SCOTUS Rules on Whether to Accept Texas Lawsuit Against Contested States

SCOTUS Rules on Whether to Accept Texas Lawsuit Against Contested States

The Supreme Court of the United States has just come in with their decision as to whether or not they are going to hear Texas v. Pennsylvania, et al, the case filed by Texas against four contested states — Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania — alleging that they had violated the Constitution in their conduct of the election, including by making up rules that had not been passed by the state legislatures.

Now Texas filed the case as one of original jurisdiction, meaning that because it is a suit between the states, that the Court can take it up on that basis. Texas is saying that their interests were impaired by the other states failing to act in accordance with their state laws and the Constitution.

But the majority of the Court clearly disagreed with that contention in their short decision.

The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State
conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.

That means they’re kicking all the other motions attendant to the original Texas filing as well.

Now there was a notable disagreement to this decision and it’s troubling that only two justices joined in it.

Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___
(Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

Both of them are saying they believe that it is a case of original jurisdiction so they have no discretion not to hear it. But they would not grant other relief and are not making any other conclusions apart from that.

Trump supporters are right to doubt election integrity

Article by David Limbaugh in World Net Daily

Trump supporters are right to doubt election integrity

David Limbaugh notes huge election coattail effect ... but the owner of the tails lost?

Some accuse Trump supporters of manufacturing allegations of voter fraud out of whole cloth and resisting the presidential election results in response to their supposed cult leader's wishes. As usual, President Donald Trump is the villain and his supporters are complicit.

But again, the Trump-hating critics are wrong. Nationwide GOP distrust and outrage over the election is a grassroots phenomenon. Trump supporters did not take their cue from Trump. They witnessed the numerous anomalies on election night and beyond and recognized mischief when they saw it.

Am I saying the election was stolen? Well, I firmly believe that massive cheating occurred, especially in the so-called swing states. I can't be sure whether there was enough to change the outcome of the election, though I strongly suspect it.

Millions of Americans don't just strongly suspect it; they are sure of it. You should see my emails – not from fringers but sober, reasonable people. They are not, as some Trump haters have charged, trying to steal the election themselves by throwing out bogus claims of election fraud.

That doesn't even make sense. It would be pointless for them to knowingly allege unprovable election fraud with any expectation of reversing the election in court. Conservative, originalist judges wouldn't do that without compelling evidence, and even then, they may not because of the monumental gravity of such an action. Dishonest advocates might falsely allege voter fraud for partisan reasons, such as to delegitimize President-elect Joe Biden, but not to steal back the election.

A large percentage of Republicans, and a surprising percentage of Democrats, genuinely believe Democrats stole the election. You don't have to take my word for it, but if you have any interest in understanding the mindset of Trump supporters, you would be wise to realize they believe they were robbed.

Let me give you some of the many reasons. We all see things through our own lens and filter them through our respective worldviews and presuppositions. But consider what Trump supporters have observed over the past four years and on election night.

