The DOJ’s Broken Windows

Disgraced former FBI director James Comey has been indicted for posting “86 47.”  The DoJ has also opened an investigation of E. Jean Carroll for lying under oath about the financial backing for her lawsuit against Donald Trump.  Has the DoJ implemented Rudy Giuliani’s “broken window” strategy, or is it something much bigger?

The radicals are reacting predictably.  They’ve stopped screaming, “No one is above the law.”  Now they’re behaving as though their anthill just got kicked.  The lefties are howling that Trump is wasting federal resources on personal vendettas — while hoping we don’t remember Merrick Garland and Jack Smith.

In spite of their protestations, the investigations noted above are vitally important.  A subversive conspiracy has been underway for over a decade, with the objective to undermine our constitutional right to choose our leadership.  The Comey and Carroll infractions are just the tip of that iceberg.

The conspiracy began when Donald Trump announced his candidacy in 2015.  An outsider could not be allowed to jeopardize the D.C. gravy train.

Deep State conspirators at the FBI and DoJ participated in the Russian collusion hoax.  It was an attempt to derail the Trump juggernaut by surveilling his campaign and casting suspicion on him prior to the election.  Trump was elected anyway.

After Trump’s first election, the conspirators attempted to overturn our electoral choice.  They launched a special counsel investigation (engineered by James Comey) on a fraudulent predicate.  Congress piled on with two impeachment attempts, based on nothing but rumors and innuendo.  But The Donald barreled ahead.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, it opened a universe of tactical options for the conspirators.  They managed to drag Joey “Softserve” (his brain, not his dessert choice) across the finish line with a combination of deception, propaganda, censorship, illegal election changes, and mail-in ballot shenanigans.

The left didn’t stop with stealing a presidency.  The Donald was threatening to run again — so the conspiracy continued.

They tried to bankrupt Trump with civil lawsuits in New York City.  E. Jean Carroll’s was financed by oligarch Reid Hoffman and enabled by a “just for Donald” change of the law by the Empire State’s Legislature.  She won over $88 million.  Now she’s under investigation for committing perjury during the legal proceedings.

N.Y. state attorney general Letitia James managed to win almost a half a billion bucks from Trump on a mortgage fraud charge — that had no victims.  That judgement has been set aside by an appeals court, and now the “Big Tish” is under investigation for lying on her own mortgage application.

The left also tried to imprison Trump with criminal indictments in New York, Florida, Georgia, and Washington, D.C.

The prosecutor in the New York case convinced a judge and jury that an accounting disagreement could be turned into a felony.  That case has been discharged by the judge (i.e., no penalty) and is currently being appealed.

The Florida case was for retention of classified documents and involved the first ever FBI raid of an ex-president’s home.  That case has been dismissed by a federal judge, because the special counsel (Jack Smith) was never legally appointed.

The Georgia case, spearheaded by Fani Willis, actually got Trump in front of a camera for a mugshot — which he currently uses as his presidential portrait.  Fani claimed that Trump interfered with the election.  The case has subsequently been dropped because there is nothing illegal about using legal processes to demand redress.  Now Fani is under investigation for her own improprieties.

In Washington, D.C., Jack Smith indicted Trump for election interference — for telling supporters to peacefully protest the certification of the election.  That case has subsequently been dropped, and Jack Smith is being investigated for violation of the Hatch Act.

The radicals even tried to assassinate Donald Trump, three times, wounding him and killing an innocent man in the first attempt.

None of that prevented Donald Trump’s return to the Oval Office, because he didn’t give up on us, and we didn’t give up on him.  For nine years, the left has struck at our president but failed to fell him.  Now the left is being introduced to the consequences of its failure.

The left is outraged that Trump is seeking retribution.  Duh!  Retribution is a key component of the crime-punishment equation.  The punishment must be severe enough to deter future crimes.  That the left continues to attack our right of self-governance proves that the punishment has not reached adequate severity — yet.

The left insists that the DoJ is not Donald Trump’s tool to use against his enemies.  We know that — Merrick Garland isn’t the attorney general anymore.  The Trump DoJ is actually going after our enemies — those who attacked our constitutional republic.  The left attacked our institutions of law and order and must be held accountable — or there will be no law or order.

When a law enforcement officer is attacked, the system reacts far more energetically than it would for other assaults.  That’s because an attack on a police officer is an attack on the institution we have commissioned to maintain social order.

