Lesbian attorney general: Punish any lawyer challenging election
'I absolutely believe that you ought to be held accountable'
The top law-enforcement officer in the state of Michigan is looking
to punish lawyers who have challenged the results of the 2020
presidential election, claiming the lawsuits include "intentional
misrepresentations."
Attorney General Dana Nessel, a Democrat and open lesbian, says
she'll pursue action against attorneys who filed vote-fraud lawsuits
amid claims that Dominion Voting Systems machines were electronically
switching votes intended for President Donald Trump to votes for former
Vice President Joe Biden.
"You know if you will have your name attached to it, and you have
made intentional misrepresentations of facts to the court, I absolutely
believe that you ought to be held accountable," Nessel told reporters,
according to Michigan Radio.
Nessel indicated she's looking to file complaints with the Attorney
Grievance Commission, based on her belief the lawsuits challenging the
outcome for Biden contain intentional disinformation.
"In some of these cases, absolutely. We will be asking for sanctions. We'll be asking for court costs and attorney's fees."
While no lawyer was specifically named, Nessel said she'll pursue
"any" attorney who questioned the legitimacy of the vote tabulation,
according to Michigan Radio.
Nessel's remarks this week came as the city of Detroit and an
attorney for Wayne County voter Robert Davis "took their own steps in
search of sanctions against lawyers involved in one of the cases to
overturn the state's presidential election," the Detroit News reported.
Davis' filing states the court needs to sanction "the egregious
conduct of the plaintiffs and their attorneys for making clearly
frivolous arguments and using the judicial system to obtain
unprecedented relief, to satisfy plaintiffs' selfish and destructive
political agendas."
His motion cites a section of law permitting a judge to require
lawyers to pay "excess costs, expenses and attorney's fee" for conduct
that "multiplies the proceedings in any case unreasonably and
vexatiously."
"It is unfathomable that licensed attorneys would deliberately file
false and misleading affidavits and pleadings with the Court in an
effort to disenfranchise millions of Michigan residents," Davis said.
"Not only should these individuals and their attorneys be assessed
financial sanctions, but they also should be barred from practicing in
the federal courts in the Eastern District of Michigan."
The Detroit News reported the attorney general's requests for
sanctions "will likely be made after the cases have been closed out."
"Some of these cases where we know for a fact there were intentional
misrepresentations made -- the kind of misrepresentation that there is
no question of fact that these were inaccurate statements that were
presented to the court -- yes, myself and also Secretary Benson, will be
filing complaints to the Attorney Grievance Commission," Nessel said.
"I think we need to go back to a time where you can trust an attorney
is making an accurate and truthful representation to the court because
if they don't, then they won't be able to practice law anymore," she
added.
Hans Christian Andersen’s celebrated folk tale The Emperor’s New Clothes
serves as a parable for our ideological age and in particular for the
current political environment in the U.S. in which a presidential
election has been stolen from the people by massive and undoubted
electoral fraud.
We remember how the tale begins. A
team of weavers come to town and convince the Emperor that they can
weave him a magical suit of clothes of unsurpassed magnificence that can
also serve to distinguish the foolish from the wise. Only those unfit
for the jobs and positions they hold will not be able to see it; the
rest will be in awe of the beauty of the apparel. The weavers pretend
“to work at the empty looms until late at night…cutting the air with
their scissors and sewing with needles without any thread in them.”
The Emperor sends his emissaries to
examine the wondrous cloth. Unwilling to admit that they see nothing,
thus exposing themselves as nitwits, they return full of praise for the
invisible stuff. “What a splendid design! What glorious colors!” they
gush. Meanwhile “the thieves ask for more silk and gold to complete what
they had begun and put all that was given them into their knapsacks.”
When all is ready and the Emperor properly fitted, he appears in public
“walking under his high canopy” in a grand procession “through the
streets of his capital.” The people are amazed by the spectacle. “‘Oh!
How beautiful are our Emperor’s new clothes!’ they cry. ‘What a
magnificent train there is to the mantle; and how gracefully the scarf
hangs!’ No one would admit that these much admired clothes could not be
seen because, in doing so, he would have been saying he was either a
simpleton or unfit for his job.”
Except, of course, for the proverbial
“little child,” the incarnation of innocence and honesty, who speaks
the truth—“But the Emperor has nothing at all on!”—and manages to convey
his message to the crowd. “What the child has said was whispered from
one to another.” The Emperor realizes that he has gone from riches to
rags. He has no choice but to accept his disgrace and “walk on in his
underwear,” while his attendants go through the motions of holding up
his train, “although, in reality, there was no train to hold.”
Obviously, the tale cannot be applied
point by point to the current situation unfolding in the political
theater that passes for an election. As Samuel Taylor Coleridge said in
his Biographia Literaria,
“No metaphor runs on all four legs.” Nonetheless, there are enough
similarities to establish the story as a political primer, with
variations and idiomatic applications, for the sordid scene we are
witnessing daily. The sartorial travesty is or should be plain for all
to see.
