Several school boards in Florida flip to the pro American side

Source: https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2022/08/23/leftists-crushed-school-boards-across-florida/

Florida flipped multiple major school boards from liberal to conservative Tuesday evening, continuing a nationwide trend of parents taking back control of public schools.

Florida school board elections have been a major political battleground this cycle, with big names like Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and Rep. Byron Donalds (R) making endorsements and joining the campaign trail.

While primary elections occurred in Florida, New York, and Oklahoma Tuesday, Florida has general elections for school boards, meaning the winners will be the official members of the boards.

Many of the winning candidates have been endorsed by the 1776 Project PAC, an organization that has been instrumental in flipping school boards from liberal to conservative across the country.

“We saw massive election victories all throughout the state of Florida tonight,” 1776 Project PAC founder Ryan Girdusky told Breitbart News Tuesday. “It shows the desire of parents and residents across the country for some normalcy in our education system, and that means pushing against transgender ideology, critical race theory, critical gender ideology, and equity which destroys merit in education.”

“The 1776 Project PAC hopes to take these successes across the country,” he said.

Sarasota County

The Sarasota County School Board flipped from a 3-2 leftist majority to a 4-1 conservative majority.

All three conservative candidates — Bridget Ziegler, Robyn Marinelli, and Timothy Enos — won their elections to flip the board.

Each was endorsed by the 1776 Project PAC and Gov. DeSantis.

Clay County

The Clay County School Board now has a 3-2 conservative majority after three conservative candidates won their elections.

Erin Skipper, Michele Hanson, and Ashley Gilhousen won their seats — all of whom were endorsed by the 1776 Project PAC.

This school board has been the subject of much controversy, with recent testimony from father Wendell Perez telling the Florida surgeon general that Clay County Public Schools secretly starting “transitioning” his 12-year-old daughter without his knowledge.

Perez’s daughter was called a male name and pronouns. She soon afterward attempted suicide in her school’s restroom.

Duval County / City of Jacksonville

The Duval County School Board, which also encompasses the City of Jacksonville, also flipped conservative Tuesday evening.

DeSantis-backed candidates Charlotte Joyce and April Carney won their seats — Joyce was reelected and Carney defeated incumbent Elizabeth Andersen. Both candidates were also endorsed by the 1776 Project PAC.

As Breitbart News reported, Andersen had been caught in the past few weeks using racially charged language against black parents in her school district, calling those who disagreed with her publicly “tokens.”

Miami-Dade County

The Miami-Dade School Board was flipped conservative Tuesday as well, making it the largest school district in the country with a conservative-majority board.

Roberto Alonso and Monica Colucci won their elections, both of whom were endorsed by the 1776 Project PAC and Gov. DeSantis.

Martin County

The Martin County School Board has flipped conservative with all three 1776 Project PAC-endorsed candidates winning their seats.

Christina Li Roberts, Jennifer Russell, and Amy Pritchett will now sit on the board.

Turning the Tide

Many other school boards were up for grabs in Florida on Tuesday, and Gov. DeSantis made a campaign trail blitz to multiple school boards in the days leading up to Election Day.

With a surge of concerned parents due to the revelations about critical race theory, gender ideology, and equity proliferating in K-12 schools, school boards across the country are flipping to conservative control.

School board races used to be defined by their low voter turnout and uncontested races.

Since 2021, education has become a winning issue for conservatives and parents looking to keep their children safe from leftist indoctrination and unsolicited medical treatment.

Why Vote for Leftist Republicans?

A woke Republicanism could not even meet a minimal standard of a “conservatism of expediency.”

Recently I’ve been debating with my co-host on a podcast whether American conservatives should have supported the overturning of Roe v. Wade. In my view, Clarence Thomas and the other justices who regarded the 1973 abortion decision as a fraud resting on a nonexistent constitutional right were absolutely correct. Thomas was also correct to see similarities between Roeand Obergefell v. Hodges, the latter decision mandating gay marriage for the entire country. If cultural progressives want to introduce social innovations, let them do so through the various state legislatures. The Supreme Court was not established to inflict on all our states a woke wish list that cannot be implemented through normal legislative means.

