As you read the insane nonsense in this article, ponder this:
Do smug, condescending leftists like MSNBC host Rachel Maddow actually believe the bilge they spew? Or, are they simply playing to the low-information, rank-and-file Democrat voter base?
I'm of the mind that in most cases, hopelessly biased Democrat propagandists like Maddow, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, and Sunny Hostin know damn well they're lying when they spin nonsensical yarns, but in this case — and in others like it — I think they've reached such an irrational point, stage 4 Trump Derangement Syndrome has so pickled their leftist brains, that they actually believe most if not all of the crap they spew.
A perfect case in point occurred on Wednesday when Maddow trotted onto the set of "The View," and in all of her smug-ass glory, she shameless declared the following about former President Donald Trump — with zero evidence to back it up, of course.
He wants to put MSNBC on trial for treason, so that he can execute us.
How warped must one's mind become to believe that?
More Maddow spew:
I mean, the Republican Party right now has to make a decision, and it's their decision to make. We have party processes for a reason, but ultimately if you listen to what Trump is saying; you don't sort of regard him as a spectacle but listen to what he's saying.
He's basically portraying a future for America, if he is put back in the White House, in which we don't have another election after that.
After Goldberg and Behar quickly agreed, Maddow continued her insane narrative, pretending to psychoanalyze the former president:
Because the elections are all rigged, that the democratic process can't be trusted; that Congress should just work for him — and [that], the Justice Department should juice work for him. That's a strong-man form of government. That’s not what we have.
After Behar suggested that Trump would put Rudy Giuliani on the Supreme Court, Maddow went full clown world — again:
I mean, it is – The Republican party is – If they're going to elevate somebody like that to represent their party in a general election, not only do we have a 50/50 shot of him being back in the White House -- any major nominee has a 50 percent shot -- but the Republican Party will have to reckon with that for till the end of time in terms of what they did to this country.
Behar then simply babbled "Wow," as if Maddow is a brilliant sage.
Did I mention that Joe Biden was reportedly seen [sarc] furiously nodding his vacant head in approval?
The Bottom Line
Maddow was on "The View" to hawk her latest book, "Prequel: An American Fight Against Fascism," in which she idiotically argues that today's Republican Party has striking parallels with the rise of European fascism.
Moreover, Maddow said that if Trump wins the 2024 Republican presidential primary race and goes on to win the election, he'll work to ensure that presidential elections in America never happen again.
So again, does Rachel Maddow honestly believe the silly crap that comes out of her mouth?
I believe she does. Then again, it doesn't really matter, does it? Why? Because Rachel Maddow and left-wingers, like her — know full well that a majority of Democrat voters do.