The Supreme Court Justices are garbed
in their splendid ermine robes. The formulators of corrupt editorial
policy are arrayed in their impeccable suits. The political
rabble—magistrates and courtiers—occupying the seats of power and intent
on deceiving the public are covered head to toe in glittering bling.
Their flunkies, cupbearers, sycophants, liegemen, retainers, stewards,
equerries, advocates, and advisors parade in custom-made attire. And
nearly half the American public are blinded by the spurious radiance of
their leaders and opinion-makers—or appear to be, either taking
falsehood on faith or colluding in the imposture. Indeed, the vestiary
pageant that the Left has mounted is as impressive as it is specious.
The only problem is that they are all displayed, for those whose eyes
are open and who are clear of mind, in their jockeys and knickers. Some
cavort stark naked. The dazzling robes and gowns are mere illusions,
tricks of sham effulgence.
There is, mind you, a mercer’s
wrinkle to consider. Many of these pretenders surely believe they are
garbed in executive fabric but others are perfectly content to swan
about in their undies. One thinks of all the mask-and-lockdown types who
openly defy their own commandments and admonitions and arrogate
privileges to themselves forbidden to their citizen wards, whether it be
White
House coronavirus response coordinator Deborah Birx flying to her
Delaware island, or California governor Gavin Newsom partying maskless and at close quarters with his cronies, or Illinois governor J.B. Pritzker’s family traveling to their horse farm in another state, or Obama & wife
flying to Hawaii and enjoying a kayaking holiday. They—and innumerable
others—add another dimension to Andersen’s tale. On further reflection,
perhaps it amounts to the same thing. Some hide behind their imagined
glitz, others do not even scruple to cloak their naked indifference and
disdain. All hold the people in contempt.
Meanwhile, the weavers of tales,
sometimes known as journalists, panelists, talking heads, cable anchors,
and social media moguls, continue to profit from the tissue of lies
they fabricate and circulate in the hope of deceiving the multitudes and
creating a new emporium of tenuous webs and textures called a
“presidency.”
The only issue that remains to be
addressed is whether the nominal Emperor, who fancies himself
president-elect, is aware that he is strutting about in his smalls, or
whether he really believes that he is accoutered in finery “of the most
beautiful colors and patterns.” I suppose it depends on the day.
The “little child” in us, the moral
and intelligent portion of the soul, knows that we have been
purposefully gulled and cheated, grossly victimized. It is moot,
however, whether the clarity of perception and moral indignation of the
targets of the great charade can persuade the authorities—justices,
legislators—to live up to their assumed garments and dethrone the
putative Emperor, sending him back to his appropriate tailor on the
shady side of town. For the Emperor who has no clothes and trundles
about in his boxers has no business assuming the airs of royalty, any
more than the ministers, lords, and chamberlains of the state have the
right to desecrate the trappings and vestments of their office by
pretending to wear them.
Navy
Capt. Amy Bauernschmidt, who was selected earlier in December to be the
first woman to command a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, has been
assigned command of the San Diego-base USS Abraham Lincoln, the Navy
announced Wednesday.
Bauernschmidt previously served as the Lincoln’s executive officer —
another first for a woman — from 2016-2019. After leaving the Lincoln,
Bauernschmidt served as the commanding officer of the amphibious
transport dock USS San Diego, a command she left in October.
“I am
incredibly honored and humbled to be selected,” Bauernschmidt said in a
statement. “I love leading sailors and I take that responsibility
extremely seriously.”
Bauernschmidt graduated from the Naval
Academy in 1994. Women from that class, the Navy said, were the first to
serve on combatant ships and aircraft. She trained as a helicopter
pilot and spent much of her early flying career with helicopter
squadrons at Naval Air Station North Island.
She is slated to take command of the ship this coming summer, the Navy said.
Conservatives have always recovered, and the Democrats look messy.
It
was Nov. 3, 1992. Bill and Hillary Clinton managed to move into the
White House with Al Gore toting the luggage. The Democrats had the
House by a 258-176 margin. Democrats had the Senate by a 57-43 margin.
Fledgling Rush Limbaugh was only as politically influential as Weird Al
Yankovic. It was all over for conservatives.
But,
in two short years, on Nov. 8, 1994 the Republicans had gained 54 seats
in the House and overtook the advantage 230-204. Conservatives
recovered.
Then,
it was Nov. 5, 2008. Barack Obama and his Chinese/Ukrainian sidekick
had won the White House. The Democrats had the House by a 257-178
margin. Democrats had the Senate 58 to 42. Surviving Republicans were
practically reduced to tour guides in the National Mall area. It was
all over for conservatives.
But,
in two short years, on Nov. 2, 2010 the Republicans gained 63 seats in
the House and overtook the advantage 241-194. Conservatives recovered.
So, given the above should our present conservative situation be considered doomed upon a Joe Biden coronation? Well ...
