Ten Things President Trump Can Do To Return The Government To The People

I’m writing this on the 29th of October. As I wrote last week, I think Donald Trump is going to win. I think he’ll take office in January, but the two months between will be chock full of Democrat tricks trying to delegitimize his victory and coordinated riots seeking to push America into chaos before he’s inaugurated, along with the swamp seeking to do everything it can to insulate itself from the potential consequences of a Trump presidency.

January 20, 2025, will not be a checkered flag moment. On the contrary, it will be the starting line for a four-year race to save the nation. As such, we need to look at what exactly needs to be done going forward. Here are ten things President Trump needs to do. There’s much more, but I’d suggest this is a place to start.

#1 – Seal the border and deport all 30 million illegal immigrants. As happened last time, Democrats, RINOs, and activist judges will try and stop him. He cannot let them succeed. Begin by declaring the nation is under assault and deploying the Army to the border until the wall is complete, something that Americans will probably support.

The first step in deporting the millions of illegals is stopping all their benefits. Given that they will need food and shelter when the benefits are curtailed, establish exit processing centers where they can come and find shelter and food as part of being processed out of the country. Next, stop all federal funds from going to “sanctuary” states and cities that do not cooperate. Finally, enforce federal legislation against hiring illegals, and send employers to jail. Of course, none of this will be enough, but it’s a beginning.

#2 – Resurrect the 10th Amendment. For those who don’t remember, the Amendment reads:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Most of the things the federal government does are simply unconstitutional. Assign a crack team of constitutional scholars/lawyers to go over the federal government with a fine tooth comb. Starting with the federal government’s list of its own agencies, examine every single department and agency and highlight those for which there is clear constitutional authority. For every other one, craft a plan for its dissolution.

For easy things like NPR, PBS, NEA, etc., which are inconsequential, make the dissolution immediate. For others, like HHR and other wealth redistribution programs, where sometimes generations of families have been raised to suckle at the government teat, create a three-year plan that reduces their budget by 33% a year for three years, ending with the agency’s complete dissolution at the beginning of year four. For those agencies/departments that remain, implement zero-based budgeting so that they are forced every single year to make the case for the money they are seeking from the federal government.

#3 – Restructure the Justice Department, the FBI, the CIA, and the Pentagon. Fire the leadership of all four, up to and including the top 100 senior managers/officers of each, with severance packages. Investigate every one of them, and if they’re colorably suspected of treason/incompetence over the last eight years, charge them. For the rest, give them the opportunity to demonstrate they deserve to be part of the organization if they’d like their jobs back. Their success on that score should be based on two things: competency and a demonstrated allegiance to the Constitution.

#4 – Ban every DEI program and race- or sex-based program in the United States government. Make it crystal clear to Americans that every single job, scholarship, or contract associated with the federal government is based on one single thing: merit. At the same time, make it known that corporations making policy based on DEI and the climate change cult are violating their fiduciary responsibility and that officers and directors collectively and individually are liable for those violations.

#5 – Abolish the IRS and the income tax and implement a flat tax or, better yet, the FairTax. Perhaps more than anything other than the 10th Amendment, this will drive a stake through the heart of the swamp beast. There is a reason that the seven richest counties in America (out of a total of 3,143) are suburbs of Washington, DC—government and lobbying. And few things drive more lobbying than tax breaks.

#6 – Negotiate a peace between Russia and Ukraine. Neither wanted this war and a month after Russia invaded, there was a peace deal on the table that both sides supported until Joe Biden torpedoed it. This useless and wasteful war is accomplishing nothing while costing hundreds of thousands of lives and causing trillions of dollars of damage to the participants and the rest of the world.

#7 – Remove the United States from the Paris Climate Accord. This globalist, anti-capitalist fiction is nothing more than an attempt to give elites control over the lives of citizens around the world. It destroys prosperity everywhere its tentacles reach. At the same time, eliminate every “climate change” or “green energy” driven policy in the federal government and make a plan for unleashing America’s true energy potential from fracking and nuclear power.

#8 – Use Congressional power vested in it by Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the Constitution (the Elections Clause) to guarantee federal election integrity by requiring Voter ID and paper ballots in every state, while outlawing mail-in ballots for anyone other than the military.

