves is the story behind them
and the allegations included with them. Taiwan-based GTV and GNews,
which published the material, are owned by Guo Wengui, a dissent Chinese
billionaire.
Guo
was born in mainland China and gained his wealth doing construction
work. Eventually, he ran into trouble, and the Chinese government
accused him of corruption. (The reality, of course, is that anyone who
has become wealthy in China was corrupt.)
Guo
escaped with his wealth to America. He is a fervent enemy of the
Chinese Communist Party and has made it his mission to bring it down.
One of his friends is Steve Bannon, with whose help he founded GTV and
GNews. In June, Bannon joined with Guo to declare a “New Federal State
of China” they hope will overthrow China’s communist government.
When the New York Post, on October 14,
published its first report about Hunter Biden’s hard drive, that wasn’t
the first time Hunter’s computer made the news. According to the Daily Beast, on September 25, a Guo-affiliated YouTube station uploaded a Chinese-language video announcing that Guo and Bannon had sent “sent three hard disks of evidence” to both the Justice Department and Nancy Pelosi.
Three
days later, Himalaya Global, a movement that Guo and Bannon started,
published a tweet making the same announcement, only adding that the
disks created a “big money and sex scandal.” Twitter has since suspended the account, but the Daily Beast captured the contents:
When the Daily Beast
wrote its October 16 article, it labeled the Guo outlet’s claims as
“absurd on their face” and added that they showed “endless conspiracy
theorizing….” Since then, revelations from the New York Post,
Rudy Giuliani, Tony Bobulinski, and other anonymous sources have
confirmed that Hunter’s hard drive had compromising financial
information. Now, thanks to GTV’s videos and photos, it looks like Guo
was also telling the truth about a sex scandal.
In
other words, the allegations in the tweet about disks of evidence and
financial and sex scandals appear true. That makes it possible, indeed
probable, that the other allegation in the tweet is true: namely, that
not only has the FBI had Hunter’s computers since December 2019, but
also that both Nancy Pelosi and the DOJ have been sitting on the same
information since September 28, 2020.
As
if that’s not shocking enough, Guo’s outlets have made a few other
staggering allegations. These allegations are scattered throughout the
videos and summarized in this essay at GNews (emphasis mine):
This
video shows only the tip of the iceberg of what is important in the
Chinese Communist Party’s Blue-Gold-Yellow (BGY) program. They take
advantage of all those Western politicians, celebrities, and their
families who are greedy for Chinese wealth, and threaten them by getting
hold of and recording their sex and drug videos, forcing them to sell
out their countries and people, and even their own national security in
order to cooperate with the Chinese Communist Party’s world domination.
U.S.
presidential candidate Joe Biden is 100% controlled by the Chinese
Communist Party as one of the most successful political instances of the
BGY program. He is also a target of the CCP’s 3F plan, which aims to “fall, fail, and fell,” to weaken, destroy and kill America!
The
Chinese Communist Party’s use of this tactic to threaten Biden and his
sons and to bribe them with large amounts of wealth is one of the major
causes of the disputes over the South China Sea, US-China trade,
intellectual property rights, and energy prices, etc., as well as Biden’s provision of large numbers of CIA intelligence agents in China to the Chinese Communist Party.
The Chinese Communist Party has such a BGY program in the United States and in several Western countries in Europe. We
will have millions of videos and photos of government officials,
corrupt people, traitors, and criminals colluding with the Communist
Party to dominate the world.
Again,
merely because Guo’s outlets have been accurate about some things does
not mean that the above allegations are true. However, the following
three allegations, if true, are earth-shaking:
First: China has long owned Biden thanks to its having compromising information about his family (and possibly about him too).
Second: Biden identified CIA assets in China. The back story is that, between 2010 and 2012, China executed or imprisoned 18 to 20 assets who had bravely worked with the CIA, destroying a critical intelligence network.
Third:
Guo’s outlets have “millions of videos and photos” of people who have
worked with the Chinese against their own countries. If true, this
implies that Guo managed to get into China’s “blackmail” database and
can release that information.
If you thought Epstein’s secrets were big, these new claims, if true, could blow everything out of the water. I don’t think I’m exaggerating when I say that this information – again if it’s true – could realign politics in America and elsewhere.