  • Democrats (and the media) orchestrated and pursued a phony case of Trump-Russia collusion. They've investigated and harassed him from the beginning and fraudulently impeached him.
  • Many leftists believe Trump is Hitler – their words, not mine – and, for that reason alone, would cheat to beat him.
  • The legacy media's reporting on Trump has been almost 100% negative, and it has willfully covered up Democratic corruption, including that of Hunter Biden.
  • Democrats ran for president a man who is clearly in cognitive decline, who didn't campaign and whom the media insulated from scrutiny. They deceptively presented Joe Biden as moderate and as nothing like the extreme leftists who control his party but couldn't win a national election if honest about their agenda. Democrats knew Biden would never be the real president and would only be a stand-in for his leftist puppet masters until he could be replaced by Kamala Harris, America's most liberal senator. Biden unwittingly confirmed this sinister Manchurian scheme recently. Prefacing his remarks with "All kidding aside," he said that he told "Barack" that while he and Harris agree on most everything, if they later disagree on a matter of moral principal, he will "develop some disease" and resign. This was a chilling admission from a failing loose cannon who, if inaugurated, will have access to the nuclear launch codes – unless his handlers wisely withhold them.
  • Social media giants Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Google clearly censored conservatives and overtly interfered with the election. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg contributed $350 million – that's a third of $1 billion – to get out the Democratic vote.
  • Mainstream liberal polling outfits showed Biden with absurd leads over Trump.
  • The leftist-dominated national Democratic Party subscribes to an end-justifies-the-means philosophy, meaning it schemes and cheats to advance its agenda. It has shown this with its fealty to liberal judicial activism; its plan to pack the Supreme Court and add territories as states to gain more Democratic electoral votes; and its crusade to diminish election integrity through opposing voter identification measures, grossly expanding unverifiable mail-in voting under the cover of COVID-19 and falsely accusing Republicans of suppressing the black vote.
  • Trump's explosive popularity is undeniable, as shown by his mega-rallies, which contrasts with Democrats' utter indifference toward Biden. Trump expanded the GOP base, especially with blacks and Hispanics. Yes, many people hate Trump, but not enough to get millions of unengaged people who never voted before – millions more than voted for former President Barack Obama – to vote for Biden.
  • On election night, Trump was way ahead. Vote counting was stopped in the middle of the night in certain pivotal states, and Biden surged way ahead by morning. Kraken aside, this is suspicious on its face and even more so considering the reported ballot drops in select cities in those states. Statisticians have questioned the statistical unlikelihood of this dramatic vote reversal, even accounting for more mail-in ballots among Democrats. I frankly don't know what to make of this theory, but it certainly catches one's eye.
  •
  •  Hundreds of affidavits throughout the country allege vast voter fraud. It's impossible to know for sure what happened, but reasonable Trump supporters – and many Democrats – view these events most skeptically.
  • Republicans performed extraordinarily well in congressional races, yet Trump fell behind them in certain swing states. Scoffers say this is due to Trump's off-putting manner, which we're told particularly offends suburban women. But these same people say Trump ruined the GOP. OK, so how did his ruined party outperform him? We saw the equivalent of one of the greatest coattail effects in the modern era, and yet we are to believe that the owner of that coat didn't benefit from his own coat? Why would those who hated him reward his party – a party that has been extremely loyal to him? Truth be told, many who hate Trump are contemptuous of his supporters.

I can't possibly know how much the Democratic Party cheated in this election, but I have given you ample reasons to understand why millions are highly suspicious and many among them are further convinced the cheating changed the outcome of the election.

If President Trump's challenges fail in court, it won't necessarily mean massive cheating didn't occur. It could mean any number of other things: that his lawyers couldn't quantitatively prove sufficient cheating after the fact, that no viable legal remedy was available, that procedural hurdles (like laches) precluded consideration of the case on the merits or that the Supreme Court didn't want to inject itself into a political question.

But be assured that people are rightly concerned and brushing them off as partisan crazies will do nothing to mollify them, especially when Democrats have telegraphed their intention of rigging the system to make future GOP victories increasingly difficult. What a colossal mess!

Please pray for the nation.

The District of Corruption Has Overplayed Its Hand

Article by J.B. Shurk in The American Thinker

The District of Corruption Has Overplayed Its Hand

This is just an observation (because I'm not looking forward to gulag life), but I think the only thing keeping Trump voters from burning the whole corrupt system down right now is that nobody knows whom or what to attack.  That should be a pretty sobering consideration for an establishment class that thinks it just stole the 2020 presidential election fair and square.  If there were a ship out in the harbor loaded up with all the Democrats' fraudulent ballots from the election, there's no doubt in my mind that a hundred million Americans would dress up as members of the Washington Football Club and sink that ship to the bottom of the sea.  If the politicians and journalists who call the District of Corruption home were wearing bright red coats, I suspect they'd find themselves tossed to the curb head-first by every small business–owner going belly-up right now due to political whims disguised as public health orders.  If there were a field of battle to defend or clearly demarcated enemy zones on the map, I'm guessing the powder keg ignited from mail-in ballot fraud this election cycle would have already gone boom!

The truth is that Americans are mad, and they should be.  They have put up with four years of fake Russian collusion hoaxes and fake impeachments and fake judges using their powers to hamstring lawful executive orders from President Trump.  They have watched the CIA abuse its powers to spy on a Republican political campaign and the FBI abuse its powers to punish political allies of the president, and the only person facing any semblance of justice in the whole mess is some no-name young lawyer from deep in the bowels of the Deep State's operations against Trump who lacked the judgment to understand that his own side would use him as a scapegoat.  Police officers have been totally thrown under the bus so that lawless Democrat mayors and district attorneys could send armies of Antifa thugs into the streets this election year as a show of strength.  Old and young veterans have been watching elected officials tear up the Constitution they took oaths to defend, and if fighting broke out tomorrow, I think 90% of those former soldiers would be at the front lines the day after next.