#9 – Craft a plan that sunsets every law and regulation in the federal registerwithin a decade. Put a framework in place for Congress to reevaluate every law on the books over the following ten years, and each one should face a renewal vote. Those that pass with 60% of both houses can remain on the books indefinitely, while all others sunset after a decade unless passed again.

#10 – Pass a law that explicitly states that it is illegal for government agencies to coerce or motivate private enterprises to accomplish desired tasks that are illegal for the government to do on its own. This applies to bank coercion of disapproved industries, data gathering on US citizens, or censorship of free speech, among others.

Of course, as Trump learned in his first term, the swamp is a tenacious beast that will not go gently into that good night. There will be gnashing of liberal teeth, there will be activist judges with God complexes trying to throw judicial roadblocks everywhere, and there will be RINO calls to work across the aisle.

Trump should ignore all of that and march swiftly towards returning the government to its originally intended, natural, limited state. Doing so will unleash an economic and entrepreneurial juggernaut never before seen and will be sufficient to create a giant budget surplus. That surplus will be sufficient to eliminate the national debt in less than a generation, and with it will go most of the problems America faces today.

Of course, there’s much more, but if Trump does half the things on this list, he will easily have earned himself a place on Mt. Rushmore.

Donald Trump’s Big Government Authoritarianism Is The Antithesis Of Limited Government Conservatism

Don’t let tribalism override the importance of adhering to the truth.

Some ‘limited government conservatives’ are throwing their support behind US Republican candidate Donald Trump.

In my view, this is an error of historic proportions.

While Donald Trump may be the standard bearer of the ‘conservative’ faction in the United States, and though that ‘conservative’ faction includes limited government conservatives, the reality is that Donald Trump is a big government authoritarian who represents the antithesis of limited government conservatism.

Here’s why.

To start with, Donald Trump’s economic policies are fiscally irresponsible to the extreme. According to a non-partisan analysis of the economic plans put forward by Trump and US Vice-President Kamala Harris, Trump’s would be far worse when it comes to expanding the US debt. Harris’s plan would increase the US debt by $3.95 billion over current projections, while Trump’s plan would increase the debt by $7.75 trillion.

And that analysis doesn’t even include a proposal Trump has floated several times, eliminating all federal taxes and replacing the lost revenue with tariffs. That proposal is so insane as to be laughable, given it would add $30 trillion to the US debt over 10 years.

There is no world in which Trump can be considered fiscally responsible.

What about freedom of speech?

Trump has repeatedly called for TV networks to be stripped of their licenses for coverage, which he disagrees with. Over the past two years, Trump has called for every major US network to be stripped of their license.

And that’s not the worst of it.

He has repeatedly issued violent threats towards his critics, including Liz Cheney and former Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mark Milley.

In fact, he even mused about Milley being executed:

Late Friday night, the former president of the United States—and a leading candidate to be the next president—insinuated that America’s top general deserves to be put to death.

“That extraordinary sentence would be unthinkable in any other rich democracy. But Donald Trump, on his social-media network, Truth Social, wrote that Mark Milley’s phone call to reassure China in the aftermath of the storming of the Capitol on January 6, 2021, was “an act so egregious that, in times gone by, the punishment would have been DEATH.” (The phone call was, in fact, explicitly authorized by Trump-administration officials.)”

Trump has also repeatedly spoken of his desire for vengeance and has labelled his political critics the “enemy from within.” He has also said the military should be used against his critics.

In another break from traditional limited government conservatism – which was once focused on opposing dictators based on an understanding that freedom can’t survive in an world dominated by dictatorial states – Trump has repeatedly praised dictators like Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping.

And Trump’s former Chief of Staff – respected General John Kelly – recently revealed that Trump wanted Generals ‘like Hitler had’:

“This week, I asked Kelly about their exchange. He told me that when Trump raised the subject of “German generals,” Kelly responded by asking, “‘Do you mean Bismarck’s generals?’” He went on: “I mean, I knew he didn’t know who Bismarck was, or about the Franco-Prussian War. I said, ‘Do you mean the kaiser’s generals? Surely you can’t mean Hitler’s generals? And he said, ‘Yeah, yeah, Hitler’s generals.’ I explained to him that Rommel had to commit suicide after taking part in a plot against Hitler.” Kelly told me Trump was not acquainted with Rommel.”

