Seth Rich: Dead Men Tell No Tales

White collar conspiracy cases are mind-numbing.  Murder mysteries with dead bodies and blood are riveting.

The enormity of the Seth Rich case and the Cabal is unimaginable.  Our government lied to the American People (See Bongino’s shocked statement).  Our sheepdogs, the DOJ, FBI, and CIA, went full Stasi to protect the exposure of the Cabal.  The Cabal is a RICO criminal enterprise — organized crime preying on the American people and their money (e.g., USAID— see Don Surber).  Further, it was a coup to unseat a sitting president.  See my body of work, which includes coverage of the Cabal’s likely involvement in Rich’s murder to conceal its sins.

AUSA Deborah Sines’s statements ring true.  She is a dedicated homicide prosecutor with a commendable record, and Metro Police officer Berlin never bought the story that Rich was the victim of a street robbery.  I don’t see any reason for him to lie.

I sat up straight in my chair when I saw Michael Isikoff, with a chill running up my spine.

Isikoff is the go-to person for the intel community (I.C.) to peddle disinformation or suppress true stories.  The FBI included information from Isikoff’s reporting to support the Russian Collusion narrative.  We know now that this was false from a disinformation psy op by the I.C.  The FBI knowingly used this illusion in the FISA search warrant affidavits.  These FISA surveillance warrants were issued to surveil Trump campaign workers, alleged to be Russian agents in a counter-espionage investigation.  The FBI either lied or lied by omission.  The real purpose of these warrants was to retarget the counter-espionage investigation to spy on Trump illegally.  I would be fired and likely prosecuted if I did this.  Why no sanction by the FISA court or the DOJ?

What I found significant and why:

Sines ran into a dead end.  She was exhausted from winning another homicide case and retired.  Sines went with the narrative that Rich’s death was a botched street robbery.  I can empathize with her.  It is quite possible that the FBI, with its M.O., fed Sines curated information it wanted her to see.  The FBI withheld information that was relevant to Rich’s death.  I found Berlin credible.

Isikoff cherry-picked Sines’s statements to support the robbery narrative.  Other legacy media were complicit and followed suit by echoing Isikoff’s work.  The effect was to kill the likely true story.  The Epoch Times,The Gateway Pundit, and the American Thinker have many references to Isikoff’s sleaziness.  Legacy media outlets seem only to have glowing reports.

Were the legacy media giving Isikoff a pass?

The FBI used a similar M.O. with Hunter Biden’s laptop as Russian disinformation.  The FBI first denied having Biden’s laptop.  Then it failed to produce the laptop’s information twice when the court ordered the FBI to do so in the FOIA suit brought by attorney Clevenger, as explained in my previous article (this move).  The FBI also failed to produce other documents to congressional oversight committees.

The FBI approached Facebook to prebunk the Hunter laptop story.  Several legacy media and social media outlets then de-platformed the N.Y. Post after Miranda Devine’s article ran on Hunter’s laptop.  The I.C. launched its infamous letter, signed by fifty-one former high-level intel agents, claiming that Biden’s laptop was the product of Russian disinformation.  Election interference like the Russian Collusion narrative before and after the 2016 election and the 2020 election?

Fraud is no surprise with the recent revelations about the elections, especially the 2020 election.  Elections can be manipulated via several means, including voting machines.  See my two articles on the Arizona elections and the feel-good nature of the federal certification of voting machines.

Most importantly, the new document releases show that the I.C. changed course abruptly to reflect Russian involvement in the 2016 election.  The original I.C. report revealed nothing new — only the usual Russian behavior.  The revision emphasized Russian “hacking,” implying that the Russians had hacked the DNC.  See the misreporting of the legacy media on the forensics report on the DNC server “hack” by CrowdStrike.  CrowdStrike never said it established attribution to the Russians.  If this hack was so important, why didn’t the FBI do the forensics on the server?

It’s general knowledge that the DNC would not allow the FBI access.  See my article in 2019 regarding how the forensic attribution of a hack, with any degree of certainty, is complicated at best.  The NSA and CIA have tools to spoof hacks on others.  Did CIA director Brennan and DNI director Clapper lie about the attribution of the Russians in their testimony in congressional hearings?

