I’ve said before that Jill is a lot like Lady Macbeth – or Lady Macbiden if you will — pushing her feckless boob of a husband to run for office just so she can grab the wealth, power and glory that comes with being First Lady. And I’m not the only one to point this out.
But with what’s going on in Afghanistan, these accusations of elder abuse by the selfish Jill are hard to miss.
The Huffing and Puffington Post ran a well-I-nevery article over Fox weekend host Rachel Campos-Duffy saying Jill “failed the country” by forcing her dementia-ridden old crock of a husband to run for President when he is clearly not fit to serve.
And now the folks around the First Lady Macbiden are BIG MAD over what Campos-Duffy said.
Jill’s press secretary Michael LaRosa quote-tweeted the HuffPo story and called Campos-Duffy’s remarks “disgusting.” He demanded both she and Fox News apologize to the First Lady and “leave this kind of talk in the where it belongs.”
You can tell he’s totally serious because he used the trashcan emoji instead of just typing out the word “trash” like a big boy.
Maybe the reason Jill’s press secretary’s BIG MAD is because that particular line of criticism hits way too close to home.
Look, I realize Jill is desperate to pretend everything with her husband is just tickety-boo.
But Americans aren’t blind. Nor are we fools.
Well, most of us aren’t anyway.
And we-thinks her emoji-using press secretary protests too much.
Since the start of the 2020 election cycle, Americans have watched this doddering old man for ourselves. You could make a full-length documentary just by compiling all the video clips of Dementia Joe’s greatest hits.
Title it “Trunalimunumaprzure! Inside Joe’s Mashed Potato Brain.”
It certainly isn’t as if Rachel Campos-Duffy is the first person to point out that the Biden family’s vainglorious lust for power and wealth is so insatiable they pushed this broken down old man to run for President well past his sell-date.
For crying out loud, even Barack Obama told Joe he really didn’t have to do this.
But not Jill. No sir. She was right urging Joe on.
As I said in my column “Is Jill Biden the one running for President?” the Biden who really, really, really wanted to get back into the White House wasn’t Joe. It was Jill:
She wants those airbrushed magazine cover shots, fawning articles about her style and fashion, and sycophantic, gushing interviews with Ellen, Gayle King, Oprah and the harpies on the View.
And, hey, if dragging old demented Joe over the finish line puts more cash in her son Hunter’s pockets? Well, even better.
Jill Biden is obsessed with her own importance, that much is certain. Why else would someone with a doctorate in education insist on always being referred to as DOCTOR Jill Biden?
And she got everything she wanted, didn’t she? The soft-focused magazine cover stories, the fawning interviews, the gushing over her outfits — no matter how hideous they are.
And while Jill basks in the fame she worked so hard to achieve, America is stuck with the broken down, barely-there old crock she exploited to achieve it.
But heaven forbid you point out this blazingly obvious truth.
As I mentioned last week it was reported that Ron Klain wanted Biden to return to the White House rather than stay hidden at Camp David, but Lady Macbiden overruled him.
She knows Joe isn’t up to the task, so she’s hiding him.
We’ve all seen clips from his press briefings over the last week. The man is decaying before our eyes. He shuffles like an in-patient at a psych ward. He stumbles over his words, gets lost on his way to a point, loses his temper at the drop of a hat, and makes comments that leave everyone scratching their heads in confusion.
For four freaking years the media and Democrats questioned Donald Trump’s mental state and his fitness for office. But now a Fox News host has to offer an apology for one comment?
Yeah, I don’t think so.
You made this bed, Jill. You shoved this haggard, half-senile old man to run for President despite you and your family knowing his grip on reality was slipping. You deserve every bit of scorn we can muster.
If anybody is owed an apology here, it’s the American people. We’re the ones stuck with an unfit President all because a jumped up school teacher with delusions of grandeur cared more about being First Lady than she did the fate and the future of the United States of America.
