During an interview with CNN host Jake Tapper, former Second Lady Jill Biden dismissed the idea that her husband, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, should be at all subject to criticism for any gaffes because President Donald Trump is in office.

“Your husband has been known to make the occasional gaffe,” said Tapper, appearing to start a question before Biden interrupted him by remarking “you can’t even go there.”

“After Donald Trump, you cannot even say the word ‘gaffe,’” she said.

Tapper replied: “I can’t even say the word ‘gaffe?’”

“Nope, done. It’s gone,” Biden said in response, remarking again that the gaffe issue is “so over” after getting pressed by Tapper.

Over the course of the last year, former Vice President Joe Biden has drawn attention to himself for making gaffes, questionable remarks, or otherwise false statements.

In an infamous incident earlier this year, Biden seemingly forgot the words to the Declaration of Independence, saying “We hold these truths to be self-evident, [that] all men and women are created by—you know, you know, the thing.” The relevant text of the declaration reads: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights…”

During the Democratic primary season last year, Biden was fact-checked by The Washington Post for sharing a war story — one in which Biden said that he traveled to Afghanistan to pin a medal on a soldier who didn’t believe he was deserving of one — that didn’t happen as he had repeatedly described it.

The Washington Post reported:

[A]lmost every detail in the story appears to be incorrect. Based on interviews with more than a dozen U.S. troops, their commanders and Biden campaign officials, it appears as though the former vice president has jumbled elements of at least three actual events into one story of bravery, compassion and regret that never happened.

Biden visited Konar province in 2008 as a U.S. senator, not as vice president. The service member who performed the celebrated rescue that Biden described was a 20-year-old Army specialist, not a much older Navy captain. And that soldier, Kyle J. White, never had a Silver Star, or any other medal, pinned on him by Biden. At a White House ceremony six years after Biden’s visit, White stood at attention as President Barack Obama placed a Medal of Honor, the nation’s highest award for valor, around his neck.

The upshot: In the space of three minutes, Biden got the time period, the location, the heroic act, the type of medal, the military branch and the rank of the recipient wrong, as well as his own role in the ceremony.

Biden later defended himself, claiming that he accurately delivered the “essence” of the story and that the “central point” of his story was “absolutely correct.”

Trump: New York Times Story on Taxes 'Fake News'

President Donald Trump denied a report that he paid just $750 in federal income taxes in 2016 and 2017, and repeated his stance to only share his tax returns after an audit is finished.

“First of all, I’ve paid a lot and I’ve paid a lot of state income taxes too,” Trump said during a news conference on Sunday after the New York Times released a detailed report saying the president had paid no income tax in 10 of the 15 years before he was elected.

“The story is a total fake,” he said.

Trump was responding to a New York Times report Sunday that he paid just $750 in federal income taxes the year he ran for president and in his first year in the White House.

Trump, who has fiercely guarded his tax filings and is the only president in modern times not to make them public, paid no federal income taxes in 10 of the past 15 years.

The details of the tax filings complicate Trump’s description of himself as a shrewd and patriotic businessman, revealing instead a series of financial losses and income from abroad that could come into conflict with his responsibilities as president. The president’s financial disclosures indicated he earned at least $434.9 million in 2018, but the tax filings reported a $47.4 million loss.

The disclosure, which the Times said comes from tax return data it obtained extending over two decades, comes at a pivotal moment ahead of the first presidential debate Tuesday and weeks before a divisive election against Democrat Joe Biden.

Trump vowed that information about his taxes "will all be revealed."

A lawyer for the Trump Organization, Alan Garten, and a spokesperson for the Trump Organization did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Associated Press on the report.

Garten told the Times that “most, if not all, of the facts appear to be inaccurate.”

He said in a statement to the news organization that the president "has paid tens of millions of dollars in personal taxes to the federal government, including paying millions in personal taxes since announcing his candidacy in 2015.”

The New York Times said it declined to provide Garten with the tax filings in order to protect its sources.

Coronavirus: Vitamin D reduces infection and impact of COVID-19, studies find

 

Patients with sufficient levels of vitamin D are less likely to experience complications and die from COVID-19, according to a new study in the US, while another has found it also reduces infection rates.

Vitamin D sufficiency was linked with a significantly decreased level of inflammatory markets, and higher blood levels of immune cells, in new research from Boston University's school of medicine.