As Lt. Columbo would say, “Just one more thing.”  What if Rich was the source of the DNC “hack” instead by an internal exfiltration leak using a USB thumb drive to Julian Assange (WikiLeaks)?  Assange to this day denies that the Russians were his source.  Never mind that many intel agencies were in Hillary’s bathroom server that she used to conceal her pay-to-play scam she was running as secretary of State.

My conclusion:

There is more than enough circumstantial evidence in Rich’s death to warrant a complete and thorough criminal investigation, to determine or disprove if Seth’s murder was committed to protect the exposure of the Russian Collusion as false from before the 2016 election.  The FBI has gone to extraordinary lengths to obstruct the release of Rich’s information, citing classified documents, ongoing investigations, and other specious reasons.  Why

Rich’s death is the tip of the iceberg and is the Achilles heel of the Cabal.

In my opinion, the FBI doth protest too much.  What are these people hiding?

Rich’s murder is a state crime with no statute of limitations.  The murder can be used as a predicate offense required in a federal RICO case.  Ongoing criminal conspiracies avoid the statute of limitations problem; hence, this investigation can include Benghazi.  The murder can be used as a hammer to explore Rich’s death and to pursue the RICO conspiracy, interviewing potential witnesses and suspects.  As this house of cards falls, Director Gabbard said many whistleblowers are now coming forward.

Central Florida would be a better venue to bring the RICO case, where the illegal search of Mar-a-Lago occurred, to avoid the problematic D.C. circuit that may be compromised.  The raid was to recover the Russian Collusion black binder or a copy.  The conspirators came up empty.  The Cabal overplayed its hand in this search, much to the credit of federal judge Cannon, who stood her ground and wasn’t rolled by Jack Smith.  She forced Smith out over his skis, and his case against Trump fell apart.  See my investigative reporting at the American Thinker on Mar-A-Lago here, here, and here.

The murder mystery has been solved; now it’s up to A.G. Bondi, FBI director Patel, and deputy director Bongino to work this case and successfully prosecute it.  The American people need to support them in doing their job.

By the way, Kash’s girlfriend is being attacked falsely.  The Epstein case is just a mere bump in the road.

Feeding Our Future Scheme Leader Sentenced to 28 Years in Prison

United States District Judge Nancy E. Brasel sentenced Abdiaziz Shafii Farah, age 36, to 28 years in prison followed by three years of supervised release for his role in a $300 million fraud scheme that exploited a federally program to feed hungry kids during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Farah helped orchestrate the largest known COVID-19 fraud scheme called Feeding Our Future in Minnesota. Farah and his co-defendants stole more than $47 million by claiming to serve 18 million meals to kids at more than 30 food distribution sites.

Farah was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $47,920,514. He's the 73rd person charged in connection to the scheme.

In June 2024, after a seven-week trial before Judge Brasel, a federal jury convicted Farah of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery, false statements in a passport application, conspiracy to commit money laundering, two counts of federal programs bribery, six counts of wire fraud, and 11 counts of money laundering.

Farah was the co-owner of Empire Cuisine & Market, an entity that he enrolled in the Federal Child Nutrition Program in April 2020, during the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Farah was among the very first defendants to see an opportunity for fraud and exploit it. Farah immediately opened a number of fraudulent program sites and began falsely claiming to serve meals to thousands of children per day.

Many of the purported “sites” served no meals at all and were nothing more than parking lots or vacant commercial spaces. Farah and his co-defendants “papered-up” the fraudulent scheme, including by creating and submitting fraudulent meal counts and invoices.

Farah was involved in the scheme’s use of phony rosters with fake children’s names.

Few of the names on the rosters matched the names of real students attending the local school districts, and many of the names used by Farah were absurd and fake, names like “Serious Problem” and “Britishy Melony.” In addition, Farah routinely directed the flow of fraudulent funds so that his co-conspirators got their “cuts” of the stolen taxpayer money.

Farah engaged in a corrupt “pay-to-play” system, where he paid thousands of dollars in bribes and kickbacks to personnel at Feeding Our Future and Partners in Nutrition. Farah pocketed more than $8 million during his 18 months in the fraud.

