A Betrayal of American Freedom

It is a mournful, and usually sanguinary, alternative that awaits those who barter freedom for the simulacrum of normality.

At the moment, the world seems to be divided into two camps.

One camp belongs to those who believe that Joe Biden, notwithstanding some possible election “irregularities,” won the 2020 presidential election fair and square. A corollary of this belief is the conviction that Donald Trump, by refusing to concede and go graciously into the good night of political defeat, is behaving badly (one venue even describes his behavior as a “disgrace”).

The second camp, which is where I reside, holds that the 2020 election was inherently fraudulent, that the fraud was perpetrated in ways large and small over many months, and that it appears to have cost Donald Trump the election. I say “appears” because the reality, I believe, is that Donald Trump won by a significant margin but that voter fraud obscures that reality.

The first camp seems to be the larger of the two and its membership is growing quickly as more and more erstwhile supporters of the president fold their tents and make their peace with “President-elect Biden.” Mitch McConnell, the Senate Majority Leader, was a recent high-profile defector from President Trump’s side.

Or maybe he is only a realist who sees the writing on the wall, not to mention the headlines in the papers and on CNN.

Over the last few weeks, I have written about the election so many times that my fingers feel hoarse.

I don’t know that those promising a sudden, awe-inspiring revelation are right. The much anticipated “Krakens” so far have looked more like crayfish than mighty monsters. But that does not gainsay the massive statistical anomalies that attended the voting in key battleground states. Nor does it put to bed other concerns: eye-popping voter turnout in just a few critical cities, worrisome irregularities with the tsunami of absentee ballots—nearly 60 percent of the vote, apparently—and hundreds of sworn affidavits attesting to mishandling of ballots, obstruction of GOP observers, and various forms of outright voter fraud. There are also the charges of the vote being manipulated by Dominion voting machines. I have read many stories about that, some affirming it, some rejecting it. To me, it smells fishy, but I have no privileged knowledge one way or the other.

President Trump has not fared well with his legal battles, but that has not dimmed his determination to fight on, much to the dismay, indeed, the fury, of his critics in both parties (actually, I think it is basically one big party, but that is an issue for another day).

Will there, as some people think, be a challenge in Congress, with a GOP set of electors battling against the Democrat-appointed cadre? It’s happened before, in a minor way in 1960 and in a full-blown challenge in 1876. The “Compromise of 1877” saw the Democrats accede to election of the Republican Rutherford B. Hayes by one electoral vote in exchange for the end (or the beginning of the end) of Reconstruction.

I don’t see any such compromise in the offing this time—maybe the end of the Reconstruction known as Identity Politics would be worth a Biden-Harris Administration, but that is not on offer. On the contrary: Sleepy Joe promises an administration that is all race, all the time, when it is not about climate change, mask mandates, or redistributive “justice.” And of course, Kamala Harris—the president-in-waiting—is what Joe promises: the living instantiation of all that is woke, grasping, and cynical.

It’s likely, I suppose, that Congress is just too sclerotic for anything really dramatic to happen. It seems pretty clear that the courts—above all the Supreme Court—remain terrified of being called mean names by reporters at the New York Times.

In this context, it is worth pondering “The Immaculate Deception: Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregularities,” the thirty-six page report on voter fraud in the election just published by Peter Navarro. Navarro is Director of the president’s Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, but he oversaw this report in his capacity as a private citizen. I am not sure that there is much that is new in the document, but it stands as a useful, one-stop summary of allegations of voter fraud and manipulation. Navarro and his team looked at the key battleground states of Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Georgia. The six dimensions of irregularity they investigated were outright voter fraud (which they found in nearly all of the states), ballot mishandling, contestable process fouls, equal protection clause violations, voting machine irregularities, and significant statistical anomalies.

No one reading this will be surprised by the conclusion: “the observed patterns of election irregularities,” the report charges, “are so consistent across the six battleground states that they suggest a coordinated strategy to, if not steal the election outright, strategically game the election process in such a way as to ‘stuff the ballot box’ and unfairly tilt the playing field in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket.”

The report demands that the voting “irregularities”—a polysyllabic word for “fraud”—be investigated immediately in order to determine the “truth about the 2020 election.” Good idea. It is hardly surprising that President Trump should tweet approvingly about the report. Nor is it surprising that Twitter slapped one of its little warnings on his tweet advising fellow twitterers that “this claim about election fraud is disputed.” Nor, finally, is it surprising that (as of this writing) some 200,000 people have “liked” the president’s tweet—200,000, of course, is a tiny percentage of the 74-75 million who voted for Trump, the most ever for a sitting president and some 11-12 million more votes than he received in 2016. To believe that Joe Biden won the election, you would have to believe that a man who hardly left his basement during the campaign managed to pull in some 80 million votes, far exceeding even what Barack Obama took in 2008. Do you?

I apologize if this seems like beating a dead horse. I think the old mare has some life left in her yet, and if I continue to prod her it is because I think the 2020 election brought us to a political crossroads. If I am right and the election, in effect, was stolen, then it is a line in the sand.

