Biting the hand that fluffs them

For the last four years, CNN has gone to bat for Antifa.
And now Antifa has turned their bats on CNN.

The problem with stoking a mob is you can’t control it.  It isn’t like a weapon you can point in a specific direction that only hurts those you hate.  It is by definition, uncontrollable. And after years of fluffing this mob, the mob is biting the hand that did the fluffing.

Yesterday, CNN’s headquarters in Atlanta was attacked by the very mobs CNN has excused, placated and even praised.  Hard not to see the irony in that.

For the last four years, CNN has gone to bat for Antifa.  And now Antifa has turned their bats on CNN.

For the first time in years, this former news outlet has finally discovered that these are violent mobs.

Remember when Chris Cuomo tweeted this about Antifa?  Yes, they are brave just like the guys who stormed the beaches on D-Day.

I referred to this as “Operation Sanitize Antifa Pt 1.”
Because there was more than one part.

While he didn’t invite one of them on to yuck it up like he does with his incompetent brother, Chris Cuomo did defend the so-called “anti-fascists” on his primetime show. Their violence is justified, he explained, because they’re going after fascists — which now must include CNN.

And, lest we forget, CNN went full-on Orwellian and ran a story at their website with the headline “Unmasking the leftist Antifa movement: Activists seek peace through violence.”

And now the very organization they defended is biting the hand that defended them.

A lot of us raised the alarm about normalizing this kind of mob violence because there are still people who have a modicum of common sense.  Sadly, none of them works at CNN.

Check out this tweet from 2017:

Yes, well, I think that day arrived yesterday when the violent mob CNN embraced ended up biting the hand embracing them.

You cannot spend three-plus years excusing a violent anarchist group and expect to be immune to the violence they bring.

Antifa feeds off division and exploits genuine protests as a way to further divide.  Why do you think these protests turned into violent riots?

You think it’s coincidence that the majority of people arrested are not actually residents of the city they’re burning to the ground?

Speaking of biting the hand that fluffs them:

You mean these outside agitators, Keith?

Keith Ellison Idiot
You reap what you sow, Ellison.

And you own this.

Fear isn’t being struck in the heart of President Trump; fear is being struck in the heart of the very people who elected this man as their Attorney General.

Like CNN, Keith Ellison believed he could embrace anarchists and remain immune to the anarchy they unleash.

And he’s not the only one.

This stopped being about “justice” for George Floyd the instant those vultures from Antifa descended.

And every city leader, every media personality, every politician who excused them, promoted them, praised them and turned a blind eye to their anarchy own the outcome.
