Biden’s Climate Change Scare Tactics Aren’t Working

First, the stage must be set.  The joke that currently occupies the Bully Pulpit says he’s the first climate president, says he’s making history by confronting the climate crisis, not denying it.  “I’m taking the most significant action on climate ever in the history of the world.”  Now to his latest tactic.

Biden gave a warning on climate change in September 2021, when he surveyed damage caused by Hurricane Ida in New York and New Jersey.  “We’ve got to listen to the scientists ... they all tell us this is code red. ... The nation and the world are in peril, and that’s not hyperbole.  This is everybody’s crisis.”

While in Louisiana he said, “We don’t have any more time.”

In November 2021, at the COP26 climate conference in Glasgow, Scotland, Biden said, “This is the challenge of our collective lifetimes.  The existential threat to human existence as we know it.  And every day we delay, the cost of inaction increases.”

In Hanoi in September 2023, Biden attempted to scare everyone when he said, “The sole threat to humanity’s existence is climate change, and that not even nuclear conflict poses a similar danger.”

During a White House speech in November 2023, Biden again used his scare tactics: “The impacts we’re seeing [caused by weather] are only going to get worse, more frequent, more ferocious, and more costly.”

There’s little doubt that our “first climate president” is trying to scare people, especially young voters, into thinking climate change has reached crisis mode and we must do whatever it takes to mitigate it — now!

So with Biden’s daily emphasis on climate change (or crisis), one would expect the issue to be of grave concern, to be among the top issues on the public’s list...and therefore be reflected on the CBS/YouGov survey.  But no, it’s eighth, next to last.  Look at the list (ranked by Very Important):

How important are each of these issues in the U.S. Today?

When people face real problems (such as the economy, inflation, crime, and the border), contrived ones (such as climate change) tend to wither away.  This table is bad news for Biden.  It indicates he has some scaring to do.

(In fact, one wonders if Biden — and Democrats — have seen this survey, as his and their primary issues [abortion, climate change] are far from the most important ones.)

As an evaluation of the effectiveness of Joe Biden’s scare tactic, examine the results for question 14 in the survey: “From what you know, which candidate’s approach to dealing with climate change do you agree with more?”

Biden

36.00%

Trump

35.00%

28.00%

Since the margin of error is 2.7%, the above percentages of agreement can be interpreted as tied.  Joe Biden’s scare tactics aren’t working well, since his effectiveness doesn’t differ from Trump’s.  Interpretation: more scaring needed.

Further, more than half said that regardless of who wins in November, the winner’s climate change policies won’t make any difference at all (see questions 16 and 17).  More scaring needed.

The following questions address exclusively opinions about Joe Biden’s dealing with climate change.

Consider survey question 24: “So far, do you think the Biden administration has done too much, too little, or about the right amount in its efforts to reduce climate change?”

Too much

With the high priority Biden has placed upon climate change, one would expect the first and third categories to be at or near 0% and the second category to be near 100%.  To hear Biden mumble, we can never do too much to combat humanity’s greatest mortal enemy.  And with daily (or more often) announcements by him and the MSM, one would expect the last category to be at or near 0%.  More scaring needed.

For further effectiveness evaluation, examine the results for question 25 in the survey: “How much have you heard or read about what the Biden Administration has done so far to deal with climate change?”

A Lot

36.00%

Since all of his executive orders and EPA edicts, tax increases and rebates, gifts/grants to companies manufacturing “green energy” production hardware, and E.V.s and E.V. infrastructure promises, his message doesn’t seem to be getting out.  After spending literally billions of dollars to deal with climate change (as well as the MSMs endless emphasis on the subject), one would think that more than 14% of the U.S. population would be “a lot” aware of his efforts — and that the third and fourth categories would be near 0%.  The last category is telling about the MSM.  More scaring needed.

Let’s delve a bit deeper into the survey results to accomplish further evaluation.  Joe Biden is touting his pro-environment policies to boost support among young voters, those under 30 years of age.  However, most of them have little to no knowledge of his actions to address climate change.  Examine these results: Administration Effort to Reduce Climate Change (question 25 for under 30 category).

A Lot of Knowledge

7.00%

Some Knowledge

33.00%

Don’t Know Much

31.00%

Know Nothing At All

28.00%

Again, with all the hype from Biden, one would expect the “A Lot of Knowledge” category to be at least in double-digits.  Again, the last category is telling about the MSM.  More scaring needed.

