Ted Cruz Just Brought Abdul El-Sayed's Terror Organization Ties to Light Through Explosive Testimony

Sen. Ted Cruz helped to expose links between Michigan Democrat U.S. Senate Candidate Abdul El-Sayed’s connections to terror organizations during a hearing on Wednesday.

Cruz questioned counter-terrorism expert Kyle Shideler about El-Sayed’s connections to the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations during a hearing on alleged operations by the Brotherhood in the United States. After Cruz’s probing, Shideler remarked that he held concerns over El-Sayed’s candidacy due to links held to the Brotherhood by El-Sayed’s father-in-law, Jukaku Tayeb.

Tayeb formerly served as the head of CAIR-Michigan and, according to Shideler, has affiliation to the Brotherhood via CAIR and the Islamic Society of North America. Shideler claimed that ISNA’s founders committee boasts a roster of several known Brotherhood members.

Shideler further claimed that El-Sayed’s ties to Emgage, an Islamic civic action group that drives get-out-the-vote campaigns, are of great concern considering the organization’s close links to CAIR and because the founder was once on a terror watchlist. 

El-Sayed’s campaign has received significant funding from CAIR leadership, which have dropped more than $115,000 in contributions to his race to date. CAIR has been added to the list of foreign terror organizations by multiple state governments. The Muslim Brotherhood, which Shideler’s testimony revealed that El-Sayed held numerous connections with, was designated as a terror organization by the Trump administration in January.

El-Sayed will take on Republican Mike Rodgers, a former FBI agent, for control of Michigan’s Senate seat in the midterms this November.

Hasan Piker Says the Quiet Part Out Loud

With all my coverage of Democratic Socialist Francesca Hong, I jokingly said to someone the other day that if she wins, I'll end up in the gulag.

But maybe I shouldn't joke about that. While Wisconsin doesn't require party registration, I vote Republican. The last time I voted for a Democrat was when David Clarke was still the Milwaukee County Sheriff. For him, I gladly crossed over, and even voted for Al Sharpton for president in one primary as a lark.

That makes me an enemy of the communists, and according to the unofficial spokesman of the socialist Democrat Party, Hasan Piker, if Hong wins, people like me will never hold political office again.

Hasan Piker lays out his vision for if Democrat Socialists like Francesca Hong are elected in Wisconsin:

"The reason why I brought up Michigan is because I think it was Michael Moore in 2016 who said Michigan's not a swing state and neither is Wisconsin," Piker said. "These are not swing states. They've been turned into swing states because they've left you behind but we are going to bring back the working class to both Wisconsin and to Michigan. A Republican will never be elected in this state ever again once our movement is done."

Wisconsin is, in fact, a swing state. President Trump won it in 2024 with 49.7 percent of the vote and he did the same in Michigan. Look at all the red counties on that map. In Wisconsin, the Republicans have a majority in both the state Senate and the Assembly.

Therefore, Piker's comments can only be perceived as a threat against the rest of the state's Republican voters and me. 

If this were comments from anyone else, I might dismiss it as a one-off. But this is Hasan Piker.

This is the same guy who said that he wanted to kill capitalists, saying in one of his livestreams, "Kill the motherf***ers! Let the streets soak in their red, capitalist blood!" He dismissed the sexual atrocities Hamas committed against Israelis. Piker dressed like Mao at a recent appearance, and Mao killed tens of millions as part of his communist revolution.

What lengths will the Democratic socialists go to in order to keep their stranglehold on power in a 50-50 swing state? What will happen to those of us who oppose this movement, who vote against it, and who seek to restore Republican leadership and the local, state, and federal levels?

History tells us nothing good.