We have a tinderbox right now, and about the only miracle saving the Establishment Club in D.C. from the impending inferno is that the Americans most fired up to tear the whole thing down are the same Americans who have spent their lives respecting the rule of law and American institutions.  Drink that irony in!  The men and women in D.C. who see themselves as part of the "permanent government" have abused their powers to take down a sitting president, Establishment Club Republicans have looked the other way as Democrats used the cover of a pandemic to justify the dumping of unaccounted mail-in ballots across battleground states to overturn an otherwise likely Trump victory, and the only thing keeping Trump voters from destroying the whole corrupt system is their own self-restraint.  As soon as enough of them decide that a two-tiered justice system that protects leftist agitators while persecuting the MAGA crowd is unacceptable or that a rigged election system that magically lifts establishment candidates to victory is illegitimate, then the whole house of cards comes crashing down.

Outside D.C., Americans have common sense, and their common sense tells them that the 2020 election for president was a sham.  By hook or by crook, and without changing current election laws through the state legislatures, Democrats transformed the 2020 election into a contest of which side could manufacture more fraudulent mail-in ballots.  Since only the Democrats were manufacturing ballots, they won by default, but only after working well past double overtime to overcome the historic turnout for Donald Trump's re-election.  Can you imagine how surprised those cheaters must have been when they realized in the hours after the polls closed that they'd have to double up their cheating efforts just to match the real voters who showed up for the president?  Trump voters were so aware that they'd have to prevail over a "margin of fraud" that they turned out in numbers that shocked everybody.  And instead of noting the huge surge in voters for the president, the Democrat press simply ignored it completely.  Even Joe Biden can't believe how many votes Joe Biden received in order to eke a win past the incumbent president's historic election night.

When nearly half of America's voters believe that the fix was in to steal victory from President Trump, you don't have a conspiracy theory.  You have something approaching a general consensus.

So here we are in an American stalemate.  Democrat governors and secretaries of state know they ignored their states' election laws in order to create so much mail-in ballot chaos that nobody knows which votes are real and which votes were cast by paid political operatives.  Establishment Republicans only too eager to get back to the pre-Trump status quo of cheap Chinese manufacturing, H-1B visa green cards for foreign workers, and endless illegal immigration labor are willing to play dumb and act as if it were completely normal for an incumbent president to break voting records and win almost all bellwether counties in the country by an average of sixteen points but still somehow come up short of overall victory.  And the Establishment Club that transcends party membership is looking at the American people with one eyebrow raised and wondering whether it'll be allowed to get away with it.

In poker parlance, the D.C. crowd is bluffing that Joe Biden won the 2020 election, and it's daring the American people to call it out.  It's a dangerous gamble.  If these people get away with it, there's really nothing holding them back from here on out.  If they can institute a system where the importance of the voter disappears and the only question is whether battleground state officials are corrupt enough to certify fraudulent election totals, then those darned rubes who value their individual rights cease to matter at all.  But if enough Americans call their bluff, well, then the D.C. corruptocrats lose everything.

If there were ever a political equivalent of 7-2 pocket cards, Joe Biden is it.  It's time to push our chips in and see what happens.

The Scars of 2020

The summer of COVID-19, quarantines, riot and arson, and an absence of confidence in the sanctity of voting ended with deep wounds on the body politic—wounds we will bear from now on.

Amid plague, national lockdown, riot and arson, iconoclasm, recession, and the most contested voting in history, the country leaves 2020 with some scars that won’t heal.

Mail-in Voting: Election Day as we once knew it no longer really exists. It has been warped, trimmed, and made nearly irrelevant in the panic of the times. The prior, but now accelerating, changes and the “never let a good crisis go to waste” efforts during the COVID-19 lockdown rammed through vast changes in previous voting norms. If the Democrats win the two U.S. Senate runoffs in Georgia, new federal voting mandates designed to supersede state laws will institutionalize the chaos.

During the slow-motion November election “process,” the last presidential debate that Donald Trump won mattered little. Some 50 million people had already voted—and 100 million would before Election Day. The Hunter Biden scandal? Even had the media covered it, the result of such new laws would have made it a late October sparkler rather than a fiery bombshell.

When some precincts reported over 90 percent turnout, and when it was impossible to verify the authenticity of such a massive influx of votes, and when the tallying went on for days and weeks in some jurisdictions, gone entirely was the idea that Americans showed up on Election Day—with only a minority of elderly, sick, or at work voting by absentee ballots. Under the old system voters showed their IDs as if they were cashing a check, signed in, had their names checked against voting rolls, and then were directed to a booth, with the election decided in a few hours—in other words, a tradition that did not always yield the correct results.

