After the final debate of the election season, it is not uncommon for the two candidates to get out there and capitalize on the momentum they gained from their debate performance. But if your debate performance stunk up the room, you probably won’t do that.
Today, while President Trump is heading down to Florida to campaign, guess where Joe is headed?
This is how you know Joe stunk in last night’s debate.
If he did as well as the garbage media is pretending, he’d be out there on the stump – hitting battleground states and riding that momentum all the way to November 3rd.
But no.
That’s not what Joe is doing.
You have eleven days left before election day and you’re wasting it in solidly blue Delaware?
Meanwhile, President Trump will hold an afternoon rally at the Villages followed by an evening rally in Pensacola. And I imagine after last night’s debate performance, Mr. Trump is going to be fired up and raring to go.
On the other hand, after a four-day pre-debate lid, Joe’s post-debate strategy is to leave his basement in Wilmington to give a speech … in Wilmington.
That’s how you know he stunk.
Trust me, if Joe won big, he would not be sticking close to home.
But Joe stunk up last night’s debate like a sputtering, wet fart.
Now, I get it. The BidenGate scandal is growing exponentially. One of Hunter’s former business partners, who yesterday gave a stunning press conference, is providing the Senate with evidence of Joe’s direct involvement in Hunter’s shady foreign deals.
And while most of the media will close their eyes, plug their ears and shriek, “La La La! It isn’t verified!!” there just might be one or two reporters who will break ranks and actually ask Joe some probing, uncomfortable questions.
And the Biden campaign just can’t risk that, so they’re going to keep “The Big Guy” close to home.
Had Joe effectively smacked down the BidenGate scandal last night, those questions would be less likely. But Joe stunk at that too.
Biden left last night’s debate with about as much momentum as a comatose tortoise.
Trump, on the other hand, walked off that stage fired up and ready for the final stretch.