Comparing
Biden’s 2020 political scorecard to 1992 and 2008 is no comparison at
all. The down-ballot Democrat performance in 2020 lacked even an
inference of overall public support for the Democrat agenda -- whatever
that is -- with significant House member reductions and minimal impact
on the Senate.
Additionally,
the Democrat party has established an unstable alliance of an aging,
alleged moderate and his Clintonesque leftovers; a radical California
progressive; Marxist radical Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifa; and a
congressional bartender and her sickle-hammered comrades. BLM is
already tapping their fingers on the desk waiting for payback. The
Democrat House can likely only afford 4 defections on legislative
initiatives given Republican solidarity (of course, not a given), but
still a challenge for Democrats to pass anything not watered down.
Moving
on to the Senate. There is a towering inferno of smoke saying
Democrats will pack the Supreme Court, douse the filibuster, and add new
states. The likelihood of that is zero if candidates Kelly Loeffler
and/or David Perdue win in Georgia, and close to zero if Loeffler and
Perdue both lose. West Virginia Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin as recently
as Nov. 10 has stated that he will not support packing the court or
removing the filibuster. There could be a few more Democrats on that
page. All that is necessary is maybe one. So, the Democrats have
little fire supporting their Senate smoke.
Now, the bad news. We are in a fraudulent system that does not ensure conservative recovery on any terms.
As Christian Bale’s character, Dr. Michael Burry, said about the 2008 housing crisis in “The Big Short” movie, “We are in a fraudulent system.”
There
was a fraudulent presidential election through manipulation of mail-in
voting and other corrupt acts. Should this fraud continue in future
elections, the chances of a Republican White House are very slim.
There
is a fraudulent media that has manipulated the 2020 election. The
suppression of the Hunter Biden story and other stories has skewed the
election. A Media Research Center poll of 1,700 Democrats found:
One
of every six Biden voters we surveyed (17%) said they would have
abandoned the Democratic candidate had they known the facts.
There
is a fraudulent social media that is also controlling the public
narrative through Facebook, Google, Twitter, and other censorship.
There
is a fraudulent education system at the university and K-12 public
school system levels twisting education into a broadcast system for
socialist sentiments and false narratives about our country’s founding.
There is a fraudulent American legal system with many black and blue robes -- but few red ones.
So,
how might Abraham Lincoln help us contend through these difficult
fraudulent times? Here are some quotes from the Brainy Quote site with
the words of the 16th president:
Lincoln:
I am a firm believer in the people. If given the truth, they can be
depended upon to meet any national crisis. The great point is to bring
them the real facts. Public sentiment is everything. With public
sentiment, nothing can fail. Without it, nothing can succeed.
The
task here is to overpower the mainstream media and big tech censorship
with alternative information sources to ensure that the public does have
the truth. Some platforms are already in place and growing with
NewsMax, Parler, the Washington Times, the Washington Examiner, Real
Clear Politics, the Federalist, Breitbart, talk radio, and of course --
the American Thinker -- among many others. These conservative media
forces need to become more influential than the mainstream forces to
accomplish our task.
The
narrative needs to be wrested from the mainstream media so that the
truth is understood, and public sentiment restored. Even a fraudulent
election cannot overcome an informed and strong public sentiment.
Lincoln:
We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts,
not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert
the Constitution.
Our
Constitution has been perverted with the 2020 fraudulent election. The
task will be to reestablish fair elections. Let us have a national
holiday for elections, in person voting with valid ID required, and only
requested exception absentee ballots with no mass mail in voting.
Without those election measures the people cannot be “the rightful
masters of both Congress and the courts” and will be subject to
continued government control through continued “perversion of the
Constitution.” A fair election will “overthrow” these perversive
forces.
Lincoln: The philosophy of the school room in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next.
Our
duty here is to stop Critical Race Theory and the 1619 Project in its
tracks. We may have lost a generation or two by being asleep at the
wheel with our universities and public-school education. It makes this
an exceedingly difficult but no less important a task.
Lincoln:
The probability that we may fail in the struggle ought not to deter us
from the support of a cause we believe to be just.
Some
criticize Donald J. Trump for not conceding an election that has ample
evidence of being fraudulent even after a Supreme Court dismissal.
Donald J. Trump is living Lincoln’s words. This has been Trump's
mantra from the escalator forward. Now and in the future we need that
same courage to not be “deterred from the support of a cause we believe
to be just” to restore America to its rightful direction.
Lincoln:
“This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit
it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they
can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or exercise
their revolutionary right to overthrow it.”
Lincoln’s
last desperate measure of “exercising (our) revolutionary right to
overthrow (our government)” would be very regrettable, but what are the
options versus a fraudulent system? Hopefully, our “constitutional
right to amend” our government will be sufficient. We need to fight to
remove the fraudulent influences to keep truth in the minds of the
people so that “our country belongs to the people who inhabit it” not to
those who would fraudulently rule and control it.