On one side of that line is the tradition of the American Republic where elections might be bitterly contested but are in the end fair and are seen by both sides to be fair. On the other side of that line is a country in which elections are not fair, where they are rigged for the benefit of vested interests.

This is an eventuality that the Navarro Report recognizes explicitly. “If these election irregularities are not fully investigated prior to Inauguration Day,” it warns, “and thereby effectively allowed to stand, this nation runs the very real risk of never being able to have a fair presidential election again.”

“Never” is a long time. But I do not think it is necessarily an overstatement. I fear that John Adams was right when, writing to his wife in 1775, he noted that while destroyed cities might be rebuilt and “a People reduced to Poverty, may acquire fresh Property,” a “Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty once lost is lost forever.”

Many people, including some smart people of good will, are impatient with Donald Trump. They are impatient, above all, with the 2020 election. They want it to be over. They want to get on with “normal life.” They believe that ceding a stolen election to a geriatric talking mannequin represents normality because it wears a familiar face. In fact, it is terra incognita. Or, rather, it is unknown only in an American context. History provides us with many, many examples of what we may expect from acceding to such a betrayal of freedom. It is a mournful, and usually sanguinary, alternative that awaits those who barter freedom for the simulacrum of normality. I think that Donald Trump understands that. I am convinced that many of his 75 million supporters do, too.

Do What Must Be Done, Mr. President

Article by Believe it!

One and a half months into the "Big Fuckin' Steal" saga, and a mountain of election fraud proof later, and it feels as if we are no closer to preventing the overthrow of our country than we were in the days following its blatant an unabashed implementation.

We heard and read all kinds of speculation of 4D Chessmaster plans firing off directly from President Trump's synapses and into physical reality. From red castles with surveillance technology that tracked the democrat's vote switching in real-time, to daring Mission Impossible style midnight raids of German server complexes that even resulted in gunfire and spilled blood, or hell, even the rumor that all the legal ballots were secretly watermarked with a blockchain code to verify their authenticity... and yet... it is now one and a half months later and Biden is still poised to steal the whole thing.

Where Do These Swing States Stand?

Currently each stands with dueling electors. That is, electors for both candidates. A precarious situation indeed as this would leave it up to Vice President Pence to disqualify the votes from the contested states, and/or a representative and senator to challenge the electoral results, thus leaving it up to the House electors to play kingmaker. But as Boards of Stupidvisors defy congressional subpoenas, alleged courts of law ignore cases without seeing the evidence, or secretaries of state outright break election laws by ordering poll data to be destroyed, one thing has become perfectly clear. The Establishment will protect the fraud at any costs. Just ask Georgia Governor Kemp's daughter, who lost her boyfriend to a "traffic accident" that exploded his innards far and wide enough to literally make him a legal voter in at least ten different counties in the Rotten Peach State. Or ask the detective who investigated the crash for signs of foul play. Oh wait, you can't because while picking up the hamburger meat that was once a living person, the guy suddenly decided to Epstein himself. Oh well. Two more for the Coronavirus statistics.

Seems like riots are the least of John 'Ruth Bader' Roberts' concerns.

So with a system that is fundamentally broken enough to try and steal an election from the most popular President in recent history, do so blatantly and getting caught in the process, but too filled with cowardly and/or corrupt vermin to actually put a stop to it, what are we the American people to do about it?

We can pester our state legislatures, provided you live in one of these swing states, and we can pester our U.S. Congressional Representatives to vote for Trump IF the electoral college votes are contested, but beyond that all we can do is continue to collect and share the proof of election fraud to strengthen the growing chorus of enraged citizens who will not accept our country turning into a turd-world banana republic.

But if the electors or the Congress vote Joe Biden in, regardless of how fraudulent the election results were, he will be in every legal sense the President-elect and will be set to lie his hand (and his ass off) on the Bible on January 20th. The only thing that would reverse that would be smoking gun proof that Joe Biden was knowledgeable or involved in the election fraud. Which based on his elated admission in an official video, is still a strong possibility.

The purpose of this article however is to spell out what President Trump must do in order to correct these fraudulent election numbers and true the vote. We all know Trump won this election by a landslide, and thankfully he knows it too. Unfortunately, the President has been worryingly absent in this whole effort to pressure legislators to investigate. We were promised Stop the Steal rallies where the President would present evidence that the election was stolen, yet the only one we got was what doubled as a hype-fest for two republican candidates for the U.S. Senate, one of which had already stated on the record that he looked forward to working with McConnell and Biden in 2021. Now there is a new report that President Trump will hold a second rally for these candidates January 4th! He should be holding rallies every day in these various swing states to highlight the election fraud! What good does he think campaigning for these two will do if the democrats get away with cheating on the first go-around?