Mail-in voting now joins open borders and promises to pack the Supreme Court, and junk the Electoral College, as systematic efforts to change the system when the system cannot guarantee the Left the retention of power. It will be impossible to return to a mostly Election Day vote, and so another American tradition of more than two centuries has been jettisoned cavalierly.

Legal Looting: America had seen violent protests throughout its history. Many had been marked by opportunistic rioting, looting, killing, and arson that often overwhelmed police, the state guard, and even the insertion of federal troops. And in the mid- to late-20th century, the result in cities from Los Angeles and Detroit to Baltimore were areas of unrest that for brief periods were effectively no-go zones where the only law in the arena was the rule of stronger and more brutal.

But what was new about the recent destructive rioting in Seattle, Portland, Washington, and New York during the summer of 2020, following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis police custody, were three strange developments.

First, local and state authorities did not regularly try to suppress the violence. They either sympathized with the complaints of lawless Antifa and Black Lives Matter rioters or found the general chaos and sense of unrest during the Trump Administration conducive for Joe Biden’s candidacy in the November presidential election.

In the past, on rare occasions, authorities and police had sided with the rioters and let their terror and destruction and lawlessness continue without restraint—as during the Tulsa Race Riots of 1921 that saw blacks gunned down and their property burned with impunity by white vigilantes while civic authorities looked the other way. Birmingham, Alabama public safety commissioner Bull Connor in 1961 on occasion more or less let the Klan crack heads as it pleased. But rarely in modern times have authorities abdicated and let a Lord of the Flies mentality take over their downtowns, as Seattle officials did with the “Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone” over the summer.

Second, when violent demonstrators, arsonists, and looters were on rare occasions arrested, in most cases they were released by local and state public prosecutors, many of whom clearly sympathized with their use of violence. The result was a crash in police morale. To arrest a violent offender was simply deemed a waste of time and money, given his near-instant release and likelihood that he would never face any consequences for his actions.

In other words, as is the case in former Third World countries, America’s criminal justice system became warped. Now there was good and bad looting, permissible and outlawed arson, correct and incorrect resisting of arrest, and quarantine-violating mass rallying and mass rallying that is exempt from lockdowns. Carving out a swath of autonomy for rioters and looters in downtown Seattle proved legal; had a row of restaurants and bars done the same to be allowed to serve the people, they would have been fined, closed, and likely jailed.

Third, Democratic mayors are now avowed revolutionaries, at war with their own police departments—or at least those other than their security details that protect their families and property from the very Jacobins they empowered. In the old days, Democrats ran the cities, but a Richard Daley in Chicago, Jerome Cavanagh in Detroit, Sam Yorty in Los Angeles, or Frank Rizzo in Philadelphia at least assured the public that there would be consequences for law breaking and often begged for more federal support to quell unrest.

If one believes some of these prior mayors were racist, illiberal, or corrupt, then that indictment reflects the inherently racist traditions of the Democratic Party and its long history of delivering votes to Democratic candidates as the price of exempting their city machines from civil rights and racketeering investigations by mostly Democratic state and federal attorneys.

The common denominator with all of the above? There is no longer the rule of law as we once knew it.

Erasing Our Past: Coups, revolutions, and civil wars often witness the toppling of statues, usually of those identified as “tyrants” by self-described liberationists, reformers, and democratic activists. But in times of peace in general, and, in particular, in a constitutional United States, iconoclasm, Taliban-like destruction of statuary, and the Trotskyization of the past—whose luminaires are suddenly deemed enemies of the people—was mostly unknown.

Not now. By summer 2020, the Left was well beyond defacing, toppling, and destroying en masse statues of Confederate generals. The mob of Antifa, BLM, and renegade students had gone on to “dead white males” in general, whether it was Miguel de Cervantes, Father Junipero Serra, or Abraham Lincoln. What was new in American history was that mobs could assemble on spec and destroy or deface any statue or icon they wished—with impunity. For the foreseeable future, no civic organization or municipality will erect a statue, without first informally consulting the local Antifa thugocracy.

Antifa and BLM so terrified authorities that the latter often preemptively retired their once revered statutes, usually by night and without a vote of a local council or plebiscite. Hundreds are now hidden away in sheds and storage, apparently on the chance that a saner generation in a century or so may one day resurrect them as reminders of 21st-century mass insanity.

The reverse of statue toppling was also true, as the work of destructive creation was sanctified. BLM could simply declare plazas or sections of streets its own, brand them with its trademark BLM signature, and rightly assume mayors in Washington and New York would protect their sloganeering with the force of law—in the fashion of the Old West in which cowboys were given free rein in saloons to shoot and destroy. Defacing had now been redefined as the good ruining of public property. What is illegal is the attempt to restore a street to its original condition before it was illegally painted over with BLM slogans. From now on, mobs know that destroying art, statues, and monuments is their birthright—at least if they are professed revolutionaries.