Biden has placed a high priority on climate change since taking office.  Yet survey question 4 reports that only 52% of under-30 voters believe that climate change is an issue that must be dealt with “right now.”  If Biden has successfully scared the under-30 crowd, one would expect that percentage to be much higher.  More scaring needed.

Bottom line: As Rachel Marsden says, “Judging by the YouGov poll, much of the American public is getting wise to climate change nonsense, as well, which is rather remarkable considering the incessant global propaganda.”

Only America First Can Reverse the Global Chaos Caused by the Biden Regime

It is undeniable that our world today is much more unstable and dangerous because President Biden abandoned President Trump’s successful America First national security policies.

There is only one word to describe the result of President Biden’s foreign policy: chaos.

Just consider how we have seen the Biden administration treat Israel, one of America’s closest and most important allies.

Biden officials have been far more critical of Israel than Hamas in the aftermath of the horrific October 7 Hamas terrorist attack, during which over 1,200 Israelis were brutally murdered. Biden officials haven’t been demanding that Hamas release the hostages it took during this attack or agree to an immediate cease-fire. Instead, they have been publicly pressuring Israel to stop the war in Gaza because this conflict is extremely unpopular with Biden’s progressive base and is hurting him in the polls.

Moreover, because of his differences with Israel over the war in Gaza, last week Biden said he was withholding weapons from Israel that recently were approved by Congress. But this week, the Biden administration said it was moving forward on a new $1 billion arms deal for Israel.

Adding to this confusion, the Washington Post reported on May 13 that the Biden administration is withholding sensitive intelligence on Hamas and is refusing to share this information until the Netanyahu government makes concessions to not launch a full-scale raid into the southern Gaza city of Rafah. This intelligence reportedly concerns the whereabouts of Hamas’s leadership and Hamas tunnels in southern Gaza.

Think about that. President Biden is actually withholding terrorism-related intelligence from a close U.S. ally while it is at war against a terrorist group.

And it gets worse. Iran fired over 300 missiles and drones at Israel on April 13, the first Iranian attack ever against targets on Israeli soil. There have been more than 150 attacks by Iranian proxies against U.S. forces in Iraq and Syria since October 2023. Yemen’s Houthi rebels have fired dozens of advanced drones and missiles against ships in the Red Sea since last October. And the Biden administration’s refusal to enforce U.S. sanctions against Iran caused its revenues to be $71 billion greater by last fall than they would have been if Trump-era sanctions had been enforced.

These troubling developments in the Middle East are part of a broader deterioration of global security during the Biden administration, including the disastrous U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, an increase in Chinese military provocations against Taiwan and in the South China Sea, a surge in North Korean missile launches, major advances in Iran’s nuclear weapons program, and a new anti-Western “axis” comprised of China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea.

It is hard to believe there could be so much global chaos during just over three years of a U.S. presidency.

It didn’t have to be this way.

We have witnessed a profound deterioration in international security since 2021, not just because of the Biden administration’s national security incompetence but also because of the president’s deliberate decision to reverse the successful national security strategy of the Trump administration and replace it with failed policies of the past.

This Trump strategy is called the America First approach to U.S. national security. This strategy brought our country a period of peace, kept U.S. troops out of new conflicts abroad, and resulted in important foreign policy achievements such as the Abraham Accords.

You have probably read articles by liberal pundits who constantly and falsely claim that President Trump’s national security policies were isolationist or “America alone.” The truth is, considering the Trump administration’s robust foreign policy and successful diplomatic engagements around the world, these claims are clearly false.

It is also not true that America First means the U.S. should withdraw from NATO or avoid working with alliances and allies. However, it does require that alliance members pay their fair share for defending their regions.

The America First approach protected U.S. sovereignty by putting the interests of the American people above the demands of the United Nations, European leaders, and American globalists. This approach makes it clear that American presidents, not the UN or globalists, make U.S. foreign policy. In addition, the Trump administration withdrew from international agreements and organizations such as the Iran nuclear deal, the Paris Climate Accords, the World Health Organization, and other corrupt, anti-U.S. international organizations because they infringed on U.S. sovereignty and were harmful to U.S. interests.

America First national security policies also strongly promote homeland security, border security, energy security, and free and fair trade.

Moreover, coupled with weak presidential leadership, the capabilities and morale of our military have been eroded since 2021 because the Biden administration sacrificed training and readiness for goals that are not related to our national defense, like fighting climate change, racism, DEI, and the effects of fossil fuels. This has seriously undermined American leadership and global deterrence. It also consequently emboldened American adversaries and rogue states.

