Vice President Kamala Harris may very well be one of the most unpopular people in American politics, both with voters and in Washington. We’ve been hearing reports about internal strife and departures from her staff, giving off the feeling of a sinking ship that the rats are abandoning.

A new poll has shown that a large majority of voters do not like Harris at all, with “very unfavorable” outweighing the “very favorable” by a massive margin, according to the New York Post:
A Rasmussen Reports poll found that just 39 percent of likely voters have a favorable impression of Harris, while 57 percent have an unfavorable view of the veep.
Harris is further underwater among those who have strong views of her. While 19 percent of likely voters say they have a “very favorable” opinion of the vice president, fully half (50 percent) of all respondents say they have a “very unfavorable” impression.
The departure of her staff, including her senior adviser and chief spokesperson Symone Sanders, have all been signs that Harris’ time as the Biden backup is over. Jen Psaki has attempted to spin it all into positives, but there’s little one can do to save reputations when polls like the one above are cold toward the veep and these departures are paired with rumors of abuse and toxicity.
As the Washington Post reported, Harris has been a bully to her staff with some reporting she hurts them with “soul-destroying criticism.”
So not only is she suffering in the polls, she’s suffering internally. It’s clear that she’s being pushed out as she’s continuously sidelined, almost as if kept away from important events. There was a point where the administration was insisting media outlets referred to it as the Biden/Harris administration, yet that seems to have fallen by the wayside.
All of this adds up to create someone so unstable and toxic that, instead of spending so much time on repairing her image and hoping she becomes better to her staffers, it would be more cost-effective, both in time and money, to just show her the door and replace her with someone more likable and less of a liability.
It’s a long way to fall for Harris, but judging by her performance and lack of ability to generate support during the 2020 Democrat primary, it was a predicament she was destined for. Nobody wanted her then, and it seems nobody wants her now.
It’s over for Kamala — the only thing we’re waiting on now is for the ax to fall.