A Troubling Report

Yesterday a report was leaked, yes leaked, from the White House that should be of great concern. The President met with Flynn, Powell, and was in contact with Giuliani by phone. In this meeting, which didn't stay confidential for very long, President Trump basically revealed that he never had a plan to beat the cheat, and still doesn't have one. That's why the others were there, to give him his options.

I am disgusted to write that the advice they gave him was not encouraging. Flynn suggested Martial Law, which I don't fault him for blurting out in a fury-filled bid for retribution after all he was put through. Giuliani discredited that idea as too extreme and not legal at this stage before other options are exhausted.

Giuliani's suggestion was equally shot down about using the Department of Homeland Security to investigate the machines and ballots directly. I think it was Mark Meadows who said DHS didn't have that authority. Powell was not very helpful, suggesting the machines be impounded, but offering no method through which to accomplish this. Though she does see the right of it. The Dominion machines are the key to correcting this fraud. More about this later.

Rattcliffe is of course a no-show. We were told a BIG report on election fraud was coming... eh... last Friday. Well Friday came and went without a peep. Another corrupt Deep Stater, just like Barr, who not only ignored evidence of election fraud, but undermined the effort to fight it by giving a statement to the Enemy of the American People that he had seen no evidence of fraud in amounts great enough to change the results of the election. A true statement if you never remove your face from the donut box, but still a deceptive left-wing talking-point nonetheless.

President Trump's Only Path to Reclaiming His Win

This is my personal plan for the President. He didn't do what I wrote he should have on the virus, the lock-downs, the mail-ins, or the riots, and it all cost him. Hopefully he prove amenable to this wisdom.

First, the Peter Navarro Report is a great start to saving this election. He released a report documenting the fraud in these various swing states, and concludes that the elimination of this fraud will flip the entire election back to President Trump. DarkGoldenMan will have his own article about this later today, but the evidence contained therein is the focus here.

There is something you need to get an investigation started. That thing is called "Probable Cause".

The information in this report is all the probable cause you need to get warrants, Mr. President. It is time to demand search and seizure warrants for Dominion machines and any and all ballots. Employ trusted IT experts to handle and examine the machines, and forensics experts to analyze the ballots for signs of forgery. Get warrants for all security camera footage from the TCF Center in Detroit, the State Farm Center in Georgia, and any other major tabulation center in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Nevada.

Call in volunteers from the Trump rallies in each of these states to inspect the signatures on the accompanying paperwork and find all the sleeves that contained mismatched signatures, marks that were not actually signatures, non-postmarked envelopes, impossible dates of birth such as 1/1/1900, etc.

Same goes for arrest warrants of any poll workers who are alleged to have engaged in misconduct or election fraud, or who signed off on obviously fraudulent ballots. Interrogate them. Slam the evidence down in front of them. Make them sweat. Make them flip on those who paid them to cheat for Biden. Get confessions in exchange for immunity.

Even if the machines have been wiped, that in itself is evidence of fraud, because that data is supposed to be preserved for 22 months. Same case for voter information on sleeves or envelopes that accompany the ballots. If that information has been destroyed, that is evidence of election fraud. This is because there is no reason to destroy that evidence except to cover one's tracks.

After the proof is found and exposed to the American public, that is when you encourage all Americans to press on their state legislatures to recall all Biden electors and put forth Trump electors to Congress on January 6th. That puts the onus on the democrats to prove that their alleged results were legitimate. If they can't prove that these numbers are valid based on legal votes, then they lose. The legislatures should be encouraged to call the electoral count as having ended in the early hours of November 4th when poll workers stopped counting ballots and before the large ballot dump of illegal forged ballots for Biden.

Vice President Mike Pence can choose to count the Trump electors' votes, and reject the Biden electors' votes, and the rightful winner of this election will be reelected. If this is challenged, then let the electors in the House vote to reelect President Trump, and the Senate can vote on Vice President.

If any judge or state official gets in the way of this righteous effort, or if no judges will grant the warrants, you block them or go around them with federal agencies by using executive orders. You will need trusted FBI (action) and FEC (oversight) agents for this. Order these people to action, and fire anyone who refuses or tries to delay the operation. If that doesn't work for any reason, then it is time to declare Martial Law, which places all legal authority in the President. Get the job done and disregard any ruling that tries to obstruct justice.

The military is not needed to enforce any of these actions. The President merely needs to call on the U.S. Marshals and trusted agents within the DoJ and FBI. If necessary, state militias can be activated to secure various locations and protect the work of the agents.

Also invite members of the state legislatures to observe the process and meet with department officials so they know everything is being done legitimately.

First, secure all machines and ballots to ensure no one tampers with them. Seize all Dominion assets, including funds. Analyze all hardware and software, and have the FEC and IRS examine Dominion's finances. Then target the main areas of irregularities, such as Wayne, Milwaukee, Fulton, Maricopa, etc. counties. Focus the verification efforts on these major election fraud sites first then expand out to other counties, including red counties which were also targeted for vote switching. Chances are, the state elections will flip just based on Dominion vote switching alone.