Many military officials who served while Trump was President have raised serious concerns:

Remember, many of those Generals were/are Republicans. These aren’t far-left ‘resistance libs’ warning about Trump, these are serious, right-wing, patriotic, American conservatives ringing the alarm bell. Their concerns should be heeded.

And of course, Trump has surrounded himself with people like JD Vance, Tucker Carlson, Tulsi Gabbard, and RFK Jr. who just so happen to be among the most pro-Russia political figures in the United States.

We also must not overlook the issue of abortion. If someone considers themselves a ‘limited government conservative,’ there is simply no legitimate excuse for supporting the kind of extreme abortion bans that Trump has helped to usher in.

Tracking Women’s travel, denying Women lifesaving care, forcing Women to carry pregnancies that are the result of rape and incest, all of those things are completely incompatible with individual freedom, and all represent massive and indefensible government overreach.

Let’s recap:

Gargantuan budget deficits and huge increases in the debt.

Attacks on freedom of speech.

Threats to use military force against political opponents.

Praising dictators.

Demanding fascist loyalty from generals.

Siding with authoritarian states.

Abortion bans that infringe on the individual freedom of Women.

Does any of that sound like ‘limited government conservatism’ to you?

Of course not.

As difficult as it may be for some to admit, Centre-right people of principle should acknowledge that those like Donald Trump, JD Vance, Tucker Carlson, and others are as far removed from ‘limited government conservatism’ as it gets. They are authoritarians and are hostile to the system of democratic capitalism that helped build the most free and prosperous societies on Earth.

That leaves Kamala Harris – as imperfect a candidate as she may be in the eyes of some – as the only choice to protect basic constitutional norms, alliances, fiscal responsibility, and individual freedoms.

We must not allow tribalism to override our adherence to the truth and core principles.

The Final Choice: Civilizational Arson Versus Civilizational Sanity

Every four years, we hear a refrain that the presidential election before us is the "most important election of our lifetimes." Pundits, talkers, and thinkers reflexively repeat this line on both sides of the American political divide, and that repetition always engenders a great deal of backlash. We are reliably informed that our elaborate Constitution, with its intricate checks and balances and federalist system of dual spheres of sovereignty, can withstand any particular president (and Congress). Bills are tough to pass out of Congress, you see, and the Supreme Court can rein in rogue presidents. Didn't you know that gridlock in Washington is a feature, not a bug? Don't you remember watching "Schoolhouse Rock!"? Come on!

I dissent from this blithe dismissal of genuine concern. Tuesday's presidential contest, between former President Donald Trump and sitting Vice President Kamala Harris, is the most important election of our lifetimes. There are two reasons for this: one structural and one contextual. They are both important.

First, structure. There is a concept in traditional Jewish thought called yeridat hadorot, or "the decline of the generations." The basic idea is that because each successive generation is necessarily further away than the generations that preceded it, from God's Revelation to Moses at Mount Sinai, each new generation is less reliable than its predecessors regarding Torah knowledge, divine inspiration, and perhaps general wisdom. We can draw an easy analogy here to the American republic. Except for some truly epochal figures, such as Abraham Lincoln, subsequent generations of American leadership that are further removed from the Constitutional Convention of 1787 have been less reliable when safeguarding core American values. We see this clearly, for instance, in the early 20th-century rise of the modern administrative state.

From this perspective, every new presidential election is the most important one of our lifetimes. By definition, we are always getting further and further away from the American founding and closer and closer to the point of no return (if we have not already crossed it).

This Tuesday's particular presidential election is also the most important election of our lifetimes for a simple additional reason: Harris is the most ideologically left-wing, intellectually deficient, and wildly unprepared presidential candidate in the nation's history.

An America under (God forbid) President Harris is an America besieged with so many illegal alien criminals and foreign terrorists to make the last four already-horrific years look positively paradisical. An America under (God forbid) President Harris is one where American manufacturing continues to deteriorate, stifling electrical vehicle mandates destroy the American auto industry, oil and natural gas restrictions lead to skyrocketing energy prices, and mass spending once again brings crippling inflation. An America under (God forbid) President Harris is one where the Supreme Court is packed, the lower courts are stacked with radical Constitution-hating progressives, and the Department of Justice is weaponized like never before against Democrats' political enemies. An America under (God forbid) President Harris is one where Iran gets the bomb, jihadism is emboldened both at home and abroad, China invades Taiwan and makes ever-greater inroads in our own hemisphere, and Israel is as diplomatically and militarily isolated as it has ever been.

