Joe Biden doesn't seem to do a lot of work.
He has a light schedule, with most days not having more than one or two events on his schedule. They are generally ceremonial events that don't require much, like the Kennedy Center honorees event he had on Sunday at the White House. Even so, Biden needed Jill to help him off the stage:

Monday, Biden had nothing scheduled, and Tuesday he just had a campaign event in Boston on the calendar. Then he often calls an early lid to his days.
Events outside the White House are often thinly disguised campaign efforts to tout Biden in protected spaces where he won't generally be challenged.
But when Biden is speaking, he often has so many issues. That's why his staff is always trying to limit the press access to him. Check this Tuesday video as he can't even be bothered to answer about the approximately eight American hostages that are believed to still be held by Hamas. Biden has even given up saying they're working hard on the question. He's now just blowing off the reporters.
It's hard to imagine why anyone could think he could run for president again, given his condition and inability to do the job.
But Biden said something that has everyone talking.
He was at a fundraiser outside of Boston on Tuesday, and he said, "If Trump wasn't running, I'm not sure I'd be running. We cannot let him win."
“Trump’s not even hiding the ball anymore. He’s telling us what he’s going to do,” Biden said. “He’s making no bones about it.” Sounds like Biden and Liz Cheney are all talking from the same Democratic talking point manual. Trump is winning in the polls so they have to do anything they can to demonize him and make him Hitler. But as I pointed out earlier about Cheney's comments, it's Biden who's doing the things Cheney was complaining Trump might do. She made a great case for why we need to vote Biden out.

What does this comment say about Biden if he's running because Trump is? It's kind of funny, it's like Trump is living rent-free in his head, ever since he made up the fiction of what Trump said about Charlottesville as his motivation for running back in the 2020 election.
It also shows it's all about ego for Biden, and it's such a childish comment. It's not about anything that he wants to do for the American people, it's about trying to beat Trump. Yet he's probably the weakest candidate the Democrats could run against Trump, it's one of the reasons that Trump is winning in the polls. Meanwhile, Biden is losing all kinds of support from groups that he desperately needs to hold onto to have any change.
Is this comment a signal that he might be dropping out? Some thought it might be.
But bottom line? It's not looking good for Joe.