The
last wild card in the deck is the traditionally weak Republican Party,
the alleged champion of the conservatives. Will they assume the mantle
to drive home Lincoln’s guidance through the predictable, difficult
battle to overcome our fraudulent system? Finally, a valid application
of “wokeness”. It will take more than one man’s obstinate orange
courage. It will take the full force of woke, unified Republicans to
drive this home.
ISIS is calling for its followers to kill the enemy with hate and rage.
So how different does that sound from what we hear from Democrats? I
see none. And Democrats do not even have to wait for a holiday. But,
this is just more bad news for Christians in the Middle East. This
comes on the heels of the Pakistanis stopping a major terror attack.
The attack was to take place on Christmas Day in Peshawar. But
before they had a chance to put the attack in place, police raided a
house in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Khyber district, four terrorists,
including the leader of a banned militant outfit, were arrested.
You have to wonder about the explosion in Nashville on Christmas Day. It was probably a coincidence.
Besides the terrorists the police confiscated three suicide belts
and six explosive devices. That could have done ma lot of damage.
So, were these terrorists following the instructions from ISIS? Does it really matter?
Islamic terrorists always target Christians and the world stands by
and does nothing. That’s because Islamic terrorists deserve protection
but Christians do not.
If this plot wasn’t inspired by a
call from the Islamic State to murder Christians on Christmas Day, it
certainly had the same goal in mind. The Middle East Media Research
Institute (MEMRI)
reported that “on December 12, 2020, online supporters of the Islamic
State (ISIS) distributed an audio clip of a new nasheed (Islamic
religious chant) titled ‘Coldly Kill Them With Hate And Rage.’”
The
jolly folks who “released the song on Telegram included a poster
featuring a Christmas tree with a bomb attached to it, and the caption:
‘Just Terror 2020. Here are their holidays at your doorsteps, and we are
here too! And we are about to enter them with you!’ The post also
includes the hashtag #MerryChristmas, suggesting it be used on social
media to disseminate the song.”
The charming ditty includes
these lyrics: “They fought Islam day and night/Killed many Muslims all
in one time/Vengeance fill the hearts and minds/Coldly kill them with
hate and rage/Stab them, shoot them or a blast/Make their media cry and
broadcast/The khilafah [caliphate].” Well, it ain’t exactly “The First
Noel,” but at least they tried.
Muslims believe that Christians and specifically Jesus is an insult to
their religion because they claim that it’s an insult to Allah to call
Jesus the Son of God. They say that God has no equal. Gee, where does
that leave the Holy Spirit?
According to Monmouth University polling, fully 77 percent of President Trump’s 75 million voters believe that Joe Biden’s alleged victory resulted from electoral fraud. Given this widespread suspicion among tens of millions of Americans, it is little wonder that a scant 3 percent of Trump voters believe the president should concede to Biden, per CNBC’s survey.
In addition to these grave doubts about election integrity, legions of Americans just now learn for the first time about the sordid details of the Biden-Chinese Communist Party payoff scandal, in which millions of dollars of dirty money from affiliates of the tyrannical Beijing regime flowed directly to the Biden family and close associates.
Powerful groups like former CIA chiefs, corporate media mavens, and Silicon Valley oligarchs largely succeeded, pre-election, in smearing, ignoring, and suppressing this explosive news story. But now, awareness grows, as does the concomitant apprehension.
Given these twin dark clouds hanging over Biden, he faces the very real possibility of entering office as a totally hobbled and embattled executive, from the jump. But, Biden possesses the power to alleviate these doubts. If he believes that he legitimately won these swing states, albeit by razor-thin margins, then he should actually join the Trump campaign in calling for full, immediate transparency of voter information. In addition, if Biden wants Americans to believe that his family’s arrangements with the Chinese Communists were appropriate and that Biden was not, in fact, the “big guy” participating in these deals, then he should similarly acquiesce to a special counsel.
On the first point, giant Maricopa County, which encompasses the whole Phoenix, AZ metro area, aggressively frustrates efforts toward transparency.
The county’s board of supervisors voted 4-1 to defy the subpoena for full voter data from the Arizona State Senate. These supervisors inexplicably cite “privacy” concerns, despite the reality that voter information is 100 percent public record. Citizens have a legal and ethical right to see the full, updated voter rolls along with details of exactly who allegedly voted on November 3rd. But obstructionists like Republican Supervisor Bill Gates demur, stating: “I’m going to fight to protect that information before we turn it over.”
Like his fellow Republican, Governor Ducey of Arizona, Gates amazingly purports that opacity serves the interest of election integrity, even with the state’s reported differential a mere 10,000 votes out of over 3.3 million cast. The only pertinent issue of privacy relates to the actual candidates selected by individual voters which was not, of course, summoned. But all other voter information is public, by law.
