No J6er Got Justice in Biden’s D.C.

“I fear that you will get more violence,” said Sen. Lindsay Graham on “Meet the Press” this Sunday. “Pardoning the people who went into the Capitol and beat up a police officer violently I think it was a mistake.”

In so saying, Graham, like so many pundits on the Right, showed how little he knows about what transpired on January 6, 2021, and during the four years afterward. In truth, the one thing all J6ers have in common, including the allegedly violent ones, is that they had no more chance at securing justice in Joe Biden’s D.C. than the Scottsboro Boys had in Jim Crow Alabama.

In 2020, 95 percent of the D.C. citizens voted against Donald Trump. If this jury pool were not poisoned enough, the media lied relentlessly to potential jurors about the insurrection,” about white supremacist” mobs, about cops being murdered” -- pick a number of dead cops, 1 to 5.

A change of venue would seem to have been in order, but none was allowed, and the juries lived down to expectations. They acquitted not a single J6er. Knowing the odds against them, hundreds of defendants pleaded guilty to crimes they did not commit -- including felony assault.

The Scottsboro Boys at least had the major media and the ACLU on their side, The J6ers had neither. On the first anniversary of January 6, for instance, all 51 ACLU chapters signed on to a letter drafted by the D.C. ACLU about the white supremacists” that invaded the U.S. Capitol. The date was the only thing the ACLU got right:

On January 6 of last year, the residents of D.C. were traumatized as an insurrectionist mob roamed our streets, harassed our neighbors, and violently broke into the Capitol Building, killing at least five people -- all in an attempt to overthrow the counting of American citizens’ votes.

What makes this letter doubly perverse is that the ACLU signees had a fresh memory of what an insurrectionist mob actually looked like. They saw elements of this mob in action over a three-week period that began on May 29, 2020.

On the night of May 29, rioters threw rocks, alcohol, and urine at the Secret Service agents guarding the White House, injuring more than 60 of them. On May 30, rioters defaced the Lincoln Memorial and the World War II Memorial. The next night they looted dozens of businesses and set St. John’s Episcopal Church on fire.

On June 6, insurrectionists painted Defund the Police” on a city street. On June 19, they toppled the statue of Albert Pike and set it on fire. On June 23, they tried to do the same with the Andrew Jackson statue in front of the White House but settled on defacing it before being dispersed. Said the ACLU about these incidents. We will fight government violence against protestors across the country.”

Among the most aggressive of those protestors” was Antifa leader Jason Charter. His interaction with the law hews close to the norm for George Floyd rioters.

In July 2020, the Feds arrested Charter for heading up a very organized” effort to destroy the two statues. Charter was on top of the [Jackson] statue and directing people,” a law enforcement officer told Fox News. They had acid, chisels, straps and a human chain preventing police from getting to the statue.”

Before the arrest, on June 26, Charter assaulted One America News Network reporter Jack Posobiec and was subsequently arrested. Despite the seriousness of these multiple charges, Charter was roaming free on October 3, 2020, when he and his comrades disrupted a Walk Away” rally at the Washington Monument. Brandon Straka, the leader of the movement, had a permit for the rally at which he and others shared stories about leaving the Democratic Party before the attack.

When police tried to remove the Charter crew from the Walk Away rally, they became assaultive to U.S. Park Police officers.” Charter himself was charged with Assault on a Police Officer and Possession of a Controlled Substance.”

Incredibly, despite his arrest for assaulting Posobiec, assaulting the police, and causing hundreds of thousands of dollars of damage, prosecutors offered Charter a deal allowing him to plead guilty to the single misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct on restricted grounds.

In January 2022, Charter was sentenced to three years of probation, 60 days of home detention, and $2,600 fine. Knowing how George Floyd justice worked, Charter considered the sentence appalling.” He told a Fox News2 reporter, I expected to walk out of there with probation, which seemed consistent with other people who were charged in this case.” To clarify, he meant other” of his people.

Charter remains unrepentant. On January 20 of this year, he posted on X a video titled Black Bloc Smashes Inauguration.” The video shows his masked colleagues on January 20, 2017, defacing buildings, breaking windows, vandalizing police cars, and spraying gas from canisters. Says Charter, One of my favorite day of action in my life. Made a lot of memories and friends during Disrupt J20.”