 

 

Blood samples to measure vitamin D levels were taken from 235 patients admitted to hospital with COVID-19, explained the study published in the journal PLOS ONE.

These patients were followed for clinical outcomes including the severity of their infections, whether they lost consciousness, if they had difficulty breathing to the point of becoming hypoxic, or if they died.

In patients older than 40, those who had sufficient levels of vitamin D were more than 51% less likely to die than patients who were deficient.

 

 

 According to Dr Michael Holick, who recently published another study finding that sufficient vitamin D can reduce the risk of catching the coronavirus by 54%, the vitamin can also help against other viruses affecting the upper respiratory tract

 

 

"There is great concern that the combination of an influenza infection and a coronal viral infection could substantially increase hospitalisations and death due to complications from these viral infections," Dr Holick said.

"Because vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency is so widespread in children and adults in the US and worldwide, especially in the winter months, it is prudent for everyone to take a vitamin D supplement to reduce risk of being infected and having complications from COVID-19," he added.

Several states investigating accounts of mail-in voter fraud

States have begun cracking down on mail-in voting fraud as the November election quickly approaches.

Texas’ attorney general announced four arrests in connection with a vote harvesting scheme this week. Democrat County Commissioner Shannon Brown and three others were taken into custody on Thursday for allegedly committing voter fraud in the 2018 primary elections in Gregg County.

Authorities reported the group falsely marked several voters as disabled in order to obtain their mail-in ballots and cast the ballots for Brown. The Gregg County election results showed he defeated his opponent for the position of commissioner by five votes.

The attorney general noted mail-in ballots are extremely vulnerable to the influence of vote harvesting schemes.

 

 

Meanwhile, an election office in Pennsylvania is under investigation after an independent contractor wrongly disposed of seven military mail-in ballots, which were reportedly cast for President Trump.

The contractor was released from duty following the incident. The situation is still under federal investigation.

Earlier this month, the secretary of state in Georgia announced 1,000 individuals had voted twice in the June primaries by casting absentee ballots and voting again in person.

“1,000 people of that 150,000 actually double voted, knowing full well that their vote they had filled out an absentee ballot, had mailed it back in and then showed up on the day of election,” explained Brad Raffensperger.

According to reports, the phone lines were busy when poll workers tried to call the county elections office to verify whether or not the absentee votes has been counted. One poll worker said they felt they had no choice but to have the individuals sign an affidavit and allow them to vote.

 

 

A group of men was arrested earlier this summer in California for bribing homeless people to forge signatures on ballot petitions and voter registration forms during the 2016 and 2018 elections.

The men were able to produce hundreds of fraudulent signatures. They are currently facing three-year sentences of prison and probation.

In the meantime, President Trump continues to raise concerns mail-in voting may result in an unfair election.

Joe Biden Compares Trump to Nazi Propagandist

Democratic nominee Joe Biden said he is running for president in order to “restore the soul of America,” but he’s just another lying, slimy politician intent on demonizing his opponent, President Donald Trump. While Nazi comparisons are tragically common in politics, most presidential candidates have avoided comparing their opponents to Adolf Hitler or Nazi propagandist Paul Joseph Goebbels.

“He’s sort of like Goebbels, you say the lie long enough, keep repeating it, repeating it, repeating it, it becomes common knowledge,” Biden said in an interview on MSNBC.

The Democrat — who has teamed up with outright socialists Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) — tried to smear Trump for calling him out on his increasing support for big government policies in the direction of socialism. While Trump does engage in hyperbole, this is hardly comparable to the Nazi propaganda of Goebbels.

It is astounding that Biden thinks he can run a campaign on “restoring the soul of America” while comparing his opponent to the Nazis.

Biden launched his campaign by condemning Trump, arguing he had praised the white nationalists in Charlottesville, Va., in 2017 as “good people.” In reality, the president unequivocally condemned the racists. “I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally – but you had many people in that group other than neo-Nazis and white nationalists, okay?” he said.

After Biden launched his campaign, Trump again explained that he was defending the people who protected the Robert E. Lee statue in Charlottesville, not the white nationalists. Yet Biden continues to parrot the narrative that Trump is dividing America and the Democrats will bring Americans back together, using Charlottesville as an example.