What I did not initially recognize, however, is how hugely popular America’s grotesquely lax abortion laws are—particularly among younger women. The failure of Republicans to support abortion all the way through the third trimester (unlike the more limited abortion laws that operate in most other Western countries) may cost the Republicans big time, particularly among our radicalized female voters. Polls taken as in early August indicate that 73 percent of women between the ages of 18 and 49 consider abortion rights a “very important” issue motivating them to vote.

At this point, abortion as a voting issue seems to tower even above crime and open borders. In fact, it ranks in electoral importance just behind inflation and gas prices. Contrary to my earlier belief, this wedge issue is benefiting Democratic candidates, who reflect the view of younger women, particularly the ones who attend or attended universities. According to my co-host, it would be best for conservatives or Republicans to take abortion and other cultural issues the Left has captured off the table. We can then move to a more favorable terrain and focus on what works in our favor, like lowering taxes and controlling urban crime. Just look at the electoral success of such “moderate” governors as Charlie Baker of Massachusetts, Larry Hogan of Maryland, and Spencer Cox of Utah—all of whom usually stand with the Left on social questions.

I oppose this appeasement plan on several grounds. First, I think it’s a losing game to surrender to the Left on cultural and social questions. Are “conservatives” supposed to acquiesce in chemically changing the gender of elementary school students if the Left takes that stand? Exactly when do we stop making concessions to the other side? I’m not even sure that pursuing this strategy would allow Republicans to control spending, since the other side will demand the necessary funds to pay for the social programs that spring from these positions. Will Republicans be able to oppose those measures without being attacked in the media as racists and sexists? What about opposing giveaway programs to “reeducate” the public about LGBT and abortion rights? There’s no way our accommodationist conservatives would be able to stand their ground on strictly fiscal grounds, without being blasted by the Democrats and the media as homophobes, sexists, and white supremacists. Needless to say, the Left will also come after Republicans who complain about crime as . . . guess what?

Second, why would we think that leftist voting blocs, particularly blacks and feminists, would rally to the GOP if it espoused more fashionable social positions. Odds are these constituents would continue to vote for the party to which they are already attached. It is also the party that would easily raise the ante by pushing for even more radical social positions. Representative Liz Cheney’s (R-Wyo.) delusional relationship with the anti-Trump Left should teach us that these newly found friends are not going to cheer on compliant Republicans once they no longer have use for them.

In any case the Left prefers to vote for Democrats. Although these voters may occasionally opt for a “moderate” Republican and although it may be impossible for Republicans to elect anyone but RINOs in some parts of the country, let’s not exaggerate the advantage of a general leftward turn for the GOP! Democratic partisans will gladly demonize any Republican who stands in their path, whether he’s named Donald Trump or Mitt Romney. Efforts to accommodate the Left on social questions will bring the Republicans only short-term, sporadic benefits.

Three, why should social conservatives vote for a party that is defecting to the enemy?  Some of us vote Republican because although that party is nothing to write home about, it does defend our moral principles somewhat better than its opposition. I certainly do not vote Republican because I hope to give more tax breaks to large corporations or because I want to send armies to fight in foreign wars or build more military bases in Louisiana. There is a point at which even those who are voting for the “lesser evil” may decide the choice is no longer worth making. This puts me in mind of what R. L. Dabney, a 19th-century Southern theologian, said about “the conservatism of expediency, and not of sturdy principle.” I’m not sure woke Republicanism could meet even that minimal standard of a “conservatism of expediency.”

Feels nice to finally get upvote notifications news again. Here's tonight's news:

Authoritarian Democrats Heart the Deep State

What do Democrats believe will be the effect of convincing half the country they cannot vote the regime and its flunkies out of power?