It is undeniable that our world today is much more unstable and dangerous because President Biden abandoned President Trump’s successful America First national security policies. It is therefore urgent that we return to these policies to undo the damage that the Biden administration has done to American and global security.

The America First Policy Institute makes a case for returning the Trump-era national security policies in its new book, “An America First Approach to U.S. National Security.” With chapters by 15 leading national security experts, including Lt. Gen. (ret) Keith Kellogg, Congressman Michael Waltz, former U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, former acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf, and former State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus, we explain in detail how this approach works, its successes during the Trump administration, and how a future U.S. president can restore these policies.

It is my hope that our new book, “An America First Approach to U.S. National Security” will serve as an intellectual framework that future presidents can use to implement and develop effective and responsible national security policies that keep America safe and put the interests of the American people first.

I also hope this book assists a new president in promptly halting the global chaos caused by Joe Biden’s national security incompetence starting in January 2025.

Great American Family is rolling out the red carpet for Danica McKellar's new royal-themed Christmas movie, A Royal Christmas Ball!

This movie is the latest to be filmed and promoted on their channel for the upcoming 2024 Great American Christmas movie season. See the promo for this movie below.

Here's what we know, so far, about this movie:

A Royal Christmas Ball will include waltzes choreographed by “Dancing With the Stars” professional dancer Gleb Savchencko. It is currently set to premiere this November on Great American Family.

Story synopsis via Great American Media: "In A Royal Christmas Ball, Chelsea Jones (Danica McKellar) is a dance instructor and studio owner in Chicago who inspires kids to find themselves through dance. Just before Christmas, Chelsea discovers a photo she’s never seen before. Chelsea thinks the young woman is her birth mother who passed away when she was only five years old. The woman is in a wedding dress tugging on the hand of a man wearing a wedding ring, but that is all that can be seen of the man Chelsea believes may be her father. The photo’s handwritten inscription reads, “Our place, Havenshire, December 23, 1984.” With only the internet, a plane ticket, and lifelong determination to go on, Chelsea now has four days in Havenshire to solve the mystery of her birth family. Along the way, she’ll have to sneak into a castle, teach a stubborn Prince how to dance, and be in just the right place on Christmas Eve when the bells toll."

A Royal Christmas Ball Promo:

Great American Family is currently using the title A Royal Christmas Ball to promote this film; however, there is a previous ION Christmas movie with the same title from 2017. Danica has said the title may change to A Cinderella Christmas Ball or something similar, so be sure to stay tuned IF there are any title changes or updates.

Of course, Danica McKellar is well-known for a number of TV and Christmas movies; notably, A Crown for Christmas is her most popular royal-themed Christmas movie to date. A Royal Christmas Ball will be her third royal film for Great American Family. The Winter Palace aired in 2022, and A Royal Date for Christmas aired in 2023.

More Great American Family News - In Case You Missed It:

Christmas in July is coming to Great American Family! Great American Media CEO Bill Abbott shared this exciting news in his latest insider email with this statement, "Movie enthusiasts can rest assured that we will go back to movies with Christmas in July, and then we will have a very strong slate of new, original movies through the end of 2024!"

Further information has not been released yet about when Christmas in July will begin, so please be sure to stay tuned for additional details. Last year, Great American Family ran Christmas movies 24/7 from July 1st to July 17th, and then from July 18th to July 30th, the channel aired three Christmas movies each night, from 6pm to 12am (EST). We will have to wait and see if the network plans to run a similar programming slate for Christmas in July this year.

At the end of July, Bill shared with his followers that we can expect to see the return of Great American Pure Flix films on Monday nights, beginning with GOD’S COUNTRY SONG on Monday, July 29th, and HEAVEN SENT on Monday, August 6th. MR. MANHATTAN, starring Alexa and Carlos PenaVega, will premiere May 23rd on the streaming source Great American Pure Flix and is projected to premiere on Great American Family in September.

Bill also promises, "There be much more to come in August, September and certainly at Christmas, including a mystery featuring Candace..." The Ainsley McGregor Mysteries: A Case for the Winemaker, starring Candace Cameron Bure, is set to premiere sometime later this year.

At this point, I know some viewers are disappointed with the reruns of classic programming airing on Great American Family. Hopefully, this explanation from Bill Abbott will help explain, "The reason we have been airing older series content is the number of people who watch these shows is double, and sometimes triple, the number who watch movies according to Nielsen. While we also love our movies and would much prefer to offer these rather than old series, we need to reach the biggest audience possible to be viable to advertisers."