In November 2017, six of the Disrupt J20 people went on trial in D.C. Given the jury pool, all six were found not guilty on all counts. In January 2018, the DoJ dropped charges against 129 others. By July 2018, federal prosecutors had dropped all charges against all defendants, and this was before George Floyd mania seized the city.

For my book, Ashli: The Untold Story of the Women of January 6, I profiled 10 women, eight of whom survived the day. The police officers responsible for the arguably criminal deaths of Ashli Babbitt and Rosanne Boyland were both rewarded, one with a trip to the Super Bowl, the other with a bonus and promotion. They faced no discipline at all.

The men who tried to protect the J6 women paid a high price. Luke Coffee, who stood over the dying Rosanne Boyland with a crutch to protect her from the blows of policewoman Lila Morris, was found guilty of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers using a dangerous weapon” among other charges.

Victoria White endured what was arguably the most severe police beating of a female ever captured on video. Kyle Fitzsimmons tried to protect her and was sentenced to 87 months in prison for his efforts.

Of the eight surviving women that I profiled, seven went to prison, and all were punished more severely than Jason Charter. Reviewing their cases closely, I could see that none of them had a chance. If the juries werent problem enough, prosecutors routinely hid exculpatory evidence and exaggerated their offenses with impunity.

Only one of the eight women committed what a dispassionate observer would recognize as a crime. Rachel Powell, a very granola, very crunchy” mother of eight with no criminal record, helped break a window. Powell was sentenced to 57 months in prison followed by 36 months of supervised release.

"Trump keeps his promises," Powell said upon her release last week. "My family can start rebuilding our life again, and we can move forward from Jan. 6 into the future and make America great again."

Those who say Trump should have proceeded on a case-by-case fail to understand that nothing was what it appeared on January 6, that almost every case was corrupted, that some of our best citizens were deemed our worst. Until they get their facts straight, our friends in D.C. are better off saying nothing at all.

Oh, So That’s What the Taxpayer Funded Condoms for Gaza Were Used For

The White House announced Tuesday it is ending a $50 million taxpayer funded program to send condoms to the Gaza Strip as part of broader cost cutting initiatives at the State Department.

So, what were the condoms really used for? To make bombs of course.

Last week the State Department announced a freeze on nearly all foreign aid, citing the need for a thorough review of programs.

"Consistent with President Trump’s Executive Order on Reevaluating and Realigning United States Foreign Aid, Secretary Rubio has paused all U.S. foreign assistance funded by or through the State Department and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) for review. He is initiating a review of all foreign assistance programs to ensure they are efficient and consistent with U.S. foreign policy under the America First agenda," the State Department released in a statement about the move.

Republicans Need to Treat Liberal Journalists Like the Garbage They Are

I was watching the local NBC station on Sunday, waiting for Meet the Press to start – I know, who wakes up on Sunday morning just to punch themselves in the face repeatedly? I do. I like to know what the other side is up to – it’s like a vacation to another planet without being stuck in a small capsule with people who will undoubtedly smell bad. Although, these people on TV undoubtedly smell.

The show that was one featured Willie Geist – and yes, you could see the stink lines coming off of him, by only metaphorically from his soul.

Willie was going on and on about how Trump was horrible, and who could blame him? It’s either do that or spend your Morning Joe commercial breaks being lectured by Mika Brzezinski and her second husband, or Joe Scarborough and his third wife (your choice how you see it), about how immoral you are for not burning every calories your body and consume by going after Trump/Hitler.

Geist gave the typical talking points about immigration – how mean we are for enforcing our borders and sovereignty – while likely living in a doorman building and working in the NBC world headquarters that likely wouldn’t let you use the bathroom in an emergency without an appointment.

Then, after the selectively outraged rant, Willie teased upcoming segment on the new pandas at the national zoo. Why? Because in the face of the new fascism…you gotta make time for cute pandas!

These people are unserious and their audiences are even less so. Either they believe the United States of America is coming to an end at the hands of Hitler Jr. or they think that cuteness of panda bears is news, but they cannot think that in the face of Hitler Jr. destroying freedom that the cuteness of panda bears matter.