To maintain process integrity, citizens can access every voters’ name, age, address, and participations in elections. Typically, counties release this information in January or February following a November election. But, there is no valid reason for such a delay. Like counties across America, Maricopa has this information now and it should all be public, post-haste. Such immediate disclosure would allow for wide-scale scrutiny, empowering millions of Americans as de-facto investigators via crowdsourcing.
For example, many of us working for Trump highly doubt the massive 84 percent turnout numbers for Milwaukee, WI, and criticize the super-low 0.24 percent mail-in ballot rejection rate of Georgia. If Wisconsin would simply release full, detailed activity reports about exactly who reportedly voted, and Georgia would post every digitized signature scan, these concerns could be quickly addressed and adjudicated in the court of public opinion.
Although corporate media endeavors to deride election skeptics as conspiracist cranks, hard evidence of irregularities and consequential constitutional controversies abounds.
White House advisor Peter Navarro recently catalogued these data points and dubious fact patterns in a highly-sourced 36 page report titled “The Immaculate Deception.” If the current swing-state results do not represent a large scale “deception,” then Joe Biden most of all should welcome imminent and full transparency to convince doubters.
In similar fashion, if Biden has any hope of entering the Oval Office with an actual mandate, then he must address the looming, ominous circumstances of his family’s lucrative ties to shadowy governments all over the world, especially America’s most dangerous enemies, Russia and China.
According to a poll commissioned by the Media Research Center, among Biden voters, a stunning 45 percent report no awareness of the Hunter Biden laptop bombshell story. Such suppression surely harms trust in American institutions, from the legacy media to our intelligence agencies. Biden cannot continue to avoid real scrutiny on this issue as even his compliant media allies become somewhat inquisitive, albeit conveniently after election day.
As with the voter data issues, if Biden wants to assume this hallowed office with a clean slate, then he must quickly welcome the oversight of a special counsel to fully vet these critical issues. Biden simply must explain who the “big guy” is and why the Chinese regime poured fortunes into the bank accounts of his family members and close associates. Unless Biden encourages and cooperates with a robust inquiry, the damning evidence of the Hunter laptop, the Senate Homeland security findings, and the credible firsthand account of Tony Bobulinski all cast a shadow large enough to darken any hopes of a Biden “honeymoon” period in the Oval Office.
Over a century ago, Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis famously wrote that “sunlight is the best of disinfectants.” If Joe Biden believes in recent lofty Democratic rhetoric about “healing” a deeply polarized country, then he, more than anyone, should welcome full sunlight upon the recent vote as well as his affairs with China.
Article by Scott S. Powell in The American Thinker
Trump: The American David
One
of President Trump’s most prescient statements to the American
electorate leading up to the November vote was, “They’re not after me,
they’re after you, I’m just in the way.” The question that everyone
should want to fully grasp now is, who is the “they” that Trump has
repeatedly referred to, and what do they want to do to you and to
America?
This
“they” goes beyond the Democrat Party and Joe Biden. Biden is not only
a weak political leader, but many are just now learning for the first
time after the election, because of pre-election media censorship, that
Biden family corruption ranks up there with the Clinton family crime
syndicate. A recent poll by McLaughlin & Associates now shows that
4.6% of the Joe Biden’s supporters would have voted differently had they
known about Biden family corruption. The media ignored and censored two
separate Senate committee reports in September, documenting the details
of large payments from numerous foreign government-related entities to
Hunter Biden and holding companies under his control, with most fund
transfers coming from relationships that originated while Pops Joe
served as vice president in the Obama administration.
What
this says about the power brokers behind Biden who knew everything
about him is that they prefer a weak and compromised leader, who is
easier to control and influence so as to assure that their interests and
goals are carried out. They own Joe Biden.
No
wonder we are where we are. There is no way that a majority of
reasonably well-informed Americans can embrace what the Democrat Party
has become -- a party that has accommodated the radical Gang of Four’s
Islamo-Marxist hatred of America and aligned its interests with Antifa
and Black Lives Matter -- facilitating wholesale destruction of property
and prolonged disruption of commerce in major cities across the
country. Winning an Electoral College majority was all but impossible
without media dishonesty, omission and censorship, and massive vote
fraud.
Should this presidential election stand, we should expect more attempted rule by Saul Alinsky’s “ends justify the means” Rules for Radicals
and Marxist-Leninist playbooks of class conflict and the vanguard’s use
of false flag causes and front groups. Race, class, and gender would
continue to be used to exploit and heighten societal division and
further weaken America’s already frayed social fabric, as well as to
exacerbate white guilt and shake down institutions for funds to support
their revolution. The politicization of science and medicine would
continue and likely undermine rational common sense health care
delivery. And the so-called Green New Deal would unleash creeping
economic coercion, undermining the free market’s vital function of
efficient allocation of resources. As a result, politically correct
directives would likely transform the economy sector by sector in
energy, transportation, utilities and power generation, causing prices
of essential services to rise -- the inevitable result of subsidies and
penalties that accompany a socialized and dependent economy.