Are you paying attention yet?

This is not your grandfather's Democratic Party. Once upon a time, when Franklin Delano Roosevelt tried to pack the Supreme Court, his fellow Democrats who dominated the Senate Judiciary Committee had the common sense and decency to rise up en masse and say, "No." But today, a President Harris would have supine leftist zealots, such as Sens. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.), eager to do the bidding of their dear White House leader. Once upon a time, Democratic former President Bill Clinton signed into law the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and vowed that abortion would be "safe, legal, and rare." Today, Harris says she will brook no compromise on religious exemptions for the fundamental "right" of snuffing out an unborn life in the womb, and she promises to codify that "right" from conception right up until birth nationwide.

I repeat: Are you paying attention yet?

Ultimately, the 2024 election presents us with the opportunity to pick a definitive side in America's roiling cold civil war, which this column has often phrased as between the forces of civilizational sanity and the forces of civilizational arson. Trump and Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio) represent the former: They are the ticket of normalcy. By contrast, Harris and Gov. Tim Walz (D-Minn.) embody the latter: They are the ticket, above all, of decadence. It is not an exaggeration to say that our constitutional structure, biblical inheritance, and middle-class economy are all on the ballot this Tuesday.

Here's hoping team sanity prevails over the arsonists.

A New Level of Crassness and Incivility

As the weeks marched on in the 2024 presidential campaign, the rhetoric emanating from the Democrat Party and legacy media wing of the Ruling Class continued to plumb new depths in crassness and incivility. In the past week, led by their loathsome ventriloquist dummy, Kamala Harris, they have made the entire focus of the campaign the vile accusation that Donald Trump is not only another wannabe Hitler, but he will follow in Hitler’s footsteps by seizing dictatorial power, imprisoning Americans in concentration camps, and committing genocide.

This loathsome cabal is also accusing his supporters, which includes me and nearly half of the American population, of being mindless Nazi stooges who willingly support a megalomaniacal despot in-waiting in his determination to be the next Hitler.

While the Democrats have casually bandied the Hitler comparison in previous campaigns, they have never before sunk to these depths. In their insatiable need to permanently seize and control the levers of power in Washington, D.C., the Democrat Party and legacy media alliance within the Ruling Class has resorted to this all-consuming maniacal tactic as they are facing defeat at the hands of their despised political adversary.

These mindless comparisons to Hitler and the Nazis are a vile insult to and a denigration of the memory of nearly 40 million people who died in Europe during World War II and the 60+ million displaced and relegated to refugee camps and mass unmarked graves. None of the reprobates within the Democrat Party and the legacy media who so glibly throw around these comparisons have the slightest conception of the experiences of those who were there.

Virtually all of these despicable denizens of the human race have seen faded and grainy black and white films of ashen faces staring into a camera; or pictures of emaciated children begging for food; or newsreels of lifeless bodies strewn across a field. They have comfortably seated themselves in plush movie theatres for two hours, watching a cosmetic Hollywood portrayal of the War. As if they were no more than a series of pixels on a screen, these images are quickly ignored and forgotten as these egotists go about their execrable lives in a singular pursuit of power and status.

But those of us who survived those days as well as the war’s aftermath do not have that luxury. Our experiences haunt us every hour, day and night.

This ongoing and unprecedented level of Hitler and Nazi comparisons is a constant reminder of those bleak and desperate days of unfathomable brutality and disregard for life when one’s goal was to simply survive for another day.

In 2016 a friend of mine in Israel, who as a child survived Auschwitz, passed away. A few months before his passing, we talked about the worsening crisis in the Middle East and what it portended for the West. Among the points of conversation was the fact that mankind, because of an inability to control its base nature, never learns any lessons from the past.

One of the statements Abe made that has stuck with me through the years are “You and I, along with the few others that remain have seen the evil that permeates men’s souls. But we will soon be gone. Who will be there to remind the world of the evil that was and how it came to be?” That lesson can only be learned if the people and events of those times are not diminished by using them for mindless political fodder and demagoguery.