As presented at trial, Farah sent text messages to his co-defendants about their ill-gotten gains, stating “in 7 months if things stay the same you are a multi millionaire with 0 debt” and “Bro the next multi legit millionaires will be me and you.”

Using the taxpayer money meant for needy kids, Farah purchased five luxury vehicles for himself in about six months, including over $300,000 for a Porsche, a GMC truck, and a Tesla.

Farah used about $4.2 million in fraudulently-obtained taxpayer funds to purchase real estate throughout the Twin Cities and in Kentucky, which included buying two lakefront lots.

Farah sent the taxpayer money he stole overseas, purchasing real estate in Kenya and a high-rise apartment building in Nairobi.

Farah laundered the fraud proceeds through China. American law enforcement can't recover money sent overseas.

Neither these funds nor Farah’s international real estate holdings have been, or can be, seized or forfeited. In January 2022, when the Feeding Our Future search warrants were executed, federal agents seized Farah’s U.S. passport from his home.

Farah retained an attorney and was told he was a target of the federal investigation.

Two months later, on March 22, 2022, Farah went to the Minneapolis Passport Agency to apply for a new U.S. passport. Farah lied on his passport application, falsely claiming his passport was lost, rather than seized by federal agents. Farah obtained a new U.S. passport that day.

Less than two weeks later, Farah attempted to leave the country, purchasing a one-way ticket to Kenya, where he owned property paid for by the taxpayer money he stole. Law enforcement acted quickly to charge Farah with passport fraud and take him into custody. In June 2024, at the conclusion of his 7-week trial, Farah and others attempted to bribe a juror with $120,000 in cash in exchange for a not guilty verdict.

Farah and four others were indicted in a separate federal case for the juror bribery scheme. Farah has pled guilty in the juror bribery case and is pending sentencing in that case before Judge David S. Doty. He faces additional sentencning for attempting to bribe a juror.

In imposing the 28-year sentence, Brasel explained the defendant “came to this country as a refugee” and that “many of the opportunities” in Farah’s life came through public agencies and non-profit organizations, noting that Farah received housing, school, a full-tuition college grant, and worked in the public sector.

“Given that background, it is ironic at best that, as the government aimed no child went hungry during the pandemic, you saw the opportunity to fraudulently make money.” Brasel continued, “You achieved successes here in the United States and yet you’ve shown utter and flagrant disregard for the laws of the United States.”

Brasel found that Farah’s crime was “breathtakingly elaborate” and that he acted out of “pure unmitigated greed.” She told the defendant, “The repercussions of your crime will be felt in Minnesota and in your community—the refugee community—for a long time.”

Acting U.S. Attorney Joseph H. Thompson said that Farah should face a long time in prison.

“This country gave Farah everything. A home. Citizenship. A free college education," Thompson said. "After that he went on to public employment with the state of Minnesota. And how did he repay this country and this state? By robbing us blind. He has gotten every opportunity, and this is how he used it. Farah didn’t want the American dream. He wanted to be rich. He wanted to be wealthy. He thought he was entitled to it. He won the lottery of life, he was given everything by this country, and he repaid us with a life of crime. He has done untold damage to this state.”

Special Agent in Charge Alvin M. Winston, Sr. of FBI Minneapolis said that the ma

“Abdiaziz Shafii Farah’s conviction serves as a stark reminder of the moral decay that can arise when individuals exploit systems designed to protect the most vulnerable among us,” Winston said. “The egregious actions of Farah, who misappropriated over $28 million meant to nourish underserved children during a critical time, exemplify a betrayal of societal trust. Today’s sentence not only underscores the legal repercussions of such greed, but also sends a resounding message: Justice will not only be swift, but also unyielding."

The case is the result of an investigation by the FBI, IRS – Criminal Investigations, and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. Acting U.S. Attorney Joseph H. Thompson, and Assistant U.S. Attorneys Harry M. Jacobs, Matthew S. Ebert, and Daniel W. Bobier prosecuted the case. Assistant U.S. Attorney Craig Baune is handling the seizure and forfeiture of assets.

