Nancy Pelosi Is The Gift That Keeps on Giving

Democrats just can’t quit Nancy Pelosi. While she’s no longer Speaker of the House – the first woman and only third person to lose the majority while Speaker, then gains it back only to lose it again – Nancy just can’t go away, and Democrats won’t let her. For Republicans, she’s the gift that keeps on giving; may she live (and be reelected) forever, she is the gift that keeps on giving.

Nancy will turn 85 years old next month. Most people that age look to spend time with family – children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren – as there are clearly more days behind them than in front of them. Not Nancy. Maybe she will live forever, but that’s unlikely, so the only real thing to assume about this refusal to retire is she does not like her husband and family or they don’t like her. It could be both.

Nancy and her husband have amassed a huge fortune, likely off the information she’s had access to as a leader in Congress. If you had any information not widely available to the public and traded stocks on it, your ass would be tossed in jail. Members of Congress and their spouses are not subjected to such restrictions, and few have benefitted more than the Pelosi family.

Maybe Paul Pelosi is the Warren Buffett Congressional spouse – the most efficient “Hokey Pokey” stock trader, knowing when to put a wad of cash in and take a wad of cash out – but it’s more likely they’ve been gaming the system for years.

Either way, wouldn’t there come a point where you’d like to enjoy the fruits of your labor (or grift, as the case may be)? Not for Nancy; she doesn’t want to go anywhere.

She “stepped down” from her leadership role in the Democratic Caucus, at least publicly, but she never gave up the actual control. As Democrats congratulated themselves for choosing a black man to be their “leader” in the House, that “celebration of diversity” was for show only. Hakeem Jeffries has about as much power as North Korea in satellite photos at night.

Do you really believe an arrogant, rich, and corrupt old white progressive would actually hand power to anyone else, let alone a black man? You haven’t been paying attention.

The leftist corporate media is in on it, too. Who do you see interviewed more frequently, her or Jeffries? Who raises more money?

I get all the emails from every left-wing cause and crackpot, and I can tell you Nancy sends more than Jeffries, easily. Hers are, from a strictly utilitarian perspective, much better than his.

She wrote this week, “We watched Donald Trump PARDON violent Jan. 6th rioters on Day 1 of his presidency. We watched him ATTACK the Affordable Care Act and weaken the health care that 24 MILLION Americans rely on. We watched his MAGA billionaires help him raise $500 MILLION since the election to protect his House Republicans in the midterms. Now, we’re going to make Republicans face the consequences of their dangerous and extremist agenda – when we defeat them in the midterms and RECLAIM our House Majority. That’s why I’m calling on a MASSIVE surge of Democratic support – another 3,312 contributions before midnight – to end the week strong, let us make EARLY investments in must-win BATTLEGROUND districts, and deliver a BLUE WAVE in the midterms to put a check on Trump’s power – as we did in 2018.”

Does that sound like the leader of Democrats or some old lady back-bencher?

Nancy concludes, “I won’t mince words: Trump and MAGA Republicans think they can get away with ANYTHING – because they are counting on the American people not paying attention to the harm they are doing. That’s why Trump PARDONED people who violently rioted in the Capitol, and Republicans are coming after our lifesaving health care programs. I’m fighting with everything I have to defeat them – but I need YOU to fight alongside me.”

She’s asking them to fight not with Democrats but “alongside me.”

There are few people in the country less popular than Nancy Pelosi. Hell, she seems unpopular in her own family. As long as she is the face of the Democratic Party, it is good for Republicans. Considering the fact that her radical district would reelect her ashes, may she serve in Congress forever.

You can't make this stuff up....DOGE website.

It's amazing how loudly the left is screaming about the process of balancing the budget, eliminating waste and dismantling the autocracy.

They are circling the wagons with a coordinated corporate media (MSM) attack on Mile Benz because he has exposed how these radical left agencies have been supported with our tax dollars.

About 10 years ago a Senator named Dr. James Coburn annually published a "Waste Book" which was shocking in its limited scope yet generally ignored by both parties (Uniparty).