When an ICE agent was struck in Washington, D.C., it wasn’t one guy hitting another guy with a sub sandwich.  It was a citizen giving “we the people” the finger by attacking our agent.

When E. Jean Carroll sued Donald Trump, it wasn’t a ditz with a bad memory trying to get a windfall from a billionaire with a big mouth.  It was part of a planned conspiracy to undermine our right to choose our leadership.

When James Comey posted “86 47,” it wasn’t an innocent photo of sea shells.  It was a threat against our president, using the same symbolism violent protestors are using to call for his murder.  The fact that there have already been numerous attempts against on the president’s life makes Comey’s posting all the more egregious.

Rudy Giuliani used the “broken window” strategy to clean up the mess that the Dems had made of New York City.  He punished delinquents for misdemeanors to deter them from becoming felons.  It worked.

Is the DoJ using Giuliani’s strategy in its pursuit of Comey and Carroll, or are they just pieces of a much bigger strategy?

As silly as James Comey’s posting was, it was an illegal implied threat against a president.  Carroll’s alleged perjury was an illegal undermining of our justice system.  Both acts had a shared objective of preventing Trump from being our president.  That makes both offenses something far more important — recent acts of an ongoing conspiracy.  As such, Comey and Carroll have reset the statute of limitations for all acts of the conspiracy that came before them.

Now the conspirators are faced with the necessary consequences of their actions — without a statute of limitations shield.  James Comey, John Brennen, James Clapper, Letitia James, Fani Willis, Jack Smith, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and numerous others must be held to account for the crime-punishment ledger to balance.  Their combined offenses undermined our right to free and fair (i.e., honestly informed) elections, and all should be treated as such.

Perhaps prosecution of the Comey and Carroll “window breakers” will lead to the eventual downfall of the traitorous conspirators.

Why Are Male-Identifying Democrat Candidates All Creepy Weirdos?

If you ever wanted irrefutable evidence of Democrats’ hate for white men, all you’d have to do is point to the rogues’ gallery of weirdos, losers, and mutations they’ve nominated over the last few election cycles. It’s like they don’t actually know any normal white dudes, because the people they pick in a baffling attempt to recapture this large and crucial group of voters—who have almost completely rejected the Democrats—are simply bizarre. How did they ever get the impression that these freakish nominees would somehow make normal white guys go, “Yeah, I identify with him. I’ll vote for him. Now, it’s off to the Porta-Potty with some champagne and a dozen roses.”

As a male-identifying person of paleness, I’d be pretty insulted if I gave a damn what Democrats thought. I’m just happy to see them screwing up with my demographic.

And they really are screwing up with it. Here’s the conundrum. They need our votes, but they don’t like us. White guys aren’t welcome in the Democrat Party, at least not unless they have some sort of asterisk and a total dedication to the ideology. With Pete Buttigieg, who has definite Ivy League Alfred E. Neuman vibes, the asterisk is that he’s gay. That made him tolerable, along with his absolute willingness to submit himself to bizarre left-wing orthodoxy. You remember how roads are racist? He managed to do that with a straight face. Yeah, homeboy knew where his bread was buttered, and it’s his slavish devotion to leftist weirdness that gets him a pass on being a person of pallor. Well, except for among blacks, where he polls an amazing 0% for 2028.

White men were not always anathema in the Democrat Party. Palefaces with penises used to be welcome. The white working class was a huge part of the party—you know, tough union guys and that sort of thing. Well, over the years, the white union guys figured out that a party run by wine women, race hustlers, and campus communists didn’t have a lot of concern for their interests. In fact, it was mostly concerned with neutering them, first figuratively, then literally during transmania. Democrats were happy to send their jobs overseas. They were happy to tell men that they sucked. And they were happy to choose soft hands over hardhats. 

As it became the party of credentialism—they will tell you they’re educated, but there’s no one dumber than a college graduate—there was less and less room for folks who worked with their hands because the new Democrats simply despised them. Today, Dems talk a good game about the working class, but the kind of “working” they are talking about are the kind of tasks performed by college professors, DMV clerks, and HR managers.