So, if you want to support Great American Family and the content they are building on their network, we will all have to wait a little longer as the network continues to grow its library of films and expands its viewership. When Christmas in July or the movies begin again, be sure to tell your family and friends to tune in.

Please stay tuned for additional programming details.

Trump Advisers Reveal Advance Planning to Deport 20M Illegal Aliens After Election

Ward Clark reporting for RedState

Illegal immigration and control over the nation's borders will be one of the major issues in this fall's elections, and a key aspect of that issue is the number of people who are present in the country today - and what should be done about them. Should he win reelection, former President Donald Trump is reportedly being advised to deport almost 20 million illegal aliens, in a project similar to the United Kingdom's Rwanda policy:

Donald Trump’s allies are drawing up detailed proposals to implement the presumptive Republican presidential nominee’s plans for an unprecedented immigration crackdown, including an effort that would deport asylum seekers to other countries, according to people involved in the effort.

A cadre of former Trump administration officials, Trump supporters and conservative immigration wonks are writing executive orders, policy memos and other documents in a bid to transform campaign rhetoric into policy. The goal, the people said, is to be ready on the first day of a Trump presidency to stem the flow of migrants across the U.S.-Mexico border, unwind President Biden’s immigration agenda and lay the groundwork for what the former president has said would be the largest mass deportation in U.S. history.

The UK's Rwanda project has to do with the deportation of Rwandan immigrants from the UK, in which the British government plans to repatriate over 50,000 illegal immigrants. But as the Wall Street Journal reported, it has been tied up in UK courts:

In 2020, the Trump administration struck a deal with Guatemala on a short-lived program that sent back roughly 1,000 migrants from neighboring El Salvador and Honduras to seek asylum there. Advisers want to revive the idea, in part inspired by an accord struck between the U.K. and Rwanda in 2022 that would allow the U.K. to send migrants seeking asylum to the East African country instead. (The plan hasn’t gone into effect yet because of legal challenges.)

The plan, whatever form it takes, will be a massive logistical undertaking, one official told the WSJ:

“The logistical challenges will be really significant,” a former senior Trump administration official said.

In addition to recruiting enough manpower to arrest migrants and opening up enough detention space to hold them, another important roadblock looms: The migrants who have arrived in the U.S. under the Biden administration aren’t currently legally deportable. And for those who are, many of their home countries won’t take them back. The executive actions that Trump’s advisers are planning are intended to circumvent those constraints without action from Congress.

Deporting 20 million people - roughly six percent of the American population - would be a massive undertaking, and costs would likely run into the billions. All 20 million would have to be identified, located, apprehended, fed, and housed until arrangements are made to send them home. When their turn comes to be deported, they would have to be escorted to wherever they are being deported to - put on the plane, bus, or ship with a one-way ticket, and advised that serious consequences would result from their trying to sneak into the United States illegally in the future. And that doesn't even take into account any illegals who have outstanding warrants or who have in any other way identified as being sought by law enforcement.

It would be a huge, expensive project, but unlike so many of the federal government's huge, expensive projects, it would have an identified goal, a desired end-state, and would be worth the expenditure.

Regardless of whether such a massive deportation effort could take place - and bear in mind, there would be many instant and bothersome legal challenges - it should be combined with other efforts, like crackdowns on employers that hire illegals, or people that house them, or even the NGOs who scoop them up and transport them around the country.

Here's the problem: I think the legal challenges to any such mass deportation would tie things up for the duration of a second Trump administration. It's unclear if Trump's advisers are taking this into account.

Pentagon's Gaza Pier is Just a New Way to Deliver Supplies to Hamas

Neil W. McCabe reporting for RedState

The founder and president of the Washington-based Gold Institute for International Strategies told RedState he is skeptical about whether the Pentagon's maritime corridor for Gazan humanitarian aid will improve the conditions for the civilians living there.

We have all seen the videos of Hamas snipers sitting on top of the trucks—and as people are trying to get near the trucks, they shoot them,” said Eli M. Gold, who founded the Gold Institute five years ago after serving as a senior vice president at The London Center for Policy Research.

“What makes anyone believe this won't happen just because the aid is coming across a pier that the United States built--because God knows the effectiveness of the United States' humanitarian efforts in the Middle East,” Gold said.