Here is the DOGE official government website and it is jaw dropping and has only just begun.

Here is a Mike Benz and Joe Rogan interview. I know it's long but it deserves study to learn just how pervasive and corrupt the deep state is. It ties into discussions Mike has about DOGE and the hit pieces in the media about him and what the Trump team is trying to achieve.

Democrats Prepare for the Big House

I came across an article today with a graphic showing a map of Washington, D.C. with tags indicating asking prices for homes that had just gone on the market. The article claimed that the D.C. housing market had dropped 36% in one week. I've been utilizing the "Bongino Rule," waiting 24-72 hours before commenting on an inflammatory story until more facts are revealed.

But I quickly came across similar, related stories, as well as a phenomenal thread on ‘X’ from Ted Cruz. Why is it, do you suppose, that so many people (some 15,000 at last report) in D.C. have put their homes up for sale that the glut has caused the market to drop by 36%? Maybe it has something to do with news suggesting that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is proposing even more layoffs. This could lead to an exodus of federal employees from the city. Maybe people are preparing for potential job loss or relocations.

Median home prices in the D.C. area exceed $500,000. If or when that market drops, sellers who fear further economic downturns will want to capitalize on current market conditions before they worsen. Once supply exceeds demand, prices will drop, creating a buyer's market. A homeowner in this environment can quickly find himself "underwater" on his mortgage payments, where he owes more than his home is worth. In these cases, urgency among sellers to "get out while the getting is good" can cause markets to drop even further.

A little bit later this morning, I came across another story wherein the author reported spikes in internet searches on terms like "RICO laws," "criminal defense attorneys," “statute of limitations,” and "offshore bank accounts." Guess where these spikes occurred? Right. Washington, D.C.

So it would appear as if a great many people in D.C. have suddenly decided that they're going to be in need of legal representation in the near future. Why all the sudden interest in the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO)? Well, if you haven't been paying attention to current events, or if you've been getting your "news" from the television (same thing), there have been a few recent changes in the political landscape.

Elon Musk and his crew of young geniuses have been uncovering massive amounts of corruption, fraud, and waste in the federal bureaucracy. This has resulted in greater scrutiny of appointed and elected officials. The RICO Act allows for investigations and harsh penalties into organized crime that, in this context, might be linked to bureaucratic or political corruption.

People who are searching for information on offshore bank accounts might obviously be looking for ways to protect their assets or manage their personal finances more discretely in anticipation of that heightened scrutiny. Usually, offshore banking is associated with tax evasion or other ways of hiding assets. Those fearing audits or investigations would reasonably be expected to be looking into ways of moving their assets out of the U.S.

President Trump's appointments of people such as Elon Musk, Pam Bondi, and Tom Homan reflect a tougher stance on illegality and corruption. Federal employees and officials are becoming painfully aware of their legal exposure, hence their internet searches to understand their legal options and to protect their financial assets.

Continuing with my morning perusal of the news, I found another article in which the author posted search results for "Bleachbit" and other computer cleaners. And no, they're not talking about wiping them "...like with a cloth". (If the video doesn't cue up where she uses that phrase, it’s about 55 seconds in.) For those who are not computer-savvy, "Bleachbit" is a commercial product that erases computer hard drives, rendering any data contained on those drives permanently inaccessible. Hillary Clinton's team famously utilized this or similar programs (and hammers) to remove incriminating information from her illegal computer servers.

Politicians and bureaucrats may be searching for ways to cover their tracks before they leave their positions, or if they believe they may soon be investigated for their past activities and possibly face legal repercussions.

The spike in these behaviors appears to be in response to a perceived threat of exposure, loss of employment, or legal prosecution. The actions of people in a limited geographic area putting their homes up for sale and performing internet searches for terms like "RICO," and "offshore bank accounts" and for products such as "Bleachbit" all suggest a segment of our population who have guilty consciences or who are anticipating a change in their circumstances. As this behavior continues, it encourages others to do the same, whether it be out of fear, herd behavior, or simple precaution.

