The latest narrative spin fell apart in the spin cycle

Realizing that these violent riots are hurting Democrats, the political media deploys a desperate, laughable narrative spin to pin the violence on Trump.

Not long after I wrote about Antifa yesterday morning, cable news personalities and political media activists attempted what can only be described as a desperate attempt at narrative spin.  And it’s a doozy.

See, apparently the ones rioting, looting and attacking people at these “protests” are white supremacist infiltrators and “foreign actors” doing the bidding of Putin and President Trump.

I wish I was kidding.  It sounds like I’m kidding.  But I’m not kidding.
Minnesota’s Governor Walz, Minneapolis Mayor Frey, and Antifa-loving Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison floated this conspiracy theory in their press conference yesterday morning, and before you can say “time-traveling hackers,” MSNBC’s Joy Reid glommed on to it.

Of course, as I mentioned yesterday morning, they also claimed that the majority of those arrested were not from the state of Minnesota.  Turns out that was incorrect.  The majority of those arrested were Minnesota residents.

But Joy Reid was on a roll.  She is so convinced that the wild claims made by desperate government leaders who have completely bungled their response to these riots are fact.  And in a desperate attempt at narrative spin, Reid spent the entirety of her day on Twitter defending those noble members of Antifa while accusing the violence on shadowy “white supremacist” groups taking their orders from the Kremlin.

When Attorney General Barr announced that Antifa is behind this violent domestic terrorism, Reid was apoplectic with rage.

You almost feel sorry for this hapless fool.

“Documented as coming from white nationalist groups.”  Um, no it isn’t “documented” at all. Keep in mind, this is the woman who claimed that hackers went back in time and changed the contents of her now-defunct blogto make it look like she’s a homophobic creep.

As Antifa terrorists turned every Democrat-run city to a burning wasteland, Joy actually pulled out this old canard:

It’s as if Joy is gunning for Don Lemon’s title as the dumbest person on television.

But she wasn’t alone. The political media, desperate to find a way to blame Trump for the violence of Antifa, picked up on this lame narrative spin.

CNN on-air personalities joined in the “these are white supremacists” narrative hoping to make it stick.

Ah, yes. It is Trump supporters doing the rioting now.

Not only is this desperate narrative spin, it is the lamest, most transparently foolish narrative spin in the history of the universe.

Look, these guys are desperate fools, but they’re not completely stupid.  They know the violence occurring in these Democrat-run cities doesn’t look good.  They know it does not play well among voters.

So in an effort to shift the blame, they engage in this moronic spin.

But that’s all it is, spin.

There is no “documented” evidence that these rioters are “white supremacists.”  Joy is grasping at straws because she knows how bad this looks.

Now, in the case of Joy Reid, she might actually be this completely stupid.  To yank out the “Antifa is short for Anti-fascist” shows a level of naïveté one typically finds in three-year-olds.

Of course the problem with this idiotic narrative spin is the anti-Trump ResistanceLOL has already committed to supporting the ones rioting, looting and attacking people. For Pete’s sake, celebrities are going on Twitter to announce that they are donating money to bail these terrorists out of jail.

Hell, even members of the Biden campaign got into the act and bragged about contributing to a bail fund.

So either the Biden campaign and Hollywood celebrities are helping to bail out white supremacists or the “it’s the white supremacists” narrative spin is hilariously detached from reality.

Sadly for saps like Joy Reid, the foolish attempt to shift the blame isn’t working.  This silly narrative spin is coming apart in the spin cycle.  I mean when Antifa itself is taking credit for this chaos, it’s hard to pretend Antifa isn’t behind it.

But don’t worry.  I’m sure Joy will find a way to keep hope alive.  She is so completely invested in blaming all bad things on racist “white nationalists,” there is no way she will relinquish this narrative easily.

For those of us who have known all along that Antifa is a terror organization, none of this chaos and violence comes as a galloping shock.  But to idiots in the media who have celebrated and defended these monsters, it is hard to adjust to reality.

Trust me, there are slack-jawed members of the Twitter Resistance who are continuing to promote this idiotic spin.  Then again, they blew the exit for Reality nearly four years ago.  And now they’re so far gone, there’s no turning back.

Antifa wants to destroy the country.  They want us to become ungovernable by fomenting chaos and destruction.  And what better way to sow chaos and destruction than to coopt protests for their own end?

They are well-funded, highly organized and have been preparing for just this kind of opportunity to come along.

And now they’ve got it.

But because Democrat-run cities have excused this kind of anarchy for too long, they are ill-prepared to combat it.  Rather than take swift, decisive action, they deflect and engage in nonsensical narrative spin.

And because the political media is invested in chaos, they will happily peddle in these lies while excusing the destruction of Democrat-led cities by Democrat constituencies.

It’s time for the Federal Government to step into the void and put a stop to this.