Since they are unserious, they should be treated as unserious, by which I mean they should not be considered at all.

When NBC News has a question or CNN is flailing to be called on at a press conference, ignore them. There are enough honest outlets out there that you don’t need to engage the disloyal opposition. Call on them every once in a while, but only answer their questions when they are on point. Any left-wing propaganda or narrative-reinforcing missives should be called out for what they are and dismissed. Humiliation is a powerful motivator.

You can pull at Biden and completely ignore hostile media – the easiest way to be better than the left is to simply be normal, and it is normal to be civil. When they expose themselves as uncivil, return the favor and call them out. Even a dumb dog would get the hint eventually, especially since Jim Acosta is no longer in the room.

Vice President JD Vance (man, it’s nice to write that) sat down with Margaret Brennan of CBS News last week and the tone was exactly correct – he answered her biased questions with the “respect” they, and she, deserved…which wasn’t much.

“You campaigned on lowering prices for consumers. We've seen all of these executive orders. Which one lowers prices?” Brennan asked, giving voice to a liberal meme being sent around by the low IQ progressive drones on social media. After Vance tried to take her question semi-seriously, Brennan replied, “So, grocery prices aren’t going to come down?”

“No, Margaret, prices are going to come down, but it's going to take a little bit of time, right? The president has been president for all of five days,” the Vice President shot back, making the CBS personality look stupid

Do this to all of them, when you choose to speak with them at all.

When Joe Biden was President he did not call on Fox News or any non-lapdog, leftist corporate media. He took questions from them only in scrums and shouted, not in the scripted official White House “press conferences” where Joe had a list of names and questions.

Trump and Vance shouldn’t do that, but they should treat the leftists media like the redheaded stepchild conservatives were treated when Democrats were in charge. Ignore them, unless and until it serves the purposes of the administration and embrace the more honest media. Don’t fall into a pile of rear-end kissing or believe your hype, but when the only difference between talking to the New York Times about a hit piece they’re doing on you is whether or not it will have direct quotes from you, there is no point in talking to them at all.

They aren’t your friends; they’ll never be your friends. They are friends with your current girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend and they’re just looking for anything they can use to stab you in the back and break you two up. You didn’t need that in your life when you were young and single, and you sure as hell don’t need it in your life now.

NYT Uses Anonymous Terrorist Sources For Latest Deep State Hit On Tulsi Gabbard

The Times will accuse DNI nominee Tulsi Gabbard of meeting with then-Lebanese Hezbollah Supreme Leader Hassan Nasrallah in 2017.

The New York Times is preparing to publish a deep state hit piece on President Donald Trump’s nominee for Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard. The piece is purportedly based on National Security Agency (NSA) surveillance of a pair of anonymous terrorists.

Two people familiar with the matter told The Federalist the Times will accuse Gabbard, a former Democrat congresswoman from Hawaii, of meeting with then-Lebanese Hezbollah Supreme Leader Hassan Nasrallah on a Middle East trip in 2017. The paper of “all the news that’s fit to print” is expected to run the deep state smear against Gabbard as early as Tuesday afternoon, two days before a confirmation hearing before the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Bernard Hudson, who was director of counterterrorism at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in 2016 and 2017, called the story by the Times, “one of the most bizarre allegations against a serving member of the U.S. military I have ever heard.”

“It strains credulity at every level,” Hudson told The Federalist.

“This is the kind of cheap skullduggery for which the Deep State has become infamous with the American people,” said Dave Reaboi, a national security expert and fellow at the Claremont Institute. “We entrust these people with tremendous power to operate in the shadows and keep secrets from us, imagining that they are professionals dedicated to safeguarding our national security. Instead, many of the IC’s senior leadership have undermined the faith we placed in them, using the capabilities their profession affords them to make war on their domestic political opponents.”

“I’d like to see the media and Senate Democrats go after Hezbollah with half as much venom as they’ve been directing toward Tulsi Gabbard,” Reaboi added. “This scrap of intelligence — hearsay from two terrorists — wasn’t taken seriously by anyone for a decade.”