Clear Example of Enough Votes to Flip the Results

I will use Michigan as an example, since it has the largest disparity of votes at 154,188. Michigan has 83 counties. Antrim County has been "corrected" (not really, but that's another thread). That leaves 82 left to be verified. A switched vote counts as two votes, since Trump loses one and Biden gains one. So half of 154,188 is 77,094 switched votes to be found. 77,094 across 82 counties is 941 switched votes per county. Antrim had 16 Dominion machines. 941 divided by 16 is 59 votes per machine (likely one per precinct) for their county. So if Dominion switched just 59 votes from Trump to Biden on each machine, that would flip the election. Amounts would vary depending on how many machines per county, but 941 per county is the consistent number. Also keep in mind that the more machines there are, the fewer number of switched votes would need to be found. So if a county had 40 machines, that would be 24 switched votes per machine. See how easy it is to flip an election?

Certainly we can find this number of switched votes on any given machine. Though it's possible that some machines were programmed to count accurately, while others were programmed to switch votes in numbers greater than 59. It's also possible that the machines switched more than 77,094 votes statewide. Find them all! We still have President Trump's popular vote to think about.

And remember, Antrim is a small county of 23,598 people, and yet they found 6,000 switched votes. Now apply this same math to the other states with even smaller disparities.

Arizona

10,457 gap ÷ 2 (switched vote ratio) = 5,229 switched votes ÷ 15 counties = 349 switched votes

Georgia

11,779 gap ÷ 2 (switched vote ratio) = 5,890 switched votes ÷ 159 counties = 38 switched votes

President Trump wins over 270 with MI, AZ, and GA.

Wisconsin

20,682 gap ÷ 2 (switched vote ratio) = 10,341 switched votes ÷ 72 counties = 144 switched votes

Pennsylvania

81,660 gap ÷ 2 (switched vote ratio) = 40,830 switched votes ÷ 67 counties = 610 switched votes

This is without factoring in all the forged ballots from the ballot dumps.

[Edit: Slight correction here. According to another report, Michigan only has 64 counties that use Dominion machines. So that would be calculated as:

Michigan

154,188 gap ÷ 2 (switched vote ratio) = 77,094 switched votes ÷ 64 counties = 1,205 switched votes

Not that big of a difference, but I just wanted to be accurate.]

The next task is to verify the mail-in ballots. These can be examined for authenticity. Mail-in ballots should have been folded, and should have pen marks consistent with human handwriting. Therefore, any ballots that are not folded or have printer toner to fill in the marks for candidates, are obviously invalid mail-in ballots.

Next, any ballots with only the presidential section filled in should be suspected by default and then analyzed for signs of forgery.

The number of total ballots should also be matched up with poll books. If the poll book data doesn't match, that precinct should be disqualified completely unless officials can reconcile the books by comparing spoiled ballots or something like that. But most likely the poll books will be way off because ballots were run multiple times and someone merely guessed at how many non-voters they should mark off as having voted in the books.

People in the poll books should be called by phone and asked if they voted. If more than 1,894 people in a county say no, then that is evidence of fraud high enough to affect the outcome of the election, since only that number per county would be required to reach 154,188 statewide. In either of these cases, those votes from those precincts should be disqualified. Also, if the poll book data has been deleted, that precinct should be disqualified and those who deleted the information should be arrested and interrogated for the name of the person who ordered that the data be deleted.

Names should also be double-checked against the death records of the state to make sure there were no votes cast in the names of dead people.

Next up, the ballot dumps.

If security footage shows that ballot dumps were made after the polls closed, then any ballots that arrived at those tabulation centers after that time should be disqualified automatically. It's the same as going to a polling place in person and voting after the polls closed. It's illegal.

So in the case of Michigan, if the TCF Center video shows ballots arriving at 3:30am on November 4th, then the Michigan legislature should call the election at the time before those ballots were dumped and tainted the results. That way, the results before the dump are certified as official. All ballots counted at the TCF Center after that ballot dump should be disqualified.

This is the same thing that should happen in Georgia with their dump of hidden ballots after sending the observers away. It is a fact that the large spike in Biden "votes" came from them running those fake ballots and doing so multiple times.

Stop the Steal, not the Real

Do not stop once you get the result you want. This is a legitimate effort to find the truth, not to obtain a desired election result. Keep digging for fraud. Keep exposing it. In Pennsylvania the laws were illegally changed to allow non-signatures to be counted as valid. This violates the state legislature's election laws. All counties that counted such mail-in ballots should have their results voided unless these ballots can be weeded out.

In Wisconsin thousands of people claimed indefinite confinement in order to get around the state's voter ID laws. This is no different from someone showing up to vote in person and then not showing any ID. Those votes should be disqualified, and the people who tried to cast them should be charged with voter fraud.

That goes for poll workers too! The Georgia Gang that sent the observers away and then kept counting without them, they should all be arrested RIGHT NOW before the Georgia Senate runoff.

That goes for all the BLM thugs in Detroit as well who harassed observers and denied them their ability to do their jobs.

