I've noted this probable reality in the past, but it bears repeating.
If what we used to call "underdeveloped countries" (with "developing countries" now being the politically-correct term) haven't developed by now, chances are, they aren't going to "develop" anytime soon. Bank that.
That said, this article is far more about the current disastrous state of the former "Great Britain" and its unconscionable deference to immigrants "of color" and near-complete disregard for the historically-British rule of law.
Our disgusting report begins in 2023 with an African immigrant in the UK stabbing to death two teenage university students and an older man before intentionally driving a van into several people on the street and attacking police with a knife before finally being subdued by law enforcement.
It gets worse.

An inquiry into the Nottingham triple-killer has heard how he was free to carry out his killing spree after mental health workers feared detaining him would be racist.
Valdo Calocane killed teenage students Grace O’Malley-Kumar and Barnaby Webber and 65-year-old caretaker Ian Coates in June 2023.
He then called his brother and told him: "This will be the last time I speak to you. Take the family out of the country."
When asked if he was going to do something stupid, Calocane replied: "It is already done."
Indeed, it was already done — and it was horrific.
Even more horrific, for British society as a whole, was the fact that this scum was spared prison because there are already "too many" "people of color" in prison in the UK.
Lest you're one of those (which I suspect you're not) who believe the "Islamization of Europe" will never happen in the U.S., there are untold numbers on the American Left who not only disagree; a sizable percentage of them no doubt can't wait til "it" happens. It's up to the sane and moral among us to make sure it doesn't — for the sake of our children, and generations to come.

The enquiry heard today how mental health professionals debated whether to section Calocane in 2020 when he tried to kick down a neighbour’s door.
However, it was decided to release him into the community after considering “research that shows over-representation of young black males in detention.”
He was sentenced to an indefinite hospital order in January 2024 after admitting manslaughter by diminished responsibility and attempted murder, something which has been widely criticised by the victims’ families.
Calocane was catered to every step of the way and he’s still being catered to because in the UK, a third world immigrant matters more than the people he’s terrorizing and killing.
The absurd report reads:
The in-patient teams involved in Calocane’s care were trying to treat [him] in the least restrictive way and took on board his reasons for not wanting to take depot medication, which included him not liking needles.
In addition to Calocane refusing to take his meds, having ongoing and persistent symptoms of psychosis, being violent to others when his psychosis was not managed well, and his escalating violent behavior in the later stages of his care, footage played at the inquest showed Barnaby and Grace walking back to their student halls just after 4 am on June 13, 2023, when the immigrant approached the doomed couple, pulled a knife from his bag, and began hacking at Barnaby repeatedly, causing him to suffer "grave injuries."
As he collapsed to the ground, Grace showed "incredible bravery" by attempting to fight the killer off as she shoved him to the ground. Nearby witnesses heard an "awful, blood-curdling scream" and saw Grace attempting to crawl towards a row of houses as she screamed for help.
Horrific. Avoidable. Ignored. Set free. All in the name of "overrepresentation."