There are likely many people who are getting caught up in this situation who are loyal, patriotic Americans who do their job faithfully. Hopefully, they will not be made to suffer unjustly. Some are already becoming whistleblowers, and perhaps more of them will come forward and provide evidence of wrongdoing so that the guilty may be investigated, charged and, if, appropriate, tried in a court of law.

For those who may soon be prosecuted for having defrauded American taxpayers?

Imagine my concern.

This Veteran Can Finally Recommend Enlisting in the Military Again

After much consideration, I’ve changed my mind – I’m going to start recommending that young people join our military again. I served for about 27 years, active and reserve, deployed a couple of times, and did some great things with some remarkable people. The United States Army changed who I was and made me who I am today – wait a minute, I’m not sure that’s quite a selling point, but bear with me. And thanks to President Trump, Pete Hegseth, and scores of others attempting to reform and repair our ruined military, I can once again wholeheartedly recommend enlistment.

Thank goodness.

This was never to say that our young people and our young troops were somehow not up to the task or incapable. Nor did I withhold support from those who chose to enlist anyway. I stopped recommending the military because the institution had turned into a failed, woke organization that could not perform even its most routine functions at a basic level of competence.

That never made me happy to say and it took me a while to get to that point. For decades, I unreservedly recommended that quality young people join our military and serve our country in uniform. But over the last few years, like so many other veterans, I had to stop recommending that young people sign up. I was not going to tell young people to risk their lives for leaders who don’t care about them, as the COVID-19 disaster demonstrated. I was not going to tell young people to risk their lives for leaders who squandered those lives – for a short time, I represented (as a lawyer) one of the families of a Marine killed in the grotesque Kabul rout, and that fiasco was worse than you can even imagine. I was not going to tell young people to risk their lives for leaders who had failed to unequivocally win a major war in three decades despite endless money and capabilities.

Nor was I going to tell young people to risk their lives for an organization that centered diversity and made DEI part of everything it did. The practical reality, besides dropping standards through the floor, was that the military actively discriminated against disfavored groups, primarily straight, white males. Who is going to join an organization that hates you?

A woke organization cannot be a military organization. Instead, it's a camo-clad petri dish of social pathologies, and I was not going to suggest to anybody that they should submit themselves to it.

I wasn’t alone. Most other veterans felt the same way. How did I know that veterans were withholding their recommendations, besides the nearly unanimous consensus within military groups and vet networks that we could no longer recommend enlistment? Because the bottom fell out of the enlistment numbers. That's no surprise. If you tell the largest group within your organization that they are bad people and you hate them, they're not going to join.

Don’t listen to the hack generals and admirals who lied to you about how it’s all the fault of young people for not stepping up. It’s the fault of the admirals and generals for running a chicken scratch outfit. We veterans saw what was happening, and we spoke up. That’s what killed recruiting. The military has always relied on the endorsement of veteran family members, as well as veteran acquaintances and affinity groups, to get our volunteers. Sure, some duds sign up only because they want a few bucks for college, or because they have nothing better to do, but most recruits wish to serve even if they don't sound off about it in those terms. Most want to be something more than they were in civilian life. They want to be part of something special. And they want to see if they can measure up to their dad who was at 73 Easting in the Gulf War, their cousin who fought it out in Fallujah, and their grandpa who bombed the communists at Khe Sanh. Maybe their neighbor was in the armored cavalry, perhaps they grew up with pictures of their great-grandfather as a young man in his uniform having just come back from the European Theater of Operations wearing the Combat Infantryman Badge and Purple Heart he got at the Battle of the Bulge. The kind of guy we want in the military is the kind of guy who wants to earn the right to count himself among those heroes.

The real warriors, the ones who want to be there, are the ones we need to be there.

But they don’t need to be there so much that they’re going to sacrifice their dignity by having to call a male officer dressed as a woman “ma’am.” They don’t want to be on a ship that comes back into port covered with rust, looking like a garbage scow, or that collides with a freighter. They don’t want to trade hard, tough training for sitting in a classroom listening to endless harangues about the patriarchy.