Democrats’ Perversion of Democracy

In speaking of Democrats verbally attacking law enforcement officers, President Trump is quoted as saying, “Well, they would not be saying that if they didn’t hate our country.  And obviously, they do.”

Then President Trump spoke a generality concerning Democrats and said, “This is the problem with Democrats, they have a lot of bad things going on in their heads.  They’ve become very…they’ve lost their confidence, number one.  And they’re really, they’ve become somewhat deranged.”

Just to prove President Trump correct when he stated Democrats have “a lot of bad things going on in their heads” causing them to “become somewhat deranged,” U.S. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) demanded that the White House unfreeze billions in National Institute of Health (NIH) funding and foreign aid.  If that weren’t enough, Schumer demanded that the White House would issue no more “clawback packages” trying to reduce spending and reclaim waste, fraud, and abuse.  Schumer was trying to apply political extortion on the White House by saying if you don’t fulfill our requests, we are not going to “greenlight” even Trump’s non-controversial nominees to their appointments.

So, let’s get this straight.  Unless Trump allows Democrat wasteful spending of taxpayer money, Schumer is going to instruct Democrats not to do their job.  A good question to ask Mr. Schumer is, “What part of a $37,193,339, 958,268 national debt don’t you understand?”  It looks like Trump was also right in that Democrats “hate our country.”

If Schumer ever had an honest thought in his brain, I’ll bet that thought would die from loneliness.

According to Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), Schumer kept upping the price tag on his demands.  Concerning Schumer’s demands, Mullin stated, “We’ve had three different deals since last night, and every time it’s, ‘I want more’.”  Mullin accused Schumer of going “too far.”  Mullin stated, “You get to a realization that … it was never about making a deal.  [Instead, Democrats] want to go out and say the President’s being unrealistic, and because he can’t answer to his base to make a deal, like we have in every other president in history.”

Mullin hit the nail on the head.  Schumer never wanted a deal, but wanted to slow the Trump agenda, while continuing his slander of President Trump.  If Democrats are correct that they could make deals with every other president in history, that clearly explains how our country has a $37,193,339, 958,268 national debt, which is rising rapidly.

In response to Schumer’s negligence in doing his job, President Trump stated on Truth Social,

Senator Cryin’ Chuck Schumer is demanding over One Billion Dollars in order to approve a small number of our highly qualified nominees, who should right now be helping to run our Country. This demand is egregious and unprecedented and would be embarrassing to the Republican Party if it were accepted. It is political extortion, by any other name. Tell Schumer, who is under tremendous political pressure from within his own party, the Radical Left Lunatics, to GO TO HELL! Do not accept the offer, go home and explain to your constituents what bad people the Democrats are, and what a great job the Republicans are doing, and have done, for our Country. Have a great RECESS and, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!

To further prove President Trump is correct concerning Democrats having “a lot of bad things going on in their heads” causing them to be “deranged,” Democrat state lawmakers in Texas fled the state to prevent a quorum needed in the Republican-dominated state legislature to vote on bills they were trying to pass.  A quorum is the minimum number of lawmakers needed to be present to conduct legislative business.

So, instead of doing their job, the Democrats fled Texas to stay in the Democrat-led states of Illinois, New York, and Massachusetts, where they were welcomed with open arms.

Republican strategist Matt Whitlock called the actions of the Democrats, “cartoonishly dumb.”  Unfortunately, this is not a cartoon.  These Democrats are wasting taxpayer money, and since they are in the minority, they are also not doing the will of the people who elected the representatives to office.

Most of the Democrats fled to Illinois, a state Whitlock called “the Mecca of partisan Gerrymandering,” in favor of Democrat congressional appointments.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is fining the Democrats $500 per day and had Texas Speaker of the House Dustin Burrows issue arrest warrants for these absent Democrats.  After the vote in the chamber authorized the arrest warrants, Abbott swiftly called on the Texas Department of Public Safety to arrest the “delinquent Texas House Democrats.”  Governor Abbott has also threatened to expel and prosecute Democrat lawmakers who have fled Texas, stating, “In addition to abandoning their offices, these legislators may also have committed felonies.  Many absentee Democrats are soliciting funds to evade the fines they will incur under House rules.”