Trump is a divisive figure, but Biden would be far from a return to normalcy. During a debate last year, Biden bragged about launching a character defamation campaign against Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork. He led an orchestrated smear effort so notorious that it turned Bork’s last name into a verb. Biden has also repeatedly lied about the tragic car wreck that killed his wife. While Biden’s late wife was at fault, Biden repeatedly accused the innocent truck driver of having “drank his lunch” before the accident.

On policy, Biden campaigned as a “moderate” in the Democratic primary — far further to the Left than Obama had campaigned in 2008 and 2012. When it seemed as though the outright socialist Bernie Sanders was about to win the nomination, the Democratic establishment rallied around Biden. After he won the race, Biden worked with Sanders to craft the “most progressive” Democratic platform in history.

Biden appears to take black voters for granted, telling Charlamagne tha God that if Americans are divided between voting for him or Trump then “you ain’t black.” Yet Biden long championed the tough-on-crime legislation that ended up locking up young black men in record numbers, while Trump has signed criminal justice reform to reverse these policies. Trump also secured permanent funding for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), presided over an economy with historically low rates of black unemployment, and just recently announced a $500 billion “platinum plan” for the black community.

As Georgia House Rep. Vernon Jones (D) explained, Trump has done more for the black community in four years than Biden did in more than four decades. Among many other things, Trump has condemned the rioting that has disproportionately hit black communities.

“While Biden was turning a blind eye to the rioting, looting, and indiscriminate violence afflicting Democrat-run cities all over the country this summer, the President was demanding that Democrat governors and mayors allow their police forces to restore law and order, pointing out that destroying small businesses in majority-Black communities does nothing to advance the cause of racial justice but does negatively impact the people who live in those communities,” Jones noted.

Indeed, the destructive George Floyd riots have disproportionately damaged black communities in Kenosha, Wisc.Minneapolis, and Chicago. The riots destroyed black livesblack livelihoods, and black monuments. At least 26 Americans have died in the riots, most of them black. While Biden condemned the arson and looting early on and more recently, he remained silent for months. He singled out “right-wing militias” but never condemned antifa or Black Lives Matter agitators.

Yet Biden has released ads comparing Trump to notorious segregationist Bull Connor.

As for anti-Semitism, the noxious hatred that Joseph Goebbels preached, Trump couldn’t be a better ally for Jews and the Jewish State of Israel. Trump moved the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, fulfilling a pledge the last three presidents failed to fulfill. He signed an executive order protecting Jewish students from anti-Semitic harassment on college campuses. He has even secured historic Middle East peace deals between Israel and multiple Arab and Muslim countries.

Trump could not be further from Adolf Hitler or Joseph Goebbels, but Biden frequently engages in the exact kind of political character defamation for which he condemns Trump. Don’t expect the left-leaning legacy media to call him out on it, however.

What America will become if Joe Biden is elected president

Americans are facing an imminent presidential election more crucial to their freedom and wellbeing than perhaps any election in their nation’s history – and yet which has become a total charade, a farce, a massive pretense.

Virtually the entire “mainstream media” loathes the energetic and fearless incumbent Donald Trump, who resurrected the U.S. economy, made America energy-independent, destroyed the ISIS caliphate and largely kept his campaign promises, all while fighting off a never-ending coup against him. The same media fiercely supports – and actually pretends to venerate – the challenger Joe Biden, a feeble, constantly lying, unprincipled, corrupt career politician whose mental disintegration is now so apparent and advanced that he can barely speak coherently.

They all recognize, of course, that Biden is simply a smiling and soon-to-be-discarded Trojan horse, inside which impatiently wait the radicals, socialists and Marxist revolutionaries who plan to burst out and rule America should the Biden ticket prevail.

And what would happen then?

 Editor David Kupelian says, “First things first: Today’s Democratic Party is, for all practical purposes, insane – or as Donald Trump recently put it, ‘totally, stone-cold crazy.’

“Democrats demonize and ‘defund’ the police that protect them and then complain when crime skyrockets; they encourage violent communist-anarchist mobs to burn down our cities; they insist they can change the earth’s weather by adopting a bizarre totalitarian-socialist program that would destroy our economy and annihilate individual rights; they believe convicted terrorists should be allowed to vote from prison; they believe a beautiful, full-term human baby about to be born can be slaughtered at will; they agree there are dozens of different genders – and that men can get pregnant. That’s insane.”