Trump
is reviled by some of the corporate elite and the internationalist
establishment in and out of government because of his commitment to
America First -- an orientation of putting the interest of average
Americans first -- a common-sense approach to governing also exercised
by some of America’s greatest prior Presidents, such as Reagan,
Coolidge, and Lincoln -- the latter whose famous Gettysburg Address
reminded everyone, in the midst of the Civil War, that America would
remain committed to upholding government of the people, by the people
and for the people.
Trump’s
enemies also want to take him out because he stands in the way of those
who benefit from lucrative political corruption rackets and others who
embrace globalism. Many of those among the internationalist
establishment in and out of government and a growing part of the
corporate elite have accepted the subordination of the United States to a
New World Economic Order. They embrace a world without
borders for access to low-cost labor and offshore manufacturing.
Mainland China has been the number one destination, despite its
communist government that now threatens the security of its neighbors
and the United States -- a threat against which Trump is the first
president to push back.
It
was Democrats and members of the Deep State who engineered the highest
crime and misdemeanor of disenfranchising the American people through
fraudulently obtained warrants for surveillance and orchestrating a coup
against Donald Trump based on Hillary Clinton’s bought-and-paid-for
phony Russian dossier of salacious and false charges of Trump being
compromised by the Russians. That led to the Mueller investigation. Then
it was the House Democrats who then attempted to impeach Trump based on
another falsehood. While both of those efforts failed, the COVID
pandemic accompanied by lockdowns and heightened public fear created the
ideal environment for a successful third coup attempt through massive
vote fraud. First, it appeared to have worked, but now overwhelming
evidence has seeped into the public mind…
And there is a new sheriff in town, and his name is Trump.
There
is an old saying: “Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on
me.” There is no saying on being fooled a third time, but Donald Trump
is not easily fooled even once. And this perhaps explains why he was
raised up for such a time as this, in which an effective end game would
entrap the evildoers after they have committed their crimes. The cleanup
and prosecutions can start with the main perpetrators of vote fraud and
then move simultaneously to take down other seditious lawbreakers.
I
have been writing for years in these and other pages about the
inevitable downfall of America if there is no correction to the
two-tiered justice system that repeatedly declines to prosecute
corruption in high places of power -- predominantly but not entirely in
the Democrat Party. I also pointed out that unpunished crime gives rise
to increased frequency and more egregious and bold criminal actions.
The Clinton political crime syndicate was given a pass and then brought
into the Obama administration, and that may have emboldened the VP-Biden
family to ramp up the exploitation of their political position for
private financial gain. Protectors and enablers of all this corruption
included household names from the intelligence agencies such as John
Brennan, James Clapper, and James Comey. And the list of corrupt
enablers goes on.
America
is now truly at the crossroads. People are deluded if they think that
America can regain its footing and a restore relative normalcy of a
two-party democratic system and remain a respected and principled nation
on the world stage if Trump -- who pledged his oath to uphold the
Constitution against enemies foreign and domestic -- concedes defeat to
an obviously weak and corrupt political opponent whose alleged victory
was obtained by the fraud of a stolen election.
Many
American citizens and people around the world now pray that a once
great free nation of law based on a Constitution rooted in
Judeo-Christian principles that derives its legitimacy from the people
-- expressed through their votes -- will do the right thing to bring
about a corrective. If a pass is given to seditious and traitorous
wrongdoing at this level, we fall into the moral and political abyss of
banana republics and communist regimes and likely inherit the same fate
of never regaining legitimate elections once the opportunity is lost.
People
ask, why have the lower courts not acted and the Supreme Court deferred
hearing the Texas case in the face of overwhelming evidence of massive
fraud that violated other states’ rights? Some assume they are fearful
of acting because it could provoke a civil war. There are various
explanations and most recognize the lower courts tend to be weaker and
have more corruption than the high courts. But anyone with eyes and
ears knows that the civil war between truth and falsehood has been
raging all around us for many years. In the last four, it has
intensified and threatens to turn into a shooting war.
Ancient
Israel was once in a similar position when no one but David would stand
up to the threatening Philistine giant Goliath. What is lacking in
high places in America today is courage -- what Aristotle called the
essential human quality. Winston Churchill -- widely esteemed as the
most consequential leader of the 20th century -- took from Aristotle when he said, “Courage is rightly esteemed the first of human qualities... because it is the quality which guarantees all others."
America
is fortunate to have Donald Trump as president, who despite his
shortcomings, is indisputably a leader with the essential quality of
courage for a time such as this. Let us hope that day by day more
consequential Davids will come forward to play their part in doing what
is necessary to pull us back from the edge of the moral and political
abyss, and in so doing not only save but propel America, and other
countries who look to us, to be delivered to the upside of greater
peace, opportunity, and well-being.
Yesterday President Trump drew attention to an unofficial January 6, 2021, assembly of We The Peopleplanning to attend Washington DC on the date of the congressional certification of the electoral vote.