Concerning the bills that the GOP is trying to pass in Texas, Governor Abbott stated, Texas is doing what is allowed “by the law.”

In 2021 fifty Texas Democrat lawmakers fled Texas to go to Washington, DC to once again halt a vote on Texas legislation concerning voter ID.  They returned to Texas after multiple members caught COVID-19 and the vote was passed several months later.  So, their actions were nothing more than a political stunt, and once again, a waste of taxpayer money.

With what Tom Homan calls “the former first drug addict” Hunter Biden’s interview where every third word was the F-bomb, and him saying he might run for president, and Democrats like Stephen Colbert who can’t seem to wave at the crowd without using his middle finger, perversely cursing at the president of the United States on television, and with Kamala Harris allegedly breaking the law using campaign finances to pay celebrities to support her, and Massachusetts Democrat Attorney General Andrea Campbell spending nearly $300,000 of tax payer money on world travel, and Pete Buttigiegspending $80 billion on DEI in aviation, refusing to upgrade air traffic control, and the DOJ launching grand jury investigations into Russiagate conspiracy allegations against top leaders of the Democrat party, it really seems to confirm what President Trump said — that Democrats “have a lot of bad things going on in their heads” and they have “become somewhat deranged.”

If you think about it, what does the Democrat party stand for?  They stand for killing babies, homosexual marriage, teaching sexual perversion in schools, transgendering children, illegal immigration, and allowing deranged boys in girls’ sports and locker rooms.   This shows the effects of Democrats voting God off their party platform in 2012.

Erin Maguire on the Gutfeld show stated, “Democrats do have a major issue, but they still haven’t figured out what the problem is yet.  You saw Senator Mark Kelly on television this past weekend saying Democrats have a messaging problem.  You saw Ken Martin, DNC chair, saying they have a brand problem. No!  The have a moral rot problem.”

Well, it looks Democrats really do have a lot of bad things going on in their heads and they are deranged, so it’s time to update our red hats to say, “Trump is STILL right about everything.”

Governor Abbott's Resolve Has the Backing of History

In the sweltering summer of 2025, Texas governor Greg Abbott is wielding a firm grip to crush the cowardly tactics of House Democrats who fled the state to dodge a redistricting vote. These runaway lawmakers, skulking in blue-state hideouts like Illinois and New York, think they can paralyze the Texas Legislature by denying a quorum. But history stands squarely behind Abbott’s iron-fisted response, echoing a decisive moment in 1787 when Commodore John Barry and his sailors dragged dissenting delegates back to the Philadelphia Convention to secure the U.S. Constitution. Abbott’s resolve to force these deserters back to Austin is not just justified -- it’s a patriotic act to preserve the will of Texas voters, backed by the same bold spirit that forged our nation.

In 1787, the fledgling United States teetered on the brink of collapse under the feeble Articles of Confederation. The Philadelphia Convention was tasked with crafting a new Constitution, but a handful of Pennsylvania delegates, leery of a strong federal government, tried to sabotage the process by bolting to avoid a quorum. Their absence threatened to derail the entire convention, risking the republic’s future. Enter Commodore John Barry, a Revolutionary War hero who didn’t hesitate to get his hands dirty. On September 18, 1787, Barry and his band of sailors hunted down the absconders, dragging them back to the State House. One delegate, clothes in tatters, was reportedly thrown over a railing into the chamber, protesting the rough treatment and said “I object to being carried into the Chamber.” Benjamin Franklin, carried in a sedan chair due to his failing health, shot back with a razor-sharp quip: “So was I.” That forceful action restored the quorum, secured Pennsylvania’s vote, and saved the Constitution -- and with it, the United States.

Fast forward to 2025, and Texas faces its own crisis of cowardice. House Democrats, desperate to block a redistricting plan that would align congressional seats with Texas’s conservative majority, fled to states like Illinois to break the quorum needed for a vote. Their stunt aims to thwart a map that could add five Republican seats for 2026, reflecting the state’s political will as expressed in recent elections. Governor Abbott, like Barry before him, isn’t sitting idly by. On August 3, 2025, he issued a blistering demand for their return, backed by a 2021 opinion from Attorney General Ken Paxton that suggests absent lawmakers could forfeit their seats. Abbott ordered the Texas Department of Public Safety to track them down and authorized civil arrest warrants, showing that he’s ready to use every tool at his disposal. This isn’t overreach -- it’s leadership, rooted in the same resolve that kept the republic alive in 1787.