Same goes for the bribers in Nevada, buying votes with gift cards.

Also, arrest and investigate anyone who certified precincts they knew were out of balance. That too is fraud.

Set an example. Send the message that cheaters will lose big.

And there is no bigger loser in this than Joe Biden.

Conclusion

This is what effective action looks like, Mr. President. The American people can't do any of this alone. We need authority granted by the Office of the President. Otherwise, all we can do is pester our state legislators and hope they recall the Biden electors and send only Trump electors, then the House electors vote Trump. A long shot at best, seeing as how cowardly and treasonous the republican party has become.

Miss France runner-up April Benayoum targeted by anti-Semitic tweets

The runner-up of the Miss France 2021 competition has been subjected to a torrent of anti-Semitic abuse on social media, promoting outrage and a police investigation.

April Benayoum, 21, was awarded second place in the pageant during a televised ceremony on Saturday.

She revealed her Israeli origins in an interview at the event, leading to anti-Semitic attacks on Twitter.

The tweets were widely condemned by French politicians and Jewish groups.

In an interview with the Var-Matin newspaper, Ms Benayoum said she heard about the anti-Jewish insults from her relatives.

"It is sad to witness such behaviour in 2020," said Ms Benayoum, who represented the south-eastern region of Provence in the contest. "I obviously condemn these comments, but it does not affect me at all."

France's Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin said he was "deeply shocked by the rain of anti-Semitic insults" against Ms Benayoum. "We must not let anything go," he wrote in a tweet, adding that police were looking into the abusive tweets.

The organisers of the competition denounced the "hate speech" against Ms Benayoum, saying it was "totally contrary to the values of the channel, the production and the show".

Miss France 2021 was celebrated as the centenary edition of the pageant, which was founded in 1920 by the journalist Maurice de Waleffe.

Amandine Petit, or Miss Normandy, was crowned this year's winner, beating a field of 29 contestants to win a cash prize, use of a Paris apartment and a monthly salary for one year. She told France's BFM TV the "inappropriate remarks" were "extremely disappointing" to see.

Politicians expressed solidarity too. Minister of Citizenship Marlène Schiappa tweeted that the beauty competition was "not a contest of anti-Semitism".

Renaud Muselier, a former French member of the European Parliament from the Provence region, called the attacks an "abomination". He emphasised that Ms Benayoum was "French, of Italian and Israeli origin, from Provence, from the south", which means she "perfectly represents our region and our country".

There was a strong reaction from Jewish groups as well. The International League Against Racism and Anti-Semitism (Licra) said the Miss France competition had "turned Twitter into an anti-Semitic cesspool against Miss Provence".

France, which has Europe's biggest Jewish population of around half a million, has seen a number of anti-Semitic attacks in recent years. The French government has faced pressure to respond to violence against and harassment of Jews in the country.

One survey of EU countries in 2018 found that 95% of French Jews see anti-Semitism as either a fairly or very big problem. In the same year, former French Prime Minister Édouard Philippe said there had been a 69% increase in anti-Semitic incidents.

Dominion Audit: Ballot Error Rate Was At Least 85,000 Times Higher Than FEC Allows

A Michigan judge ordered the release Monday of an independent forensic audit report of the Dominion Voting Systems machines used in Antrim County, which flipped from a win for Democrat Joe Biden to President Donald Trump after a glitch was discovered and corrected.

The audit, which was led by Russell Ramsland of the Dallas-based Allied Security Operations Group, revealed over a 68 percent ballot error rate — at least 85,000 times higher than the Federal Election Commission guidelines allow.

Additionally, Ramsland’s team reported the “extremely suspicious” absence of logs regarding the abnormally high number of digitally adjudicated ballots.

Antrim County in northern Michigan made headlines last month after the discovery of an Election Day computer “glitch” that had falsely switched the county from a win for Trump to a Biden victory.

The amended results showed the president winning the county with 9,748 votes to Biden’s 5,960.

Ramsland’s report said that of the 15,676 individual voting events recorded on the Dominion Voting Systems in Antrim County, 10,667 ballots — 68.05 percent — were errors.

The allowable election error rate established by the FEC guidelines is 1 in 500,000 ballots, but Ramsland’s team used 1 in 125,000 or 0.0008 percent, making the requirement less strict to account for vagueness in the law, Ramsland said in a text to The Western Journal.

In other words, what occurred in Antrim County was at least 85,000 times higher than what is allowable.

Ramsland’s team also said it found that a “staggering number” of votes were digitally adjudicated in 2020.

The report explains that Dominion software classifies ballots in two categories: normal and adjudicated.

Ballots sent to adjudication can be altered by administrators, as was demonstrated by an election worker in Georgia last week.

“A staggering number of votes required adjudication,” the report said. “This was a 2020 issue not seen in previous election cycles still stored on the server. This is caused by intentional errors in the system. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency and no audit trail.”