There is much discussion about the Senate vote on 1/6/21 as the culmination of a fraudulently manipulated election outcome; there is also a great deal of foreboding and anxiety as the American electorate watch to see if any legislator will rise to contest or challenge an outcome.
The group representing “Stop The Steal” is working on supporting the January 6th assembly. [Link Here]
DC insider reports indicate Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell is pressuring his GOP senators not to challenge the certification of the election.
Meanwhile President Trump is dealing with even shorter term battles surrounding COVID relief and Omnibus spending bills which put him alone against the DC legislative class. Our nation is positioned in a very tenuous time.
On the legislative contest President Trump is looking out for the greater interests of the American people while attempting to block the special interest pork spending that benefits everyone except Americans. The urgency of the Omnibus and COVID relief spending creates a narrative contest between the executive branch and the legislative branch… and the timing of that confrontation is in advance of the January 6th certification.
Ultimately ‘stop the steal‘ should rest upon the ability of We The People to counteract the intransigent and corrupt intent of an entitled political class. However, we are in this weird space where destroying a constitutional republic in order to save it has a larger appeal.
It seems unusual to say, and perhaps it is counter-intuitive in a traditional political sense, but President Trump could ultimately be stronger leading a 100 million person army from outside DC, against this corrupt system, than he can be while waging a war -all alone- inside a system that wants to see him destroyed.
One thing is certain from my vantage point: Our President, Donald Trump, wants what is in the best interest of this nation and all of the American people within it. Our president remains what he was from the moment he announced his intent in 2015, an existential threat to those who thrive on the corrupt enterprises and institutions within our government.
Metaphorically, on this exact date December 26th of 1776 General George Washington was contemplating the best interests of his own army following the battle of Trenton.
…”Washington assembled all of his officers in Trenton to discuss whether they should attack another post, hold their position in Trenton, or retreat back across the Delaware River. Washington decided that because of the condition of his army, the best move was to return to their camps across the river”…
In many ways we sent President Trump across the Delaware on November 8, 2016, to wage a war on our behalf. He achieved many victories, far more than any single person could ever deliver, and we remain steadfast in our support. However, we see with new and overwhelming clarity the scale of opposition against our interests; and we note there are few weapons available to deconstruct a network of UniParty alliances that formed over decades of entrenched graft and scheme. The absence of an anti-corruption armory is by design… the DC infection is metastatic.
Each of us yearns for a victory against this vile and corrupt system, yet the inherent nature of the self-serving DC network is ultimately the same global corrupt system holding many nations captive to the entitled dictates and fiats of a ruling class. For many people, it is easier to see the globalist trouble around the world, in France and the U.K, than here on our own shore; yet it is the exact same enemy carrying out the same fraud and scheme.
Regardless of whether Donald Trump’s legal arsenal is able to overcome the entrenched media operations drum-beating a deafening noise to distract from the 2020 fraud, hopefully the larger American “Make America Great Again” army will remain solidly behind the only leader who has proven his worth in this endeavor. Now is not the time to take any action against President Trump’s intent which could divide us.
The MAGA coalition is the most diverse, widest and deepest part of the entire American electorate. President Trump’s army consists of every creed, color, race, gender, ethnicity and orientation. It is a truly color-blind coalition of middle America patriots and middle-class voters that cuts through the political special interest groups.
As CTH noted after the media manipulation of the election began… “There is no precedent here. Seventy-four million angry American voters resolved to a common objective is not something to be trifled with.”
We do not yet know where this political crisis and ongoing battle is going to end; but we do know approximately 100 million Americans will not accept the outcome of a political process transparently filled with fraud and manipulation. That makes President Trump a very dangerous entity to the DC system, regardless of whether they admit what surrounds them.
There is no reference point for this scale of our American electorate being disenfranchised by Wall Street, bribery, corporations, media and big tech. That MAGA-million army is fuel for a stunning and cataclysmic shift in the American political landscape.
12/26/1776 …”When the Continental Army returned to camp on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware River, soldiers were exhausted. They had marched and fought for two straight days through rain, snow, sleet, and hail.”
“Washington knew that his army had far exceeded expectations at Trenton and that they faced many more challenges going forward. However, he also understood that doing nothing was even more dangerous. As a result, Washington shifted his focus to planning another engagement, at Princeton.”… (link)

The Link between Donald Trump and George Washington
The
parallels of people and events of 244 years ago are eerily familiar to
those of today. By December 1776, the once giddy prospects of American
colonists winning their independence from England had grown dim. In
December 2020, the prospect of America remaining a free nation hangs in
the balance.
The
colonial militia had fought over the decades, including in the French
and Indian War, to protect their families during crises. So Whigs and
patriots, constituting about one third of the colonial population,
believed that sheer determination to protect their homes and freedom was
sufficient to win a war against the professional Redcoats. By December
1776, it was obvious that grit alone could not overcome inadequacies in
training, tactics, weaponry, and equipment. Even worse was the
deficiency in leadership, both militarily and politically, of this bold
new experiment in self-government.