They’ve completely lost touch with people who actually do things, who build things, and make things. Mike Rowe is everything they hate and fear. There was a great example in recent weeks as Democrats publicly wet themselves over pictures of the reflecting pool being repaired and the new East Wing of the White House being built. Those photos were supposed to show how these landmarks have been totally destroyed by the evil Trump monster. Normal people look at these pics and say, “Oh, those are construction sites,” and wonder what the big deal is. But here’s the thing. There’s a very real chance the Democrats don’t understand the concept of construction. They don’t understand that it’s not finished. And while it’s tempting to believe that nobody can be that stupid, well, they’re Democrats.

They hate white guys because men actually make something besides synergy and problems, and because they refuse to apologize for their testicles. The male part is terrible, except when it’s not, but we’ll get back to Graham Platner in a minute. They also hate these men because they’re white, since white people are bad because of reasons, and shut up, and 1619, and whatever. That’s why, when they need a white man, they look for that asterisk. Kamala, who’s never been around a normal white guy in her life, decided that the obvious candidate for vice president was Tim Walz. His asterisk was his resume. He was a total leftist, but an Army guy who liked sports and was from one of those flyover states, so the suckers would love him. But, of course, every white guy took one look at him and his weird jazz hands, and that was that. They were furious that normal white guys rejected him. They just didn’t get it. They were offended that we didn’t fall for their scam, but we have to credit them with not knowing it was a scam. They really thought Tim Walz was the kind of guy normal guys looked at and said, “Oh yeah, Eastwood, Wayne, Walz.”

This election cycle has seen the Democrats try to address their white guy deficit by going to two opposing extremes. In Texas, they picked a white male Democrat who makes Tim Walz look like Sylvester Stallone—he’d be particularly excited about the getting oiled-up part. James Talarico could be kindly called gender ambiguous, but there’s no real ambiguity. He’s a male in the way that Boone’s Farm is a wine.

Talarico, of course, also allowed them to try the Christian grift. They know about as much about Jesus followers as they do about dudes. It was kind of hilarious how they were completely blind to the fact that all his stuff about Jesus is heretical blasphemy. It was beyond their comprehension that there might be different kinds of Christians—in this case, Christians who are Christian as opposed to pseudo-Christians who subscribe to whatever kind of Unitarian pinko baloney this little demon spews. The fact that he thinks meat is murder doesn’t help, and until Graham Platner’s latest revelations, Talarico’s laughable attempts to convince us that he was down with a hot Latina chick—she was not hot and there was no way they were down to anything—were the funniest meme in American politics.

At the other end of the spectrum of male pathology sits the aforementioned Herr Oysterfuhrer. To Democrats who don’t know any better, he’s a manly man, with beard stubble, a DD214, and history of abusive relationships. There have been arguments on social media that his many, many, many problems—there’s a new one every day— just go to show that he’s a regular guy. Democrats think normal guys are all toxic, unstable weirdos with a bizarre homoerotic secret. But, of course, Tattboy couldn’t keep that a secret—apparently, he revealed to one of the several women he was in an abusive relationship with that he yearned to dominate any man he caught trespassing in his house through the power of man rape. But he was very clear that doesn’t make him gay. I guess prison rules apply.

What the Democrats’ choices of white males to represent their party and appeal to white males who have doubts about a party of frigid wine women, neutered fem-boys, and race communists tells us is that they have nothing but contempt for us. They despise us. They hate us. And that’s why they pick these creeps to try to appeal to us. They think we’re just as loathsome.

What’s particularly funny is how mad they get when it doesn’t work:

“Don’t you see Talarico standing awkwardly next to his girlfriend? Here’s a photo in a truck, and he’s got a cowboy hat! Why won’t you fall for it? And Platner’s a drunken, unstable bully with bizarre sexual fantasies—why won’t you appalling non-melanin, non-menstruating individuals identify with him?”

See, us white males are making them mad because we won’t do what they want us to do. We refuse to obey yet again. That’s how this whole thing started. We selfishly admit we are the worst people in the history of humanity and the cause of everyone else’s problems. And now, we won’t do what’s expected of us by embracing these bizarre caricatures of actual manhood. What the hell is wrong with us?

Well, there’s nothing wrong with us. We white guys are pretty terrific. And we’re not dumb. We’re smart enough to know who hates us, and in the next election, we’re going to prove it.

Ongoing Fallout from Nowak Murder Case

U.K Independent […] –Hampshire Police planned to put out a statement challenging “disinformation” during the trial of Henry Nowak’s killer, but were warned by the Crown Prosecution Service it could jeopardise the case.

