pResident Marbles Says: “You might be able to celebrate Fourth of July”

This is too funny…. Does pResident Marbles, the guy who occupies a bedroom in the White House, actually believe people didn’t celebrate the July Fourth holiday last year?  Does he really think people are not gathering together right now for parties, celebrations and events?   What nonsense is pResident Marbles talking about?

Good grief, if the people around him have talked him into believing this reality, what the heck else does he believe?

The vast majority of individual Americans have moved beyond the big con job known as COVID-19.  The only remaining vestiges of it are held by organizations, institutions, corporate locales and government offices.  On an individual basis the American people are back to normal; it is only when we engage with an organization, institution, company or corporation that we have to adhere to dictates, rules and ridiculous requests.

There ain’t a person in my orbit, or any orbit of anyone I know, who is doing anything like what pResident Marbles is describing.  Yet somehow, somewhere in the rooms of advisors to the White House, there must be people who believe in Oz…  But we ain’t there, Toto.

Too funny.

He might not have lost all his marbles, but there’s a big hole in the bag….

Choose Your Ground

Now is not the time for impotent tough talk
and posturing with weapons at protests.

In America, firearm ownership is a right—not a privilege. It is guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the Constitution’s Bill of Rights and backstopped by the Supreme Court’s decision in District of Columbia v. Heller. Traditional Americans view the Second Amendment as one of the most important in the Bill of Rights. It is a part of American culture; a unique individual right of self-preservation and protection that is now either nonexistent or heavily restricted in most other nations.

Over the past several years, as the woke cultural revolution intensified, conservative conversations focused on the Second Amendment as the final defense against the tyranny that may result as progressives march toward authoritarian-style government. In response, right-leaning and independent-minded citizens have shown up at protests to exercise those Second Amendment rights by posturing with firearms and assorted tactical equipment. Regardless of the prudence involved in such actions, we are now treading on new ground.

Following the November 3 election and subsequent January 6 protest at the Capitol, the current regime set out to eliminate political opposition by casting them as “white supremacists” and “domestic extremists.” They intend to use the legal authorities, tactics, and techniques that were previously employed against Al Qaeda and ISIS against those ordinary Americans who refuse to accept the ruling elite’s political ideology.

Simply put, the most deadly counterterrorism machine from the world’s most powerful country is coming for you. You, ordinary American, are the target. Now is not the time for impotent tough talk and posturing with weapons at protests. The Second Amendment, and all of our rights, are critical to a free society, and we should seek to understand how best to exercise and defend them from authoritarian factions of the ruling elite. This is the time to get smart on how to counter this assault on liberty and avoid falling into the traps the ruling elite are setting for traditional America.

Defense-in-Depth

The U.S. military uses a concept called “defense-in-depth” as its primary defensive strategy. Defense-in-depth is a layered, multi-domain approach that uses numerous defensive elements designed to delay and diffuse the advance of an attacker. Rather than relying on a single, strong defensive line, the defender wears down the enemy, causing casualties while deliberately yielding space. Once the enemy has lost momentum and is under stress, the defender mounts a decisive counterattack to destroy the enemy or drive them back to their original lines.

This strategy also works in the political world and is relevant to our current situation. An effective political defense-in-depth strategy should include all mechanisms of political action to wear down the attack on our republic, its culture, and the Constitution. The term political action isn’t just limited to casting a vote or sending money to a political party. Effective political actions include protests, general strikes, walk-outs, sick-outs, civil disobedience, lawfare, and nullification.

The Polish Solidarity movement used many of these same political actions to bring down a socialist government at the height of the Cold War without firing a shot, despite having to outmaneuver rigged elections and a Soviet-style corrupt bureaucracy.

Where does the Second Amendment fit into the concept of a political defense-in-depth? Traditional Americans largely have aligned themselves with Jeffersonian non-aggression principles. These principles define a moral obligation to use non-violent means to achieve political and cultural change, and to use aggression/violence only in defense when other options are unavailable, ineffective, or imprudent.

Consider the colonists in their struggle against the Crown. The colonists built a political movement that unsuccessfully petitioned the crown for a redress of grievances before they took up arms against the British. Colonists used political actions of civil disobedience, such as the famous Boston Tea Party, to make their voices heard. They did not deploy arms before they had the intent to use them. Armed resistance came later, as a collective political activity deliberately applied at designated times to achieve a defined objective. In this struggle, armed resistance was not a single screaming Yankee flinging himself at the nearest redcoat.