The problem is that aid is coming in, but Hamas has diverted it to support their resistance to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), instead of distributing it to the general population, he said.

“There's no evidence to suggest that Hamas will not usurp this aid as they have done with all of the aid coming from Egypt, Israel, or anywhere else until now,” he said.

"In fact, we may have just opened up another way to deliver supplies to Hamas instead of getting it to the Palestinians in need," Gold said.

“Once there, there is no security of the aid that’s coming across this pier, right?” he said.

Gold, who regularly advises members of Congress and their staffers, said no one is impressed when he talks to people in Washington about the Gaza pier.

“The response that I get from most people is another roll-your-eyes at this effort, which will provide no fruit whatsoever,” he said.

Cooper touts the Pentagon's success in establishing maritime aid corridor to Gaza

The deputy commander of U.S. Central Command told reporters Thursday that the Pentagon has established its floating pier on the Gazan shore, opening up a new channel for U.S. aid to flow to that war-torn region.

“Let me be absolutely clear: The U.S. military's only role in this effort is to provide our unique logistics capability to enable the delivery of lifesaving humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza by USAID and our international partners,” said Vice Admiral Bradley Cooper, a 1989 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland.

“International efforts are underway to increase the flow of humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza through all available routes, including by land, by air, and now by sea,” said Cooper.

“We are focused on flooding the zone with humanitarian assistance. This is the policy of our government,” he said.

The career surface warfare officer said the floating pier, officially called the Joint Logistics Over-the-Shore, or JLOTS, completes a triad of channels for flowing humanitarian support.

“To complement the provision of aid through land routes, which we know is the most efficient and effective pathway to move the necessary volume of assistance,” the admiral said. “We are pursuing multiple methods to deliver aid into Gaza, from the air and now from the sea.”

The admiral said the maritime corridor is ready to go, with ships standing off in the Mediterranean prepared to bring in the aid.

“I think we're going to get about 500 tons in the next couple of days. That's a pretty substantial amount, and it's spread out over multiple ships right now,” Cooper said.

“We've got thousands of tons in the pipeline,” he said.

The floating pier, also known as a trident pier, is 1,600 feet long and is estimated to have cost $320 million.

In a May 7 Pentagon briefing, Deputy Press Secretary Sabrina Singh said the workhorse vessel bringing humanitarian aid to the floating pier is slated to be the 25-foot beam container ship Sagamore, whose route will be the 360-mile round-trip between Gaza and the logistics staging station at Cyprus.

Singh said Army soldiers assembled the floating pier at sea, although there were weather delays.

The humanitarian aid in Cyprus will travel from Cyprus to a temporary floating pier several miles off the coast of Gaza, Singh said. There, at sea, cargo will be unloaded from the Sagamore onto trucks that are onboard Army-owned landing craft utility ships, or LCUs, and logistic support vessels, or LSVs.

Singh said that the Army ships are set to travel toward Gaza, where they will meet up with the trident pier.

The trucks onboard the LCUs and LSVs will drive onto the pier and onto the shore of Gaza, where the humanitarian aid supplies can then be staged for delivery inside Gaza, she said.

Chinese Illegal Aliens Are Crossing the Border in Droves Because of Biden's Open Border Policies

Late last year, Townhall reported how new figures from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) showed that there was a growing number of Chinese nationals illegally crossing the southern border.

"I'm 99 percent certain that at least a little bit of this is [the] Chinese military infiltrating for reasons harmful to our national security," Rebecca Grant, Ph.D., a national security analyst at IRIS Independent Research, told Newsweek at the time.

"Is it one person, is it a hundred, is it a thousand—we don't know, but the fact that we have to ask this question is just outrageous,” Grant added.

Earlier this year, Townhall reported how illegal immigrants from China were learning about a particular gap in the border wall through the platform TikTok.

In a House Homeland Security hearing on Thursday, several experts revealed that the Biden administration installed a relaxed vetting process for Chinese nationals who illegally cross the southern border. Reportedly, there’s been a roughly 8,000 percent increase in Chinese illegal immigration since March 2021.

“Unfortunately, under the Biden administration, Border Patrol agents have been instructed that when processing Chinese nationals, they should conduct short, basic interviews, that include only generic background questions, instead of in-depth interviews,” Republican Rep. Dan Bishop, chair of the subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Accountability, said during the hearing.

“In other words, there is no serious vetting,” he added. Reportedly, DHS directed Border Patrol to reduce the 40 questions they were required to ask down to five “basic questions” about military service, birthplace, political affiliation, among others.