Bottom line, explains Kupelian: “Today’s Democratic Party has become possessed by the dark revolutionary spirit of Marxism, which in reality is based on hatred and rebellion against God, against His commandments, against His morality, against the very idea of objective truth. Marxists want their own truth, their own laws, their own morality, their own biology, their own science, their own heaven … on earth. They want nothing to do with the Judeo-Christian values that have long served as the moral foundation of America – which they openly hate.

"And yet, these are the very people who believe they’re much more intelligent and moral than you, and who, in just a few weeks, fully intend to take over America forever.”

Forever?

Rush Limbaugh puts it starkly: "If the Democrats win, that's the end of democracy. It's the end of the two-party system. We're going to have a one-party government that is going to devote itself to eliminating all opposition. That's what's at stake. If they win, I think the Republican Party essentially ceases to exist."

How is that even possible, seeing as America has been a two-party system for centuries?

"One of the first things they will do,” explains Limbaugh, “is grant statehood to D.C. and Puerto Rico, and that will give them four Democrat senators. They will never lose control of the Senate. They will never lose control of the House. They will pack the Supreme Court with who knows how many new justices, and they'll all be left-leaning justices. And it won't take them long to do any of this. And after they've done it, there will be a one-party state. The United States will be a one-party government."

NYT: Maybe a little anti-Catholicism is a good thing when it comes to Barrett

Just hours before Donald Trump will presumably announce his nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, the New York Times pushed out this attempt to rehab attacks on Barrett over her Catholic faith. Give Elizabeth Bruenig this much credit — she manages to front-load the debunking of attacks on Barrett over the false People of Praise/”Handmaid’s Tale” connection. Dianne Feinstein’s comment, “the dogma lives loudly within you, and that’s of concern,” is called infamous.

However, all that is mere predicate to declare attacks on Catholicism fair game in a confirmation hearing, because of its “fundamental conflict” with “the American ethos”:

But the animosity faced by Catholics in today’s America has little in common with its direct predecessor. Real sex-abuse scandals have replaced the imaginary ones circulated in the lurid tracts of yesteryear. White Catholics are no longer subject to the religious bigotry that once animated vicious rumors and, occasionally, violent attacks on Catholics and their places of learning and worship. Rather than regenerating a long-vanquished prejudice, Ms. Barrett’s nomination has merely renewed attention to a fundamental conflict, centuries underway, between Catholicism and the American ethos. …

Roman Catholicism does not readily distinguish between public and private moral obligations. In the thought of John Locke, one of liberalism’s earliest architects, willingness to make that distinction was critical to participation in a tolerant society. “Basically,” the political theorist Jean Bethke Elshtain wrote in a 1999 essay, “Locke drew up a strong civic map with religion within one sphere and government in another. A person could be a citizen of each so long as that citizen never attempted to merge and blend the two.” Locke notably excluded Catholics from the religions meriting toleration because he suspected they could not be trusted to leave their faith in the appropriate sphere.

Locke’s concern was not entirely baseless.

I’ll say it wasn’t, but not in the way Bruenig assumes. Locke lived and worked in a society which actively barred Catholics from openly practicing their faith privately or publicly, and which excluded them from civil rights on that basis. Catholics couldn’t even vote, let alone be elected to Parliament, and were barred from many professions. All due respect to Locke’s status as a philosophical giant, but in his time and place it was the Protestants that had a tough time being able to “leave their faith in the appropriate sphere.” In fact, the liberals in Great Britain wouldn’t begin to rectify their anti-Catholic bigotry until well after a century had passed after Locke’s death, and decades after the United States guaranteed freedom of religious expression for all faiths. Locke’s exclusion is a reflection of the bigotry and political animus of his time, not exactly a commendable quality, but one that Bruenig for some reason embraces.

Bruenig’s arguments suffer in the particulars, not just philosophically. She criticizes Catholics for their resort to the courts to carve out exceptions to regulations:

But Catholic institutions are another story: It is in their fortunes that Locke’s suspicions have proven most prescient. Roman Catholic schools have warred bitterly over their exemption from anti-discrimination employment statutes, scoring a win in a case argued before the Supreme Court as recently as this summer. Catholic hospitals have found themselves embroiled in court battles for refusing to perform or even discuss abortions, regardless of state or federal law. And, perhaps most famously, the Little Sisters of the Poor, an order of Catholic nuns that operates nursing homes for low-income seniors, fought the Affordable Care Act’s contraception mandate all the way to the Supreme Court, and won.