The unprecedented raid at Mar-a-Lago earlier this month has energized the Democratic Party’s embrace of authoritarianism. The real outrage, they say, is not that the raid happened but that people are disturbed by it. The messaging from top Democrats, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and FBI Director Christopher Wray is of a piece: Republican lawmakers risk inciting violence by questioning the raid and the bureaucrats who orchestrated it. Won’t someone please think of the unaccountable shadow government?

Unlike Garland and Wray, Trump and his Republican allies were elected by the people. It is a peculiar democracy indeed in which agents of the state can break into the home of the opposition leader without controversy. But Democrats fancy themselves enlightened “antiracists,” which they imagine gives them exclusive rights of control over the state in Our Democracy™.

The righteousness of the Left is a thing to behold. Consider Michael Hayden, a former CIA director who endorsed executing Trump over innuendo about “nuclear weapons” and the Espionage Act. Hayden, as it happens, also believes that the Trump movement is a terrorist threat worse than al-Qaeda. Go figure.

Hayden is not alone. After January 6, 2021, former CIA head John Brennan, another career spy suffering from Trump-induced derangement, gave his own take on Hillary Clinton’s “basket of deplorables”: the Trump movement is an “insurgency” and “unholy alliance” of “religious extremists, authoritarians, fascists, bigots, racists, nativists, even libertarians,” he said.

What do you do with insurgencies? Why, you crush them, of course.

Is it any wonder that Democrats have embraced the deep state? Democrats know as well as the Right does that the leadership of the FBI, Justice Department, and CIA are filled with leftist partisans who see Trump and his followers the same way they do, as an unacceptable threat to “democracy,” which is to say, to them.

We have no real information about the raid, but the Left is satisfied that Trump should be promptly put to death and that only Orange Satan’s “cultists” would take issue with this speedy justice.

As usual, the Left is substituting one of its childish, violent morality tales for true justice. The real threat to the rule of law is that a former president is under investigation by his chief political rival, and that the people have been told to shut up and stop asking questions about this dangerously unprecedented event. It is apparently our moral duty, as citizens of Our Democracy™, to trust the benevolence of the ruling party and its praetorian guard.

Setting aside the obvious political implications of the raid itself, its historical context is not flattering to the regime. The allegations of Trump’s criminality, of course, have been propped up by the same type of absurd claims based on anonymous intelligence leaks that drove the Russian collusion hoax. The latest is that Trump is keeping nuclear secrets in his sock drawer, or something of that nature. Yes, right next to the mythical “pee tape” we had heard so much about during his presidency.

As they clamor for Trump’s head, the Left has discovered a newfound love of the Espionage Act, a notoriously illiberal law that was enacted to crush anti-war protesters a century ago. How does Trump do it? It’s possible that the trigger-happy illiterates who comprise the BlueAnon constituency don’t know what the Espionage Act is, or that they just don’t care. It has “espionage” in the title, which means Trump is a traitor. That’s all we need to know.

“No one is above the law,” they say. But the law is not an abstract concept. It has to be enforced. In the hands of the Democratic Party, the rule of law has been corrupted into the rule of men. Oppose the regime, and armed guards just might break into your home. No, the regime doesn’t care if you are a former president. The “rule of law” does not make exceptions.

For all their grandstanding about democracy, Democrats have rejected rule by consent for rule by force. They are ready to use violence against their political opponents, as their bloodthirsty reaction to January 6 and now, the Mar-a-Lago raid, have made very clear.

Of course, rule by force can only be opposed by force. For Trump supporters, the raid proves that Trump is a persecuted dissident whose charismatic leadership is the one thing standing in the way of a leftist tyranny. What do Democrats believe will be the effect of convincing half the country they cannot vote the regime and its flunkies out of power?

Not Just The FBI: Institutions Across The Board Have Forfeited America’s Trust

The loss of trust in the agencies is not the result of conspiracy theories
but a direct consequence of their actions.