In reality, Donald Trump is the antithesis of Hitler. If he exhibited any of the despotic traits common among the tyrants of the Twentieth Century, I would not have voted for or supported him over the past eight years. In fact, I have often thought how different the world and my life would have been if Donald Trump had been the President of the United States and Winston Churchill had been the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom during the 1930s.

The American people who support Trump are the also the antithesis of the Nazi sympathizers in pre-World War II Germany. Unlike the German populace in the early part of the Twentieth Century, the majority of Americans are steeped in a love of liberty, respect for life, and a belief in America’s founding documents. They are unwilling to go down the disastrous path the Marxist-inspired Ruling Elites have laid out for their country.

On behalf of the untold million who died and suffered at the hands of Hitler and the Nazis, I call on this vile element in our society to grow up and permanently stop using these invidious comparisons with Hitler and the Nazis. It is the equivalent of a three-year-old throwing a tantrum when they cannot get their way.

The 2024 election campaign has revealed that the majority of American people do not want a one-party socialist oligarchy in near-permanent control of the government and no amount of juvenile name-calling will change that reality.

America’s Credibility Crisis on the Global Stage

America’s Credibility Crisis on the Global Stage

There’s no obvious way to determine when something has gone from being a problem to being a crisis. But, like obscenity, you know it when you see it. And the Biden administration’s problem with national-security leaks has become a crisis.

The worst example was probably the recent revelation that a set of Israeli plans for Iran strikes ended up in Iranian hands. But perhaps the most flagrantly unprofessional example is in today’s New York Times. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky requested Tomahawk missiles from the U.S. to help fend off Russia’s ongoing invasion. One administration official’s response was to run to the Times and not only sneer at the request but insult Zelensky in the process.

“U.S. officials have privately expressed some exasperation with Mr. Zelensky’s victory plan, calling it unrealistic and dependent almost entirely on Western aid,” the Times reports. As an example, the Times cited the inclusion of Tomahawks in that package, “a totally unfeasible request, a senior U.S. official said.” Further, Ukraine “hadn’t made a convincing case to Washington on how it would use the long-range weapons, the U.S. officials said.” Zelensky “was stunned” by the administration’s rejection. The strong implication is that he shouldn’t have been.

The whole article, but particularly that section, has a what is this guy even thinking tone. Condescension aside, what was the purpose of spilling the previously undisclosed beans about the Tomahawks? It’s hard not to read the piece as an intentional brushback pitch to Zelensky, which raises the troubling likelihood that the leak came from someone very high up in the White House.

Zelensky was justifiably furious. “And this was confidential information between Ukraine and the White House,” he told Nordic media, according to Politico. “How should we understand these messages? So, it means between partners there’s nothing confidential?”

This isn’t the first time Zelensky has wondered if he could trust Washington. Last year, he blamed a failed counteroffensive on leaks, and he publicly mused that “the West is afraid that Russia will lose the war,” though he added that the West didn’t want Ukraine to lose either. Ukraine’s brilliant Kursk offensive in August was kept secret from allies—and it was a success.

The FBI is investigating the leak of supposed Israeli attack plans against Iran. The FBI has also been investigating the possible mishandling of classified documents by Biden’s top Iran negotiator Robert Malley. (Malley has since been placed on leave and his security clearance was suspended.) After Malley took leave, Semafor revealed the existence of an Iranian government influence operation that involved two of Malley’s advisers, one of whom, Ariane Tabatabai, was described by Iranians as a member of “the core group.”

A leaky national-security team is hardly unheard of. But what makes this situation unusual is the sense that the administration is running on autopilot. Biden is checked out, and his national-security advisers are soon to be out of work even if Kamala Harris wins the election. They do not appear to answer to Joe Biden. They do not, and will not, answer to Kamala Harris (or Donald Trump, for that matter, since he’d also bring in his own team).

And much as we may admire the Ukrainian offensive in Kursk and the Israeli assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh—which was also kept secret from the Biden administration—we do not want the whole world to follow this trend. It’s called the American-led world order for a reason, and a superpower in extended hibernation cannot lead.