The maxim, “When the people fear the government there is tyranny. When the government fears the people there is liberty,” is instructive in the relationship between the citizen and the ruling elite.

The ruling elite watches and measures the citizenry’s engagement with the actions of government. If the ruling elite sees that the citizenry does not possess the strength of will to hold them to account, then the ruling elite will do as they wish against the citizenry. In this case, the citizenry has incentivized the corruption and tyranny from which it suffers. On the other hand, if the citizenry demonstrates the strength of will to mobilize, organize, and exert its power to hold the ruling elite accountable, then it is the citizenry who is feared . . . thus liberty.

The Second Amendment represents the natural right of Americans to defend themselves, their property, and their way of life through the use of arms. It is not the rifle that the authoritarian fears, but the organized people who might wield it. The Second Amendment, as a deterrent against tyranny and authoritarian government, is a weapon of mutually assured destruction. Its use will necessarily set in motion draconian retaliatory actions by the government and the citizenry. Its employment is costly and is not a move to be taken lightly. The ruling elite understands this. They know that if Americans can’t muster the strength of will to organize, rise up, and use the political measures that are short of armed rebellion, then they most assuredly do not possess the strength of will and courage to cross the line to armed rebellion.

At this point, the Second Amendment stops being a deterrent against tyranny and an authoritarian government and becomes simply a thorn in the side of the ruling elite—to be removed by whatever means they wish and at the time of their choosing.

In asymmetric political warfare [you are here], the weaker party wins by not losing. Its greatest strength is its ability to endure. The goal is to wear down the stronger party and use its own inefficiencies and weaknesses against it. The weaker party chooses the ground to fight on and avoids being drawn into a fixed battle. That means avoiding armed conflict unless the conditions for victory are ensured. This is the same strategy our enemies effectively used against us in Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

Leading the political defense-in-depth with the deployment of arms is incompatible with American’s traditional non-aggression principle. It is also wildly ineffective since it jeopardizes the whole concept of a defense-in-depth by undermining the remaining non-violent political actions available. It can also lead to a decisive armed conflict before the conditions for victory have been ensured.

The right to keep and bear arms is a righteous liberty. Of all the individual liberties, it is the one most feared by authoritarian regimes—a mobilized and armed citizenry is the universal cure for the jackboot. The use of arms, as guaranteed by the Second Amendment, is an extremely valuable and important defensive capability. Like any high-value weapon, it should not be exposed to undue danger of capture or destruction. It should be applied judiciously and deliberately to achieve a specific outcome at the critical point in a struggle.

Simply put, and as it was intended by the founders, the Second Amendment should be a last resort, and the last line in the political defense-in-depth.

The Crux

The Biden regime is not a sustainable political entity. It cannot continue to exist in its present state because it will collapse under the weight of its own spectacle. As a result, it needs a catalyst to move its increasingly unpopular agenda forward. The catalyst they are trying to create is a defined internal enemy. A bogeyman they can use to justify tyrannical “emergency” actions, which mask the truth of the regime’s activities and enable it to eliminate any credible political opposition.

Since the national security apparatus is the primary regime backer within the permanent bureaucracy, you can expect it to use the provocation-reaction-counteraction template that is the favorite of organizations like the FBI. They provoke and harass the target until it punches back—at which point the target is labeled a threat and a counteraction is justified.

Traditional Americans need to recognize this tactic because they are the antagonist in this regime’s Greek tragedy. If the regime’s enforcers can get traditional Americans to look like they are about to commit violence, then they can justify the passage of the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act and can implement draconian gun control policies. Once they’ve attained the legal authorities to neuter their political opposition, they can move to further isolate them under the guise of national security.

Keep in mind that agents provocateurs and government informants are now a part of the political landscape. The regime wants to restrict or eliminate constitutional rights it deems problematic, including the Second Amendment. Don’t make it easy for them by following their agents provocateurs. Those who continuously espouse violence are poseurs and provocateurs. Government informants are paid to lie for their handlers. Treat both of them like any other undesirable character and walk away.

Remember the old Russian proverb: “Three men sit down to talk about revolution. Two are police informants, and the third is a fool.”