In each case, Catholic institutions have asked for exemptions to various laws, citing the First Amendment.

Ahem. Bruenig seems unaware that Catholics are hardly alone in any of these issues. The most significant Supreme Court case on ministerial exceptions for church institutions was Hosanna Tabor, a 9-0 decision on behalf of a Lutheran school, not a Catholic school, and also on the basis of the First Amendment. Likewise, the Supreme Court and lower courts have decided against the HHS contraception mandate on behalf of non-Catholic churches as well as private business owners prior to their latest ruling on Little Sisters of the Poor. Hobby Lobby involved evangelical business owners, not Catholics. Masterpiece Cakeshop didn’t involve Catholics, either. Bruenig also glosses over the core issue in Espinoza too, which was Montana’s Blaine amendment — an amendment that sprang from direct, explicit anti-Catholicism in the 19th century, and which exists in 37 state constitutions.

In short, Bruenig accidentally demonstrates an animus, if not a bigotry, that goes beyond Catholicism. It extends to all Christians by her own use of examples, even if Bruenig seems unaware of it, and truly to all faith. She sees the Lockean formula as one that keeps faith out of the public square altogether:

Generally, contemporary American Catholics aren’t particularly beholden to the church; as I wrote recently, the logic of partisanship has replaced the moral primacy of the faith. That means that, for most Catholics, their religious beliefs never clash with their civic interests in a disruptive way.

That concept of “spheres” was specifically rejected by the framers of the Constitution — men who descended either directly or culturally from heterodox faith communities and knew the isolation created by government exclusion that resulted from it. They saw the Lockean sphere issue quite differently: the sphere should restrain government from interfering in religious expression, not the other way around. The proper way to do that was to carefully delineate the jurisdiction and power of government to keep it from trampling on areas of religious expression, and then to guarantee the latter explicitly. A properly constituted government would therefore not care whether someone was Catholic or Protestant, because such a government would not intrude on their religious expression either privately or publicly and not create the conflicts in the first place.

Bruenig and the NYT wants to rehabilitate anti-Catholic bigotry to damage Barrett’s nomination, but more broadly they want to promote anti-religious bigotry to clear the way for government dominance. The founders understood the consequences of that better than Bruenig does.

Lincoln’s Warning to Modern America

One of Abraham Lincoln’s first major speeches, the Lyceum Address, was a warning to America that rings truer yet today.

Americans are blessed to have inherited so much from the Founders including guarantees of liberty more “than any of which the history of former times tells us,” Lincoln said in 1838.

Americans’ obligation, he said, was to show, “gratitude to our fathers, justice to ourselves, duty to posterity, and love for our species in general.” That would be the formula for a young nation to thrive.

In 2020, we find ourselves asking: What are the greatest dangers we face? How do we recognize them? How do we overcome them?

Our 16th president, a visionary, saw the threat not from external forces but from within.

“If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher,” he said.

The greatest threat to United States is lawlessness and mob rule, he said. “I mean the increasing disregard for law which pervades the country; the growing disposition to substitute the wild and furious passions, in lieu of the sober judgment of courts; and the worse than savage mobs, for the executive ministers of justice.” 

Lincoln cited examples of lawlessness permeating the country and cautioned of dire consequences to “perpetuation of our political institutions.”

Danger to the country increased, he warned, as, “the innocent, those who have set their faces against the violations of law in every shape, alike with the guilty, fall victims to the ravages of mob law, and thus it goes on, step by step, till all the walls erected for the defense of the persons and property of individuals are trodden down, and disregarded.”

If government did not step in to regain order, he further warned, “(B)y such examples, by instances of the perpetrators of such acts going unpunished, the lawless in spirit, are encouraged to become lawless in practice; and having been used to no restraint, but dread of punishment, they thus become, absolutely unrestrained. Having ever regarded government as their deadliest bane, they make a jubilee of the suspension of its operation; and pray for nothing so much, as its total annihilation.”

And what of good people trying to do the right thing?

