Will Hillary’s reckless conspiracy theories come back to bite her on the ass?
Tulsi Gabbard announced this morning that she is suing Hillary Clinton for defamation over Hillary’s claim that Tulsi is a Russian asset.
Now, I don’t know if a court will actually let this defamation suit go forward. But Tulsi’s court filing is blistering.
Like this sentence:
Tulsi Gabbard is running for President of the United States, a position Clinton has long coveted, but has not been able to attain.
Ouch! That’ll leave a mark.
In October 2019—whether out of personal animus, political enmity, or fear of real change within a political party Clinton and her allies have long dominated—Clinton lied about her perceived rival Tulsi Gabbard. She did so publicly, unambiguously, and with obvious malicious intent. Tulsi has been harmed by Clinton’s lies—and American democracy has suffered as well. With this action, Tulsi seeks to hold Clinton, and the political elites who enable her, accountable for distorting the truth in the middle of a critical Presidential election.
Oh, Hillary. When will you learn?
Don’t let your mouth write a check that your ass can’t cash.
In her defamation suit, Tulsi points out that Hillary has never gotten over Tulsi’s 2016 support for Bernie. Nor has Clinton gotten over Tulsi calling out the DNC for rigging the election against him.
Which is a plausible claim given how bitterly Hillary is still clinging to her 2016 loss more than three years later.
As I said back in October when Hillary made this crazy accusation, she has entered end-stage Trump Derangement Syndrome:
Granny’s gone bye-bye, guys.
She no longer cares that she comes off like a bug-eyed crazy baying at the moon and drooling on her shoes.
I wonder. Is it possible to use the insanity defense in a defamation trial?
Personally I’m glad Tulsi is suing Hillary for defamation. If Hillary is going to hurl reckless statements around like confetti, she should pay the price.
Just yesterday, Hillary had to play defense over her attacks on Bernie Sanders and his red-rose army. And her tweet defending herself seems rather interesting given the news of Tulsi’s defamation suit.
It would be hilarious if her unvarnished words end up costing her, wouldn’t it?
Though, to be honest, I doubt they will.
Hillary is slippery as an eel. She gets away with crap that puts most folks in prison. So I’d say the likelihood that a defamation suit will go anywhere is slim.
And given the high suicide rate among those who tangle with the Clintons, if I were Tulsi, I’d watch my back.