“Significantly, the computer system shows vote adjudication logs for prior years; but all the adjudication logs log entries for the 2020 election cycle are missing,” Ramsland’s team said. “The adjudication process is the simplest way to manually manipulate votes. The lack of records prevents any form of audit accountability, and their conspicuous absence is extremely suspicious since the files exist for previous years using the same software.

“Removal of these files violates state law and prevents a meaningful audit, even if the [secretary of state] wanted to conduct an audit. We must conclude that the 2020 election cycle records have been manually removed.”

The audit also found Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s statement on Nov. 6 that “the correct results [in Antrim] always were and continue to be reflected on the tabulator totals tape” to be false.

Sixty-four Michigan counties use Dominion Voting Systems, according to WLNS-TV in Lansing.

Attorneys for the state of Michigan sought to prevent the Ramsland audit from being released, the Detroit Free Press reported Monday.

Assistant Attorney General Erik Grill called it “inaccurate, incomplete and misleading.”

However, Judge Kevin Elsenheimer of the 13th Circuit Court in Michigan approved the release with some references to software coding redacted.

Current results in the state show Biden leading Trump by approximately 154,000 votes.

In an interview in the spring, Ramsland told The Western Journal those seeking to swing a U.S. presidential election electronically would just have to focus on a few key swing states.

“So if you want to change the presidency of this country, all you really have to do is put your whole team on making sure that your guy wins precinct by precinct in at least a semi-believable number in five states and probably only the big metropolitan areas of five states,” he said.

The Arizona Republican Party has filed suit to gain access to review the digitally adjudicated and duplicated ballots in Maricopa County, which encompasses Phoenix and also uses Dominion Voting Systems.

An initial review of 100 random ballots allowed by a judge found a 3 percent variance in favor of Biden.

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward said Monday that the case is being appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court after being rejected by the Arizona Supreme Court.

Biden’s current lead in the Grand Canyon State is 10,457 votes.

Bad News: Jill Biden Really Doesn't Like Your 'Tone'

Jill Biden is a doctor, you guys. She, the Biden team, and the media have made it clear that any less of a description is patriarchal misogyny and probably racist somehow too. You see, even though you never call other Ed.Ds “doctor” outside of a strictly professional environment (i.e. your professor at school), Jill is special. She worked hard for her credentials, garnering her degree in her 50s, and by golly, she’s a Democrat.

After a week of gnashing of teeth over a single op-ed in The Wall Street Journal making fun of the idea that Jill Biden should be addressed as a doctor, she now wants you to know that it was the “tone” that really bothered her.

Dr. Jill Biden is opening up about recent attacks on her doctorate. In a new interview with Stephen Colbert, the incoming first lady revealed that the newfound questioning of her credentials came as “such a surprise,” particularly because she’s spent many decades in the education field. Biden added that “it was really the tone” of the criticism that upset her, as it invalidates the years of work she put into her degree. “One of the things I’m most proud of is my doctorate,” she told Colbert. “I mean, I worked so hard for it.”

This comment came via the softest of soft-ball interviews provided by Stephen Colbert. Yes, the Biden transition chose a wildly left-wing comedian to give the first major post-election interview to because they really care about being held to account. Note that not once during the last four years has a single media outlet given credence to the idea that the “tone” used to talk about Melania Trump is out of bounds.

Jill Biden mentions that she worked “so hard for it” as if that somehow dictates violating normal etiquette when it comes to addressing her. Ask yourself this. How many engineers do you know with a doctorate? I know quite a few, including my grandfather. I can count on one hand the times I’ve heard him or others referred to as doctor outside of the work environment, and even then, that’s usually only on paperwork. This is true for all doctoral degrees except those in the medical field. An Ed.D is also one of the lowest forms of a doctorate you can get. No offense to those who have one because it’s still an accomplishment, but it’s not 8 years in medical school, a doctorate in the major sciences, or even the equivalent of going to law school.

Besides, do you want to know how petty this all is on the part of Jill Biden? Per her own admission, she did not get her doctorate because she wanted to continue her education to better herself. No, she says she got it because she was tired of seeing her husband referred to as “Senator” on mail while she didn’t have a grander honorific out front. This is a woman who is obsessed with status and credentialism. That’d be fine if she kept it to herself, but when she demands via a public shaming campaign that everyone else play along, we’ve got problems.

Frankly, I don’t care about Jill Biden’s concerns over tone. She’s welcome to stop thrusting herself into the spotlight if she’d like. To the extent that she doesn’t, she’s fair game for political criticism. Certainly, no one gave any member of the Trump family a reprieve. The Bidens won’t get one either.

Newsmax Break Down Bidens' Colbert Interview: 'They Stole It, They're Thieves'

Joe and “Dr.” Jill Biden sat down for a schmoozefest conversation with “The Late Show” host Stephen Colbert on Thursday, for a hard-hitting interview pandering game of “softball,” for which Colbert is famous — when it comes to all things Democrat, that is — as reported by my RedState colleague Becca Lower on Friday.