“While, on the other hand, good men, men who love tranquility, who desire to abide by the laws, and enjoy their benefits, who would gladly spill their blood in the defense of their country; seeing their property destroyed; their families insulted, and their lives endangered; their persons injured; and seeing nothing in prospect that forebodes a change for the better; become tired of, and disgusted with, a Government that offers them no protection; and are not much averse to a change in which they imagine they have nothing to lose. 

“Thus, then, by the operation of this mobocractic spirit, which all must admit, is now abroad in the land, the strongest bulwark of any Government, and particularly of those constituted like ours, may effectually be broken down and destroyed--I mean the attachment of the People.”

Who could do a better job of describing the United States in the Fall of 2020?

Good people today doubt government’s resolve in protecting life and property, maintaining law and order, and performing proper duties. It is easy to see how the bonds between citizens and government are frayed. 

Our 16th president explained:

“Whenever this effect shall be produced among us; whenever the vicious portion of population shall be permitted to gather in bands of hundreds and thousands, and burn churches, ravage and rob provision-stores, throw printing presses into rivers, shoot editors, and hang and burn obnoxious persons at pleasure, and with impunity; depend on it, this Government cannot last.

 By such things, the feelings of the best citizens will become more or less alienated from it; and thus it will be left without friends, or with too few, and those few too weak, to make their friendship effectual.”

One hundred and eighty-two years haven’t changed a thing. There you have it.

Lincoln warned us of the consequences of not enforcing the law; we are seeing it play out in our time.

Unless we see a quick reversal and swift prosecution of those who destroy and intimidate, we are in for a quick decline.

Let’s heed Lincoln’s warning before it’s too late, demanding law and order, prosecuting law breakers, and holding accountable those who promotes false, divisive ,and destructive narratives.

Law and order is the only way to bring stability, prosperity, and peace. 

Lincoln reminds us we find our liberty, and our preservation, in the rule of law.

Democrats Take Aim At Amy Coney Barrett

Now that President Trump has picked Amy Coney Barrett for the SCOTUS seat, it’s time to get busy with our most important immediate task – rubbing liberals’ noses in how we are going to install a hardcore conservative on the court to crush their hideous pinko dreams. Soon we will switch into defending her from the hurricane of slander to come, but right now is a time when we need to reflect on the Fredocons’ calls for unity and reaching out and hugging and rejecting those sissy losers’ pathetic attempt to once again snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Amy Coney Barrett is the justice we deserve, and also the justice that the simps, Never Trumpers, and libs deserve – and they deserve her good and hard.

One thing the elite has never quite gotten a handle on with Trump is how he blends policy and showmanship – he’s the best political communicator since at least Ronald Reagan. Picking the Notorious ACB is not just a policy triumph – she’s going to be great down the line, on guns, religious freedom, and not killing kids – but her appointment is a powerful message to our alleged betters. She’s not some Ivy League doofus mincing about Harvard Yard complaining about how the uppity gardener left grass clippings on the walkway that got on his deck shoes. She’s a married believer from Indiana and is therefore staggeringly normal compared to the coastal elitists who think they rule us. She’s young and bright and looks like she’s happy – which to our elite, mired in perpetual faux angst, is an outrage. She has got a bunch of kids (including one future icon who rocked a pale blue suit with an orange tie like a boss), which the frigid, barren feminists already hate but which normal people will think is kind of nice. People who drive minivans will identify with her; people who drive Volvos will Nadler themselves.

The message Trump is sending by appointing someone so different from the old ruling caste cast of characters is that he’s replacing the elite – those dour, bitter leftists who have a never-ending series of complaints about how we peasants think and pray and live – with someone like those of us who don’t live in some blue enclave on the coast, eat kale, and loathe America. 

Liberals realize that they must therefore destroy her, because she will not only block their extra-constitutional schemes but because she represents our slow yet steady progress in liberating our country and culture from the control of our failed elite. So, how will they come at her?

Look for procedural shenanigans to delay her vote until after the election. You might have noticed that getting her confirmed is really important to the GOP base, and preventing the Republican Senate from doing it before November 3rd is vital to the Dems’ dwindling election hopes. Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, himself in a tough race only because a lot of his natural base is still ticked at his past Lil’ Maverick shenanigans, understands that if he futzes around with the hearings instead of revving them up on October 6th, the other side will push the confirmation past Election Day and thereby make him and several other Republicans lose. Burned by their evil Kavanaugh machinations, and knowing his literal and figurative seat is on the line, woke Lindsey Graham (which is the best Lindsey Graham) is almost certain to return and ruthlessly push this nominee through.