It is understood there had been concern about online commentary and potential public disorder, so Hampshire Police sought the CPS’s views on issuing a message telling people it would address questions once proceedings were complete, according to The Sunday Times.

Prosecutors advised the force that it could risk impacting the “integrity” of the case against Vickrum Digwa. (more)

I still think the worst part of this legal dynamic was the judge in the case ruling the video taken by the killer as he murdered his victim was, “too disturbing to be shown” as evidence.  The killer recorded himself doing the killing, and that evidence could not be shown to the jury because it was “too disturbing,” yet the jury was tasked with making a decision on whether the accused was guilty or not.   Think about it.  Beyond insane judicial logic.

The police never even handcuffed the murderer and now reports say, “Vickrum Digwa was carrying a knife when he arrived at a police station after being arrested for the murder of teenager Henry Nowak, it has emerged. Digwa, 23, was jailed for life last week and must serve a minimum of 21 years behind bars for killing 18-year-old Henry in Southampton in December.”

Everything about this case is just crazy and revealing how insane the British system of justice has become.

Iran Wanted Its Officials at the World Cup. Trump Said No.

The Trump administration cleared Iran's soccer players to compete at the 2026 World Cup while turning away the IRGC-linked officials who tried to travel with them. The athletes get in. The regime's men do not.

The White House was blunt:

"We will not allow the Iranian team to abuse this system to sneak terrorists into the United States under false pretenses."

Players, coaches, and necessary support staff received visas. Thirteen members of Iran's Football Federation delegation did not, including the federation President, Mehdi Taj, and security chief, Mehdi Malekabad. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security confirmed it is "steadfast in our commitment to the safety and security of the American people and attendees of the 2026 FIFA World Cup" and said it is involved in securing all eleven host city sites across the country.

Iran's federation demanded that FIFA pressure the United States into reversing the denials. The administration has been building to this moment for months. Federation officials with IRGC ties were turned away from a World Cup draw event in Washington last December. Iranian soccer executives were blocked from a football confederation meeting in Canada in April. Taj was detained and questioned by Canadian immigration officials over his IRGC ties at a FIFA Congress in Vancouver before deciding not to enter the country.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio told lawmakers this week exactly where the line is :

"We have no problem with the athletes, as we stated earlier, or their support staff. But what we're not going to allow is for them to embed in their delegation a bunch of people that we know have nothing to do with athletics and have ties to the IRGC or things of that nature."

He added that he did not expect similar problems with any other country at the tournament. The IRGC is a designated terrorist organization under U.S. and Canadian law, and several players in Iran's squad completed mandatory military service within it.

The visa issue has shadowed Iran's entire World Cup preparation. The team spent months training at a beachside hotel in Antalya, Turkey, after war broke out in February, applying for U.S. visas at the American embassy in Ankara and waiting to learn whether they would be permitted to play at all. Iran qualified for the tournament in March 2025, nearly a year before the conflict began.

Iran has been training in Tijuana, Mexico, after moving its camp from Tucson, Arizona. The squad must enter and exit the United States on the same day as each match. Iran opens against New Zealand on June 15 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, then plays Belgium on June 21 in Los Angeles and Egypt on June 27 in Seattle.

Iran's embassy called the visa denials "politically biased interference in sport.” A country that arms proxy militias across the Middle East, objecting to American border enforcement, is rich. FIFA, which spent months lobbying for Iran's unrestricted access to U.S. soil, has gone quiet.

President Trump let the athletes compete and kept the bad actors out. The players will be on the field. The IRGC-tied officials who tried to enter with them will not.

California U.S. Attorney Office Pretends Not to Know Specifics or Origin of California Voter Fraud

California ballot counting will continue until the key republicans in each race are pushed into 3rd place.  That’s when ballot counting will conclude.

At a certain point, the pretending gets ridiculous.  This X message from the First Asst U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of California is a case study in pretending not to know things.

Former Attorney General Eric Holder was hired by California govt to advise on the election changes created by linking DMV database to Secretary of State database.

The tech team that wrote the code to link the DMV and SOS were given specific instructions. The affirmative flag, the checkbox in the DMV system that says the applicant is legally eligible to vote, was neutralized.

Meaning, if the checkbox is left blank, the computer system accepts the application from the DMV as affirmative. The DL applicant data is transferred to the SoS office, and the applicant is registered to vote.