On Friday night, Newsmax TV’s Greg Kelly, whose ratings have skyrocketed in the aftermath of the election, as Fox News viewers have run away from the Fox, and to Newsmax TV and other pro-Trump news outlets, broke down the Biden-Colbert schmoozefest in blistering fashion.

Kelly got after it, from his opening words:

“They stole it, they’re thieves. In my opinion, they stole it, they’re thieves, and in my opinion, it is very, very obvious. No way that sick, lame, and lazy Joe Biden got more votes than any candidate in human history. Eighty million? That Joe Biden [who] can’t handle his own dog?

“One of the biggest celebrity interviewers these days is Stephen Colbert,” Kelly said. “And I don’t think anybody looked good in this exchange.”

“Colbert went down to Delaware to sit, yes, with ‘Below Average Joe.’ This interview goes on forever, and I gotta tell ya, what comes through more than anything is that Joe is not up to the job; he is a very, very, mediocre and damaged person — and his wife knows it. But maybe I’m reading a little bit too much into this.”

“Let’s see how it started,” Kelly said, before playing a clip of the interview. After Colbert’s syrupy introduction of “the man from Scranton, the next president of the United States,” there sat Joe, that goofy grin we’ve come to know and— and not love. More often, we’ve wondered what’s going on behind those vacuous, staring eyes.

After ridiculing the “dramatic” distance between Biden and Colbert —  COVID restrictions, you know — Kelly said Biden has benefitted “enormously” from COVID.

He contrasted Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign with his ill-fated campaign of 1988, when there were crowds and reporters all around, all the time. Biden’s downfall? “He could not stop lying,” Kelly said.

As he got back into the interview, Kelly reminded viewers of the old adage, “when you tell the truth, you never have to remember what you said.” He then played several clips of Biden giving different accounts of when and why he decided to run for president, all of which, Kelly said, were based on Biden lying about Donald Trump’s alleged “very fine people on both sides” in reference to the violent protests in Charlottesville, Virginia.

“This is a small thing, I know — but I do believe I caught Joe” (lying), Kelly said.

Kelly just played the following exchange, in reference to Hunter Biden:

Colbert:

“As much as you don’t want it to happen, you know that the people who want to make hay in Washington are going to try to use your adult son as a cudgel against you. How do you feel about that and what do you have to say to those people?”

[Example #5,849,637 of why Stephen Colbert is dishonest shilling hack for the Democrat Party, bereft of the slightest of integrity.]

Biden, feigning personal hurt, started to answer but Kelly cut from the clip, laughing:

“We’ll leave it at that; you’ve heard his non-answers before on this question. This is a huge, huge, vulnerability for Joe Biden. ”They’re gonna use this against you.’ No. We have fundamental questions about Joe Biden’s integrity.

“This is not just about Hunter. We know he has problems; every family has, you know, wayward kids, whatever. But it’s much more serious. This goes to you, Joe. Remember Lt. Bobulinski?”

“He then played a clip of Bobulinksi: “I remember looking at Jim Biden and asking ‘how are you guys getting away with this; aren’t you concerned? He looked at me and he laughed a little bit, and said ‘plausible deniability.'”

“They had a whole system set up,” Kelly said. “Allegedly.” Yet we know the mainstream media protect Joe Biden, and a lot of other powerful people are all out to protect this guy.”

“Back to the interview,” he said. “Jill Biden, one of the many reasons I’m pulling for Trump, here — I prefer Melania to “Dr.” Biden — before playing “the doctor” talking about what she was looking forward to as First Lady.

“I’m really looking forward to being First Lady and doing the things that I did as Second Lady, carrying on with military families, and education, and free community college, and, uh, you know, cancer — that Joe and I have both worked on…”

As Kelly continued, an on-screen chyron featuring a New York Post headline read: “Tax filings reveal Biden cancer charity spent millions on salaries, zero on research.”

“Hmmm, Kelly said, as the clip ends.

As The Post reported in mid-November, the Biden Cancer Initiative was founded in 2017 by Joe and Jill to “develop and drive implementation of solutions to accelerate progress in cancer prevention, detection, diagnosis, research and care and to reduce disparities in cancer outcomes,” according to IRS filings.

The charity took in $4,809,619 in contributions in fiscal years 2017 and 2018, and spent $3,070,301 on payroll in those two years. The group’s president, Gregory Simon, raked in $429,850 in fiscal 2018 (July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019), according to the charity’s most recent federal tax filings.

Greg Kelly was right. The Bidens have much to answer for, which, most likely, will never be asked. On the contrary, the Democrat state media now views as its sacred duty the protection of all things Joe and Jill Biden. As for Stephen Colbert, meh.

President Trump Highlights Potential for Chinese Involvement in SolarWinds Orion Cyber Intrusion

Why would any foreign actor go through all the trouble to rob a bank and yet take nothing?…

This is the metaphor for U.S. officials noticing the backdoor to our national cyber-network was found wide open, and yet not a single organization attached to the SolarWind’s Orion network points to any negative impact other than the existence itself of the originating malware. It just doesn’t add up.