Three days after the FBI descended on former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, Attorney General Merrick Garland gave a press conference lasting less than four minutes about the raid. As he was speaking, he excoriated anyone who questions the motives and integrity of the FBI. His intent was clear: You are not allowed to criticize the FBI and its obvious double standards. Any criticism of the institution will be viewed as a “threat to democracy.” In true Orwellian fashion, the corporate media began parroting the same talking points.

The ruling elite is blinded by their groupthink mentality. The raid on a former president was the culmination of two decades of corruption within the big government apparatus where abuses of power have become increasingly brazen. The loss of trust in the agencies is not the result of conspiracy theories, social media, or millions of Americans simply becoming anti-government. It is a direct consequence of their actions.

The American people believed our institutions were operating in good faith and they took a laissez-faire approach for far too long, even as the evidence of an abusive bureaucracy was mounting. Consider the following:

In 2007, programs that were developed to target terrorists quickly morphed into domestic spying programs. The NSA began capturing and monitoring Americans’ electronic communications and metadata through the PRISM program. Both John Brennan and James Clapper denied the government was monitoring American citizens and openly lied to Congress. They were never charged with perjury, and not a single person who authorized this program was ever held accountable for this direct assault on the Fourth Amendment.

Journalists have also been routinely monitored by federal agencies making a mockery of the First Amendment. Ironically, many within the media now carry water for the institutions and serve as their private PR firms.

In 2012, then-Attorney General Eric Holder refused to provide information to Congress on the government’s ill-thought-out “Fast and Furious” program. He was held in contempt of Congress, and there are indications that he may have committed perjury when he denied knowing about the program. Lucky for him, he never received the Steve Bannon treatment.

In 2013, the IRS admitted to targeting conservative groups. Lois Lerner deemed that these conservative and Tea Party groups were guilty of having the wrong political opinion. For her actions, Lois Lerner refused to answer questions, pleading the fifth, and was found in contempt of Congress by the House of Representatives, but the Justice Department declined to prosecute her on contempt charges. Instead, she was allowed to retire, collect her pension, and never be held accountable.

In 2014, it was revealed that John Brennan’s CIA was monitoring sitting members of the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee. Neither Brennan nor anyone else involved in the program was ever held accountable.

In 2015, Hillary Clinton was subpoenaed to preserve her home-brewed email server. Following the subpoena, her email management company Platte River Network wiped the server clean, and employees sent an email with the subject line stating, “Hillary cover-up operation work ticket archive cleanup.”

In 2016, as the FBI was investigating the server, multiple people in the Hillary Clinton orbit were granted immunity. Cheryl Mills, who was a witness in the investigation, was allowed to claim attorney-client privilege. Compare that to the FBI raids on Trump’s lawyers where long-standing norms of attorney-client privilege were thrown out the window.

Hillary Clinton’s top aide told the FBI that she wasn’t aware of the private server, yet she had her own email account on it. We also know that then-FBI Director James Comey already had a draft letter prepared to exonerate Clinton even before she was interviewed. Then, shortly before the 2016 election, it was revealed that Clinton’s emails were found on a laptop shared by Abedin and her husband, disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner. Not a single person was ever held accountable for the lies, the deceit, and the illegal server.

As if spying on U.S. senators and turning a blind eye to Clinton’s malfeasance wasn’t bad enough, in 2016, the FBI began its infamous Crossfire Hurricane operation where FBI agents would use a dossier paid for by Hillary Clinton’s campaign to investigate and surveil the Trump campaign, and later, the Trump presidency. They knew the dossier had little basis in fact but presented it to the FISA court anyway. FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith doctored another piece of evidence and presented it to the FISA court. Throughout the investigation, FBI agent Peter Strzok and FBI attorney Lisa Page would routinely send each other text messages expressing their disdain for Trump and his supporters.