“Some Chinese nationals might be motivated to seek asylum on legitimate claims of persecution…but it is more likely that they come for economic reasons or other motives that do not meet the statutory requirements for asylum…these Chinese nationals know that it is also very unlikely that they will ever be returned to China. Under this administration’s policies, even if order-removed by an immigration judge, some Chinese nationals might have more nefarious motives for coming to the United States,” Bishop explained, noting that in some parts of the country, Chinese organizations are working with Mexican drug cartels.

In January, emails obtained by The Daily Caller showed that the Biden administration was working to ease the vetting process for Chinese illegal aliens, which Townhall covered.

“This policy change has accelerated the time it takes to process Chinese illegal immigrants — this doesn’t make America safer,” J.J. Carrell, a retired CBP deputy patrol agent in charge, told the Caller. “The final result is that dangerous Chinese illegal immigrants will still be released into the U.S."

CSIS suggests those who oppose gender ideology are a 'violent threat' in Canada

No! Its Real. Not the Babylon Bee !

CSIS suggested that Canadians having issues with the gender ideology are driven by “beliefs stemming from misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, religious interpretations, conspiracy theories, or a generalized fear of sociocultural change.”

In its annual report for 2023 the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) says that Canadians opposed to gender ideology are a possible “violent threat.”

The annual report states, "CSIS assesses that the violent threat posed by the anti-gender movement is almost certain to continue over the coming year and that violent actors may be inspired by the University of Waterloo attack to carry out their own extreme violence against the 2SLGBTQIA+ community or against other targets they view as representing the gender ideology agenda."

While saying that the “anti-gender movement” poses a “significant threat to Canada’s national security, the report then admitted, “While the movement may collectively hold extreme views, CSIS assesses that only a small portion of adherents are willing to engage in serious violence.”

The spy agency could only cite the example of former University of Waterloo student Geovanny Villalba-Aleman, who stabbed two students and a professor in a Gender Studies class in June 2023 as evidence the supposed threat to Canadian security.

The agency categorizes opposition to radical “gender-affirming care” such as sex changes for minors as potentially embracing what it calls “Religiously Motivated Violent Extremism” or RMVE.

CSIS tabled its report to the House of Commons on May 7 and in addition to the usual security threat suspects, the spy agency suggests Canada is fertile ground for “exposure to entities espousing anti-gender extremist rhetoric” who “could inspire and encourage serious violence against the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, or against those who are viewed as supporters of pro-gender ideology policies and events.”

CSIS put antisemitism alongside anti-LGBTQ sentiment and claimed, “Anti 2SLGBTQIA+ and antisemitic rhetoric is spreading widely through social media and online forums among domestic RMVE adherents, increasing the risk of extremist violence against these communities, and placing youth vulnerable to RMVE propaganda at a higher risk of becoming radicalized on online platforms.

Charismatic RMVE leaders in Canada continue to use international events to amplify their propaganda to radicalize and recruit vulnerable individuals while encouraging both domestic acts of violence and international travel to conflict zones. Consequently, CSIS assesses that RMVE actors will continue to pose a domestic threat to Canada in 2024.”

The report then suggests that RMVE actors can join forces with Individually Motivated Violent Extremists (IMVE). “The anti-gender movement falls within the gender/identity driven violence category of IMVE and is defined as the ideological opposition to the socio-cultural shifts that are represented by the integration and acceptance of gender theory, including acceptance of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.”

CSIS then suggested that Canadians having issues with gender ideology are driven by “beliefs stemming from misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, religious interpretations, conspiracy theories, or a generalized fear of sociocultural change.”

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has frequently inserted himself and his government into the provincial education sphere and demanded that gender ideology be protected in the school system and that parental rights are superseded by gender fluidity in the classroom.

On Thursday, he again insisted that New Brunswick should change its policy of parents having the right to know if their children want to change their pronouns.

As part of its “2SLGBTQI+ Action Plan," the Trudeau government has awarded $1.1 million on a “purge fund” that targets “hateful” parents opposing gender ideology and LGBTQ indoctrination.

The contract was given to Cossette Communications on July 26, 2023 “to develop, manage a 2SLGBTQ+ Anti-Stigma awareness and marketing campaign aimed at targeted segments of people.”

Trudeau’s latest federal budget released in April 2024 includes $150 million to promote 2SLGBTQI+ teaching in Canada and around the world.
