WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Trump administration announced plans this week for the president to host a thrilling game show for members of Congress in which the audience must help determine who he executes next.

The show, tentatively titled WHICH MEMBER OF CONGRESS SHOULD I EXECUTE NEXT?, will reportedly air every weeknight at 8 P.M. on PBS.

Trump announced the new show on a special appearance in the White House Press Room, where he spent time answering questions about the production.

"Game shows today are stupid. They spend too much time interviewing the contestants and less time on the action. I'm going to make game shows great again," the president proudly said as he announced his intent to host the government-funded program. "Each episode, I'll guide three members of Congress through a trivia round followed by up to three physical challenges to see who lives."

"But, sir, isn't that just Nickelodeon's Double Dare?" Bloomberg's Justin Sink interrupted.

"No, it's completely different. Next question!" Trump answered.

At publishing time, the White House announced that surviving participants would receive a free copy of WHICH MEMBER OF CONGRESS SHOULD I EXECUTE NEXT?: The Board Game and be invited back so they could have another chance to be executed.