This isn’t the same as a president being a lame duck, because that status is expected and planned for, and even a lame-duck president has authority. When Biden was convinced to drop out of the race for reasons that also undermined his legitimacy to serve out the rest of his term, it precipitated not an orderly political transition but chaos. What we didn’t realize was that chaos within the administration had long preceded Biden’s announcement that he wouldn’t seek a second term. After all, by the time he dropped out of the race, the people who worked closely with the president had been aware of his limitations for a couple of years already.

The recent national-security leaks are the result. The U.S. government appears to be run by competing factions of unelected officials. If you pitch your plan to the wrong faction, as Zelensky just learned, it might go straight to the New York Times. Zelensky may be undiplomatic at times, but his country is our ally and it is at war and its president does not deserve to be publicly ridiculed by anonymous U.S. officials on behalf of the administration. Any more of this nonsense, and American credibility may take a hit it can’t fix and can’t afford.

RCMP Bust B.C. Fentanyl (Phenyl-2-Propanone) Superlab Linked to Mexico and Transnational Exports

"The P2P manufacturing method has been the primary method used by Mexican cartels to produce methamphetamine for years": RCMP Commander

VANCOUVER, Canada — In a remote mountainous area of British Columbia, federal police have dismantled the largest fentanyl laboratory ever discovered in Canada. This western province has become a critical front in the Five Eyes battle against the production and distribution of deadly synthetic narcotics trafficked globally by networks involving Chinese and Iranian state-sponsored mafias and Mexican cartels.

In a ground-breaking discovery, the RCMP located the superlab in Falkland—a village of 946 residents nestled in the rugged terrain between Calgary and Vancouver—using Phenyl-2-Propanone (P2P) to manufacture methamphetamine. This production method, primarily employed by Mexican cartels, stems from the precursors and scientific expertise Mexican cartels have gathered from elite Chinese criminals since the early 2000s, according to U.S. enforcement sources.

David Teboul, Commander of the RCMP Federal Policing program in the Pacific Region, underscored the significance: “Manufacturing methamphetamine using P2P had not been seen in Western Canada until now,” he said. “The P2P manufacturing method has been the primary method used by Mexican cartels to produce methamphetamine for years."

Demonstrating the destructive power of the cartels involved, the RCMP seized a staggering cache of illicit substances and weapons. Officers confiscated 54 kilograms of fentanyl, massive amounts of precursor chemicals, 390 kilograms of methamphetamine, 35 kilograms of cocaine, 15 kilograms of MDMA, and 6 kilograms of cannabis. The superlab was described as the largest and most sophisticated of its kind, capable of producing multiple types of illicit drugs.

"To put things into context," Teboul said, "the over 95 million potentially lethal doses of fentanyl that have been seized could have taken the lives of every Canadian at least twice over."

A large portion of the product was destined for other countries.

During the investigation, RCMP officers learned of several large shipments of methamphetamine prepared for international export. They intercepted 310 kilograms of methamphetamine before it could leave Canada, preventing a significant quantity from reaching global markets—a critical point as Canada faces pressure from its allies over its role in the global fentanyl and methamphetamine trade.

Teboul noted that the RCMP collaborated with its Five Eyes enforcement partners—an intelligence alliance comprising Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Although Teboul did not provide specific details, this cooperation underscores the international scope of the transnational investigation.

The first suspect, Gaganpreet Singh Randhawa, was identified and arrested during raids. He is currently in custody and faces multiple charges, including possession and export of controlled substances, possession of prohibited firearms and devices, and possession of explosive devices. More arrests are expected, Teboul said.

The scale of this criminal network echoes the power and violence fueling gang wars that have rocked British Columbia, putting innocent lives at risk during high-powered shootouts in Vancouver. Investigators seized a total of 89 firearms, including 45 handguns, 21 AR-15-style rifles, and submachine guns—many of which were loaded and ready for use. The searches also uncovered small explosive devices, vast amounts of ammunition, firearm silencers, high-capacity magazines, body armor, and $500,000 in cash.

British Columbia has been grappling with an influx of synthetic opioids like fentanyl, significantly exacerbating the opioid crisis across Canada. The province has witnessed a surge in overdose deaths, prompting law enforcement to intensify efforts against drug production and trafficking networks. Experts highlight weaknesses in Canadian laws and a lack of federal oversight at the Port of Vancouver, which have been exploited by transnational crime and money laundering organizations from China, Iran, and Mexico.