The tale of Gabbard’s supposed secret meeting with one of the Middle East’s most dangerous terrorists almost a decade ago had never been reported even as the former vice chair of the DNC pursued her party’s presidential nomination in 2020.

The New York Times’ planned hit designed to thwart Gabbard’s confirmation to run the intelligence community follows Republican senators complaining anonymously to Semafor about the nominee’s 2017 meeting with then-Syrian regime leader Bashar al-Assad, which was approved by a House ethics panel. Former Secretary of State John Kerry also met with Assad several years before the Senate voted 94 to 3 to confirm his nomination to lead the State Department in 2013.

Last week, anonymous GOP senators also expressed concern about Gabbard’s past criticism of deep state spy programs that had been used to investigate Trump’s first presidential campaign. While she was in Congress, Gabbard proposed legislation with Republican Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky to reform the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

Gabbard, a nearly two-decade veteran, a lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserve, and a long-time critic of America’s forever wars, is no stranger to deep state interference. Last year, the former Democrat presidential candidate became the subject of surveillance under a counterterrorism program by the U.S. Federal Air Marshals Service (FAMS). Gabbard was targeted just “one day after she criticized the Biden Administration” on Fox News, according to a letter from the whistleblower watchdog group Empower Oversight.

While Gabbard faces deep state smear campaigns published in legacy news outlets, dozens of former intelligence officials wrote a letter to the Senate Intelligence Committee this week recommending her confirmation.

“As former collectors, analysts, consumers, and enablers of intelligence, we support Lt. Col. Tulsi Gabbard to lead the IC,” they wrote, according to Fox News. “She has the integrity, and moral courage, to restore objectivity and professionalism to the nation’s intelligence agencies.”

Sens. Susan Collins of Maine and Todd Young of Indiana are considered two Republican swing votes on the committee where Gabbard can’t afford to lose one, according to The Hill.

The Left Is Starting to Realize Mass Deportations Are Happening and There's Nothing They Can Do About It

I have no idea why the media or liberal America thought this aspect of immigration policy would remain the same. We have a new president, a new policy, and a new attitude toward immigration enforcement. We’re going to enforce our laws. Criminal aliens are to be deported immediately. Anyone else here illegally is fair game. That’s the deal. There is no cost too great to carry out this national security priority. The best part is that the media and Democrats can’t do anything about it.

All they can do is whine, seethe, and yell in pre-recorded videos. It doesn’t matter if states won’t work with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This is a federal undertaking. The entire country is their backyard. ICE has assistance from the US Marshals, Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agents who now have deportation powers. Soon, local law enforcement will have the same powers as immigration officers, as Trump invoked this never-been-used statute from the days when the Immigration and Nationalization Service (INS) was operational. However, it’s contingent on a state signing off on this agreement. Most states will agree to it after the legal dust settles.

We have the deportation force. And these illegals cannot hide forever. If schools want to get huffy about it, let them. These agents can and should bulldoze through any school where illegals are being housed. And when the inevitable outrage and tantrums from the left erupt, the response should be, “We don’t care.” We had an election to settle this issue, and your side lost.

The response from the Trump administration has been tremendous, not shying away from the objectives nor playing the media’s games. Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, is on the ground arresting illegals with Dr. Phil. He’s bluntly said that criminal aliens are going, the military deportation flights will continue, and there’s no price too large to pay for securing our border. Vice President JD Vance flatly told Margret Brennan that he didn’t care when some of these Afghan refugees we imported got radicalized vis-à-vis the vetting process. They were plotting terror attacks, like the situation in Oklahoma, and we don’t want these people here.

Yesterday, drug cartels opened fire on law enforcement on the southern border. Enough. The American people wanted a new immigration policy. They want the illegals out. Trump has a mandate and popular support for these actions, which were viewed as extreme a decade ago—no more.

We have federal and local law enforcement empowered to detain and deport illegals, including all the resources and intelligence assets necessary to find those who shouldn’t be here. The fact that so many criminal aliens have been found so quickly proves that Biden’s people knew where these pieces of scum were and allowed them to terrorize our communities.

The end of this invasion starts now. And to the liberals who disagree, you’re weird and wrong. Please sit down, shut up, and let us get our nation back on track.