Traditional Americans can win this battle, but they need to be smart about it. They should understand the tactics that the regime will use and not fall into the trap that is being laid. We, traditional Americans, can do this by using a layered defense-in-depth that capitalizes on nonviolent political action.

There is a certain kind of personality that is attracted to Washington, D.C. That personality may be vain, self-serving, power-hungry, and even psychotic, but the one thing it will always do is try to position itself next to the winner, the one with the power. If traditional Americans want Washington to do their bidding, then they need to look, sound, and act like winners. Traditional Americans need to demonstrate that it is the people who have the power and that the people are the ones to be feared . . . thus liberty.

How to poison the data that Big Tech uses to surveil you

Algorithms are meaningless without good data.
The public can exploit that to demand change.

Every day, your life leaves a trail of digital breadcrumbs that tech giants use to track you. You send an email, order some food, stream a show. They get back valuable packets of data to build up their understanding of your preferences. That data is fed into machine-learning algorithms to target you with ads and recommendations. Google cashes your data in for over $120 billion a year of ad revenue.

Increasingly, we can no longer opt out of this arrangement. In 2019 Kashmir Hill, then a reporter for Gizmodo, famously tried to cut five major tech giants out of her life. She spent six weeks being miserable, struggling to perform basic digital functions. The tech giants, meanwhile, didn’t even feel an itch.

Now researchers at Northwestern University are suggesting new ways to redress this power imbalance by treating our collective data as a bargaining chip. Tech giants may have fancy algorithms at their disposal, but they are meaningless without enough of the right data to train on.

In a new paper being presented at the Association for Computing Machinery’s Fairness, Accountability, and Transparency conference next week, researchers including PhD students Nicholas Vincent and Hanlin Li propose three ways the public can exploit this to their advantage:

  • Data strikes, inspired by the idea of labor strikes, which involve withholding or deleting your data so a tech firm cannot use it—leaving a platform or installing privacy tools, for instance.
  • Data poisoning, which involves contributing meaningless or harmful data. AdNauseam, for example, is a browser extension that clicks on every single ad served to you, thus confusing Google’s ad-targeting algorithms.
  • Conscious data contribution, which involves giving meaningful data to the competitor of a platform you want to protest, such as by uploading your Facebook photos to Tumblr instead.

People already use many of these tactics to protect their own privacy. If you’ve ever used an ad blocker or another browser extension that modifies your search results to exclude certain websites, you’ve engaged in data striking and reclaimed some agency over the use of your data. But as Hill found, sporadic individual actions like these don’t do much to get tech giants to change their behaviors.

What if millions of people were to coordinate to poison a tech giant’s data well, though? That might just give them some leverage to assert their demands.

There may have already been a few examples of this. In January, millions of users deleted their WhatsApp accounts and moved to competitors like Signal and Telegram after Facebook announced that it would begin sharing WhatsApp data with the rest of the company. The exodus caused Facebook to delay its policy changes.

Just this week, Google also announced that it would stop tracking individuals across the web and targeting ads at them. While it’s unclear whether this is a real change or just a rebranding, says Vincent, it’s possible that the increased use of tools like AdNauseam contributed to that decision by degrading the effectiveness of the company’s algorithms. (Of course, it’s ultimately hard to tell. “The only person who really knows how effectively a data leverage movement impacted a system is the tech company,” he says.)

Vincent and Li think these campaigns can complement strategies such as policy advocacy and worker organizing in the movement to resist Big Tech.

“It’s exciting to see this kind of work,” says Ali Alkhatib, a research fellow at the University of San Francisco’s Center for Applied Data Ethics, who was not involved in the research. “It was really interesting to see them thinking about the collective or holistic view: we can mess with the well and make demands with that threat, because it is our data and it all goes into this well together.”

There is still work to be done to make these campaigns more widespread. Computer scientists could play an important role in making more tools like AdNauseam, for example, which would help lower the barrier to participating in such tactics. Policymakers could help too. Data strikes are most effective when bolstered by strong data privacy laws, such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which gives consumers the right to request the deletion of their data. Without such regulation, it’s harder to guarantee that a tech company will give you the option to scrub your digital records, even if you remove your account.