Class War Is OK: Well before Trump, the country was bifurcating into two nations, two globalized bicoastal, wealthy internationalized ribbons within 50 miles of the Atlantic and Pacific, with a vast red interior in between. The distinctions were subtle and often hard to stereotype. But the former America was mostly left-wing. The corridors had higher percentages of the college educated and pseudo-credentialed, but more also without practical ability. They were mostly in control of the nation’s culture and politics—as defined by the administrative state, bureaucracies, media, academia, foundations, corporate boardrooms, Wall Street, Silicon Valley, Hollywood, the elite echelon of the military, professional sports, and entertainment in general.

Yet the latter in-between the oceans was what still fed, built, and fueled America. That is, the interior is where the food grows, oil and gas gets pumped, timber is cut, cement, steel, and building materials are fashioned, and things get built—from cars to tractors to plastics to shingles. Globalization gave the coastal elite a new market of 7 billion—and to the interior, outsourcing, offshoring, and stagnant incomes.

During COVID-19, the abyss widened between Zoomers and Muscles. The one often stayed home and made about the same or more than the pre-quarantine days. They enriched Amazon and various delivery services that brought food, meals, and “stuff” to their front doors. The world outside their walls terrified many of the Zoomers as if America was Camus’ La Peste, or amid the great plague at Athens.

The others kept driving trucks, spent their savings and borrowed to save their small businesses by following the orders of the ensconced—buy more air filters, refit your business, empty out three-quarters of your restaurant, shut down your florist shop. Had California Governor Gavin Newsom, mostly enriched by others, ever been subject to his own executive orders, he never would have been Gavin Newsom. Millions lost their jobs, while millions made more than ever. And the rationale? The elite Left apparently shrugged that the deplorables who dropped off their Amazon goods, or trucked in their new Pelosi-style refrigerator, or delivered the daily produce to the French Laundry, never quite got with the plan. In our brave new world, Oprah was a victim, the guy on a forklift in Modesto was her oppressor. Mark Zuckerberg was a leftist; a Latino small business owner, a sell-out.

Like it or not, the Democratic Party is run by billionaires, albeit at times masquerading in “cool” flip-flops, nose rings, and hip T-shirts. Barack Obama is the master of the script, now and then emerging from one of his three mansions to lecture the nation on the revolutionary logic of adding new states, or the false-consciousness of black males, or the voting pathologies of counter-revolutionary Latinos.

The Left’s officer corps is the wealthy professional of the upper middle class, its legions of highly paid and well pensioned government employees, and the elite woke apparatus, all united by the fierce protection of their privileges under the pretense of protecting “the poor,” “the children,” “the nonwhite,” all from the ravages of the supposed lower white middle class without privilege.

White Americans who are branded with degrees and certifications defend their own “unearned” privilege by assuring minorities that they are the vanguard of the woke and know best how to spot “white privilege” among those who have none of it. The result has been a charade of confessionals, as the white elite give written and five-minute oral confessions of their “unearned” status to save their jobs and lifestyles—usually at the expense of those distant Americans, who have less status, money, and power than the beneficiaries of their virtue-signaling.

Rarely has illiberality and bias been so redefined as social justice.

So the Left weaponized an entire culture. Everything from lifestyle magazines and NBA games to Netflix and fashion are now aimed at squaring the circle of hard-Left megaphoning and disguising privilege with “taste” and “discretion.”

How weird that the party once of the Bushes and Romneys is now the party of the working-class deplorables—earning the everlasting hatred of the NeverTrump elite, whose interest in conservatism was mostly its bicoastal cultural cachet, not in any concern with bettering the plight of millions of the working lower middle classes. The losers of a sustained class war are now felt by the winners to deserve it as proper recompense for their alleged illiberality.

The summer of COVID-19, quarantines, riot and arson, and an absence of confidence in the sanctity of voting ended with a lot of scars—and we will always bear them from now on.

On Swalwell and China, the low press coverage might just be because of a China-co-opted corporate press

Article by Dex Bahr in The American Thinker

On Swalwell and China, the low press coverage might just be because of a China-co-opted corporate press

With the exception of Fox News, the exuberant tabloids, and a softball interview by CNN, there has been little to no coverage of Congressman Eric Swalwell’s Chinese honeypot scandal. The New York Times, the claimed paper of record, appears to have outright ignored the story. The Washington Post published only Nancy Pelosi's unperturbed reaction to the news, along with a couple of conservative columns.