The rot was real, and it even extended into the war colleges, where senior leaders are supposed to learn how to crush the enemy and instead learned how to cater to the feminine sensibilities of blue state swells. Here’s what another graduate sent me about what he found in a publication of our alma mater, the Army War College – don’t be impressed, it’s now the Chico State of War Colleges (edited for clarity and used with permission).

"I direct you to the Vol. 52, no. 1 Spring 2022 issue of Parameters, the War College magazine (kept my hard copy just for this day)

"The whole damn issue is problematic, but 'highlighting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion' by Danielle Holt, Susan Davis, Andrea M. Peters, Michael A. Washington, Lolita Burrell, and James Ness is a big start.

"Vol. 51, no. 3 Autumn 2021 has 'The Alt-Right Movement and US National Security' by Matthew Valasik and Shannon E. Reid that is essentially Milley’s talking points on white rage and Trump supporters being the enemy.  The authors double down in a response to Charles Dunlap calling out their shoddy scholarship in the Spring 2022 issue.

"Vol. 50, no. 3 Autumn 2020 has 'Race and Inclusivity in the US Military' by Douglas W. Bristol Jr. and Danelle Gamble that is a critical race theory tour de force.

"Page 69 of above 'while quantitative  diversity at every echelon and within every career field must become the norm...,' Captain Danelle R. Gamble (likely a COL now)"

That woke gobbledygook has no place in a military journal. Nothing that doesn't lead to stacks of dead enemies has a place in a military journal. "Parameters” is the War College’s journal. It’s supposed to be a serious publication. It’s supposed to preserve and promote the military arts, and the military arts are supposed to be concerned with killing the enemy. But the Biden-era military was not concerned with killing the enemy. It was concerned with frivolous faculty lounge bullSchiff.

Now that's over, and I’m optimistic. I’ve seen what Pete Hegseth and his team have done so far and understand what they will do. The SecDef just went to Europe and got out there in the cold and did PT with soldiers – hooah! That is huge. He has also been clearing out the DEI deadwood and refocusing our forces on fighting. Secretary Hegseth and his people are reaching out to those of us in the veteran community about how to purge the trash and get us back in line with 5,000 years of military tradition as opposed to a century of Frankfurt School Marxist subversion. Hegseth is a proven combat arms leader, exactly what we need at the head of the organization. As I’ve written here before, a combat arms leader knows how to take command of an organization and bend it to his iron will. That’s what’s happening now. He's broken the woke and he's taking out the trash. The results are already impressive. After the election, the Army had its highest recruiting month in years.

Our young people want to serve their country. I led them for almost three decades, and I never failed to be astonished by their courage and quality, a few knuckleheads notwithstanding. And now, because of the new leadership at the top, I’m confident enough to once again recommend that young Americans, if they can, seriously consider doing at least a tour. And I can’t tell you how happy I am to be able to say that again.

SLAUGHTER SWAMP — Despite the overwhelmingly positive reaction to it from American and European citizens, a statement released by the Legion of Doom strongly condemned last week's fiery speech by Vice President JD Vance.

The elite cabal of supervillains expressed outrage at Vance's audacity to call out global evildoers on a broad range of topics that included illegal immigration and censorship of free speech.

"Who does this do-gooder think he is?" said Lex Luthor at a press conference outside the Hall of Doom. "We have enough problems on our hands with meddling heroes like Superman and the Justice League interfering in our plans for world domination, but now we have to deal with Donald Trump and JD Vance. We'll get them if it's the last thing we do!"

Other members of the Legion of Doom concurred. "This is the last straw!" warned Sinestro. "Our scheme to flood the civilized world with criminals and topple the world economy through mass migration was going just as planned with the help of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Now, Trump and Vance are trying to stop us! Not only must we silence free speech around the world, but we must silence Trump and Vance — permanently!"