Washington
was never given the resources necessary to wage war against such a
powerful enemy. The Continental Army lacked money, ammunition,
entrenching tools necessary for survival, tents, blankets, cooking
utensils, shoes, and clothing. In the face of harsh winter conditions,
many soldiers were dressed in thin rags or were even "naked" according
to Washington, with some having broken or no shoes at all.
Many
of the Continental Army were wounded, sick, and demoralized by the
severe losses to the British. Many were deserting, and enlistment terms
would be up on December 30, leaving only 1,400.
On
Dec. 18, General Washington wrote in a private letter, "I think the
game is pretty nearly up, owing, in a great measure, to the insidious
arts of the enemy, and disaffection of the Colonies before mentioned
[New York and New Jersey, who particularly did not send the militia when
Washington called upon the governors], but principally to the ruinous
policy of short enlistments, and placing too great a dependence on the
Militia[.]"
New
York City; Newport, Rhode Island; and most of New Jersey had already
fallen to the enemy. The next target was the republic's capital of
Philadelphia.
When
General William Howe offered "a free and general pardon" to all who
would return to "their just allegiance" and take a loyalty oath to
England, large numbers of dispirited New Jersey fair-weather "patriots"
jumped off the ship of American liberty.
Theses
turncoats were followed by Philadelphians who fled to the countryside
in droves. A cowardly Congress fled from Philadelphia to Baltimore,
Maryland, dumping total control of the operations of the army onto the
shoulders of General Washington.
Washington
was undercut and thwarted at every turn by one of his own
generals. General Charles Lee whispered to Washington's staff and
generals that he had no confidence in the commander-in-chief's
abilities. Fortunately for the revolution, Lee was captured, and the
loyal and capable General John Sullivan took over Lee's troops.
Believing
the game to be "pretty nearly up," Washington decided to take drastic
action. He planned a mission that was tactically simple but a huge
gamble. He would personally lead a force of just under 2,500 men across
the river and then march toward Trenton, where they would wage a dawn
attack on the enemy garrisoned in the town.
Washington
had several factors in his favor. No one expected the Continental army
to cross the icy river and then march several miles in blinding snow,
sleet, and hail on bloody, frostbitten feet. The Continental army was
considered to be inferior, in numbers and capability, to the British
army. And, most certainly, no one expected the -attle weary Americans
to attack the British army at Christmas.
Around
8:00 A.M. on December 26, the Continental army rushed Trenton in a
surprise attack, where they encountered Hessian defenders still groggy
from Christmas Day celebration. During the hour-long battle, hundreds
of Hessians fled, while nearly 1,000 surrendered. Only four Americans
were killed.
Washington's
victorious army was soon marching back along the river road with
captives and confiscated weapons, ammunition, and other desperately
needed stores to the waiting boats and the return crossing to New
Jersey.
Days
later, when many enlistments were up, Washington rode out to meet the
troops and implored them to re-enlist. "My brave fellows, you have done
all I asked you to do, and more than could be reasonably expected, but
your country is at stake[.] ... The present is emphatically the crisis
which is to decide our destiny."
Spurred
by the recent victory in Trenton, many did renew their enlistments and
went on to more wins against the British, including a second battle at
Trenton on January 2 and one at Princeton on January 3.
Now
here we are, 244 years later, in December 2020, facing a crisis that
decides the destiny of America. One can't help but notice the parallels
between events and circumstances surrounding General George Washington
and President Donald Trump.
Like
General Washington, President Trump has been undercut by his own staff
and even his own party. As did the Congress of 1776, so have many
members of our U.S. Congress continually thwarted the efforts of Trump
to protect our freedom. The Republican Party, supposedly the party of
limited government, has been complicit in expanding the size and breadth
of federal government, with resulting tyranny. Republicans have been
complicit in allowing millions of not only illegal aliens, but also
legal immigrants to enter this nation — immigrants whose values nearly
always skew liberal, while some openly plan for Islamic law — to take
over our Republic.
Few
colonials were engaged in the fight for their own freedom from tyranny,
leaving it to the colonial governments and militia. Today, few
Americans have risen up against an abusive government, even one that has
for nine months kept us locked down in our homes and businesses
shuttered — supposedly to stop the spread of a "pandemic" while
power-hungry elites violate their own rules.
The
sellout by weak colonial patriots for a "pardon" and continued control
by a tyrannical government is a familiar cadence of those Republicans
marching in lockstep to accept the results of a fraudulent
election. Their actions will hand control of our nation over to
tyrannical communist leadership.
Just
as the British and even the colonists underestimated Washington, so do
both Democrats and Republicans underestimate the brilliance of Trump as a
strategist. As far as the election of 2020 and the future of America,
perhaps we should remember, "It's not over 'til the fat lady sings."