The investigation didn’t end when President Trump won the election. In 2017, FBI Director James Comey leaked sensitive information to the press in order to force then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions to appoint a special counsel. Over the next few years, the country would be torn apart, and in the end, the special counsel never found any evidence of Russian collusion.

What about the U.S. Postal Service’s iCOP program, where postal inspectors were monitoring people’s social media accounts and forwarding posts to the Department of Homeland Security? Again, no accountability.

Federal courts have also admonished the FBI on several occasions for illegally accessing the NSA’s repository for information on Americans.

Multiple intelligence and federal law enforcement agencies continue to monitor and collect the data of American citizens, including the FBI, the CIA, and ICE. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) has amassed millions of records on legal firearm owners even though a gun database is strictly prohibited by Congress.

What about how the Secret Service reportedly tried to cover up Hunter Biden’s firearm incident or how the FBI was used to track down Ashley Biden’s alleged diary? What about all the former senior-level intelligence heads stating that Hunter’s laptop was Russian disinformation in order to manipulate an election? Why haven’t we heard of any investigations into the current president given that he is directly implicated in the Biden family pay-to-play scheme?

Then you have the Department of Education, the National School Boards Association, and the Department of Justice colluding to target parents and label them as domestic terrorists.

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, we witnessed repeated lies from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other public health institutions, ranging in topic from vaccines to masking to lockdowns. Even worse, Dr. Anthony Fauci’s emails show his ruthless efforts to target any scientists or medical professionals who disagreed with him in an attempt to destroy their credibility.

The evidence of rampant abuse within the bureaucracy is widespread and illustrates that we should not blindly and obediently trust these institutions. Many of our officials act as if we exist to serve them as opposed to them serving us. They justify their abuses with a sense of righteousness as long as they qualify their wrongdoing with the sentiment of preserving democracy. In their delusional minds, they believe they are guardians of democracy.

Thomas Jefferson once warned, “The time to guard against corruption and tyranny, is before they shall have gotten hold on us.”

Dems in Deep Trouble: 'Suffering Index' Hits Highest in History of Measuring

Nick Arama reporting for RedState

Democrats are trying to deny reality in order to win the midterms.

In the land of alternate “facts” that Democrats would like to sell people, inflation is transitory and we aren’t in a recession. While Vladimir Putin was responsible for gas prices going up, Joe Biden is somehow responsible for them going down a little bit. It isn’t just that the demand dropped because the gas became so expensive. You should consider that a “raise” to your paycheck, even if it’s still costing you far more for gas than when Joe Biden started his term.

But the bottom line? Try as the Democrats might, they can’t change the objective reality of how badly Joe Biden’s economy is affecting the American public.

We saw at the beginning of the month the “misery index.” That was stacking up to bad news for the Democrats in the midterms.

A new study by Bloomberg Economics takes one gauge with a knack of predicting ballot outcomes — the misery index, calculated by adding up the inflation and unemployment rates — and projects it forward through election day.

The result: Based on past voting patterns, President Joe Biden’s party can expect to lose 30 to 40 seats in the House and a few in the Senate too, easily wiping out razor-thin Democratic majorities.

Now comes the “suffering index” and that’s at record highs. It’s worse than it ever was under the pandemic, which is saying something.

The percentage of Americans who evaluate their lives poorly enough to be considered “suffering” on Gallup’s Life Evaluation Index was 5.6% in July, the highest since the index’s inception in 2008. This exceeds the previous high of 4.8% measured in April and is statistically higher than all prior estimates in the COVID-19 era. Across extensive measurement since January 2008, the suffering percentage has reached 4.5% or higher on a handful of occasions.

It was 3.9 percent when Biden came into office and as Ed Morrissey at HotAir observes, it’s the steepest ascent in the history of measuring it.

That fits with how many Americans think we’re going in the “wrong direction” in the Real Clear Politics average: 22.9 percent think “right track” and 70.9 think “wrong track” in polls over the past month.