The hypocrisy here is clear. These were the same outlets that went for 24/7 coverage during the made-up Trump/Russia collusion hoax based on a phony dossier. With Trump, the media relied on innuendo and lies. But with Swalwell, we have a year-long-in-the-making investigative piece by Axios and it’s nothing to see here, folks.

Meanwhile, Google/YouTube went full communist on Wednesday declaring that they will scrub all videos detailing or even alleging election fraud in the recent presidential election despite ongoing lawsuits by the Trump legal team and by the state of Texas, et al. Google/YouTube has designated itself a gatekeeper to information, preventing the public at large from hearing both sides of the election issue and making their own call.

What does Google/YouTube have in common with media outlets that have ignored the Swalwell Chinese spy scandal? CNN (WarnerMedia), NBC, MSNBC (Universal/Comcast), ABC/ESPN (Disney) and CBS (National Amusements) are all owned by companies that have been reported extensive business ties with Chinese Corporations which in turn are tied to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).  The owners of the New York Times, which include Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim who as of 2018 had a 15.4% stake, and perhaps as much as 17.4% if this account has it right, and at the Washington Post, where Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos bought it outright, also have business ventures with China based companies (Read this May 2020 story from the Federalist for further details).

The Swalwell story has all the ingredients the media usually love: sex, politics and espionage. What appears to make it hands off is that the suspected spy is a Chinese national and Swalwell is a Democrat.

If you’ve ever wondered why news is no longer news, here’s your answer. None of the major news outlets are independent.  Pretty much all of the big ones are parts of major corporations where the bottom line and not reporting anything unfavorable about the CCP seems to be the prime directive.

This censorship by omission and commission is just the latest in a series of outrages from the media and big tech. This cabal began flexing its censorship muscles during the early months of the Wuhan Virus Crisis. Even then, it was about reporting the accepted narrative and marginalizing counter opinions as done by the CCP.

Remember how big tech shut down the videos of the Bakersfield doctors who dared question the validity and efficacy of the lockdowns? How about the media/big tech blackout of anything positive regarding hydroxychloroquine as an effective drug to combat the Wuhan virus? And who could forget Dr. Stella Immanuel’s impassioned defense of hydroxychloroquine as part of the America’s Frontline Doctors press conference? That conference was also censored on YouTube and Twitter.

The media has gone from informing the public to instead telling the public what to think. News exists today only to report the agenda. This is why stories about Trump’s legal team have been reported with a derisive tone and explains why any uncovered evidence of election fraud is dismissed as “baseless” or “debunked.”

Here’s my take on the fact checkers the media loves to tout as the arbiters of truth: Drone reporter calls some official in one of the swing states under investigation and asks, “Hey, these Trump allegations are B.S. right?”  The spokesperson says, “Yes, the allegations are false.” And there you have a disputed allegation of fraud.

That not a single reporter has taken the opportunity to cull him or herself from the herd and potentially break an explosive story of election fraud is both stunning and enlightening.  I find it stunning that no one wants to be the next Woodward and Bernstein (whatever you may think of them) and enlightening because of the lack of separation from the competition appears to indicate some sort of a uniform diktat that applies to all of the major media.

Are these orders on news coverage coming directly from the Chinese companies or by the CEOs of their American partner corporations? I have no way of knowing definitively.

All I can discern is the behavior and actions of these various news organizations and Big Tech. They willingly practice fear, censorship, disinformation and outright lying in their political reporting. Those are traits that are right at home in communist China.

The Usefulness of COVID-19 Fear

REPOST BY REQUEST – There is a COVID-19 virus; however, COVID is not more dangerous than all other flu-like viruses that impact the respiratory system. COVID-19 is very manageable and doesn’t carry a higher fatality rate.  [Usefulness As A Narrative]

Why is COVID-19 being disproportionately hyped as such a dangerous threat, when the reality of the statistical danger is much less than the intense level of hype?…

That is the key question.

The answer is… social changes under the guise of COVID-19 mitigation, are the entry point for the goals and aspirations of the political left on a national and global scale. COVID-19 is a virus, but also a very important political weapon, and we are about to discover exactly what the purpose of the hype is all about. What follows will help understand; and when you encounter the fear it will help to reconcile what people cannot figure out.

Joe Biden is an avatar; a political pawn; a cognitively declining guy who has no idea what is happening around him. The people behind the Biden campaign, those in real control of what this is about, have not hidden their goals and aspirations. These are not stupid people. They are scheming, conniving, ever-planning, ever-manipulating & Machiavellian types within the political system; lusting for power, influence and affluence.