And some questions remain to be answered. How many people does a data strike need to damage a company’s algorithm? And what kind of data would be most effective in poisoning a particular system? In a simulation involving a movie recommendation algorithm, for example, the researchers found that if 30% of users went on strike, it could cut the system’s accuracy by 50%. But every machine-learning system is different, and companies constantly update them. The researchers hope that more people in the machine-learning community can run similar simulations of different companies’ systems and identify their vulnerabilities.

Alkhatib suggests that scholars should do more research on how to inspire collective data action as well. “Collective action is really hard,” he says. “Getting people to follow through on ongoing action is one challenge. And then there’s the challenge of how do you keep a group of people who are very transient—in this case it might be people who are using a search engine for five seconds—to see themselves as part of a community that actually has longevity?”

These tactics might also have downstream consequences that need careful examination, he adds. Could data poisoning end up just adding more work for content moderators and other people tasked with cleaning and labeling the companies’ training data?

But overall, Vincent, Li, and Alkhatib are optimistic that data leverage could turn into a persuasive tool to shape how tech giants treat our data and our privacy. “AI systems are dependent on data. It’s just a fact about how they work,” Vincent says. “Ultimately, that is a way the public can gain power.”

Crazed Left-Wing Conspiracy Theorist Predicts Apocalyptic Return Of Trump Rioters Any Day Now

WASHINGTON, D.C.—After March 4th came and went with no right-wing violence at the U.S. Capitol, leftist conspiracy theorists are still expressing faith that the prophesied violence from Trump supporters will happen any day now.

"The end is near! The end is near!" chanted one crazy conspiracy theorist as he paced in front of the Capitol fence with a wooden sign. "QAnon is coming! They will descend upon the Capitol in 40 days unless Americans repent for questioning the spotless integrity of the election!"

"It is a deranged conspiracy theory to think that Trump terrorists won't storm the Capitol again any day now," said Jake Tapper, another well-known conspiracy theorist, and part-time satirist. "We must be prepared. We must repent."

According to experts, scientists, and expert scientists, the prophecy of further QAnon violence is an indisputable scientific fact. "We calculated the first date wrong, but we know it will be happening soon," said Garv Donglebuttz, a scientist.

"If you deny the prophecy," he continued, "you must be canceled. FLY FROM THE WRATH TO COME!"

5 Lessons I Learned When the Deep State Came After Me and My Family

You do not have to watch the news for long to see that America is rapidly changing. The downward slide can be found not only in our leadership but also in the shifting definitions of right and wrong blindly accepted by many Americans today.

Our leaders would have us believe that these changing values are inevitable and that they are good. That is why they are called “progressive.”

Yet to those of us who still believe in the immortal truths upon which America was founded, their so-called “progress” is alarming, to say the least.

Sadly, some will allow this alarm to grow into defeatism. They will turn their faces away from the battle before us in hopes of finding a position to retreat to.

To those who would prefer retreat or surrender rather than the fight, I ask you one simple question:

If America falls, where will you go?

Where will you go to find another nation that provides the opportunities and individual guarantees of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness?

Where will you find a nation whose founding documents guarantee a government of, by and for the people?

Name a place that offers you and your family the same or more than our United States of America.

The answer is simple: There is no such place.

In spite of our downward slide, America is still the best nation on the face of the earth. This is our land, these are our people, these are our cities, neighborhoods, and streets. This is our country.

Though the battle for the soul of America is fierce before us, we cannot afford to look away in hopes of finding retreat. There will be none.

Though I may sound pessimistic, I am anything but. God enabled me to endure a yearslong campaign by the left to destroy me and my family. They wanted me to serve as an example to anyone who would defy the entrenched bureaucrats of the swamp.

Despite their best efforts, I stand before you as living proof that victory is absolutely possible.

The very fact that we are gathered here today as American citizens free to speak and peaceably assemble should fill us with hope.

But being hopeful is not a survival plan. Hope has never won a war, nor will it win peace on the home front. In this article, it is my intention today to share with you a few lessons I learned in my battle against the dark forces that still threaten our nation today.

When fighting for truth, the most important place to start is to be well-grounded in the Truth itself. I am referring to Truth with a capital T, as in “I am the way, the truth, and the life.”

Faith in God is an essential part of the fight to restore American greatness. Our personal faith is inextricably linked to our personal liberties.