Keep in mind… this “malware” has been in place since May and only recently identified.

DNI John Ratcliffe announced there was “foreign interference” in the election, and while citing Russia, China and Iran the DNI said the report on election security would be delayed. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo points to Russia as the source of the SolarWinds’ intrusion; but there is no specific evidence outlined. Today, following a briefing on the issues President Trump noted it could be Russia, but it could also be China.

There seems to be a coordinated effort to blame Russia by government officials and a host of media groups.  Russia is a favored scapegoat, and given how the media falsely blamed Russia for 2016 election interference/collusion, corporate media carry a self-interest in perpetrating that narrative.

Any suggestion it was *not* Russia is then used to weaponize a Russia-apologist narrative. However, considering most of our institutions have a financial relationship with China, the self-serving hypocrisy of China-apologists carries a particularly deafening tone.

Accepting that no-one really knows, yet, who originated this intrusion, here is a Big Picture notation from the Rebel Alliance:

Due to the widespread use of SolarWinds and the length of time the SolarWinds vulnerability was possibly exploited, this attack could be the full-on equivalent of Pearl Harbor, except in a global scale.

In defending networks, very good cyber defense teams (eg, as with large financial firms and some portions of the US gov), have a good chance of success, primarily through use of extensive measures aimed at prevention and/or early detection.

But, when an attacker gets inside a network for an extended period of time, they typically focus first on becoming “rooted” (ie, they implement numerous alternate backdoors and cleverly hide malware throughout the network such that attacker access may be restored even after detection and cleanup).

Once rooted, an attacker is often extremely difficult to fully remove from the victim’s network, even if the victim completely replaces all hardware and rebuilds his entire network from scratch.

Most less capable victims, and there were potentially hundreds or thousand of direct and indirect victims in this attack, do not even have the capability to rebuild their networks and, hence, have little hope of ever completely eliminating the attacker.

Attackers are not solely interested in removing information in bulk. When large amounts of information are unexpectedly seen leaving a network, this often flags an attack in progress. So, slower and more careful movement through the network is typically seen by highly skilled attackers.

Attacker motivations are highly varied. In government networks, the attacker may wish to spy to learn about foreign agents, for example.

In a commercial network, there are many opportunities for financial gain (eg, knowledge of pending business deals). Some attackers may also wish to implement a longer term ability to physically or logically destroy the victim’s network.

Restoring a destroyed network in a large enterprise is amazingly complex. Many organizations, even those having backup data, could not do it. Even if skilled enough to rebuild, the lost time can potentially destroy the enterprise. If hundreds of firms were destroyed simultaneously, the economic impact could be crippling.

America must now confront the reality that most of its corporate network infrastructure could be entirely at the mercy of a foreign power AND that this situation is unlikely to be reversed anytime soon. This is a blow potentially as powerfully impactful as Covid-19.

I am NOT convinced this attack was perpetrated by Russia, as is being preliminarily alleged, due to the difficulty of reliable attribution. Hardly any evidence has been provided and attribution is notoriously difficult.

The evidence should be collected, the extent of the attack [in terms of the actual versus potential] use of the SolarWinds backdoor to invade Gov networks and US corporations should be determined. It must also be assessed whether the SolarWinds attack facilitated interference in the election.

Critically, it must be determined whether “nuclear worms”, capable of physical or logical network destruction, were implanted anywhere and which are now silently waiting for a signal to activate.

(Personally, if I were an IT manager, I’d be VERY worried for the safety of my Active Directory right now, since sabotage of AD is relatively easy and recovery can be extremely difficult and sometimes impossible, depending on the implementation.)

If this attack is limited to just gov networks and does not include major corporations, the election, or nuclear worms, the gov networks should be cleaned up and an appropriate response delivered to the attacker via our Cyber Defense force.

If the attack included the gov networks and election, interference, the same gov network cleanup is needed. However, the response must be more severe, and I would think should include some level of physical destruction.

If, however, the attack spread additionally to most of the Fortune 500 networks and/or includes nuclear worms, a massive gov initiative to facilitate a cleanup of corporate systems is needed.

After the initial triage, activation of plans for a kinetic response to such an attack must be considered. Eg, if the attack was attributed to China, we must respond forcefully and the response must fully respond to Chinese perceptions of US psychology. So, if China perceives the US a paper tiger, the appropriate response my be to take control of the Three Gorges Dam and open its valves.

In my view, this attack *requires* a FORCEFUL response, not necessarily limited to a cyber delivered response. The attacker must pay a high price based upon scope and severity. To do nothing projects unacceptable weakness. And the thought that US corporate infrastructure might be taken out at will, possibly through nuclear worms, possibly through more direct individualized attacks, is just unacceptable.

Regardless of the response, this attack should be taken as a wakeup call to the country. The risk of a destructive attack could be far higher than previously acknowledged.

I hope this summary is helpful to you in helping others understand the significance of this.