This significant bust comes at a time when Canada is under increased scrutiny from international allies over its role as a hub for the export of fentanyl and methamphetamine. The superlab takedown appears to align with serious concerns raised by lawmakers in Washington about how Canada and Mexico are being used by transnational crime organizations to distribute fentanyl worldwide.

A recent U.S. congressional report argues that the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) strategy relies less on overt military actions and more on covert tactics, including trafficking of fentanyl and leveraging money laundering, aimed at exploiting vulnerabilities across social, economic, and health domains.

"Fentanyl precursors are manufactured in China and shipped to Mexico and Canada. For precursors that arrive in Mexico, Chinese transnational mafias work with Mexican cartels to smuggle and distribute fentanyl in the United States on behalf of the CCP," the report states. "The DEA confirmed Chinese transnational crime leaders hold government positions in the CCP and indicated that Chinese transnational crime organizations are dedicated to the CCP."

"The public deserves to know about the CCP’s role in fentanyl production and how the Party is using fentanyl as a chemical weapon to kill Americans," the report adds. It recommends that Washington publicly "blame the CCP as much as the DEA and its partners currently blame the Sinaloa Cartel" for fentanyl trafficking and urges the government to "educate international allies about CCP chemical warfare" and encourage them to condemn Chinese transnational crime.

According to congressional investigations, Beijing is actively incentivizing the export of fentanyl and methamphetamine worldwide. The report alleges that Chinese criminal organizations, including Triads led by individuals with official positions in the CCP, are working alongside Mexican cartels to generate profit to fund interference operations in America.

What to Look For – Ballot vs Votes Iteration 4.0

It is not my intention to provide black pills. However, we discuss events through the prism of what exists, what we can see and track, rather than what we pretend might be in place.  Thus, today CTH fires a signal flare drawing attention away from precinct voting polling places, and toward tabulation centers.

There is some alarming evidence beginning to surface pointing toward a shift in the USA election process, specifically the fundamentally changed process that now exists behind absentee balloting.

The events in California for the 2018 midterm election appeared to be the original BETA test of mass mail-in ballot collection.  Every person in the state mailed a ballot for completion in the 2018 election cycle.  The outcome was evident for two weeks after election day when ballots continuing to arrive changed the vote outcome.

The 2020 general election then saw, thanks to COVID-19, a nationwide rollout of the BETA test: balloting 2.0.  Millions of households receiving ballots from state election officials, so the socially distant electorate did not need to assemble and vote on election day.  The process created a widespread opportunity for fraud.

In the 2022 midterm election, this absentee balloting system was still in place; affirmed into a new structural process within each state.  An awakening electorate pondered the absence of the predicted “red wave” and recognized there was a distinct difference between voters and ballots.  In general, the republicans were still focused on voters, but the democrats were focused on ballot submission processes.  2022 was essentially the third iteration from the originating California BETA test: balloting 3.0.

After 2022, playing catchup, nationwide attention shifted away from votes and election day, and people started talking about the importance of ballot distribution, collection and submission.  This has been the messaging system going into election day 2024.  However, there are strong, evidence-based reasons to believe ‘Balloting 4.0’ is something else entirely.  Election integrity officials could very well be focusing their efforts on polling and balloting processes that have moved far beyond where they were even just two short years ago.

In 2024’s Balloting 4.0, the “Tabulation Centers” are now far more important than Polling Precincts, yet we still see the majority of election integrity and validation effort, mostly by republicans, focusing on polling precincts.   Let me explain what Balloting 4.0 actually looks like.

Those who created fraud within absentee ballots as a tool to change election outcomes, have dropped the pretense of “registered voters.”   Registered, authorized and eligible voters are no longer an aspect of ballot fraud in this 2024 iteration.  As an outcome, voter rolls no longer appear to be part of the equation, and the correct or incorrect status of voter rolls is a moot point.

There are very strong indications that Balloting 4.0, the fourth iteration of a fraudulent process to control election outcomes, has now moved well beyond the concern with registered voters and voting rolls.  Balloting 4.0 is now about ballot submission REGARDLESS of registered status.