Alexis de Tocqueville, the great French author of the groundbreaking work “Democracy in America,” wrote “Upon my arrival in the United States, the religious aspect of the country was the first thing that struck my attention…

“The Americans combine the notions of Christianity and of liberty so intimately in their minds, that it is impossible to make them conceive the one without the other.”

De Tocqueville is exactly right. Prior to America’s founding, no document in the world had directly linked the individual rights of citizens to their unique value and autonomy before an omnipotent Creator.

We should not try to commemorate our Founders’ willingness to pledge their lives, fortunes and sacred honor without also acknowledging the faith that served as the foundation for such boldness.

Faith and freedom can never be separated from one another.

If you wish to have boldness in the fight for America like our Founding Fathers did, have faith in Almighty God. Trust in his power as your sword and your shield.

I must confess that I am rarely one to wear my faith on my sleeve, but fighting with the deep state taught me just how faithful our God is. Even when so many of my friends and colleagues abandoned me, God never did. In fact, going through those trials only brought him closer. Make faith an essential part of your battle strategy today.

As we root ourselves in faith, we must also root ourselves in the writings of our Founding Fathers. If we are to preserve the legacy of such great men as George Washington, John Adams and Patrick Henry, we must know what they stood for.

Anyone can learn more about our nation’s founding. Start simple. When was the last time you read the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence?

We tend to forget just how easy it is to read the Constitution from cover to cover. President Obama’s Affordable Care Act was more than 314,000 words long, but the document that frames our entire system of government is only 4,500 words in length. The average American can read it in half an hour.

Of course, if we really want to get into the mindset of our Founding Fathers, we must dig deeper. “The Federalist Papers,” de Tocqueville’s “Democracy in America,” Paine’s “Common Sense” and the writings of John Locke are all well worth the read.

America’s conception was indeed miraculous, but it was far from accidental. The men who met in Philadelphia were bold men of faith and character who risked everything to “secure the blessings of liberty.”

We must learn of their sacrifice, and we must honor it.

The great pamphleteer Thomas Paine eloquently wrote in his “The American Crisis” that “What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as freedom should not be highly rated.”

Those words were read to the entire Continental Army by order of General George Washington, but they still apply equally to us today. Freedom requires the sacrifices of every generation.

As we build upon our faith and a clear understanding of our founding documents, we must never forget the importance of our family in the stand for truth.

When no one else would stand by my side, my wife Lori was there, just as she has been since we met at 13 years old. I married my high school sweetheart in 1981, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Lori has been my rock on a sea of uncertainty. The same strength of character and conviction that made her an amazing Army wife has also equipped her to withstand the political battles of the past few years.

She is my best friend. I count myself blessed beyond measure to have her by my side.

There is a reason why the forces of darkness are trying so hard to eradicate the family as we know it. They see how powerful the bond of family can be, so they want to redefine it, water it down and replace it with a dependency on the state.

We cannot allow them to destroy the family. As long as marriages and families are strong, freedom will always have a fighting chance.

Never concede to those who say they know how to raise your children better than you do. God entrusted the care of children to parents, not to governments.

As Ronald Reagan famously said, “Freedom is a fragile thing, and it’s never more than one generation from extinction.” Take Reagan’s words to heart as you train up your children. Your fight for freedom today will mean nothing if the next generation does not know to keep it.

Do not think of the fight to protect our families as distinct from our fight to save America. The fight to protect the family is the cornerstone of our fight to save America. It is unlikely that anything else you do in life will be as important or as meaningful.

Looking again to our forefathers, we see that they acted courageously for the sake of future generations. We see their concern for their children and their children’s children in everything they said and did.

Benjamin Franklin urged ratification of the U.S. Constitution with the reasoning that “For the sake of our Posterity we shall act heartily and unanimously in recommending this Constitution, wherever our Influence may extend, and turn our future thoughts and endeavors to the means of having it well administered.”

When you fight for America, remember that you are fighting for your family (moms, dads). Make that a guiding light when you do battle against the forces of darkness.

After building the importance of family upon the foundation of faith and the founding, patriots must come to see the importance of true friendship.

John Adams called friendship “one of the distinguishing glories of man … From this I expect to receive the chief happiness of my future life.”

When I became the favorite target of the left for the crime of helping candidate Trump win the presidency of the United States and then serving as his first national security advisor, I was abandoned by many who said they were my friends.