What they are planning to do is weaponize COVID-19 to attain ideological objectives. This is why they hyped the fear within it for almost a year. Nothing within their plan requires the approval or consent of any representative body in Washington DC. COVID is the tool to “fundamentally change” the way the United States exists.

On October 23rd, those behind the Biden campaign dropped all pretense, openly having their candidate state publicly his intention to control the lives of all Americans using the authority of a weaponized federal government to advance national COVID-19 regulations.

As you watch this video from Biden’s campaign it is important to remember state government officials have already moved to define “essential businesses” and “essential workers” during the forced shut-downs. That is going to become a bigger issue downstream; however, for now just watch closely what Joe Biden is saying here:

The Dept of Transportation would be the agency enforcing a national interstate transit mask requirement. However, don’t focus on the DoT part of what he was saying… that’s only one creek… Instead focus on the downstream use of all federal regulatory agencies and how they align within a Federal COVID compliance network… that’s the river.

Think about the Dept of Agriculture (SNAP/food stamps), the Dept. of Labor, the Dept of Education, the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), Housing and Urban Development, Health and Human Services, Dept of Labor, Dept of Energy and how they would join with the DoT to create the aggregate raging river of regulation.

Think about the federal government using mandates for enforced national COVID-19 compliance rules. Think about USDA (Dept of Agriculture) and OSHA federal inspections for social distancing (etc) in all businesses, not just restaurants.

Think about the COVID-19 regulatory and compliance system and what political beneficiaries stand to gain.

Think about the Dept of Education using COVID to restructure the way education is taught and the downstream regulations on charter schools and non-compliant educational systems that do not meet the ideological objectives of the master control plan.

Think about how the Dept. of Labor (complaint division) can be weaponized against political opposition based on arbitrary inspections under the guise of employee health and safety…. using federal COVID compliance rules.

Think about required days off for the entire employee base if a single infection is identified in the workplace. Paid days off…. funded by Federal Government. Think about how that changes the income dependency dynamic.

Think about the larger Green New Deal (goals and objectives), and then contrast those objectives while aligning an overlay map of how federal COVID mitigation rules can be applied as a back door to the EXACT SAME objective.

Far beyond masks…. Workspaces being forced to be redesigned. New rules on labor density. New rules on labor/manufacturing and office proximity. New rules on uniforms. New rules on hand-washing stations. New rules on sick pay, shift hours, time-off when a COVID infection is detected in the workplace.

Think about everything from rules on surfaces, to rules on packaging, to rules on ALL business operations as an outcome of federal regulatory policy under the guise of CVOID-19 mitigation. OSHA, Labor, Agriculture, Transportation, Energy, Education, Housing, Health and Human Services, and even federal building permits… the entire regulatory system and compliance network.

Think about Housing and Urban Development (HUD) having new rules about dwellings and complexes for housing grants. Population density; the need to move into the suburbs and the confiscation of private property to “ensure the common safety” of the citizens.

If you think this is fear-mongering, I want to to evaluate that cynicism while contemplating this recent example from California:

Think about those types of business regulations applied on a National level…. and then, as seen in prior Democrat administrations with IRS etc, think about them also being enforced through the prism of political affiliation.

Think about how states that refuse to participate will be cut off from federal grants and funding for college tuition, Medicare and/or medicaid reimbursement, etc. etc.

Think about what happens to Main Street USA?

Think about companies on the NASDAQ or national companies on the stock-market?

Think about how those USA-specific federal COVID compliance regulations apply when considering U.S. business operations -vs- just taking operations overseas without those worries.

Think about who in Washington DC then takes control of what types of business interests are allowed to operation…. who determines the winning and losing.

Think about how Federal COVID-19 regulations can be used to put the multinational corporate world back (the globalists) on their former financial pathways, even without TPP and TTIP trade deals.

[Every domestic regulation weaponized against Main Street USA is a win for the Wall Street multinationals.]

Think about how much China and Europe would love to see our economy knee-capped in a Biden regulatory stranglehold; essentially achieving the same objectives as the Paris Climate Treaty.

Think long and hard about how far the tentacles of achieving the Green New Deal can extend under the auspices of federal COVID-19 mitigation.

Remember, those who are working on this don’t care about the middle-class and they have not for decades. The visibility of the ‘rust belt’ is the reference. This is about government bureaucrats using their DC power-base to control trillions in economic value and sell their ability to influence the winners and losers to the highest foreign bidder.