The written statement of condemnation was co-signed by Brainiac, Captain Cold, Riddler, Cheetah, Black Manta, and Bizarro, who signed his name backward. The group of fearsome villains demanded that Trump and Vance stay out of the Legion's business or face dire consequences.

At publishing time, the Legion of Doom also announced that they had officially absorbed the European Union and the United Nations as full-fledged members.

Congressman Believes DOGE Audit Will Reveal “Foreign Aid Payments” Returning to Congress

When Elon Musk asked how Norm Eisen could be financed, I replied, “If the United States govt gave money to Qatar, knowing Qatar was going to send that money to organizations within the USA intended to carry out an objective of a small group in U.S. govt., what would that be called?”

Qatar is a major source of funding for the Brookings Institute.  Brookings funds various Lawfare operations, including Norm Eisen.  The extended process is quite simple. If elements within the U.S. Govt., wanted to indirectly fund Brookings, could they do it by sending funds to Qatar?

The question is not supposition, because this was the exact process Hillary Clinton and Leon Panetta used for the State Dept to send weapons to the Libyan “rebels,” aka Operation Zero Footprint.

Operation Zero Footprint was the State Dept/CIA sending funds to Qatar, and the Qatari govt then purchasing missiles from the CIA to give to al-Qaeda affiliates in Libya.  We can consider the historic Iran-Contra scandal under a similar framework. However, the nuanced difference is about sending money toward a foreign govt (via USAID), while knowing the money would return to fund a domestic agenda inside the USA.

Example: USAID sends money to the U.K, and then British political allies send political operatives into the USA to support Kamala Harris.  We know the latter part of that sentence happened.  So, did the Biden administration (Samantha Power) fund the Labour Party operation?

Are the various political NGOs and activist groups in the USA actually funded, indirectly, by U.S. taxpayers?  Many signs point to, yes.

Against this high likelihood, it becomes just a natural extension of the process if U.S. politicians are beneficiaries of the circular laundry operation. That is what Representative Tim Burchett believes will surface if the DOGE team follow the money trail.  WATCH:

Lawfare Pushback: President Trump is Nominating Ed Martin as U.S. District Attorney in Washington DC

With an appeal to the Supreme Court to stop the unconstitutional Lawfare restraining orders, and with support from growing district appellate court reviews, earlier today federal District Judge Tanya Chutkan surprisingly refused to issue another temporary restraining order.

Hours before, President Trump announced his nomination of Ed Martin to be U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.  It appears the Lawfare pushback operation is actively underway.

President Trump – “It is my honor to nominate highly respected Edward R. Martin, Jr., for the full and permanent term of United States Attorney for the District of Columbia.

Ed has led a distinguished career of service, including as Human Rights Office Director for the Catholic Archdiocese of St. Louis, where he supervised legal clinics for low-income residents. He later worked as judicial clerk to Judge Pasco M. Bowman, II, of the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals, and launched his own successful Law practice. He has also invested his expertise in other roles, but always with the same goal, of serving his community, and creating a brighter future for all.

Since Inauguration Day, Ed has been doing a great job as Interim U.S. Attorney, fighting tirelessly to restore Law and Order, and make our Nation’s Capital Safe and Beautiful Again. He will get the job done.

Congratulations Ed!” [Truth Social]

WASHINGTON DC – […] Since serving as the interim U.S. attorney, Mr. Martin has worked to dismantle the office’s investigations into those who participated in the attack on the Capitol. The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Columbia led the probe, charging more than 1,500 people.

Mr. Martin also fired about two dozen prosecutors who oversaw the Jan. 6 investigations. He launched a review of how the U.S. Attorney’s Office used the charge of obstructing an official proceeding against hundreds of pro-Trump protesters.

The U.S. Supreme Court last year ruled that the obstruction charge only applied in the few Jan. 6 cases when the defendant tampered or destroyed documents. The decision severely limited the use of the charge in the Jan. 6 cases and resulted in some convicts receiving reduced sentences and others getting released from jail. (link)