Those who I had previously spent time with suddenly stopped calling, texting and engaging with me and my family. Only when I needed them most did they reveal their true colors.

To be honest, I felt betrayed.

Yet, it was during these dark days that I discovered that I had more friends than I ever realized. Letters began pouring in from every corner of the nation, and in some cases, from around the world.

These letters, many of them from Christians and patriots I had never met, contained words of encouragement, funds for my legal defense and offerings of prayers on my behalf in my darkest hours. These were the expressions of true friends.

I was so moved by these thousands of friends that I made it my mission to thank every one of them. I still treasure their letters to this day.

You may not receive thousands of letters of encouragement as I did, but you should think now about who your true friends are. If you are going to fight the battle for liberty, you must ask yourself whether the people you depend on are going to be with you when the going gets tough.

Remember, you are not alone. There are many other Americans like us who want to defend our great national heritage, but those who stand against us want to divide in order to conquer us.

Don’t let them get away with it. Find your true friends and stand with them boldly. We can win this fight if we work together.

So far, I have told you the importance of faith, addressed our nation’s founding and spoken to the importance of family and the value of true friendship. These are the elements I have found to be vital when everything else seems stacked against you.

Now I would like to talk about the fight.

America needs fighters today. We need those who will say as President Andrew Jackson did, “I was born for a storm, and a calm does not suit me.”

We need those who will stand against failed Marxist ideologies that have invaded the mainstream of our consciousness like a network of choking vines seeking to strangle the mighty American oak tree.

These vines manifest themselves through:

  • Social media censorship of the free exchange of ideas
  • Mainstream messaging that drives toward thought control
  • Political correctness designed to force behavioral compliance
  • The selective application and weaponization of the very ideals, laws and institutions designed to protect us
  • Large-scale attacks on the family and on patriotism itself

These problems are big problems, but you do not have to be some D.C. superstar to be a part of the solution. Victory can be achieved through the coordinated efforts of many people doing small but courageous acts of patriotism.

Start by reaching out to those around you. Be an outspoken voice in your church and community. You will be amazed how many hearts and minds can be swayed just by calmly, intelligently and respectfully presenting a viewpoint outside of what is said in mainstream news.

Next, make it your goal to be where the action is taking place. It is commonly said that “history is made by those who show up.” Take the time to go to meetings at city hall. Be a presence at your local school board meetings. Get to know your state’s legislators and keep on top of what is going on at your state’s capitol.

Don’t just complain about how elections are not conducted fairly. Be a part of the solution by petitioning or lobbying at whatever political level that suits you to strengthen election integrity laws. Contact your local party precinct about volunteering as a poll watcher. Remember, the most powerful office in the world is not the President of the United States but, on any given election day, it is a determined and patriotic precinct volunteer.

If your local officials refuse to stand for what is right, employ the ultimate weapon of the grassroots activist. Tell them that you will run against them and follow through on it.

Every politician at every level fears nothing more than the possibility of losing their power. Even if the odds are stacked against you in your township or district, a strong showing from conservatives can keep your officials from straying too far to the left in the future.

However you decide to get involved, make the decision today. America needs soldiers in the fight for freedom.

No one is coming to rescue us from our problems. Some think that the judiciary will solve all of our problems, but they have proven themselves to be unreliable at best.

Rather than waiting for someone else to fight for us, we must be willing to do the hard work ourselves.

The forces arrayed against us are great. They have money, power and privilege on their side.

They want to force the neck of every hardworking American into the yoke of servitude and taxation.

They want to force our mouths into the muzzle of Big Tech censorship and cancel culture.

They want to take our children from us, forcing them to look to Big Brother government rather than those who truly love them.

Yet, for all their plans and power, the forces of darkness can still be defeated.

A friend recently gave me an interesting new perspective on a familiar chapter in American history. Remember that General George Washington commanded a small band of patriots against the greatest military force on the planet.

My friend said “His Continental Army was out-trained, out-gunned, and out-numbered by the British Regulars. The Red Coats were a hardened and well-disciplined army against whom Washington’s rag-tag volunteers were no match.

“The colonies were divided over the war. Congress was practically dysfunctional during the most critical period. And in the infamous 1778 winter encampment at Valley Forge, Washington’s 11,000[-man] army nearly dissolved from starvation, disease, and discouragement among the ranks!”