Look at what blue states have already done to seize power and control. Now think about that same manipulative intent spread throughout the entire country by weaponizing federal agencies with advanced regulation.

That should start to frame the reference point going forward. Remember, within totalitarian states religion is a risk… the assembly for religious worship is always considered a risk to by those who demand control over free-thought and lives.

The national legislative priority will be entirely focused on retention of that power system by generating an entirely new form of congressional representation. New states, new senators, new election systems, and funding for the needs of the executive…. that will be the focus of the facilitating legislative branch.

Those behind the executive branch; those controlling Joe Biden; will harness and weaponize the power. The legislative leftists will attempt to ensure the new systems they create under the guise of COVID-19 are never in a position to be withdrawn.

Why? – Why all of this effort?… why such extremes?… why would blue state governors willingly destroy their economy?….  Follow the money, it’s always about the money.

The global ideology is worthless without money.   Wall Street’s Rick Santelli knows, he’s watching the second deployment of an identical playbook.

So when your friends ask why, let’s talk about ‘why‘.

The response to the opportunity of the financial crisis of 2007/2008 was about using the housing market collapse to create a financial mechanism to bail-out Blue Team members.

TARP, Auto-bailouts, QE1, QE2 and the stimulus packages were specifically directed to the controlled crony capitalists who funded the rise of the previous tool, Barack Obama.

In 2009 the orcs were deployed.  Beyond the Wall Street crowd, the SEIU, AFL-CIO, AFSCME, NEA were some of the more visible politically activist beneficiaries.  There was a massive hole in the U.S. economy and all the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds were specifically targeted to ensure the Blue Team did not suffer.

Winners and losers were selected.  Overall Main Street didn’t get a dime.

In 2020, we are seeing the exact same operational execution around COVID-19.  This time the crisis is a virus and the planned primary beneficiaries are the Blue Team states and their collapsing and unstable financial mechanisms.

The American electorate (writ large) would never support targeted taxpayer funded  bailouts to Blue State beneficiaries.  As a consequence, the crisis needs to hit Main Street so that public support for massive bailouts can be accepted.

Nancy Pelosi sets up the proposal, takes the accounting of the Blue Team needs, and sits down with inside party club members to organize the funding mechanisms.

Obviously, all of this big picture outcome is contingent upon successful execution of President Trump’s removal… hence, the firm-reliance on election fraud.  The transparency of the fraud needs to be obfuscated, denied and ridiculed; that’s where the media come in.

Meanwhile, Blue State teams work earnestly to create a worsening financial crisis for the American electorate, the workers and business owners.  Shutting down the economy is part of a coordinated effort.

When do both wings of the UniParty bird most visibly flap in unison?

ANSWER: When they get to the part of the playbook where ‘their tribe’ starts positioning for the trough.

Yes, COVID-19 as a weapon has many benefits… including the purposefully convenient stopping of assemblies, crowds and visible public opposition as the larger schemes are deployed hastily.

BIG TECH steps-in to assist the goal of isolating the electorate by shutting down voices and keeping people isolated from larger community understanding.  Communication lines are cut, as they would be in any war strategy.  Dividing people has many benefits.

As soon as enough pressure is applied to Main Street, the electorate get desperate. There will be an outcry for help and that is where House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is waiting in the wings with the previously constructed bailout package that the American people will now be more apt to support.  Opposition voices will be framed as heartless; the media will immediately jump into action; and we go right into that cycle were fearful people do not stop to recognize the financial strategy as it is carried out.

The Blue Team state bailout will come at the top of a massive 2020 COVID federal spending package. As with the previous 2009 spending package, it will be gift-wrapped in paper to appear like Main Street is a beneficiary… However, just like the ARRA, there will be no ‘shovel ready jobs‘ saved or created.  It is all a ruse for a transfer of taxpayer wealth.

The weaponization of COVID is the ongoing crisis that will facilitate the government solutions.  As the American people resist the bait represented by the COVID crisis, those who need to weaponize it will keep turning up the pressure.

That pressure will continue until the American people can no longer take it and will accept the solution.  We are watching deployment of an identical playbook used previously to bail-out Wall Street, Big Banks and political benefactors/beneficiaries in 2009.

  • COVID crisis 2020 replaces the housing/banking crisis 2008.
  • Pelosi repackages the TARP strategy as a COVID response.
  • States are bailed out in 2020 like the Too Big to Fail banks in 2008.
  • Union leadership benefit as they did in the 2008 operation.

…And the great reset begins.

That’s the why.