In order to receive a mail-in or absentee ballot from a state election office, in most cases the person making the request would need to be a registered voter.  Some form of eligibility filter would be required (varies by state) to gain a ballot.  Additionally, in many states’ ballots are sent out in mass mail format based on election rolls.  This has been identified as an issue, because again the voter rolls are not up to date or accurate; ergo, multiple ballots sent out to invalid names and/or addresses.  This problem still exists, but Balloting 4.0 has moved one step farther.

What happens when it is not the state or county sending the ballot or approving the request. If the state or county is doing it, voter rolls are still part of the equation.  However, what happens if ballots are printed locally, distributed and completed with names addresses and customary identification material, and then returned to the county recorders’ office regardless of and irrespective of voter registration.

Balloting 4.0 appears to be a system where ballots can be generated outside govt, by any party in the private sector.  What we would call, “localized ballot printing.”

In this instance, the distribution of the ballots can be made to people regardless of their registered voter status.  In Balloting 4.0 the completion of the ballots has nothing to do with voter rolls or pre-filtered voter authenticity.  Balloting 4.0 is simply the mass printing of paper ballots that can be scanned at tabulation centers just like any other ballot.

In the Balloting 4.0 process, the eligibility status of the person completing the ballot becomes irrelevant.  A name is printed or written, address, identification particulars recorded on the ballot, and then the private-sector-printed ballot is then submitted en mass into a population of other ballots that come from state and county government systems.

Locally printed ballots can be mailed, put in drop boxes, dropped off at election offices, or dropped off by entities who “assist” in ballot submission, just like every other ballot.

If thousands of locally printed, perhaps fraudulent ballots, arrive at a recorders’ office what is to stop them from being bulk mixed into the population of ballots from registered voters.  Yes, there are some formal filtration processes that are expected to be utilized to ensure all ballots received are from registered voters.  However, if the receiving official or tabulation worker is motivated by ideology to participate (or willfully ignore) the potential issue, then all the fraudulent ballots just disburse into a population of authentic ballots.

While some very diligent election supervisors, workers and election officials take precautions to stop such localized (ie fraudulent and non-registered) ballot submissions, unfortunately those officials and workers do not work in/around urban voting centers like Atlanta, Austin, Philadelphia, Pittsburg, Milwaukee, Detroit etc.  You can see the issue.

Pushing the issue and question up the chain as an outcome of boots on the ground research, I have yet to hear a response from any election official or career election integrity professional who has an answer for this problem.  This concerns me because we are clearly seeing the tell-tale signs of localized ballot printing starting to surface.

We are seeing reports of multiple state, county and municipal tabulation centers who are having trouble scanning a significant percentage the population of the ballots they are receiving.  Significant enough to change an election outcome.  I would strongly urge readers to pay close attention to reports of some ballots “not scanning” correctly or having formatting issues when compared to the overall population of ballots.

This is NOT an issue that encompasses double scanning of ballots.  This is an issue of the authenticity of the ballots themselves.  The authenticity of the ballot stems from the authorized authenticity of the voter, and voter identification is protected by a myriad of laws, rules and regulations making that part of the system check almost impossible after the ballot is scanned, accepted and/or adjudicated.

I suspect “Balloting iteration 4.0,” the system in place for 2024, is no longer a ballot issue connected to registered voters and voter rolls.  I suspect ballot fraud in 2024 is now directly and simply the raw generation of physical ballots that have no connection whatsoever to registration processes.

Remember, because the way we value voting rights as a fundamental right for Americans, in every case of ballot review the election system comes from a predisposition that every arriving ballot is valid and authentic.  Issues of doubt are weighted heavily in favor of the submission.  It is rare to have a voting ballot disqualified by a system designed to protect voting ballots.  Those who intentionally support fraud, count on this predisposition of validity [See Marc Elias].

If this perspective is accurate, and there’s no reason to think it is not, then election integrity focus on polling places is wasted energy.  The real venues that should be getting the majority of attention are ballot tabulation centers.  That is where incoming ballots need to be authenticated before they enter any scanning system to record the vote.

Once the ballot is scanned and tabulated, it’s over.  There will never be a process to reverse or remove a legally recorded vote, even if that ballot is fraudulent.