The parallels are undeniable. In Philadelphia, the dissenting delegates weren’t just shirking duty; they were endangering the nation’s future by obstructing a process critical to its survival. Today’s Texas Democrats are doing the same, undermining the democratic process by refusing to face a vote they know they’ll lose. Their flight is a tantrum, not a strategy -- a weak attempt to subvert the will of Texans who elected a Republican majority to draw fair maps. Abbott’s threats of arrest and seat vacancies mirror Barry’s no-nonsense tactics, proving that sometimes a heavy hand is needed to keep democracy on track. Just as Barry’s sailors didn’t coddle the runaways, Abbott shouldn’t hesitate to drag these lawmakers back, metaphorically or otherwise, to do their damn job.

Critics might whine that Abbott’s tactics are too aggressive, but history laughs at their naivety. The Constitution, the bedrock of our nation, was saved by strong-arming cowards who tried to dodge their duty. Franklin’s quip about being carried wasn’t just wit -- it was a reminder that showing up, even under pressure, is non-negotiable when the stakes are this high. Texas’s redistricting fight isn’t just about maps; it’s about ensuring the state’s voice in Congress reflects its voters, not a minority of sore losers. Abbott’s willingness to play hardball, backed by the Texas House’s 85-6 vote on August 4 to authorize arrests, shows he’s ready to fight for that principle.

The stakes in 2025 echo those of 1787. Back then, Barry’s actions ensured the Constitution’s ratification, cementing a government that’s lasted over two centuries. Today, Abbott’s stand could secure Texas’s political future, ensuring its congressional delegation reflects the state’s conservative heart. The Democrats’ quorum break is a fleeting stunt -- history shows these tactics rarely succeed. In 2003 and 2021, Texas Democrats tried similar ploys, only to see their causes crumble when they ran out of steam. Abbott, with the power to call endless special sessions, can outlast them. His heavy hand isn’t just justified; it’s a necessary echo of Barry’s sailors, who didn’t let a few runaways derail a nation.

In the end, Governor Abbott’s resolve channels the same grit that saved the republic in 1787. The Texas Democrats’ flight is a betrayal of their oath, a weak attempt to dodge the inevitable. Just as Barry and Franklin understood that democracy sometimes demands force to function, Abbott knows that letting a minority hold Texas hostage is no way to govern. His actions, backed by history’s precedent, will ensure the redistricting vote happens, the maps are drawn, and Texas’ voice rings true in Washington. The republic survived Philadelphia’s crisis because bold men acted. Abbott is doing the same, and history will thank him for it.

Bill Maher: Dems Are at Risk of Total Collapse If They Can't Answer This Question

Janet Van Ham/HBO via AP
Matt Vespa  | August 08, 2025 |  Townhall

Bill Maher couldn’t care less about what unhinged woke liberals think about him. He’s comfortable where he is politically, he’ll talk to whomever he damn pleases, and he’s not cancelable. He’s an old-school liberal. Sure, plenty of terrible political opinions, but he’s determined to purge his aisle of the illiberal crazies who have turned his party into a laughingstock. Let’s hope he’s not too successful, however.

Last Friday’s episode did not disappoint, where the comedian poked fun at the Sydney Sweeney ad, which liberals are now saying only got Republicans riled up. That was in the Rolling Stone, a publication sued for peddling a fake gang rape hoax at the University of Virginia, so fake news is their forte. Maher said that the writers of the ad should’ve known some crazy liberal was going to throw a Nazi tantrum. It was a great opening and another sign that normies are winning. When your gripes are a punchline and national fodder for comedians, it means whatever you're protesting is stupid.

