Yesterday afternoon on Truth Social, President Trump expanded his position on the FBI raid of his Mar-a-Lago home and announced an upcoming motion to the court for violations of his fourth amendment rights against unwarranted search and seizure. [LINK]
The easiest approach for President Trump’s legal team to take would be the generalized nature of the search warrant. The Fourth Amendment specifically prohibits the government using general warrants to search private belongings of individuals.