On top of that, Americans’ real disposable personal income has plummeted continuously for 18 months in a row and it’s getting worse. Even Walmart and Target are indicating that people are cutting back on discretionary items.

So people know exactly where they can trace all this suffering — and it isn’t Republicans. Democrats can say what they might, but they can’t argue with the hit that people are having on their wallets. The problem is that it was all avoidable, had Republicans been in charge. People know that because they can remember what things were like under President Donald Trump. That’s what the Republicans need to stress again and again when it comes to the midterms.

Liz Cheney: The Media’s Own Elian Gonzalez

A useful tool for Regime Propaganda.

Remember Elian Gonzalez?

Well, if you’re my age or thereabouts, you probably do.

Elian Gonzalez was the little Cuban boy whose mother drowned at sea while the two of them made the dangerous trip to Florida back in 1999.

With his mother dead, little Elian was taken to relatives in Miami. Meanwhile, back home in Cuba, his father was demanding Elian be returned to him. A court battle ensued between Elian’s Miami and Cuban relatives.

Finally, in January 2000, the Clinton administration caved to Cuba and Attorney General Janet Reno sent armed officers into the house to retrieve the boy. You remember that iconic picture of the terrified Elian Gonzalez crammed in the closet with his relative as an agent in full tactical gear pointed a rifle at him.

When Elian Gonzalez returned to Cuba, the Castro regime wasted no time parading the kid and his father around. Elian became one hell of a powerful propaganda tool for the ruling regime against those evil, evil Americans.

And yesterday, as I sat watching a clip from Liz Cheney’s interview on ABC’s This Week, I couldn’t help but think of Elian Gonzalez.

Sure, she was rejected by Wyoming voters, but in her defeat, Liz Cheney has become a powerful propaganda tool for the anti-Republican media, eager to parade her in front of cameras to rail against those evil, evil Republicans.

Elian Gonzalez was only seven when Castro deployed him as a useful propaganda tool.

What’s Liz Cheney’s excuse?

The woman is in her fifties. Yet she lets herself be used for the corporate news media’s perpetual propaganda war against the Republican Party.

She even burps out the media’s approved phrase “election deniers.”

What an unbelievably odious woman.

But if you’re going to be the media’s Elian Gonzalez, I suppose you have to adopt the regime’s talking points.

The media, fully on the side of the Democrat Party, is delighted to have a Republican turncoat to echo all their slanderous attacks against the opposition party.

An actual “principled conservative” would never allow herself to be used in this way. But Liz Cheney isn’t a “principled” anything. She’s a grasping, bitter, resentful woman who decided if Republicans don’t want her, then she’ll burn down the whole party.

She’s like an American pilot shot down by the enemy who records a message condemning the US while praising his captors with one minor difference. Unlike the pilot who was coerced with threats of torture or death, Liz Cheney is doing this willingly.

Expect the media to trot out their Beltway Elian Gonzalez every week, week in and week out, from now until the Midterm elections.

And this loathsome, bitter fishwife will play her role willingly and with a song in her heart.

Not a Joke: Biden to Hold 'Unity Summit' After Purposely Dividing America Since First Day in Office

Mike Miller reporting for RedState

You can’t make this stuff up. Thankfully, as a political pundit, I don’t have to. If there has ever been a more target-rich presidency than that of Mr. “Unity” himself, Joe Biden, I’m unfamiliar with which one it was. Chances are, there hasn’t been one. “Not a joke, Jack” — as Joe is fond of scolding random people.

As the White House announced on Friday, Mr. “Time to Heal” is planning on hosting a “unity summit” to bring together Republicans and Democrats at the White House in an effort to “counter the corrosive effects of hate-fueled violence on our democracy and public safety.” Oh, please.

“Shockingly,” the announcement came after the FBI’s unprecedented raid on a former president, during which agents searched Donald and Melania Trump’s personal residence at Mar-a-Lago.

Why you don’t think Biden — never mind.