It got serious, though, regarding what Maher thinks is the question liberal Democrats must ask if they want to move forward. They can’t be due to the first wave of woke infection that was intersectionality. Yes, white people in the past did some bad things, but everyone did. That’s the point. Tribal wars in Africa, wholesale slaughter in Asia—the list goes on, but it’s only the white folk who are demonized in what has become a cartoonishly absurd way. Sadly, it’s come to this since it’s a question that no one should have to answer for if they don’t want to be viewed as lunatics, but Democrats, with their adept ways of not wanting to offend people, now must ask if they’re with us or the terrorists. Do they support the values of Western civilization or not? Because right now, they’re just a step away from being full-blown Hamas members; some already are:

Maher also mocked CNN for calling the black New York City shooter “possibly white.” Shane Devon Tamura, 27, shot and killed four people in Midtown Manhattan, reportedly targeting the NFL headquarters at 345 Park Avenue. Tamura drove from Las Vegas to commit this attack on July 28. The network had the photo of this guy, and they still said that:

Last Note: On transgender issues, Maher said that the problem might be complicated, but it’s not a “jump ball” at the moment of birth.

Washington Post Hides Russiagate Facts From Readers While Peddling PR For Disgraced Hoaxers

It is important to understand how embarrassing it is for the Washington Post to have to confront the documents Gabbard has released.

“Exclusive!” boasts Washington Post intel reporter Warren P. Strobel in a report this week: The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and “other intelligence agencies” didn’t want Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to declassify a report that makes the CIA look bad.

In other news, the sky is blue, and the grass is green. Obviously, no one wants to be publicly embarrassed by the exposure of their substandard work — in this case work that led to the Russia collusion hoax, one of the political witch hunts that interfered with President Donald Trump’s first term.

As noted by Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway on X, “Strobel frames everything as if he’s doing highly paid PR for bad actors in the spy agencies and their Democrat co-conspirators. Namely, HE DOES NOT EVEN TELL HIS READERS WHAT THE REPORT REVEALS about how shoddy Brennan/CIA’s work was!”

Strobel does not make it easy for the reader to see the report, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence’s 2020 staff report regarding the Intelligence Community Assessment on Russian Election Interference. At no point does he offer a link to the report or explain its explosive findings: that John Brennan, CIA director under former President Barack Obama, produced a sloppy Intelligence Community Assessment promoting the lie that Russian President Vladimir Putin interfered with the 2020 election to help Trump win. The foundation of Brennan’s report was an out of context fragment of a sentence that could not be confirmed and the comically false Steele dossier. A newly released CIA review shows high level CIA analysts and officers urged Brennan not to include the Steele dossier in the report.

Beyond being thin on facts, Strobel’s piece paints Gabbard as the villain right off the bat with the title, “Gabbard overrode CIA officials’ concerns in push to release classified Russia report.” It reads as if Gabbard did something wrong; she didn’t. Gabbard does not need permission to declassify these documents. Strange that a reporter, by trade, would champion keeping documents classified or highly redacted, as suggested in his piece. Normally reporters press for the most transparency possible.

Strobel also cites as sources: “multiple people familiar with the matter” and later, “current and former U.S. officials,” which could be anyone from George W. Bush to the trash hauler at Arches National Park. How credible is a former official who is no longer in the loop? He also cites “people … speaking on the condition of anonymity, like others interviewed for this report, because of the matter’s sensitivity.”

There is a time for sensitivity, like when a dog dies. But embarrassing documents that could get people in trouble? No. This is a moment to use the journalist backbone and insist sources go public.

We could say Strobel hates kittens, sources familiar with the situation say, but that does not make it true.

It’s important to understand how embarrassing it is for the Washington Post to have to confront the documents Gabbard has released. Gabbard is not just making things up. These are real reports with real information that throws a wet blanket on the bogus Pulitzer Prize The Washington Post (and the New York Times) received for pushing anti-Trump Russian propaganda. They should give back the prize, and the cash that goes with it, now that their reporting is shown to be false.

Instead, the Washington Post continues to smear people like Gabbard who can threaten any remaining shred of the Washington Post’s credibility just by producing truth-telling documents. Meanwhile, lazy reporters lean on the Washington Post’s reputation as a Pulitzer Prize winner, repackage its stories, and repeat this propaganda.