Illegal Aliens, unlawful migrants, were allowed to get California Driver’s Licenses and State IDs. The Motor-Voter process now registers those drivers and ID recipients as legal voters and ballots are created.

Those illegal ballots form the core of the voter fraud in California and were first used in the November 2018 midterm election as the beta test for national rollout.

Not a single person in Sacramento politics doesn’t know this. They are all aware. All the USAO has to do is go check and they will see.  The fraud is impossible to prosecute. The fraud is built into the system. Go look. Everyone knows.

We originally outlined this activity a decade ago.

Nothing has been done to stop it.

JAN 2017 – California officials have instructed DMV data programmers to remove the internal coding flags for the drivers’ licenses of illegal aliens in California.

As you might be aware, California passed a law known as AB60 authorizing illegal aliens to receive drivers’ licenses throughout the state.  Within the administrative functions of the state DMV database a designation code known as “AB60 code” was created to flag those specific licenses as containing “Federal Limits Apply”.

We have confirmation from a top-level IT source, state officials instructed programmers to immediately remove AB60 administrative coding.  The removed code in question is an administrative function for identifying the registered DL holder as an “undocumented person” or illegal alien holder within the DMV database.

The established computer flag allows an administrator or DMV or State official to filter the massive database of California Driver’s License holders and identify just those who are ‘undocumented’.

The removal of the “flag” via deletion of the program code, means the database cannot be easily filtered to show only illegals who received those Drivers licenses, and/or generate a list of those license recipients.

According to the IT source the motive for the code/flag removal appears to be an effort hide data and curtail any tool useful in any voter fraud investigation.  Several additional aspects lead to this conclusion including California hiring former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to lead the fight against the Trump administration.

Additionally, the State Driver’s License process via the State DMV has an on-line link to the Secretary of State office in order for California residents to register to vote.  As a specific function of the programming code within the SoS system, and as a direct outcome of previous instructions, all voter registrations proceed through the registration process, even if the user “forgets” to check the box that says they are a citizen.

The internal database coding established by the Secretary of State IT department which synergizes with the State Department of Motor Vehicles, allows and approves voter registration when the designation box “U.S. Citizen” is left blank.

It is the combination of this specific programming structure, the events and instructions of the past 48 hours, in combination with the outcome of the U.S. election and new Trump administration saying they will launch a voter fraud investigation, which leads the IT source to the conclusion there is an effort underway within California to hide the evidence of “Illegal Voting” via the use of “State Issued Drivers Licenses” and the willful blindness from the Secretary of State.

No alternate explanation from within the California DMV Headquarters has been offered for why they are instructing IT data programmers to remove the AB60 coding from the Driver’s License system.

Several people have asked for opinion.  I’m being polite and kind. While the core of the storyline is accurate, the White House is not that strategic, insightful or competent to organize what is promoted in this video as a coordinated design, operation or plan.   There is no plan.

There are individual people within the administration doing what they can and trying to coordinate what they find with each other. That’s it.  There is no central command and control plan.  Nothing like what’s implied in the video.  However, the background storyline of what has taken place is accurate.

Anti-ICE Crew Has a Day of Unhappy Moments in Newark

Anti-ICE activists have been facing some difficulty at the Delaney Hall ICE facility. They had unhappy encounters, including with a burly transport officer, the elements, pepper balls, and a slew of Newark police. 

First, a leftover from Friday.  

Pro tip? Don't block cars. The officer delivered the message, and his look at the camera was classic. 

Warning for graphic language in the following videos: 

Four people were arrested by the feds for assault, obstruction, or threats. One was arrested by the local police, according to an update from Department of Homeland Security head Markwayne Mullin. 

Then, on Saturday, the police apparently were getting tough again, reportedly enforcing a mask and backpack ban in the streets around the area. 

That can be a problem when the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents start in with the pepper balls, as you can see here on X.

They were not happy when they had to deal with that edict. 

Then this was quite the moment as even the elements appeared to be conspiring against the activists, and blowing down the camp they had set up. 

But then, for any that remained, later that night came the denouement, when the police began to push them out. 

One activist screams, "They're crippling our supplies. Take pictures of this, take pictures of this!"

"You were just following orders," she screamed at the police. No, lady, they're not Nazis, they're just the Newark police declaring an unlawful assembly on your action. 

They were very unhappy as the camp was dismantled. 

Great job, guys. And ICE is still there.