Do they really think we’re that stupid? Of course not. But they do know the Democrat base is at least that stupid and will buy their crock of politically-expedient crap prior to the midterms about how Biden “tried” to achieve “unity” by courageously extending an olive branch to the evil Republicans.

This thing could not be a more transparent political maneuver.

As reported by Breitbart, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stressed that Biden wants both Democrat and Republican public officials to attend, as well as civil rights organizations, faith-based and community leaders, technology, and business leaders, and law enforcement officials. It’s unclear which — if any — Republican lawmakers will be invited to attend or speak.

At the conclusion of the summit, attendees will form a circle, hold hands, and sing Kumbaya. Nah, I’m just messin’ with you. Reality: Anyone wanna toss out an over/under on how many minds will be changed at Joe’s politically-motivated shindig?

The idea of Joe Biden, of all people, holding a “unity” summit couldn’t be more preposterous. Beginning on Day One of his presidency, he killed the Keystone XL Pipeline Project, instantly eliminating thousands of union jobs, and continues his attack against fossil fuels.

Did Biden intend to send a message that there was a “green energy” sheriff in town? Hell yeah, he did.

Killing Keystone was the first of multiple divisive actions taken by a president who is undoubtedly controlled by left-wing puppeteers who have made it clear he must follow instructions, including when to sit and when to stand during public appearances, and for “God’s sake,” when not to answer questions.

As compiled by Breitbart, here’s a partial list of Biden’s divisiveness over the last 19 months

Backing the impeachment: Rather than bringing the nation together after the Capitol riot on January 6, Biden backed the second (and pointless) impeachment of former President Trump, which failed to convict Trump and only reinforced divisions.

Purging the military: The Biden administration launched a political purge of the military, causing parts of the armed forces to “stand down” while searching for supposed extremists — on the right; supporters of “Black Lives Matter” were not vetted.

Endorsing protests against Supreme Court justices: When left-wing activists besieged the homes of conservative Supreme Court justices following the leak of the Dobbs decision, Biden actually encouraged the protests, which are illegal under federal law. When a crazed left-wing activist was arrested for attempting to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Biden did not personally condemn the crime; the White House merely issued a statement condemning violence on his behalf.

Remaining silent in the face of left-wing terrorism against religious groups: In the wake of the Dobbs leak, left-wing groups have carried out terror attacks on religious institutions nationwide — and the Biden administration has remained silent.

Accusing Republicans of “Jim Crow” for passing common-sense voting laws: Biden has falsely accused Republicans of trying to bring back segregation — “Jim Crow 2.0” — for passing ballot integrity laws more liberal than those in his own state.

Imposing transgender ideology on states and local communities: The Biden administration has tried to impose a radical transgender ideology, including on school sports, without recognizing any boundary between childhood and adulthood.

Backing the January 6 Commission: Biden has supported the one-sided show trial under way in the House, in which the minority has been excluded from participation, and witnesses are denied constitutional rights even as they are slandered.

Refusing to comment on the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago: The White House has refused to comment on the raid of Trump’s private residence, even to reassure the public that the Department of Justice is not operating — again — as a political tool.

Forcing through spending bills on party lines: The “Inflation Reduction Act” — which will not reduce inflation — was pushed through the reconciliation process, as was Biden’s 2021 COVID spending bill, which — ironically — fueled inflation.

Toss in purposely abandoning American civilians behind Taliban lines, supporting males beating the hell out of females in women’s sports, and referring to on-demand abortion as an “essential health care service,” and Biden thinks he can unify America? With a staged “unity summit”?

The bottom line:

With a potential House Democrat beatdown in the midterms and possible loss of the Senate Democrat majority, Biden wants to pretend to play nicey-nice with the Republicans and kiss and make up? Again, nonsense; don’t believe it for a minute.

Then again, maybe Joe thinks the Republican Pary is as forgetful as he is? Let’s hope not.

Either way, c’mon, Jack