They will come at ACB on policy, starting with her unwillingness to agree that the penumbras and emanations within the Constitution somehow require us to declare open season on unborn kids. Abortion is everything to these leftist weirdos, and that she will interpret the Constitution as it is written is the biggest threat to the leftist scheme to judicially remake America. They will accuse her of not being down with Planned Parenthood, as well as wanting to allow us to speak freely, to worship freely, and to keep and bear arms freely. When so accused, she should plead guilty as charged.

They certainly plan to attack her on healthcare, counting on the Democrat-owned teacher’s unions to have done such a garbage job teaching civics that the American people will not know that healthcare should not be a concern of the government or the courts, except to the extent the courts enforce contracts. What they ask her will make no sense, but the media will aid and abet the lies with such headlines as “Racist Nominee Thinks Healthcare Is Unconstitutional Because She Likes Jesus.” Whatever. She needs to be ready for the dumbness.

There are already attacks on her family. She has too many kids, the frosty harridans of the left insist, offended by her fertility and jealous that she has a husband who is attracted to her. Look for noted thinker Mazie (Your People Call Her “Corn”) Hirono to take a break from her pioneering particle physics research to ask ACB, “How can you have seven kids when global warming is a thing?” Other ghouls will question why she chose not to snuff her Down’s child. And the fact she adopted two Haitian kids has already led to creepy speculation that she kidnapped these children to “colonize” them, or some such idiocy – I refuse to spend valuable time deciphering these idiotic ravings. To libs, the proper thing to do with Haitians is rip-off their relief cash, like the Clintons did. Actually helping kids is racist or something.

As they attack her personally, her wholesome vibe will help. If a “She ran a sex gang!” accusation drops, people will look at her and think the only crew she could possibly run with would be a pack of Irish folk dancers busting out with a reel from Riverdance. And, of course, there will be manifestations of the anti-Catholic bigotry the Democrats allow to bubble under the surface within their caucus. They can’t fully get their heads around the idea that people actually believe this Jesus stuff, and they are so stunningly ignorant that they think the term “handmaid” originated in that stupid novel that blows lonely sophomores’ minds and not, you know, in the Bible.

The Dems will try not to make idiots of themselves and alienate voters with their prejudice, but they might not be able to help it – after all, her dogma lives loudly in their heads. The GOP, inside and out of government, should defend strongly religious belief, and Trump himself should take the opportunity to address black churchwomen – the one Democrat constituency that still actually believes in God – and invite them to join the party of Americans who don’t hold Christians and observant Jews in total contempt.

The left will try to leverage her faith in their inevitable tacky sex lie offensive. We likely won’t get “Amy Coney Barrett: The Epstein/Weinstein of Notre Dame.” What we will get is some creep claiming he scored with her at a dorm party when she was a freshman and had one Zima too many. See, because she’s Christian, a claim that she had sex before marriage will freak out us squares, don’t you know? That’s because no Christian has ever had sex before marriage, as far as libs know. Alternatively, as Dennis Miller opined, between bravura references to Joseph Wambaugh and the worst job in the Chinese royal court, that they will find some woman from ACB’s past who will swear the incoming justice counseled her to abort her baby. They expect we will believe it and recoil in horror, though Miller’s guest Mollie Hemingway shrewdly observed that that should make liberals like her. Either way, I am perfectly happy for the GOP to corner the market on imperfect Christians, and I expect such cheesy lines of attack, based on what libs mistakenly imagine normal people believe, to be about as effective as such prior ploys as trying to make us like Trump less because he used to score with Playboy Playmates.

We must fight back, and she will have to be feisty up there in front of that panel of Dem halfwits. I totally hope ACB, when asked about the inevitable hook-up claim, responds with something along the lines of, “Oh, I remember him, but we never did anything. He couldn’t make it, you know, happen. It was pretty embarrassing for both of us. I hear he now writes for the Bulwark.”

She’s going to go through hell in the next month and we need to have her back. Our GOP senators, led by Lindsey Graham, need to push this through and retaliate like rabid wolverines against the nonsense and lies of the Dems and their media serfs. Amy Coney Barrett is everything we need, and everything the liberals hate. She is a massive defeat for the left. Let’s rub the libs’ collective nose in it.