We all know how the story ended. Against all odds, the Americans beat the British and formed the greatest nation in world history.

It wasn’t strokes of luck but divine Providence that made this possible. President Washington later charged his fellow Americans that “We ought to be no less persuaded that the propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right which Heaven itself has ordained.”

As today’s patriots, we fight for those same “eternal rules of order and right.” No matter what anyone says, the character of righteousness has not changed.

Those rules were established before the foundation of the world, affirmed by our great Founding Fathers and maintained by every American generation up to this critical chapter in our history.

With these eternal truths at stake, will you fight with me now in the cause of freedom?

Will you be counted among those who cared enough to pass the torch of freedom to a new generation while it still burns bright?

There can be no retreat and no surrender. As I asked before, where will you go if America falls?

Our battleground is here. Our shield is faith. Our sword is truth.

Victory is ours if we do not cower in the face of evil and oppression.

Will you join the fight?

For the sake of our children and grandchildren, I pray you will.

God bless America.

Garland Confirmed as Attorney General 70-30, Now Watch the Next Move

Merrick Garland has been confirmed by a UniParty Senate 70-30 (link).

Now we watch the next move(s); as with everything in Obama’s third-term, if you watch the ‘other hand’ you will find the play… and bookmark this.  With Garland confirmed there will be multiple people and groups who supported President Trump targeted by the U.S. Department of Justice. The extremist Lawfare group is openly advocating for more political targeting; to wit Garland has stated his intent to continue weaponizing the DOJ where former AG Eric Holder left-off.

…”Garland told the Senate Judiciary Committee last month that he will “supervise the prosecution of white supremacists and others who stormed the Capitol,” as he did as a federal prosecutor investigating the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing.”…(LINK)

First, as to Garland: A perfect encapsulation of the Republican votes to confirm showcase a who’s who list of TWENTY DeceptiCons: Blunt, Burr, Capito, Cassidy, Collins, Cornyn, Ernst, Graham, Grassley, Inhofe, Johnson, Lankford, McConnell, Moran, Murkowski, Portman, Romney, Rounds, Thune and Tillis.  Please remember these names because CTH keeps getting asked who are Mitch McConnell’s DeceptiCon caucus members.  Once again, here they are.

We all know that Biden is an avatar for Obama’s third-term. Hence the plan by Team Obama and James Clyburn to secure the 2020 club nomination and then later insert Kamala Harris. As a result JoeBama’s first judicial move is a slightly stealthy one.

Judge Garland was an important judge on the important DC Circuit Court.  Garland’s replacement will be a senate confirmed seat for that court.

Once that replacement is senate confirmed, we anticipate (almost to a certainty) that replacement will be quickly elevated to a Supreme Court nomination to replace Justice Stephen Bryer, now 82-years-old.  The senate will have no political ammunition to block or not confirm the radical SCOTUS pick because she will have been confirmed a few months before. It’s a smart play.

Garland himself is too old (69) and too centrist for the interests of the JoeBama ideology; but watch for JoeBama-Biden to move activist DC District Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson (50), twenty years Garland’s junior, into the DC Circuit Appeals Court role.

Despite her known activist ideology, Judge Kentanji Brown-Jackson will likely achieve senate confirmation without issue for the circuit court role.  Soon thereafter Supreme Court Justice Stephen Bryer announces his departure, and Judge Brown-Jackson is quickly nominated as Bryer’s replacement.

Having passed senate confirmation recently, activist Judge Kentaji Brown Jackson  -a black female who checks all the boxes- is then positioned to avoid senate challenge and will move swiftly through the SCOTUS confirmation process.

It is a typically Obama-esque play.  As a stand alone nomination for SCOTUS she would be a radical pick; Justice Brown-Jackson is a known activist in the DC District Court; however, with this maneuver she could get through nomination easier and then sit on the highest court for thirty years.

Additionally, Obama’s former White House Homeland Security Advisor, Lisa Monaco, will be Deputy Attorney General supporting Garland.  Monaco then becomes the insurance policy to keep an eye-out for the ideological needs of the JoeBama administration, and assist with the smart political targeting that will come from the DOJ, FBI and the IRS.

Lisa Monaco, Second from right.

It is simply how they roll.

Once you see the strings on the marionettes you can never return to that time before when you did not see them.

Place your bets.
